Room was not well maintained and not too clean.

Staff was very kind and were on top of any help needs we had. Our tv wasn’t getting channels on our 3rd night and they came up right away and replaced the tv and got everything working. The cleaning staff did an amazing job keeping our room clean everyday. Breakfast was always good. Overall we had a good experience with our stay.

El desayuno no lo califico porque nunca lo tomamos. Todo muy bien muy limpio y las habitaciones con muy buen espacio. Solo un detalle que al estarte bañando el agua se de "mezclar" y sientes el frio o caliente del agua por 2 segundos.

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The little shop near the entrance was a great thing for us to be able to utilize on our extended stay. Taxis easy to access right in the hotel parking lot. The rooms could be better. Our bathroom smelt like sewage, we brought it up and they sprayed a bunch of cleaner, that didn't help. Had to keep bathroom door closed our whole trip. Bed is hard as a rock, RV only worked 20% of the time.

Todo estuvo excelente! Lo único que tengo de que quejarme es de un taxista que nos cobró de más para cualquier cosa que hacíamos. Nos cobró $60 para llevarnos al puente Zaragoza cuando solo nos dejó por el lado mexicano. La última vez que me quedé en este hotel, ese mismo taxista me cobró $500 pesos mexicanos para dejarme en el puente de Santa Fe cuando solo es $250 pesos. Ese taxista se llama El Pantera. Muy mal servicio por parte de él. No nos informó bien de los precios y abuso de nuestra generosidad. Aparte de eso, todo lo demás fue muy bueno.

Beds were overly hard, TVs lacked connectivity daily. Management refused refund when we had to leave earlier due to legal circumstance.

It was a hassle dealing with the internet. Come and goes. Breakfast was good although they should offer more of a daily variety it was usually the same thing all week. Rooms were cleaned daily which was great! However at night the room would get a sewer smell …. Couldn’t let me sleep. Should probably get that checked out asap. Overall had an okay stay for two weeks since it was walking distance to consulate or the hotel taxis take you!

There was no breakfast. The rooms faces a busy street. The beds are creaky. The hotel is mostly for the locals. Don't know how it can garner 8+ on the reviews. I couldn't get my money back from Expedia. Just checked into Courtyard for a better rest.

Rooms clean, bed quite, soft, sheeting and towels soft of good quality. Staff attentive.

The hotel itself is great. The room was in great condition. The A/C worked fine as well. Good cleaning service. I liked that there was a laundry room. The only downside is the restaurant within the hotel. The employees who work there are rude and always in a bad mood. The free breakfast is good, but only limited to one serving, which is understandable. But they serve you very little food and keep reiterating that you can only be served once. I went to eat there a few times during regular hours and the waitress with glasses is always mad and if you show up 45 minutes before closing time, you have to order to do. Definitely do not recommend the restaurant.

What I liked about our stay was the staff was very helpful, profesional, and nice. Reliable transportation. There was a slight variety of dishes on each breakfast day. Would have been a plus if there was fruit, bread and other breakfast options free of charge. The bed, was very firm. Very uncomfortable some nights. Housekeeping staff was very attentive to our needs. The building’s overall cleaning, they can do better. Very satisfied with our stay.

To actually have a real jacuzzi,, theirs is not a jacuzzi, i got upset because they advertised it as one jacuzzi, but no bubles/jets ,, just a small pool with warm water more for like kids ,, im not happy about it, if i knew so , i would pick a different hotel … other than that it was a good hotel.

Good place for getting a good days in Ciudad Juarez. Very recommended for me.

One thing I didn't like about Conquistador is the restaurant, breakfast is included with your stay, don't get me wrong the food was good, just that they don't let kids take their yogurt or whatever they have for breakfast inside, they basically force you to buy breakfast for your kids, if you take kids with you, loved the pool, a small one for the little ones and a big one for the adults

Great sized room for the price!

Property was average. Most of the staff was helpful and professional. Room was pretty standard hotel appearance. Only thing is the shower would take forever to drain. Breakfast was only free for adults. Other than that it was good.

The pool for little children, they also have a bigger pool for adults, the only thing that I disliked is that when you eat there they don't let your child take his/her yogurt/juice/milk in there , they basically want and force you to buy them something there even thoe the kids don't like their breakfast and flavor

My wife forgot a professional hair flatiron in the room and they started that was not there when they clean the room. I don’t recommend you to stay in this hotel.

Great hotel, really close to the consulate within walking distance, great rooms and beds, comfortable, king or queen beds, clean rooms and restroom which it has a great size shower, great service, laundry and breakfast, really convenient hotel, I am thankful with this stay.

there were acouple issues during our stay some that where said to be resolved and were not resolved at all.

The shower doesn’t drain properly and there is hardly any hot water. The bed is not that comfortable and the blankets are thin.Front desk staff are rude.

Everything was good. Everything was very close around the hotel. The only inconvenience that I had was I end up leaving sooner than I booked and the hotel didn’t reimburse the difference. I still have a open case

Everything was ok but even that the reservation was made and for 2 adults and 2 children and was stated on the site that breakfast was included with the room cost at the time of breakfast the only gave us for tickets for two and no manager was on duty for us to get this clarified.

The property is fine, yes its noisy but you have to keep in mind that it is a very transited street i honestly don't mind it. The only issue I had was with the receptionist and the security guard at the entrance both employees did not acknowledge us the guard took a good minute to let us in the property. The receptionist or front desk clerk i walked in and he was sitting down on his phone he saw me walk in did not say anything at all i walked up to him and he was still in his phone untill i said i had a reservation and he got up with an attitude. but The bellman i think is his position named Angel he took us to our room very friendly and helpfull he was amazing he was a really sweet boy he told us about what restaurants were close for us to order and if we needed it anything to ask him.

Cuenta con espacio en camas y baño Dependiendo que tan delicado pudieras ser el baño nos es de lujo pero sirve Refri y ac hacen su trabajo por igual. El desayuno es solo uno por persona, si te quedas no puedes agarrar nada solo asta que te sirvan le Dio 7de 10 a los dos mas que me quede Dunas 5/10 Consulado inn 6/10

Huele a drenaje, habia recibos y papel del baño en la basura, rente 2 cuartos y nomas uno tenia aire acondicionado funcionando, te cobran 300 pesos por casa niño de 10 años. El servicio pesimo.

Really good hotel, affordable &’ a good walking distance from a shopping center , as well as the US Consulate. If you’re looking for a good hotel to stay if you will have an immigration interview soon. This one is a great choice !
