Motel 6 – Colorado Springs, CO – South/Metro Area

My TV didnt work and the room wasn't very clean.

The lady in the lobby was absolutely wonderful. But the guy who checked me in gave me the wrong room when I booked for 1 bed oh and on the website, the pictures are not exactly as they are in person. False advertising lobby does not look exactly how it does on here and not as clean. You can tell the pictures are edited to make the building. Look nice. The homeless people they let hang around the building

Unclean rooms, Stained bed sheets and stained toilet seat. The rooms smell like cigarettes. It’s a horrific experience.

Bathroom wasn’t clean. Hair in the sink. Shower was very dingy. A lot of Sketchy/Homeless people around. Needs to remodeled ASAP. It’s definitely not being taken care of. Small tv. No fridge or microwave. Wasn’t told about a deposit before booking but when I got there I was charged an extra 60 bucks for a deposit.

However, check in took about 30 min and we were the only ones checking in. Apparently there’s an issue with the system when you book through hotels.com, so much so, that my card was charged and refunded about three times. The place is DIRTY. The shower had hair on the floor, there was hair on the walls and some towels. No trash bin in the rooms. I had to push the door SO hard to get it to close, and there was wiring exposed where the lock is. Just pay the extra money and go elsewhere.

Ice machine was broke. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. But it was an inexpensive bed and shower.

Is absolutely disgusting. I paid for a room with a fridge and microwave and they didnt have any left. A whole part of the building is burned out. The bed was the qorst even for a cheap motel. There are so many better spots for similar money

This place is a horrible place. The ice machine didn’t work, hallways had dog feces all over and was also freezing for starters. Then the morning of checkout we tried to extend our stay to which we were told we couldn’t under false accusations as well as putting tow stickers on our windows. This place was highly recommended by a friend but will never be going back.

The shower water was hot and the bed was comfy. Feb 28th, 2026 5:30pm me and my friend got a room for one night. And walking in beds wasn't really made, the room looked renovated way to quick because there was dust in the hall mirror and housekeeping didn't even clean the bathroom I couldn't even see my reflection clearly, or swept the floor. The tolit paper don't have new plastic cover on it. I should've took video and picture because I paid $71.00 in reality room like that should be $40.00

The staff are friendly

Was quite The fact that you put us on a DNR for absolutely no reason. We've stayed there a lot and have never had any problem what so ever. We booked another room and all of a sudden we can't check in and can't receive a refund from our reservation. When we asked why no one could tell us anything

The staff was nice. If there was a fridge in the room or a bathtub it would be worth the price

First time checking in sheets were not clean I was moved to another room where big man knocking on door stating no one should be in room then I noticed sheets not change n room had not been cleaned because bug man was supposed to go in and spray.

Well first off the people that work the front desk are very rude treated both my husband and myself like crap threaten

Staff was very rude since the first time I checked in she was quite disrespectful to both myself and my husband. I was a stay over for about 2 weeks we didn't get offered any towels soaps clean linens and when we asked for them they treated us rude telling me there was none available because of the renovations they have going on there's cockroaches in the rooms the showers are filthy

I didn't even stay overnight; I had to go and rent another hotel.

They gave me a room and when I opened it it smelled like urine when to let them know I got another room and that one was really dirty and it smelled. Tried charging my phone, couldn’t because plugs didn’t work not even to use the tv.

I like that motel 6 is pet friendly. However, I was put in a room that had been smoked in. There was clearly a no smoking sign on the door. We had to spray the room just to make it halfway doable. Then night two we had to get the office person to redo our "keys". It seemed to be a rundown facility. Definitely needs to be updated. Will not be staying there ever again.

The laundry facilities were closed their was no lamp shades in the room no refrigerator or microwave

Room needs serious upgrades and cleaning. The room had a very strong smell, not sure what it was. The walls are dirty and the floor was sticky.

Checked in, were a little alarmed at how "methy" everything looked, but it was late so decided to give it a go. First keys didn't work, so my husband went for new ones, while I made sure my kids and luggage didn't get trafficked. New keys worked, but they hadn't cleaned the room from earlier "guests" so again, it reeked like that party you still regret tagging along to, 30 years later. My dads room was the same only THERE WERE STILL PEOPLE IN IT!!! Waiting on a refund. Operating as a motel 6, but it's a trap house, for sure.

The young man that works the evening shift( I think the 3pm-11pm)made my check-in fast and painless. He answered all my questions and gave me the best/ painless way and advice on how to add extra days and pay for them.

I stayed at alot of hotels some great and some not so much out here, due to just moving out here.I had a issue with my bank and wasn't able to get to the bank to resolve it until I got off work at 1pm.And due to my transportation situation.I wouldn't get back until 6pm. The room was due at 11am so I was panicking thinking that I would get treated like the others hotels(rudely, and unsympathetic). But I spoke to Alexis(Manger) and explained everything and she was very understanding and personable. When I came in to pay with the night front desk clerk they didn't make me feel weird and uncomfortable. This might seem like something small, but to me it was huge and greatly appreciated!!! Thank y'all so much!!!

The room was clean, and I am thankful for the young man that works the 3-11 shift. We have a lot of luggage and they don't have a luggage cart, so he gave us a room on the bottom floor as close to the office so we wouldn't have to go to far. The only down side was the room had a strong pet smell, no small fridge or microwave. But the staff is great and understanding , and I think they are doing renovations as well.

The floor was soaking wet O slipped and fell not safe tv did not work the worst stay i have ever had. Its sad to think motel 6 has gone down so bad and the light may have been on but the accommodations were way off. In 70 years old very bad experience. The clerk told me the floor was damp from just being mopped nit so it was soaking wet from a leak in the refrigerator.

Nasty pee staines and semen stains smelled horrible door was practically one kick from opening
