    Toilet handle was broken, card keys wouldn't work and had to be let in by staff and if we left our room would not be able to get in. Smelled like Marijuana and was dirty.

    The beds were comfortable. The lobby was inviting - though not representative of what waited in my room. The Breakfast Gal was LOVELY. The new owner was apologetic and understanding The pool was closed. The room was absolutely filthy - old filth: walls. doors, door frames, door handles, shower curtain, window/windowsill, the telephone, the CARPET. Shower head coming out of the tile. The older woman who greeted and checked me in on Friday was G R U M P Y which in and of itself was fine because we all have bad days/moments. When I came down Saturday am, there was another woman joining her behind the desk and my concerns were shared with her. She was horrified and apologetic. I took her up to my room and pointed things out. She promised a thorough reclean. Upon my return, the shower curtain had been replaced and the broken toilet handle had been repaired... but surfaces were still filthy. I had NO PLACE to go as it was a very busy weekend in the area. When I checked out Sunday am I had a longer conversation with the understanding desk woman. She explained that the property was just recently under new ownership and they were in the process of renovating but had only gotten to the first floor - hence the lovely lobby. I wish the new owners every success in their new endeavor, but this was the filthiest hotel room I've ever stayed in and she SHOULD have discounted me. She told me she couldn't as I had booked through Booking.com I find this a profoundly lame excuse and left disgusted and grossed out. Still disgusted and grossed out. No bueno. No stars.

    Rooms had patches smelled like smoke Was so excited about the pool. Said closed for maintenance but all windows were taped up. I’m sure no maintenance was going on. And breakfast should have been marked continental. Just overall disappointed 😔

    Location was convenient I had to go to the desk twice to get key cards because they did not want to work. The room was very loud. The smoking area is close to the front door and the smoke smell was very strong, there is only one entrance. The sofa in my room was very dirty and stained.

The lady told me if we couldn’t find it. She had no other room to offer. So I showed her multiple emails showing that I had paid for two rooms. What kind of rooms they were in for the one night stay. She finally found us in the system and there was one room available with two queen beds and a pullout couch. Since we had all traveled so far already I took it. Booking.com owes me $134 for half of the bill for a room we did not get. I would like to have feedback from Booking.com on this issue. Also, the shears behind the drapes were just shredded like they were dry rotted.

    The pool was down. One reason I choose this hotel. Very disappointing. Then the a/c was broken so had to move to another room after driving 5 hours to get there. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable though.

    I got there and no one was at the front desk and through my stay they're was no one at the desk they were outside with the weirdos. I think this hotel is a homeless shelter. It's states on their website, they have an indoor pool and it's used for storage or something. I will never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here

    We found the door open upon arrival. Then we learned that the door lock didn’t work unless you had the deadbolt on. So that meant my husband or I had to stay in the room with the deadbolt on to protect our belongings. There were no other rooms as the front desk had already said they were over booked. The room wasnt properly cleaned. Good thing, bed linens looked clean. Sad that a Wyndham brand hotel was in this poor condition. They surely didn't charge me a discounted price.

    Bathrooms were clean in the rooms. Pool out of service for 2 months and will NOT be opening back up. Rooms stunk like pets and smoke. Front desk person was not present during the night when issues arose about loud guests in the next room. Saw a roach in one of the 2 rooms. Definitely will never book this hotel again!

    Room ok, strong smell of smoking even if room was clean, bathroom not in proepr condition but clean, good location but owners are not looking to maintain or improve, no keys to rooms provided, of you enter the room you can't go in by yourself, you need assistance, only one entrance, no fire exit available to the parking onbthe side or back for easy luggage load/unload!     We had to ask for clean towels, take out our own trash. We would have to ask if we needed anything because they didn’t provide house keeping every day. They only had waffles that you had to make yourself and cereal. We called before we booked the room to see if there pool was inside or outside and they didn’t even tell me that their pool was closed for maintenance. when we ask when we got there about the pool times they said it was closed for maintenance. It looks like it’s being used for storage. Wi-fi kept disconnecting and had to keep putting password back in. I came to visit my grandbabies for spring break. I couldn’t even enjoy taking them swimming. If I knew there pool wasn’t working when I called I would of booked somewhere else.

    The rooms are tun down, refrigator in one room leaked and needed to be deforsted. The air dail in one of the rooms did not opprate. The carpet in room 303 was dirty and smelled of vomit. the cleaning staff was rude when we asked for towel replacement after two days. The ice meachine was dirty. the pool was not avaiable and we specifally pikced the hotle for the pool access, even vaified it was available with staff prior to booking. Charged two different room rates. Should have been offered the suite so family could stay together. The breakfast selection was limited. the microwave was in much need of cleaning. Staff smoked just outsode of the entrance doors. One employee was drinking out by the dunpester. Did not feel safe. Will nit be rebooking, EVER!!!

    Only cereal at breakfast was fruit loops, hot water for tea was Luke warm, staff pleasant, check in was slow and I was only one there. Room nice but dated and a bit musty. Staff seem to congregate at front entrance to smoke and visit, not a very professional look for the hotel as you come and go. Overall good.

    The decorations were old, the lighting was dim- presumably to hide dirt. The pool was "closed for cleaning" but the closed sign on the door looked like it had been there for quite some time so it leads me to guess they dont have the staff to maintain it. We got to the room and were hit with a terrible odor as soon as we opened the door. The carpet was ripped up and when I tested the beds I could feel the springs with my hands and there were no dust covers or bedbug guards on the mattresses. We canceled our reservation and went across the main road to a better hotel.

    Room was clean enough except for the black mold all around the windows, bath drain, etc. The room smelled horribly of mildew coming from ac/heat unit. Toilet paper roll holder came off in my hand first time using it. It’s s as metal holder and could use a little glue to hold in place yo keep someone from getting hurt. Bed was very firm and pillows way too soft it took two stacking to make one. This was room 229. Wasn’t made aware of breakfast being served upon arrival and found out upon leaving. Would never stay again. Husband booked it because of price. Lesson learned. I’ll be doing that from now on!

    Hot water in shower was only hot for less than a minute then went cold. Smelled like pee. Dripping gooie stuff on the ceiling. Caked in gum and other disgusting stuff in the carpet. Mold growing on curtains. Food crumbs everywhere, including around the bed. Even had an Elf on a shelf hidden underneath the bed. The breakfast was only waffles or toast, not a thing else, except orange juice and some stale looking cereal. The main reason we stayed there was the indoor pool, which was closed for cleaning, which was a laugh, as the whole hotel should of been closed for cleaning, or destroyed due to how nasty the whole place was. Will never stay there or any other Baymont hotels.

    The rooms were clean and most of the staff is friendly. It was too very friendly ladies and a friendly male worker there. Unfortunately my mother had her wallet taken while he was there. They claim they haven't seen it but that was the last place it was at. And they seem to not like the fact that we were making the police report about it as well. So I would recommend it if you have any valuables like wallets or jewelry or anything like that. To not take it in hotel with you.

    The king suite we booked was old looking and the couch and chair were very dirty and had stains. This use to be a great hotel very clean and also served a real breakfast bacon eggs a d sausage but now it plain waffles and some fruit.

    Just found out they billed my credit card for use of safe, I did not use. They took charge off final bill given to me at checkout, but still billed separately to my card. Swimming pool not heated, was too cold to enjoy. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work, otherwise room was okay. Paperwork said check in at 2:00 pm, also sign in lobby shows 2:00 pm. But was told it is not until 3:00 pm and had to wait. Smoking area is right outside main entrance so you walk into smoke every time entering or leaving. Breakfast is only waffles & muffins.

    The first room smelled awful. The second room was better but had stained pillow cases and the mini fridge was not even useable. The room had windows that opened out to a very nasty rooftop area. Employees were hanging around just outside of the building smoking which was blowing smoke back in the building. They had the WORST breakfast selection ever. There was no fresh fruit. No meat or eggs. Fruit loops, white bread or make your own waffle. Awful

    We checked in the hotel for a family getaway which was good. However, I had a knock on my door that night by a man in a pink shirt (not in a uniform) stating he had a call that there was weird noises from my room. My son and I was in the room and was watching a Disney movie. Later on saw the same man in a uniform. At 3am the alarm in the room next to me went off playing loud music and woke me up, had to turn the AC unit on to try to drown out the noise and froze my son. Told the front desk and nothing was done about it. Came back to the hotel to my key not working, went to the from desk and was given new keys that still did not work. The lady at the front desk opened my room with an actual key and was told i will get new keys that will work. I waited and waited and finally left my room to go out and stopped at the desk and the manager Cody had an attitude as if i was bothering him about being able to get in my room and handed me his master key to make sure i get in my room (which didnt work) . He didnt know who i was and gave me a key to open any room was CRAZY!! The man who knocked at my door the other night came and looked at my door and said the door needed new batteries and he would be back to change those and never did. That same night, people was checked into the room next me and heard lots of crying as if they was sitting next to me. My stay was soooo horrible and i let Cody know and nothing was even said or done. I will never stay here again.

    When we got there the room we reserved was not available. After having them check a few rooms to see if the type of room I reserved was available there was none. I revered a double queen suites. There were 4 of us plus an infant. We wanted the suite as it had a sofa bed and my grandson who is 12 did not want to sleep with grandma. We had to settle with a double queen room which resulted in my grandson sleeping on the floor. Was not a happy person. Also the pool was not open and this was one of the reason we picked this hotel. They also charged me more for this room. Don’t know why

    Employee was nice but lots of issues getting into the room, and possible bedbugs. Took 10+ mins to check-in with an online reservation. Got to the room and the key wouldn't work. Went back down to the office and they "fixed" it, but the door still wouldn't open with the key. Went back down and got assigned a new room. Repeat same scenario. Went back down for the 4th time and was assigned a new room again, 3 different rooms now. Still wouldn't work. Went back down for the 5th time and finally the employee came up and unlocked the door herself with a master key. She said they had been having issies all day. She was nice but I felt the situation should have been handled differently considering she knew there had been ongoing issues. She should have just came up and unlocked the door the first time it didn't work instead of making us go back down 5 times. It was 1am and we had a child with us, we needed to get to bed asap. My family has some sort of red itchy bumps now and believe we could have gotten bedbug bites from this place.

    I booked this hotel room 3 months ago for my daughter’s graduation. Upon arrival, my key card would not work in my door. I had to go down and get them coated. The room smelled horrible. The toilet paper holder was not attached to the counter so that when my daughter went to pull the toilet paper it ripped off and fell on the floor. There were big stains in the carpet. The TV did not work. The hallway had no air-conditioning in it and was super hot. The vent in the bathroom did not work so you had to take a shower with the door open. I stayed for four nights. The staff informed me that during my stay my room would not be cleaned. There was two towels and two wash rags in the room when I got there, I asked the maid The third we were there if we could exchange our towels and wash rice and get clean ones. He stated that he did not do that and I would have to go to the front. There was also only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom so I had to go down and get a new roll every day cause they only gave me one at a

    Ended up not staying because my friends arrived before me and one room smelled like an ashtray, another room smelled like a wet dog. I wanted to stay with them in same hotel so we all went somewhere else. Which was unfortunate because our $200 weekend turned into $1000.

    Very old and out dated. Looked like people were actually living there and had vehicles in lot with flat tires. Really didn’t feel safe, strange people coming and going. Will definitely look for a more modern and updated facility next time I visit Clinton Tn. Sometimes money and value are not worth it.

    There was nothing to not like about this place especially given the price. I paid a few extra bucks for the King suite which was surprisingly roomy. The room itself was clean and comfortable and furnished like a suite. What a deal.

    Needed a place to stay on a long road trip. Upon arrival, the employee working the late shift was extremely kind. We received our room key which did not work at our initially assigned room. After a room change, we accessed the room to find disgusting conditions and multiple items that needed repair. The smoke detector was beeping due to a dead battery. Paint peeling in bathroom. Thermostat hanging by wires out of wall. The sleeper sofa was opened to find all sorts of food and chunks of human hair. Filthy everywhere you looked. Carpets needed major cleaning. Overall this hotel needs significant improvements in both repairs and cleaning!

    Our room was more of a suite witha small living room and a bedroom. The couch was a little stained. Everything else was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very basic with the tinest apples Ive ever seen. There were no egggs, potatoes or yougurt like some places have. It was nice enought that Id definitely stay there again.

    Booked through Hotels.com and received a great price. The lobby was very nice and the young gentleman working that evening was polite and helpful. I received the very end room on the top floor, it was quiet, but maybe not used much as the furniture was very dusty except for the surfaces. I did have to move the microwave from the cubby above the refrigerator to the rest to reach an electrical outlet which shouldn't have been needed. The "free" breakfast was extremely sparse, as all they had was a waffle maker, one cold cereal, a few apples and extremely sweet prepackaged Kellogs crisps. The reason for my poor rating is the fact that I've spent the last 30 minutes on the phone disputing 2-$2.00 charges on my card that was on file for incidentals. They said the charges were for the use of the safe. I didn't even know there was a safe in the room, let alone use it. Overall the bed was comfortable, front seat help was nice, but the room could've been dusted better and the hastle of the charges probably means I will stay at a different location if I have to stop in Clinton TN again.

    At first sight the room seemed nice. Suite was a good setup and beds were comfy. Upon closer inspection, bedding and shower curtain were stained and floors and shower were dirty. My daughter woke up with bedbug bites, a few bugs were found. Other guests reported seeing roaches. Breakfast was disappointing and we didn’t end up eating there after the morning we had.

    We were expecting a decent breakfast.. nope. Cold cereal or waffles. There were some bruised apples available. We were there for three nights and had to use the same towels and wash rags all three days due to 'going green'. Up side: check in and out were super easy.

    The Negative: The hotel was dirty. From the lobby to the rooms, everything seemed to be covered in a layer of grime and mystery stains. The person at the front desk seemed to be personally inconvenienced when I asked for a late checkout. He told me there was going to be a $25 fee and I told him that was fine. Later in the evening, I stopped by the front desk again to ensure that I was okay to have a late checkout because my card had not been charged. He charged my card and said he would put a note in. At 11:30am a man came and knocked on my door to see why I hadn't checked out. The breakfast was either waffles, white toast or cereal. The kids used the pool and it was SO cold and not very well lit. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay for the price.

    We have a service animal and he is a very well behaved dog a little hyper at times but very good with other people doesn’t jump on people that kind of thing. He is papered. He has all of his necessities and we carry it with us. anytime we go out, but the biggest issue we had was the desk clerk when we arrived, asked inappropriate questions about if the dog had papers or not, and he was afraid that he’d get in trouble if he didn’t ask those questions. The only reason we booked this hotel is because they had an indoor pool when we got there. He told us that the pool was closed because the pool was not heated and the heater was broken and they were waiting for the part. The bed was comfortable if we found a chefs knife like a large cutting knife in the couch bed when we went to pull it out for one of our children. It was not as good as other Baymont that we’ve stayed at, and it was a pretty hotel, but it was outdated and kind of dingy in the room that we were in.

    I can't believe Wyndham has their name tied to this place. Cockroaches, stains on linens and towels. Workout facility might as well not exist because it remained closed. They closed the indoor pool hours earlier because of I'm assuming the rain outside and it did open back up the next morning but it was ice cold and I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be heated. People illegally parking in-between handicapped parking spots. Booked for 5 ppl in the suite and only had 2 towels 2 wash cloths and 1 bath mat and was never able to get more because they said they were out. Our room door would not latch when closed so anyone at anytime could push on it and walk right in. Highly disappointed in this place. Won't let me upload photos I have but not surprised at this point

    Tv in bedroom area did not work but we switched it with the one in the sitting area. The tv’s were dusty. There were some bottle tops left in gloor around edge of bed. Pool heater was broken. Breakfast was very basic. Couch and curtains looked worn and slightly dirty. Bed was clean and slept well. Bathroom was clean. Lobby was nice. Location was good and safe.

    Toilet was not working correctly. TV reception was not working until I reset the HDMI connection. Call to the front desk was not answered after 12 rings. Had to go down to get hair dryer. Building badly needs updating. First time staying at Baymont, probably the last.

    When we arrived in our room, there were dirty (feminine hygiene products) next to the bed, our sheets looked filthy and stained, the bathroom toilet had mold all on the inside, our door wouldn’t lock so the hotel key was practically uselesss and the tv kept going out every few minutes. It was just a very poor stay over all. Gym was down , breakfast had 2 options

    Staff member seemed high and struggled to check me in. Took three sets of keys to get into the room. We are non smokers and didn’t like people standing right in front of doors smoking when entering the foyer. Front desk didn’t care. Very lazy with the exception of the handyman. He seemed to work nonstop.

    Our room had roaches. A few on the wall and one on the bed. The foggers were still in the room. We book through Travelocity so we had to call them for a refund but they couldn’t get a hold of the hotel so they could not give a refund even after the hotel told they would cancel our reservation.

    When we arrived at our hotel room it had poop on the toilet seat. And there was blood all over 2 of the towels that were in the bathroom. Probably one of the nastiest hotels I've ever stayed in. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!!
