Two KING beds in our room. This is rare to most hotel chains , but this one was an exception. Indoor-outdoor pool.

Very clean, the beds were so comfortable , staff friendly, dog friendly was very important to us. I can’t say enough about this hotel definitely a 10+ in my book

Hair dryer did not work and shower body wash was found empty. These kind of things should always be on a checklist before a person arrives.

Property was well maintained and all of the staff was great! Especially Ms. Dana serving breakfast. The breakfast was hot, fresh and area was kept very clean throughout the morning. My only disappointment was the size of the fitness center. Not a deal breaker since Southern Fitness is close by. A MUST visit for gym lovers. Overall, a wonderful stay and will definitely book again!

Great clean well maintained spot for a stop on a long drive. Beds were comfortable and rooms were large.

We arrived late at night. The evening staff was wonderful! The breakfast was great as well as the coffee! The property as well as the room was super clean and nice. I highly recommend this hotel!

All floors in the room were not clean.

Everything was good. Check in was fine, room was good, breakfast was good. Disappointed that the pool was closed. It didn’t mention that on the website. Only other complaint would be the bed was high, hard to get into it

It’s deceiving they make you think they have an indoor pool and an outdoor pool but it’s technically just outdoor, I was in room 109 on the first floor, and it was extremely loud

This is our second stay and plan a stay for next year’s trip too. This hotel is clean, comfortable and near everything. The front desk was super kind and helpful. The room and bed is comfortable and quiet. This is a great stay and perfect for all travelers.

Our room was nice. There was some food containers left in the refrigerator which sort of smelled the room a little. Breakfast was very nice. My grandsons were very disappointed that both the outdoor & indoor pools were completely closed!

Evening attendant super kind and friendly. Dogs treated with respect and love. Clean room. Nice breakfast. Great coffee Room amenities were wonderful. Large room with storage options, suitcase accommodation, desk, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. And laundry facilities available! Could use some soundproofing around windows by highway and room entry doors were incredibly loud.

Staff was very kind and accommodating to my needs. Pool was heated which was nice for the kids. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a big variety of foods. Rooms were a little loud. Could hear a lot of what was going on in hallways.

Room was clean, but it seemed a little dated. I didn’t love that the room was not carpeted because it made everything seem louder. Staff was friendly. Easy 25 minute drive to Neyland. We would stay in the same area again.

1.Would I stay here again? Ya, I still probably would because of the 2 King bed option. I would just go with the acceptance that showering may not be an option. 2.Would it be my first choice? Probably not.

Overall great place to stay. The only bad thing was that the waterfall that they show to be on property grounds is not on the property. It is actually 20 mins away and the worker said that he does not know why the website says that it’s on the property grounds.

One night stay with on a return trip home as part of longer trip. Best cinnamon rolls at breakfast (yum!). Stay was great.

Room fine, a little extra cleaning would be good, bathroom vent crusted with dirt. Other than that, all was ok. Not best ever, but a servicable, highway hotel. Finefor the night but certainly not outstanding.

Recently remodeled, it was a better quality and cleaner than the previous hotel we booked through Expedia for the same price (about $200 Quality Inn and Suites, Calhoun, GA). I specifically filtered for an indoor swimming pool in both bookings, so the kids could blow off steam after the long car rides. We were very disappointed that neither hotel had an operational pool available for our stay. Expedia really needs to get their information up to date! This hotel has an "indoor/outdoor" pool open seasonally. The other one was fully indoors but was closed due to "chemical issues".

I had the king room suite. This room had a couch. The couch faced a wall. No TV which most would have. Pictures of the room excluded this fact. So, basically I paid for the upgrade for no reason. LAME.

Air conditioner is very loud, Heard vehicles all night. Booked a regular king room, received a disability room. Someone pressed the button outside the room and loud sound and flashing light went off. We finally just got up and left the property.

Close to interstate and dining options. Everything was fresh and clean. The downside was pool and fitness center were closed but able to use the fitness center in the hotel next door. Loved how fresh and clean the hotel smelled. We ate across the street at Harrison’s and it was great! Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. We will for stay here again!!

Easy location off the highway, a few gas stations and fast food places nearby - convenient for roadtripping. Fellow at the front desk was very nice and provided prompt and efficient service. Common spaces and room clean and with nice amenities. Comfy beds with pillow cases that specify "soft" or "firm" pillows - fancy!

Property, cleanliness and staff are great but disappointing to find upon check in that the indoor pool is not open in December. Description on Expedia clearly says there’s an indoor AND a seasonal outdoor pool and we specifically picked this property, drove further and paid more so our kids could swim. Everything else is great so far but Expedia listing should really be updated to reflect that there is one pool and although it is indoor, it is seasonal and closed for 4 months of the year!

Very misleading to advertise indoor pool. They close it December to March so it should really be noted somewhere. My kids were very disappointed as they were looking forward to it. You can also hear every single thing that occurs outside your window so it’s not quiet. Our fridge also made a high pitch sound all night. Staff was extremely friendly so that was nice.

The staff here was amazing and efficient. We travel alot and I usually avoid Holiday Inns just cause they are a little on the pricier side. But this Holiday Inn Changed my mind on that for the future. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean and super comfortable. If all Holiday Inns are like this one that is the only hotel I will be using from this point on.

Traffic noise is very loud when trying to sleep. Everything else was good.

It doesn’t have a restaurant, the pool was under renovation and the breakfast wasn’t great. Overall it was a nice, clean and comfortable place to stay.

Beds were very comfortable and it was reasonably quiet and priced. However, upon arrival our bathroom had piles of hair all over the floor and counter like someone had blow dryed their hair in there and it had not been cleaned since (I also shed hair so I know what it looks like). Also our first night someone smeared tuna fish all over our rental, when I asked the front desk attendant the next day if they had cameras he said yes, showed them to me, but then said he didn't have time to watch 10 hours of footage. Didn't really apologize that it happened to me or offer us anything for the inconvenience, though I know you park at your own risk it just felt like they didn't really care. And not for nothing we had to go find a car wash and get it taken care of.

Good hotel. Only problem was we found 10 stink bugs in our room that would keep appearing on the window/wall/and bed.
