Everything needed for my visit was perfect!

I believe someone(possibly unaware, but) had stayed in the room I was given without proper cleaning, towels and bedding were used, signs of the room being used on counters, floor, and tables. 3rd floor neighbor??‍♂️

The staff at night mainly the mid shift gentlemen was very rude. We went to let our service animals outside side and immediately the front desk called the room phone accused us of having more people then us two in the room and accused us about having pets not service animals in the room and said you no your not to have any guest stop by. Just a jerk. Then ambushed my husband at the main doors and questioned him as well. He was very rude and harrases us. Then they wanted to C. H. A. R. G. E us E. X. T. R. A as well and not very considerate front desk staff they all seem very unprofessional happy with there jobs and seem to all be in the wrong field. Now thats not the front auditor night guy he was super friendly white guy mid 30s thank you for acknowledging us but the rest of you need a new job and get one were customer service is not needed cause thats a skill you all don't have minus the white large gentlemen at the desk who is super awesome

As much as I love the breakfast they offer, and the cleanliness of the rooms, I have stayed at this particular Super 8 location repeatedly because of the staff and especially the team... they are always kind and very attentive, and they have always been very patient with me, and my special circumstances...

I didn't stay. Management wanted an additional $60.00 for my small dogs, and I refused to pay that. I told him their advertising was misleading by stating they were "dog friendly".

Wasn’t very clean in the room. Sheets looked dirty and if you move a lamp or tv or phone you can see so much gunk under it. Things were held together with tape that was broken. Could use some small upgrades to improve overall.

Loved the 1am check in option, good free breakfast options and free ample parking plus location was close to the highway. Our room didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner which sucked but it did have shower gel and hand soap. We had a microwave, fridge and nice table with a mirror in front of it. The bathroom was a little cramped and dingy but clean.

Nice hotel but is older, a good 60 dollar a night room but not the $71 I paid ..it seems clean and safe enough..loud window unit air conditioning though.. overall not a bad experience though !

The hotel is a bit older and run down, but the shower ran, the towels were clean, and the ac worked. Can't say I need more than that! Also, it's right next door to a McDonald's, so I didnt have to order-in or Uber out. Very convenient.

Stay was fine. Seems like an older hotel property so cleanliness is difficult to ascertain; I didn’t really want to touch things, never took my shoes off and did not touch the bedspread. Continental breakfast was ok, though the hard boiled eggs tasted funny. I’ve stayed at other super 8 properties that were acceptable to me but I would not stay here again.

Parking suck. Lots of pot holes. The hotel is decent! It's good.

Needed more grass for dogs.

Fire alarm went off at 7am and I spent the next 20 minutes in parking lot. Allowed back in the room only to have the alarm sound again 30 minutes later. The toaster in the breakfast room kept smoking, triggering the smoke detector. That room should have a heat detector instead of a smoke detector.

Room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The grout around the sink/tub was cracked. But for the very reasonable price, it was pretty great. Even the breakfast was better than I expected, since the price was so reasonable ($65 a night).

It’s a lot worse than the pictures.

Didn't feel 100% safe as a single woman traveling alone. ..but this isn't the best area to stay in, which I knew when I booked...but when men congregate outside the front door of the building late at night when I get back...I get very nervous by myself.

Room was not very clean the ice bucket was full of water the tub had hair in it and the carpet didnt look very clean. While I was checking in a guest came to ask for a towel and the front desk person was very rude and didn’t even want to give her one. I have worked as front desk position and as a cleaner as well and let me tell you this was very unsatisfactory and the front desk lady should have been more welcoming and kind.

These folks are helpful and friendly. I needed to help a friend with a place to stay. They were extremely kind and professional. You can't beat the price. The room was very clean and mostly updated. No complaints at all.

This Super 8 is super gross -- run down and low quality, just like a Super 8 is renown for. My wife said this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at, and that is saying a lot since we have literally backpacked and stayed at many $10/night straw mattress rooms in many 3rd world countries over the years! Feels like you cant trust that sheets and towels are actually washed...just imagining the caliber of people whonhave snuggled with those pillows....ugh barf! The cleaning staff is clearly addicted to Fabuloso, since every crevice of the rooms are doused in gallons of it, innescapable damn smell of Fabuloso everywhere! Gave my wife a migraine, felt like my lungs didnt want me to breathe. What are they covering up with all that Fabuloso??!!

Was in town for an event and booked here as we do every year. For a room tonjust lay our head it is a decent room for the price. The staff every year is nice and breakfast is just your normal contintental breakfast and for free isn't bad.

No place to park out vehicle. We had to park in a private parking lot and then worry all night if we were going to be towed. We could hear conversations in the lobby, vehicles coming and going, the ice machine near our room. We did not get any rest. We also had to worry about the unsavory people standing around the parking lot.

Arrived exceedingly late, so there were some unsavory folks around. BUT the check-in clerk was friendly. The room was a bit run down. None of our plugs would stay plugged in. Linens were clean, but the bed and pillows were lumpy. The morning clerk who was also the breakfast host was lovely and cheerful. For a low-budget hotel, the breakfast was decent! Continental plus waffles, yogurt, cereal and boiled eggs!
