We loved the shuttle that took us anywhere we wanted to go within three miles. The place was very clean and all the employees were more than helpful.

Huge shout out to The Rose Hotel in Rosemont for making us feel so special during our wedding weekend! We arrived in our bride and groom attire and the staff cheered for us as we walked in, which was such a fun and memorable moment. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast was great too. Thank you for helping make our celebration even more special!

Great waist staff loved that the shuttle will take you pretty much anywhere around the Clock 24 hours a day every half hour.

Arrived early and were allowed to check in early. Room was already available. Had booked a two queen bed room but the system showed a king bed. Receptionist quickly resolved this. The included Breakfast isn't a buffet but rather a al la carte breakfast. It was good with good coffee. Very close to Shopping Mall which the reception organized the shuttle to drop us off there. Good service. The hotel offers an airport shuttle service. Unfortunately we were not aware that you need to call the hotel to advise them you need the shuttle to collect you from the airport. So stood outside freezing for 45 minutes and eventually got a taxi there. This should be highlighted when booking.

Angie at the front desk was awesome with helping with shuttle and check in. Property was very clean and rooms were wonderful. Highly recommend especially if going to Allstate Arena for events.

Everything was great, room was clean, staff we're friendly and food and cocktails at restaurant were very good. Only thing that was bad was our room was next door to a room that was accessible, because we inquired at checkout, because they had music blasting from 11pm that night until we checked out at 10am next day. So we barely slept and unfortunately we didn't complain to front desk because my husband was worried about other guest possibly being confrontational, so our relaxing getaway wasn't relaxing we left exhausted.

My stay at the Rose was just ok overall. Unfortunately, the front desk lady ismelda was very rude and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone at the start. Also the room was not clean as expected. The tub was not cleaned and there was a few hairs on the bathroom floor that were not ours. It wasn’t worth the price I paid and for it being such an upscale hotel it definitely should have met our standards but unfortunately did not. Valentine’s Day they should’ve been on top of the cleanliness and customer service.

Wow. Absolutely awesome

The details about the airport shuttle pick up on the website are incorrect so we stood waiting for 40 min before someone told us we had to call for the shuttle. This is difficult as we live in Canada, only passing through and so did not have data to make the call. Also the evening shuttle driver was excellent but the morning driver was extremely rude and on his phone during the drive. The hotel experience it self was very good.

I really liked the proximity to the airport, and the room was really comfortable. I unfortunately did not get the chance to try the food but wish I had. I would stay again.

The only thing my family liked was the shuttle service and spacious room. Our stay was over $3000 for 4 nights. There is no continental breakfast, no smart tvs, $30 a day for parking when there is plenty of room to park, no swimming pool. The restaurant was nice. But way overpriced for the portions you receive. We plan on coming back to Chicago the next two years. But we will not be staying at this property.

Our first encounter was a rude front desk rep but fortunately her shift was ending and the next rep was really nice. The sliding doors were not working to enter the establishment so we had to knock a few different times to be let in. Cleaning was average

Very lovely property. The restaurant hotel was the highlight of my stay. Brunch, dinner and cocktails were amazing. Also had a nice bibe with the music and live entertainment. If you need a hotel close to the airport this is THE best option. I truly enjoyed myself.

It was clean and staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the Thorn was excellent! I will say that the hotel lacked in space to put your stuff in the bathroom, no fridge or microwave. However, location was great and good restaurants were close by.

The property had a cool theme and a nice little restaurant. Bed was nice and firm. Staff were all friendly. HOWEVER on their website they claim their airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes. My partner and I waited an hour because we assumed there could be traffic. We called the property and were told the shuttle was on call - which is not what the website said. Also the rooms didnt have fridges or microwaves which I thought was strange and mildly inconvenient.

This is a beautiful hotel right next to the airport in a fun little entertainment district. As a tapestry hotel of Hilton it has all the amenities you expect from Hilton plus a lot of cool nuances. Also great room service from their in house restaurant

I needed a place to stay near O'Hare for a one-night stopover on my way to somewhere else. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport. It runs an airport shuttle that makes regular trips from the hotel, but you have to call ahead if you want to get picked up at the airport. I stood in the cold for about half an hour before I called and found that out. My bad, but I didn't see that on the website. The staff were all courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a bloody mary in the restaurant that was great, along with a sandwich that was pretty awful. The next morning I ordered breakfast to my room that included a cup of coffee that was great, and a breakfast sandwich that was pretty awful. I didn't eat anything else there, so maybe it's just the sandwiches that fall short.

I stayed at The Rose Chicago due to a flight cancellation at O'Hare. The hotel and staff were exceptional. I dined at the restaurant for every meal and the bartenders and servers were so awesome. All of the food that I ordered was served hot and fresh. There were several restaurants in the same parking lot as the hotel, so lots of dining options available. The room was comfy and clean. Overall, a good stay despite the circumstances.

Took me over an hour to check in

A hotel trying hard to be trendy and different and it succeeds in part. However once in my room it was pretty much like any good (but not great) hotel. Service was good at front desk and at the lounge. The rooms are clean and modern with a nice bathroom. For being so close to the airport it was super quiet. Favorite thing - a hotel that actually gives you plenty of coffee and sugar in the rooms! What I could do without - the pink (rose?) lighting was a little too Vegas. Also - I especially want to mention that when the airport shuttle was unexpectedly unavailable, the front desk arranged a taxi at their cost.

We always stay at The Rose when we fly out of O'Hare duebtonthe location and convenience. I was pleased to see there have been upgrades in the amenities, most importantly a refrigerator.

We were on the 4th floor, directly under the fitness room that’s open 24 hours. Hated being woken to weights being dropped, jump rope, etc. Guests deserve peace, more than 5am workouts. Management needs to open fitness room at 8am. Luckily, Angie at the front desk could move us. It was a major inconvenience to pack and move in the middle of a day with other things planned.

Customer serices were the best I have had in a very long time in the States. Food and drinks in hotel were great. Very clean, location perfectly convenient to everything. Only complaint is that the bed only had sheets and a very lightweight duvet cover, no extra blankets in the closet or variety of pillow sizes (pillows were huge),so my neck is sore and I was freezing. Had a horrible nights sleep.

The location of the parking lot and the price of $30.00 per night is not good. The arm to get in and out of the parking lot did not work. Very inconvenient.

Super close to O-Hare. We stayed overnight to catch an early flight and took advantage of their shuttle. Nice bar in the lobby. All the staff was very friendly. Easy check in and easy check out. Decor was contemporary and inviting. The room was clean, huge shower with great water pressure. Comfy bed and pillows. The only issues was the toilet paper holder kept falling out of the wall and you could tell it had been like that for a while. The toilet paper then kept falling on the floor. Plus we booked through hotels.com and it stated the amenities included bathrobes and slippers and there were not any in the room. Our room did not have a fridge or micro, but we did not need it so it wasn't a factor at all. You could request one if you wanted.

Everything worked great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the parking meter to scan your room key wasn’t working but everything else was great!

When we checked in around 8.45pm the desk clerk told us that our king bedroom was not available. We were tired and disappointed, it was our wedding Anniversary. The woman on the front desk was brilliant. She apologised, found us a double queen bed room, offered us free breakfasts and a late (2pm) check out. We loved the Rose.

It is no different than a best western with a restaurant. In a good location, $30 to park our car. No refrigerator at all, simply not worth what they charge.

The hotel entrance was the best part . Rooms are very average. Booked a Double Room King ,but it seems to be a regular room with a king bed . Pictures on site are all similar .

Every employee was upbeat, knew how to help us and were obviously well recruited and well trained. Kudos to the management of this hotel.

Came in clutch when I was comped a hotel by AA that was awful. Lots of options close by, theaters, shopping, etc. Will definitely be staying again my next time in Chicago.

We did not get a clear instruction on how we should check out with the room card at the parking gate. We returned the room cards as normal and when we were exiting the parking gate, we were asked to pay. So we paid at the spot, then, the hotel also charged us for parking. That’s so confusing. Were we supposed to get the car out before returning the room cards back? I just called to the hotel front desk, Angie did not have a great attitude towards customers. My experience there were overall fine, but I am not too happy with the repeatedly parking charges.
