The staff who checked me in were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The area has plenty of restaurants close by to get a meal if needed. A nice bonus is they offer free coffee and bottled water all day long.

The room and bathroom were clean and very comfortable. Spacious. The staff was very welcoming. Great breakfast!

The employees at Hampton Inn’s are excellent. Friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Several choices of places to eat all around plus gas stations to fuel up.

Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and well-stocked, and the overall atmosphere throughout the hotel felt peaceful and inviting. What truly stood out was the excellent customer service — every interaction made us feel valued and appreciated as guests. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the interstate. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay in the Knoxville/Clinton area, I highly recommend Hampton Inn Knoxville/Clinton. We will definitely be returning!

This is my second recent stay at a Hilton where we have stayed two days and our rooms were never cleaned? Is this snow any policy where they do not clean your rooms daily?

The staff was very accommodating. We travel with our two small dogs and they booked us into a main floor room. Plus one of our dogs is diabetic requiring that his insulin is kept cool during travel. The lovely lady at the front desk put our freezer packs in the freezer until we checked out.

We were driving from Florida to Michigan, so the location, north of Knoxville and right off I-75, was ideal. If you like the overpowering smell of pot smoke, this hotel is for you. I unfortunately do not, especially in a room that cost me $300. I thought this was a non-smoking hotel, but the elevators, stairwells and 4th floor reeked of pot smoke. The smell did not clear from our room until after 2:00 am. Of course we could not sleep. The staff's excuse was that someone smoked pot OUTSIDE the hotel and it infiltrated the entire hotel. That seems a bit far fetched. The fact that they had that lame excuse ready made me think that this was not a one time occurrence. Beware if you choose to stay at this Hampton Inn.

Floor above us had a kid that ran hard above us for 2 hours so by 10p had to finally call the staff to ask them to deal with it. He took care of the problem immediately.

Location breakfast Asked for a quiet room and was told the top floor only had 2 other rooms in use. They gave us a room that adjoined another and placed someone that coughed and threw up all night… which sounded like he was in our room. I asked for a welfare check for him and said they should sanitize. We didn’t get any rest at all. They apologized and said that booking.com requested a. Handicap room for us.. which we didn’t need.. and that’s why we were in an adjoined room. ?

Everything was great for our short in and out stay

Room only had 1 towel & although hotel was mostly unoccupied & we asked for a quiet room, we were placed in a room close to noisy highway. Bathroom door was not balanced & kept closing & hitting us. Floor lamp was standing, but broken. Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Probably will avoid Hampton’s in the future.

I'm not sure why they stopped doing breakfast sausage for breakfast. In my opinion the breakfast was ok, but smoked sausage doesn't taste like breakfast so I think they should bring back breakfast sausage

Upon seeing I booked 2 rooms, Sadie put us into adjoining ones, perfect location for the night.

Great stay

Breakfast was amazing I had scrambled eggs. My sons had waffles, eggs and sausage. The room was amazing and the beds were so incredibly comfortable. The staff were very friendly as well. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect stay! We came to town to go to the Tennessee Theatre and the location was great. The atmosphere was safe and staff were very nice! The hotel was very clean! Only suggestion would be maybe freshen up the caulk in the shower. Will definitely be staying again in the future!

Restaurants are close but would recommend driving since there are no sidewalks in the area. The Museum of Appalachia is just a few mileseast and is highly recommended. Just wear your walking shoes.

Easy to get to right off the highway so it made for a very easy stop on our road trip. Very clean! The staff was super helpful It was not the hotels fault but they had a contract with a company and a large number of workers were staying at the hotel… they all had giant work trucks with cherry pickers and took up at least 2 car spaces which made it nearly impossible for the regular guests to park in the lot- we actually had to park in another hotels lot.

The place was very nice and clean. The room was perfect and it worked out well for my cat. The only down fall was there were very few places to eat but we went to a place next door, Harrison's, qhich had very good food.

Nice hotel.

Rooms were really nice and comfy, the staff was friendly and courteous, the one young lady who was taking care of the breakfast area was wiping the tables down and interrupted people while eating and using the same rag to wipe down garbage cans as she used for tables. Not a deal breaker just a side note , we will be back

The night staff was pleasant. We got there after midnight and there was absolutely no parking the parking was tight so if you have a trailer, there is no parking for it! The rooms were clean. They were average and nothing over the top but they were clean!!! The breakfast was nice they had some sausages and oatmeal and muffins and cereal. We were awaken at 740 with the vacuum from the maids right out our door! Which we hadn’t gotten in til late so that didn’t make me very happy!! But they have a job to do so there’s that! They did give us some free water as we checked into the room which was much appreciated after a long drive! I would stay there again as it was quiet during the night and close to lots of places to eat. The rooms were clean which is rare in hotels now a day!

The staff was great, the process was smooth and the room was clean and well kept.

I told the friendly lady at check-in that I had a dog and to make sure the hotel was pet friendly. Then at check out, the two lady were rude and ask me if I even told them I had a dog. Then when I went to take my dog out to go to the restroom they ran me down yelling that I have to fill out paper work for my dog. Not a good experience!! The bedding also smelled like they havnt changed the bedding. Would not recommend staying at that hotel.

We stopped over on the way to Georgia and didn’t get in until almost 1 am. The staff at check in and check out were so friendly. The room was clean, Beds were comfy , amenities in the room and shower was great. We were there for less than 24 hours but would definitely stay again .

We didn't like we got charged upfront for $$. Do not really understand why. And really would like a refund. That made the room more. They wouldn't give us a receipt either. They said you would send us a receipt (third party) would you please advise on these issues. Thank you

This is my favorite overnite stopping spot on my trips to/from my grandkids home. It is clean, has a comfy bed with lots of pillows...a coffee maker, mini frig and safe in the room! Inwas able to stream my favorite show on Netflix amd they even carried my favorite FOX Cable News channel. Comp breakfast has all the goods, hit cheesy egg omelets with sausage as well as all the pancakes and waffle makers you need. For a quick bkfst...they have prepacked bags to go. My ONLY complaint is that pets use to be free...now there is a $75/nite charge...kinda pricey . Other hotels (Glo in Lexington) only charges $30.

It’s been a long time since we have stayed at a Hampton and we were pleasantly surprised. Great hotel, staff and rooms. We will definitely stay again.

This hotel was convenient, clean and had very nice staff. Oh and their morning breakfast/coffee was GREAT....I always like Hampton Inns and this one did not disappoint.

Staff was friendly and diligent. The room was clean. The linens actually were fresh without body oil odors, that is HUGE success, thank you. I felt safe outdoors of the hotel walking my dog around the hotel. We had room to park our truck with car hauler, which the friendly staff member at the front desk directed us to. There were luggage carts. The breakfast was hot and fresh and clean as well with a smiling, happy, morning person caring for the area. The decor of the hotel and room was modern and clean. We will stay bere again next year as we pass through the area on our trip to and from the north coast to the south coast. Thank you. I can't think of anything. Maybe a nice luxury of offering bottled water offered in the room? But really, I can't think of anything we didn't like.

I prefer to stay at Hampton Inn when traveling and typically have positive experiences. However, this stay was less than perfect. The room had a terrible odor, like a moldy, musky smell. It was reported, but we were not offered a different room, nor was anything done to correct the problem. I was disappointed in the lack of concern and willingness from the staff to offer a solution.

The TV was not user friendly. No instructions. Offerings on the TV would appeal to younger people that don’t pay the bill. When I figured out the “regular “ TV channels. There was only 15 choices. Only two were of interest to us. Frustrating to say the least.

This is my stay place when traveling Florida to Michigan. Convenient getting to the hotel, feel safe area and has always been an excellent stay. Close by restaurants are great for lunch or dinner. The staff has always been welcoming and helpful

Extremely clean, and there are mattress covers, which is a big plus. Service was excellent and facilities looked updated. Giving only 4 stars because the breakfast was disappointing.

We had a quick overnight on our way to visit family. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We had our dog and was traveling with a boat. Both were welcomed and accommodated. We’d def stay here again.

Check in was quick & easy. Room was clean. Bed somewhat comfortable. As with so many hotels, you're woken up between 6-6:30 am by people's doors slamming shut. Never a good way to start your day after driving 12 hours.

Second, I would reconsider booking through Expedia- this is our 3rd time booking through Expedia and have had so many issues with the hotel and Expedia because once you book through Expedia- nothing can be changed or adjusted at the hotel. We tried to change our reservation in the allotted time from 2 nights to 1. It was a two day fiasco to try to get this changed. Expedia made it very difficult to make this change even though we were still in the window of being able to make a change without being charged. We also had an issue with our room at the hotel and when we tried to change rooms the hotel said we could not because we booked through a 3rd party. To all those who are wanting to book through Expedia because you think your getting a good deal I would think again or just make sure you are not wanting to make any changes whatsoever to you reservation and room and also don’t expect to easily speak to customer service at Expedia .

Unlike the Days Inn in Lavonia GA. this is what a Hotel should be. I have zero negative comments about this place. Clean, easy to get in and out of, easy Hwy access. Lot's of food options in walking distance. 5 stars.

Upon entering the room, I noticed it smelled vey nice. The stay was wonderful and have to say that Hampton Inn is my favorite hotel chain! My only complaint (very minor) is I wish the trash cans were bigger. Everything else was great!

Perfect for our overnight stay during a long road trip with our three littles. Very clean room and building in general, friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast had nice variety and plenty of seating. Overnight parking was packed but to be expected with eclipse and spring break traffic.

Only ding is the bathroom sink looks like something may have backed up in the drain. Assuming it was after house keeping had cleaned the room because the rest of the room was perfect.

Nice place good stay

Approximately 5 minutes after getting in our room, the gas station across the street had a police involved incident that included numerous police and guns being drawn. Then later that evening there was 2 fire engines and ambulance at another location across the street. The traffic was EXTREMELY LOUD ALL NIGHT. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses we’ve ever slept on.

I guess because for one time...i booked through a third party...so check in was a complete departure from what I'm used to as a hilton honors member... couldn't choose my room online... had to go through a conventional check in which took waaaaay too long as my food was getting cold. Plus didn't care for a bit of the attitude i got while questioning the delay... normal hilton visits are fast easy...accomodating...i expect that from other companies. Just because your not a Conrad hotel or a Ritz Carlton doesn't mean you can't aspire to be more like them in regards to customer service.
