Parking was not satisfactory, paying $35 to park in an unsecured area

I usually don’t leave reviews but I’ve honestly never had this happen before. When I checked into my room there were stains on my bed sheets and lipstick smudges on both my and my dad’s beds. The front desk staff was very apologetic when I let them know and sent someone up with new sheets. However, when they arrived they handed me a stack of sheets (not even the right type for my bed) while on the phone and didn’t bother to come to take a look or help change them. Rest of the hotel was nice, but sheets made it hard to give a good review.

Gym has 2 areas- strength and containing options. The on the fly restaurant area is good for those who need a quick grab n go

It was a very late check in because of flight delays and so we were so exhausted we just wished for a seamless check in and get our room to rest but the front desk staff Demetrius went above and beyond and made our stay a wonderful one. He was very pleasant, professional, helpful and was attentive to our needs. Thank you, Demetrius for helping us ease our stressful day

I enjoyed my stay in spite of a few challenges. I believe the hotel needs to change it’s policy for the shuttle to expand to accommodate both airports for hotel guests.

It was comfortable and clean. The faucet in my room was wonky. While it worked, the base of the faucet moved around and it was sort of difficult to turn off the water because of the base not being stable. Other than that, the room was slightly outdated but comfortable needless to say. I only stayed one night and was comfortable for my duration of stay.

This hotel needs a full makeover. From the lobby to the elevators to the rooms, all is worn out and yuck. Sometimes hotels will focus improvements on one area at a time but this hotel seems to have given up on everything.

Breakfast was expensive for what it offered, but I guess to be expected at a conference center hotel. The gym didn’t have any weights under 15lbs and no water in weight room. The front desk wasn’t very attentive and the breakfast host was rude. Room was nice and clean, but I was in the second floor near the pool and it was loud at night.

Hotel is fine for an overnight stay to get to the airport early, but it’s in need of a complete refresh. Rooms and furnishings were all aged and worn.

I loved that the bedroom and tv couch were in small separated rooms.

This hotel was an excellent location for the concert we attended at the Rosemont Theater. All we had to do was cross the street. We would stay there again. Hopefully not when Exxxotica is in town.

I stay there every time I come to conventions

The furnishings could use updating but the bed was amazing! I don't sleep very well in hotel beds. The pool is sufficient. The parking is on the back side of the building so there is a lot of walking. This was our second stay here and would recommend for proximity to the Outlet mall and food!

The restaurant was limited in what they offer, was too pricey for what they offer, and some of the fruit in the breakfast buffet was not so fresh. The bathroom was clean, but the layout wasn't good. The TP was well behind you. Which in itself is not a big deal. But if you have a bad back, it can difficult to grab some from the roll. There was no venting fan. So the mirrors took forever to unfog. Also, the door only opened to a 90° angle. A couple of times I got done brushing my teeth, turned to leave, and bumped into the end of the door. None of the bathroom items are a big deal. But if you're someone who is on the bigger side, is a bit handicapped, or needs to get ready in a hurry, there may be better options.

The location was amazing super convenient for getting back and for to the the event i came into town for. The hotel room was not fully cleaned before comming , the coffee maker was moldy and disgusting and there was trash under the bed. Also having a room right next to the elevator made it hard to sleep

Hotel rooms need some updating and refreshing. Bathroom vent had no cover. Bedside lamp didn’t work. Furniture looks like it’s from a thrift store. No extra blanket in room. On the plus side, breakfast was good and shuttle efficient.

The room was decent for the price, but you can tell the hotel caters to conventions and flight crews with quick turnarounds. The security door to the parking lot that says key access only for guest safety was never locked, and anyone could walk in. The trash can outside the door was overflowing with trash for 3 days. And parking was terrible for $35 a day, the covered parking had no hotel access and no elevator, and the open parking was tight to squeeze in as many cars as possible. I will never stay here again.

The airport shuttle was great. Drivers were friendly and it was an easy service to use. The rooms are fine but the age of the facility showed a little bit.

This hotel was spotless! Kids really enjoyed the pool. My only complaints were that the shower did not drain properly. After taking a shower, the tub was completely filled with water. Contacted maintenance upon checking in and was told that it was worse than he expected and he would be unable to fix it during our stay. There was no drinking water on our floor (4th) so we had to go down 2 floors. There are no microwaves in the rooms (not sure how I missed that in the decription of ammenities. Parking, although offered was not the best. We were allowed in/out privileges but o. The 3rd day it stopped working and we had to fo to the desk 3 times. Again, the property was beautiful just a few hiccups.

We did not have any meala at the hotel. The walk to the doors from the parking was a bit excessive. The carpets in the elevators could be replaced. The furniture eeqlly all needed replaced. They are just well used. The room however was clean and the shower was GREAT. Overall we were happy with our stay.

This hotel felt pretty dated! We stayed here a few years back and it’s really declined. The button to the elevator was hanging halfway off the wall, carpets were dirty, lights in the room would only work part of the time, the heat wouldn’t turn on, and the pool was so cold we could only swim for a few minutes. The staff was very accommodating with getting a room to watch planes, but overall cleanliness level was pretty poor.

I liked everything about my stay. The room was quiet and peaceful, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. I also really appreciated the airport shuttle, which made everything much more convenient. I honestly liked almost everything. The water pressure in my room got weaker when turning the water warmer, and the shower curtain rod was a little loose and sagged.

The Internet was good. The room was kind of dirty though. There was black smudge marks and some other sort on the frame of the bathroom door. The shower curtain rings are rusting and hard to close the curtain smoothly,there was an excessive amount of dust piled up In the corners and under the side tables as well as in the eating area on the ledges. Also I feel like the price of parking should be discussed when people inquire inside about it especially instead of finding out the day you leave how much you'll be spending on it.

The hotel was very convenient for our trip to a concert. The location is great, close to the airport and a shopping mall, and there are many cafes nearby. The hotel also has its own restaurant, which was nice. The breakfast and parking were not included and had to be paid separately. The biggest problem was the pool. The water was very cold and strongly chlorinated, and there were many small black bugs in the water. My family could not enjoy swimming.

Staff was very courteous, hotel is convenient for events at the Stephenson convention center, room was clean and comfortable. Parking is pricey, but it's Chicago so expect to pay more for everything.

The room was very cold, and the blankets were stupidly thin. It was 30 degrees outside when we stayed. The heater worked, but would take a really long time to kick on. I set the heater to a higher setting before we went to bed and woke up absolutely freezing. I looked at the thermostat and overnight it reset back to the cold setting it was on when we arrived. I never would want to stay here again in the winter.

The facility felt old. Room had pealing paint, broken shower curtain, flys in the room, musty smell, comfortable mattress but very thin blankets. I would not stay here again without major renovations. There are better options for not much more money within walking distance

I would like to actually speak with a manager our room 434 did not have a working toilet the whole time and we stopped at desk multiple times and they said they would send an engineer up and never did. The room was very dirty and they also spoke to someone about that and no one dealt with that I would like partial or all of our money back.

We stay here often and usually like it. It’s a far walk from the car but love the location. However for some reason this time housekeeping started knocking on the door at 845am and check out isn’t until 12. They knocked two different times and woke us up. Then they tried to get in the door I think. Do not disturb was on the door handle. I told them at check out but not sure they’ll pass it on. Otherwise we like it here.

Room was fantastic. Bed was wonderful. Very nice hotel! Disappointing that parking was extra. Checked in after 11 PM. Was told to park in the lot off the circle by the front desk. Parked in the lot on the right side (Crown Plaza) at 11:16 PM on 2/11/26. Left at 9:00 AM on 2/12/26 and paid by credit card. The charge said $25.00 on the screen (ticket number 479657224767012929). When the charge hit my credit card they charged $50.00. Can you fix that?

The room was not very clean. There were brownish finger prints all over the walls, and something was spilled all over the bedside table. The lighting was terrible and there was a two inch gap under the door to the hallway so we heard everything and had to shove towels under it to keep the light out. We attended a convention and that was extremely poorly put together.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly but the room was not clean. This might be one of the dirtiest hotel rooms that I have stayed in. There were hairs on the toilet and the remote was so disgusting I didn’t want to use it to turn on the TV. The housekeeping needs to do much better here.

We arrived shortly after 10:00 pm at ORD so we missed the free shuttle. When we got to the hotel the check in process was fast and the help was very friendly. The restaurant was closed so the front desk gave us a couple of options for delivery. Unfortunately most of the restaurants were closed. The real problem I had with this property is that the TV did not work, not sure if the remote’s battery were dead but end of the day, it wasn’t working. The free internet did not work at all for any of our 4 devices.

Only having one entrance that is very far from where the parking is, is extremely inconvenient especially when bringing in bags. There are also entrances closer to the parking but they are all locked. You should add a door that guests can scan their key cards to get in. Almost every hotel I’ve ever stayed at has this

The shuttle service was extremely inconvenient. Be aware if you have an early international flight the shuttle does not run to the international terminal. Also be aware if your international flight come in late their shuttle doesn’t run after 10pm. So be ready to uber to the airport and back from the airport

Checked in and was told the room wasn’t paid for. Showed recipes stating it was paid. They couldn’t find it in their system so I had to pay anyways and was told it would be under review with their “reservation specialist”. At checkout, I asked for an update and they stated the person wasn’t in. So will be calling for an explanation/refund.

It advertises a “short walk” to the CTA blue line, but it’s more of a “short trek” in my opinion due to traffic if you’re on foot. The sidewalk is very small and close to the road. If you’re traveling purely on foot and via train- probably not the best option. It was convenient for attending an event at the Rosemont Theatre next door, and very close to O’Hare. There’s also a shopping mall 5 mins walk away.

This was literally 5 minutes from the airport. Staff was amazing this hotel was beautiful will be back it was comfortable and quiet. I came for the outlets but experience of the hotel was 10/10 I was tryna get back to my room and just enjoy it the wife loved it I cannot this hotel just wowed me!

One thing to note; unless your booking with Expedia specifically says “breakfast included”, you’ll have to pay $25 for a voucher if you want access to the breakfast buffet in the morning. If you book directly through the IHG website, it says breakfast included but the front desk guy dug in and refused to honor it because I booked through Expedia. The buffet wasn’t horrible but this was my one sticking point for the property.

Didn’t make it. Trip cancelled due to delayed flight, which made the stay impossible. No refund possible due to events way outside of my control. Pretty annoying.

Hotel was decent. My only complaint is that breakfast does not come with your stay and is extremely expensive. My wife and I ate breakfast at the hotel and it was $50+ for us two. Nothing spectacular, food- wise either, eggs, bacon, potatoes, sausage, French toast, etc. So was disappointed by that because definitely not worth what you pay.

Pool way too cold this time...

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Pool area was nice but water too cold. No breakfast included in stay, only an over priced buffet. Good location, easy to walk to restaurants.

The hotel was very nice, close to Transportation… The L train and provided free shuttle service to the airport. I would recommend.

Shuttle was very punctual and the driver was very nice. I heard someone complaining about their room but me and my 2 friends had no issues with our room.

Happen to be during both a family reunion (not mine) and cosplay convention. It was high energy and lively.

Overall, the trip was great. The check in process was super easy and quick. One thing that bothered me was the next day finding a condom under the phone (it wasn't ours)! Thankfully we were checking out at that time.

Property was not clean upon when we checked in at 11 pm at night. The mirror in our room had words written in dust on it - the letter "B" and swirls. We were not permitted check in until after check in times and the shuttle never ran to or from airport to name a few issues.

The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom very clean, desk staff friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit of a pain because it was a busy weekend when I was there, but it’s probably always that way since it’s near O’Hare.

also i was confused as the front desk did tell me that he would include parking in the price i paid, but upon exiting the parking lot i was charged the full rate and then not given a receipt. i pushed the call button and waited but there was no sound or any indication that it even worked. that was disappointing and i hope i wasn't charged twice for one night of parking.

No good at all. Decided to stay at a different hotel the remainder of my trip.

The shuttle the next morning was easy… it made the stay soooo easy .. no traffic .. no delays.. 100% worth the money just for that., shuttle driver on time, friendly…very welcoming… Now on to the only negative… (and I hope people look at it as a small speed bump)… This hotel is very clean but it has some years on it .. slightly worn and due for an upgrade … (wear in corners and door jams) .. I would absolutely stay here again. If you do stop at the downstairs bar. Ask for Bruce and let him show you the pictures of the awesome home. He built in Wisconsin. Worth the stay.

Front desk staff - excellent. The room terrible-we had to kill 3 bugs on our first night. The beds were not comfortable and I noticed mustard stain on the comforter- this can be removed using a little Dawn- it will come right out. Second night had to kill more bugs- 2 at least. Just not what I expected from that hotel. Disappointment for sure.

Room was very good, comfortable and clean. Access to Chicago downtown was easy via CTA from O Hare via hotel shuttle or Rosemont, walkable in 15 minutes, or by Uber in a few minutes.

Property needs a major renovations. Upon arrival to the room although clean was a used water bottle, scuff marks on the wall, terrible wifi service and toiletries need to improve. Elevators were old and buttons barely work. Additionally was not notified on booking of $50.00 deposit per night incidentals which should have just been usual $50.00 total as it was a short stay. Would appreciate some sort of reimbursement as the overall stay was not satisfactory.

I loved the beautiful view from our room on the 10th floor.

Great trip parking was an issue and the back entrance never needed a key made me feel a little uneasy, but other than that it was great.

Only stayed one night for a concert. Great experience, staff was very helpful, restaurant on site had delicious pizza, it was a little warm sitting to eat as it is next to the pool area and a bit boo from the kids in the pool but overall a great stay. The only thing that isn’t great is the $30 parking fee that you have to pay additionally.

Clean and well maintained

I never checked in. I wanted to cancel and they would not issue me a refund. I was told parking is free and then they tell me it’s $230 for parking 8 nights.

The best part was the staffing, they are awesome, it would’ve been better if the tvs had streaming services

Crown Plaza is very dirty in carpets , cleaning lady started knocking at door at 7:50 and she did not stop until we open the door , after leaving at 10 , no cleaning was done during the whole day even with the tag in the door

Across the street from the Rosemont Theater. Loads of food choices in the area. Free shuttle bus to the airport. Quick and easy check in. I would recommend!

I went to a concert at Rosemont Theater. 2 min walk. There is also a decent restaurant on property. Parking was also convenient. My stay was overnight and very pleasant.

Nice hotel near the airport. Staff was courteous, beds comfy and good linens. A bit noisy with the constant jet traffic.

Property is run down. The area by the restaurant and bar had a bad chemical smell, would not eat or drink there. The room layout was bad. Property is showing its age!

Does have some signs of wear in the common areas. Breakfast is $25 per day and parking is $29 a night. Beds are comfortable and shower pressure is mid. Rooms have everything you need (mini fridge, safe, good ac, good sized bathrooms). I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Overall excellent property! Had a problem with the room being dirty and the front desk staff was quick to correct the issue. Not only did he change our room, he threw in 2days of free breakfast.

This hotel was great no complaints at all about anything. I’m a perfect location near the Rosemont Entertainment District and Donald E. Convention Center. Room was very clean and I like the 12:00 checkout. I def would come back to this hotel again.

Hotel was very well kept and very nice, and all staff was very helpful! Paying for parking was not ideal, and the parking was very full, and I ended up parking very far from the entrance. Lugging all of my stuff wasn’t ideal, and I couldn’t find the same way back out when I left, but otherwise, stay was nice and comfortable!

Nice place to land or take off from on your way in or out of O'hare

They asked me to come to the front desk for a new room assignment, but I'm on a cane and had luggage. At my urging, and after a long delay, they brought me a new room key and two cheap bottles of water for my trouble. The property wanted $25 dollars for the breakfast buffet. That is absolutely ridiculous for the food offered!!

Room was great, clean and quiet. Hotel was right next to a mall and theater, plus so close to airport. Every thing you could need in walking distance.

Shuttle bus is very convenient for getting to the airport. The blankets are a bit on the thinner side. I was a little cold.

Staff are nice but only one restaurant not 3. Smelled someone smoking in their room and management didn’t seem to care. Breakfast not that great. Probably won’t stay again.

Older hotel; staff was great

Aside from remembering to set aside money for the required incidental fee hold (not included), thus is a great spot to be if you are wanting a nice place to sleep and get cleaned up. The provided hand soap, lotion and hair washing products are great. I was going to a show at the Rosemont Theatre and only had to walk maybe 2 minutes from the hotel. It was a great overall experience.

1. No microwave oven in the room. 2. No hair dryer in the room. 3. The breakfast buffet is basically the same menu every morning. 4. And guests have to pay $29 per day for parking. Having to pay for parking as a guest really sucks.

Excellent staff. Easy access to shopping. Walking distance to the train that goes directly into downtown Chicago. I'd definitely stay again.

First room we got upon check in had not been cleaned, bed unmade et. 2nd room the front desk knew we wouldn’t like and said if you don’t like come back down. 3rd room worked…. Airport shuttle man was rude!!!! Nobody wants that attitude at 6am.

Nice property. Parking is a bit expensive but understandable for the area. There is an inconsistency in the Pet Policy. Expedia says no weight limit, the website says 50lbs and the waiver in front says 40lbs. I think if they are going to charge $100 per night, they need to at least be consistent with the size and weight requirements.

Unfortunately, our room smelled like urine when we arrived. We sprayed air fresheners each time we came and went. It was a busy weekend in the area so there was nothing else available for us. Housekeeping never came in while we went out for the day, stayed 4 nights and each day we left our room before 9am, and didn’t return till later at night.

Fix the elevators please, i thought it was just a glitch the weekend prior but there are still only 1 or 2 working elevators and long lines to get on them.
