We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Got settled into first room, air conditioner was not working. Staff was quick to have it checked, was not able to fix, so moved us to another room. Great upgrade and great service. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was hot and delicious with a variety of different options. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip.

The reason for not giving this place 5 stars is because of how "Vicki" treated us when checking in, she is easily wins the "worst customer service" title, with her demeanor and attitude should not be in a job customer facing period. Again, beautiful property.

Staff was friendly, plenty of parking, there is a bar and it’s right in lobby so if you stay on first floor is a little noisy. Room had a weird odor.

Everyone was very nice, even though we checked in late. There was a weird sticky spot on the floor in the kitchenette, but everything else was nice and clean. I do wish the bathroom had a covered wastebasket, as we were traveling with both a dog and a toddler, so the only way to keep the dog from getting at the dirty diapers was to keep the bathroom door shut. Someone did try our doorknob at six am and freaked the dog out, but I don’t know if that was staff or another guest. Either way we didn’t get much sleep after that.

Everything was top notch! Staff was friendly and the room was very nice! In the breakfast area Leslie was very friendly and helpful and a hard worker. I hope she is appreciated there. The breakfast was always great and fresh and included some excellent options for the main part of the meal. We didn’t use the pool, but I’m sure it’s well maintained like the rest of the property. Overall, we were impressed!

Overall very good! There wasn’t anything overall that I disliked about the room. It was cozy and convenient! I was hoping for more of a view of the mountain but that was poor planning on my party. The breakfast was delicious, i enjoyed how they served the food instead of a complete buffet. Would stay here again!

Had a great breakfast menu with hot and fresh food! Kind and helpful staff! I became sick with hypoxia after a fall in our room! The front desk staff went out of their way to get the paramedics to our room and be helpful during the ordeal! I spent our entire vacation in the hospital ! Jojo at the front desk and another front desk staff member were so kind and even checked on me at the hospital! I was impressed by their willingness to help! The hotel is beautiful, clean and we will always stay here! Kudos to Best Western Hotel Fillmore Inn and Suites! You outdid yourselves! So appreciative! Thank you!

One of the “best” Best Western properties that I have stayed in. Very good location, clean rooms and helpful staff. The highlight was the breakfast.

Lights in room didn’t work, I didn’t like the bathroom room didn’t close properly. But overall it was clean and comfortable

Breakfast was great, everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had a very noisy heater/cooler fan but we turned it off and slept like babies after that. We arrived late and left early so we didn't get to enjoy the bar but everyone we encountered was extremely nice, we felt safe, and will stay again on our next trip to the area.

Had a great time. Staff is very nice and the room was nice and clean. Drinks at the bar are great and affordable. Using the grill was easy, all you have to do is check out untesils at the front desk. Only complaint is the late 4pm check-in. They'll let you check-in early for a $25 fee which is pretty lame.

The room was spacious, very clean and so quiet. The breakfast was great every day and much to choose from. The staff in the breakfast area were friendly and helpful. My trip was stressful as it was a death in our family but honestly my stay here was such a plus and made it manageable.

At one point they had charged my card for $587 even though my 2 night stay only came to a little over $200. I brought this up to the front desk staff (David) and he was pretty short and impatient with me. I understand the need to charge for incidentals etc but it’s been a week and I still haven’t been fully reimbursed and that’s been frustrating. Other than that the room was nice and I enjoyed my stay.

Also, the breakfast was like dining out! The gals serving were always smiling and the food was very good!

The room was clean and inviting. The breakfasts were enjoyable and the amenities were nice. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and made us feel welcome, except for a person named Robert. He was rude and invasive on our requests for more pillows and blankets. As far as i know it is their job to make sure we were comfortable and not interrogated on how we feel comfortable. Other than that the experience went well. Just dont ask for anything to make your stay more comfortable from Robert.

Froendly staff, room was clean, nice towels. The fromt desk was exceptional she explained how to locate all the amenities & answered our questions about the area attractions.

When we arrived, the toilet wouldn’t flush. We notified the desk but since we had a late check-in, the maintenance man was gone so we were stuck for the night. The next am no hot water for shower. Notified the desk to find out we were the 3rd room with this complaint. At breakfast this morning, had to tell staff the oj was empty which they fixed. Then had to tell them the yogurt machine was empty. None of these were monumental but when added up, was disagreeable.

The room was very clean. Staff was over the top friendly. All of then which is rare these days. We will be back.

Room was nice, the staff were Excellent! Bed was a little uncomfortable. Bar was good, had some wing there one night and they were surprisingly good. Better than a lot of wings I have had at actual restaurants. Area was a little sketchy, some homeless wanderers, but never felt unsafe. Place was fenced and had security. Breakfast was great, need some fresh fruit to add to it and it would have been perfect. Kept car locked, but never saw anyone in the lot that was not supposed to be there. I would stay here again.

We have stayed at this location on multiple occasions and will continue to choose this hotel for our trips to Colorado Springs. The hotel is well maintained, easy to access and clean rooms. We have only ever had 1 issue with a room (slow draining bathroom sink) and we let the front desk know and they had it taken care of before we returned for the evening. For being right off I-25, it’s very quiet. I love that there is dining options in house as well as walking distance. The convenient store near by is always super friendly as well. Breakfast has something for everyone. The parking lot is small and gravel, but we have never had issues not finding parking. Overall we have good experiences here and would recommend.

The hotel and the room itself were very clean. Housekeeping was great and kept the bed sheets and towels changed regularly. The staff itself were friendly and attentive when needed. The free breakfast was also good and kept the family happy. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in the area!

Love this place.But they need to do a little more up keep on the dog poop.its everywhere. There are no bags to pick up poop. Also, after the snow that fell on November 30. there was no snow shoveling of the side walks. They just waited for it to melt.

This place is full of homeless people at breakfast. I stayed there for 4 night couldn’t sleep well because AC turns off. The bathroom door is broke.

Just didn’t like how I was treated the first night I checked in ( acted like I was a burden to Che k in and treated me like I was a 5 year old not following her instructions or what she was saying Morning staff was very helpful , I had to keep apologizing even when it wasn’t my fault) . Breakfast didn’t have very much vegetarian options. There was a limit on how many eggs ( only 2) per person. Room was clean but super noisy ,some stranger tried to get in the room in the middle of the night.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Best Western Fillmore during our weekend getaway to Colorado Springs. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The kitchenette was an added bonus. The hotel was near our desired locations: Garden of the Gods, Manitou Incline/ Barr Trail, Pikes Peak. If we are ever in Colorado Springs again, we would definitely stay here.

Hotel conveniently located for restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The staff was very helpful and the options for breakfast were great. The pool was clean and the rooms were even cleaner. Our exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom and we had to clean out the drain but overall our experience was wonderful.

The hotel was recently updated and we could tell they took care to think about the little things. The standing shower was comfortable and had good water pressure. The room and grounds were clean and staff was always at the front desk when we passed by. Free parking in a convenient location.

Located on a main transportation artery (I25) convenient to reach all of Colorado Springs hot spots. A lot of parking, clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast is standard with revolving main courses (you can come back as many times as you want but you cannot take yourself).

Upon checking in our 1st room. We found roaches, I called down to the front desk and let them know. They insisted that we come back to the front desk to get a new room. They ended up upgrading us to s beautiful suite! The breakfast was okay (my family and i are vegan). I did like the pizza buffet that they offered although we did not partake. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown Colorado Springs, which is where my family and i go for the vegan restaurants.

The staff truly felt like they were family, they were so sweet and patience with an incredibly large group of people.

It was an outrageous deposit of 100 dollars and if I had know that I would not have booked even tho I get it back it was money that was needed and other bigger chains don't even charge they just do a hold on the card

We had been driving all day and night from Dallas to get to this hotel we booked through Expedia. When we arrived they told us they were fully booked for the night and could not accommodate us. We were refused a refund for almost $200 USD. We had to pay for a completely different hotel on top of this one we had already paid for earlier. I would not trust the management at this hotel.

There were good things and bad things about this hotel. Good things were how close it is to Garden of the Gods and other nearby attractions in Colorado Springs. There are also good nearby restaurants within walking distance. The main bad thing with this hotel was that I felt disrespected by staff at check-in. I was told I was required to sign a paper 3 times and the desk staff acted impatient like they didn't want me to read the paper I was required to sign. I was also required to pay a $300 deposit on check-in. This deposit was refunded to me, but when I questioned the purpose of the deposit (because $300 is a lot of money), I was talked down to and felt like I was treated like I was stupid. Upon review of other customer's reviews after staying here, it does appear that others have felt disrespected by the check-in staff at this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was one of the better complimentary breakfasts I've had at a hotel with a waffle bar, coffee, and juice. The hotel room we stayed in was a suite which included a kitchenette with mini stovetop, washer and dryer, fridge, and dishwasher; this room appeared to be cleaned well upon arrival.

We reserved the King Suite with the kitchenette, but the 1st room had a very bad odor that we couldn't get rid of. Front desk was friendly, but they were at 100% capacity so we couldn't change rooms. We slept Saturday night in the room with the window open due to the foul smell. Sunday morning they did switch us to a new room which was much better. We couldn't get any compensation for our first room because they said I booked from a 3rd party service. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but Saturday was very expensive for a room we couldn't enjoy for our 35th wedding anniversary. Totally disappointed in that! I believe paying $350 a night for that space warranted some type of compensation.
