Good stay

Room was clean. Everything worked as intended although the TV had a glitch which I initially thought was a blown speaker. Turned out to be a wiring/connection issue. Staff addressed the issue, but it occurred two more times and required fiddling with the wires by myself both times. It's obvious there are long-term residents, and abandoned vehicles in the lot. If all you require is a good night's sleep for low cost, it is adequate. Was allowed to bring my bike inside. Location close to several fast food joints, Walmart, and other shopping. Not far from highway, but far enough to not be able to hear it. May stay again, may look for slightly nicer accommodation.

There are broken down vehicles in the parking lot and when the check in staff found out we booked via Hotels.com they immediately were unpleasant and aggressively declined to help my sister with an early check out, 4 days instead of 5. They adamantly said that we should have booked with them directly in order for early check out to happen. I made the reservations for 2 rooms and when my sister couldn't stay 5 days, I contacted Hotels.com and they advised us it wasn't a big deal, to say early check out when we got in. I will follow up with H.com, of course but there wasn't a reason to berate us for not booking with them directly; it's their decision to do business with Hotels.com. The place, rooms were quiet and the beds in both rooms were good. Cleaning product smell is an issue, possibly because we found out they allow up to 3 pets per room, the cleaning products are so liberally used that it is completely over powering. Turn all fans on high at all times to mitigate. It's likely the carpets in the hallways and steps need to be replaced. The same overpowering cleanser is used throughout the building.

That it was right off the freeway. It was absolutely disgusting, property smelled like Indian food, all vending machines and elevator we’re broke. Everything was just dingy and disgusting.
- 5/5
The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable, very nice stay.
- 1/5
When we arrived around midnight, the room was not properly equipped. There were only two pillows available for our family, insufficient towels, and no iron, even though an ironing board was in the room. Each time we requested basic items, the front desk asked us to come down from the third floor to pick them up ourselves rather than delivering them. The room layout was also inconvenient. The sink was located inside the main room instead of the bathroom, so turning on the light at the sink disturbed everyone trying to sleep. The service was disappointing. Peter and the manager, Jimmy, were both rude and unhelpful when addressing our concerns. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. I would not recommend this Econo Lodge location. Travelers should consider a more reliable brand and a better-maintained property. I intend to contact the corporate office and CEO's office during business hours to formally share my experience.

Tried checking in at 10:35pm I was told they were having problems with Expedia, and didn’t have my reservation, even after presenting my confirmation. Of course they were booked. Told me I need to call Expedia for refund, and made no other effort for me to find a room on a very busy night with many of the surrounding hotels full.

Avoid. Bed was comfy and the water pressure was decent but.....that's about it. The AC was very loud and didn't work very well, the room was falling apart. A nightstand with lamp on each side, and one didn't even have an outlet to plug into anywhere lol. The "breakfast" was the worst I had ever seen at a hotel....at 0845 out of milk, out of butter, out of syrup, barely any batter for waffles and cheap/flavorless. Just white bread, a bowl of grape jelly, some generic brownie bites and a toaster. Literally that's all. There for 15 minutes and no one came to refill anything. Why advertise "Breakfast included". Whatever you paid, you will probably feel you overpaid.
- 4/5
It was clean and the staff was very courteous. The breakfast was very limited.
- 2/5
This place is ill kept. Hair dryer gave shocks when trying to plug in. Tissue slot empty. The room had no charging ports and no convenient outlets. Coffee maker jammed with supples but in several pieces. Spend a few more dollars. Other reviews are misleading

Location, open area across the street to walk my dog Jets flying overhead very loud. Breakfast hot waffles but nothing else warm for breakfast.

Comfortable room, quiet hotel, early breakfast start. When I came into room my window was open, no screen. Definitely a safety issue, there could have been someone waiting in the clothes cabinet in the room for me. Not good when you are traveling alone! Need more than two towels, and thicker towels. Chairs in breakfast area were spotted/dirty, they need to be cleaned or tossed out. Breakfast was all sugar/carbs-No Peanut butter for toast, no yogurt/protein bars, eggs. Maybe provide only coffee-and Tea! Some people prefer Tea.

Very good

The surrounding area had lots of shopping/fast dining but felt a little unsafe just with how many homeless people were around the hotel and the area. Likely not something the hotel can control but just something people traveling with kids should be aware of. Other than that, it was fine for the price!
- 2/5
Not great. Not clean, not well maintained. Very friendly staff but the business is clearly struggling financially.
- 3/5
The room was a little dirty me and my husband were cleaning and there were a lot of ants and we had to clean up every thing and watch them and watch your items and belongings because one day the house keeper came and most definitely had some sticky fingers so be careful when you leave put all that important stuff away
- 0.5/5
Nothing . Went into the first room and the shower door wouldn't close and there was blood onthe walls.. Second room. The bathroom door wouldn't close. Then the toilet got clogged. Went for dinner and the elevator had been urinated in. Owners park right at the entrance on the pathway and allow junkies to stay in broken down vehicles.

Terrible service, literally busted the door in after the first night all while we had a 2 day reservation.
- 4/5
Quick and easy check in. Area looked a little run down and the entrance to the hotel look like broken windows had been taped up and they are also doing some construction/renovation I think (at least lots of supplies on side and inside entrance of building point to that). Room is basic and a little dated but it was quiet and safe and a good deal for the price, plus included a little free breakfast (not expansive by any means but still something - there was coffee and juices and mini muffins and a waffle maker and a little fresh fruit. Oh and cereal. Maybe a couple other things but not like eggs and meats).
- 3/5
My room smelled of smoke bad.
- 4/5
Clean and spacious rooms, no excessive noise, friendly staff. Would stay again when needed
- 1/5
There was blood on the walls

I thought that it was pretty good for the price that we paid, until we walked into the hotel. Broken windows at both front doors, sketchy people, scary elevator, dirty hotel room and very dirty Office chair inside.

The desk person was pleasant and didn’t charge us extra to check-in 45 minutes early—though she asked if I wanted to pay $25 extra. Lobby was updated but rooms dated. Beds were saggy and could put you in traction. Red stains on carpet and in sink area. Aurora Comfort/Clarion properties should probably be avoided—2nd bad experience. So per 8 in Henderson much better option in price range.
- 1/5
Never again

- 3/5
The area was good, but noisy, a loud noise woke me up at 5:00am, and I couldn’t go back to sleep. Pet friendly, that is nice. Close to food places, but you would need to drive. They seem to be making some improvements.
- 3/5
My family and I were not bothered or harassed in any way but there were homeless sitting on the curb outside and we had a few people come in, obviously high, talking about getting high or getting money, which made us feel like we had to be very careful with our belongings and our own safety. The parking lot area was dirty and I'm assuming the trash came from those who were seeking to get drunk and high. The hotel had a continental breakfast but the selection was minimal. Two types of cereal, apples (small), or waffles. I don't expect a lot of a place that is beyond reasonable monetarily, but I do expect a little better than what we experienced on our stay. I will probably try another option next time.

I realize this was a cheaper option, but the extra lock was missing on our door, the shower door had holes in it, the toilet barely flushed and everything else was very minimal - from the towels and bedding to the breakfast.

Of course. I will not tell them this, but I am a covert intelligene gatherer Employee, we're working to gather intelligence. On some yeah, not so outstanding.Citizens.To say the very least. I stayed there about three days. All through the days, they were reasonable and fine. ( Anybody, you can take one, look at me, you can see that clearly I have money and stuff going for me. I'm not some kind of dweeb out of the bushes or something) . And she made me leave unpack everything, that and literally, by the time i what's halfway through packing? My money had become available, and this lady seemed so you're not even try to find the fact that she did not care now. I'm assuming this must be racism because she is treating every single one of the customers this way. You guys would not have a business, I am half. Mexican half israeli, look kind of exotic, and I wear yamaka. But I wear rolex and dress well. And I will not be taking me or any of my 7 figure income to this treasure place ever again
- 2/5
It was a hotel.
- 4/5
Nice for what it costs. No carpet in the room and a slider door to the toilet/shower but was expected to be no frills.
- 5/5
Suggest gluten free options for breakfast, such as oatmeal and fruit.
- 2/5
Old worn out hotel with little upkeep
- 4/5
This place met my expectation for having a basic accomodation to sleep and rest at night. Nothing fancy but clean and safe. I would give 5 stars if they would offer a better breakfast, like eggs and sausages. The options were waffles, bread and cereal.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. They keep it clean but it could use some upgrades to improve the look of the room. I had no issues with safety or customer service. Staff was friendly and breakfast had waffles, coffee, cereal, and juice.
- 3/5
Poor housekeeping. I notice because it’s what I do for a living
- 2/5
The location wasn't bad but what really bothered me was the lock on the door had been cut off. The shower door wouldn't shut, there was water on the wall behind the bed and on the bedside lamp, there was only 1 extremely thin pillow per person and even though the veiw was fantastic there was no screen on the window
- 4/5
Was great
- 1/5
Room had damage under sink. Beds were hard. People slamming doors, going in and out all night. Could hear them talking and kids running around. Elevator was very old and slow. Took forever. I used the stairs; a lot faster. It was not a good stay.
- 1/5
Hotel is outdated, rooms are very outdated
- 4/5
This facility was clean and prices for value. We spent 4 days in the Springs and our King room was nice and clean. Only complaint is the bed and pillows were very hard.
- 4/5
We got in late and needed a place to sleep for the night before continuing on. There was only one pillow each. We didnt ask for more. So maybe they would’ve given us another and the bed seemed like it would be uncomfortable but we slept fine, didn’t wake up in the middle of the night and didn’t wake up sore. They had a regular breakfast. It smelled wonderful but we didn’t stay for breakfast since we were hiking that day.
- 2/5
The property was very run down it smelled the beds were rock hard. The place was making a part
- 3/5
Stayed 5 nights. It was OK. Never received housekeeping service once. Had to go ask for towels or set trash outside my door and go ask front desk for trash bags. This is a low end hotel and it attracts low end clients. Everyone sits outside the front door and smokes. You walk thru the cloud every time you come and go. Room was very musty smelling. I cleaned a/c filter (probably never been done before) and brushed off layer of filth on coils and a/c worked better and didn't smell as bad. Yes, the owners do keep up the property and are doing their best based on what they deal with. I got what i paid for. Best deal in Colorado Springs in a somewhat safe area.
- 1/5
Made reservation due to good ratings and availability. Bad decision.Hotel was to be smoke free. You could smell the musty smoke throughout rooms and lobby/halls. Upholstery dirty, cigarette burns on furniture, linens, and counters. Lobby area full of broken furniture. Parking area full of run down, broken vehicles. Mattresses worn out, holes in walls. Our room had 4 occupants( two adults, two kids). We were allowed two towels per day… “breakfast” consisted of dry cereal with no milk, an empty juice machine, and a waffle maker that was filthy. Surrounding area in the neighborhood very nice, clean, friendly. Maybe the hotel ownership and staff can take note or surroundings.
- 1/5
The pictures posted to Hotels.com are deceiving. The lobby was being used as a storage area with old furniture stacked up, and the carpet was dirty and worn. Although the beds had clean sheets, they were hard. One of the worst travel experiences my family has had and the only reason we stayed the night was due to our late arrival and exhaustion from travel. We were gone by 7am this next day.
- 4/5
It was very reasonably priced for the quality and the pictures of the hotel & rooms were exactly what they look like.
- 2/5
Lobby smelled like cigar. Our room had boogers on the wall next to the bed and blood(someone wiped their finger on wall with blood). Our bed sheet had a cigar whole even though room says no smoking. The amenities next to the sink where used and inside of the shower on top their was hairs(men’s hair). Rooms are really outdated even though the place has so much potential! And the safety lock on top of door was broken.
- 1/5
Sometime after 10pm there was a ruckus in the hallway and someone tried to get into our room. They managed to open the door, even though it was locked. Air conditioner makes so much noise, I had to sleep with a towel over my head. “Breakfast” gave us a choice between children’s cereal (Lucky Charms, etc) and waffles. Not a bagel or muffin in sight. It’s clear they are struggling to keep the place open. Might be better if it closed.
- 1/5
Building maintenance was very, very poor. Looked out into the courtyard from our room and grass was over knee high. Chairs were everywhere as if this was the place that the local crackheads gathered from the streets for a retreat. The parking lot is a complete mess. Inside property is not well kept up - just a dinky hotel. Bed was clean and was grateful for a shower but was even more thankful we were just passing through and only had to stay 1 night. Definitely not worth $100. Maybe worth $50. I guess inflation is everywhere.
- 5/5
The man at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Had a large window our cat could look out from, and a king size bed that was so comfortable. Traveling across the country with a dog and cat is not easy, but when you find a room this clean, quiet and comfortable, it's not as difficult!
- 4/5
They left me aone o was in horrible back pain and told I'll find u if I need something
- 4/5
Lacking in places to plug in devices. Laptops etc
- 5/5
Not the best but I only paid $70 per night guess you get what you pay for.
- 1/5
Sheets were dirty and stained, customer service even worse when issue was brought up do not recommend this place to anyone. Take pride at your customer service and clean the sheets it’s really not that hard
- 3/5
Price was reasonable for what you got and front desk staff was friendly. Conveniently located, close to the highway.
- 5/5
Good stay
- 4/5
Clean pretty good breakfast
- 1/5
Checked into our room and immediately noticed the door latch completely taken off and the smoke alarm missing, eventually found it in a drawer with no batteries. Then started to look around the room to check everything, looked at the window and it was being held together with duct tape and the lock on the window was broken and the window wouldn’t shut completely. absolutely terrible experience and will not be coming back to this hotel
- 4/5
Great location, easy check in, nice room
- 3/5
Basic accomadations
- 3/5
The backside of the motel was trashy looking as well as the dumpster area. It lacked curb appeal. Although the room was generally clean, the shower door and frame needed a deep cleaning.
- 1/5
I had a very poor experience at this hotel. Several individuals with belongings were stationed near the entrance throughout the day, making the environment feel unsafe. The room was outdated and poorly cleaned—peeling paint, stained windows, visible fingerprints on surfaces, and a malfunctioning fridge. The bathroom door did not lock, which is unacceptable, especially for families. Overall, the property felt neglected and uncomfortable. I do not recommend staying here and will not return.
- 3/5
It was what I expected for the price. NO unpleasant surprises. Very friendly staff.
- 3/5
Dirty elevator, shower door would not close (10" gap), closet missing huge chunk of wood. Hard, uncomfortable bed. Great pillows and comforter though!
- 2/5
Was very disappointed. I know it’s a cheap hotel but I would’ve at least liked a working tv. There were also blood stains on our sheets so there’s that too. It did the job since we were just driving through and needed a place to sleep but if you need a place for anything more than that I would go somewhere else.
- 4/5
The bed sheets were ripped. But the front desk customer service was very friendly.
- 2/5
Clogged sink, broken blankets, leaking shower, no air extractor in the restroom. No good options for breakfast. No good experience.

Trashed dirty ignorant funky smelling people with no life all in your business because there bored and jealous go find you some business before I make you my business
- 1/5
Don't like the way the hallways smell and the people there are trash and annoying just like the hotel rooms I had to get out of there fast I don't have time to be dealing with ghetto trash hanging out in the parking lots
- 1/5
Annoying dealing with jealous people and bums ehi have no life. I don't come to this hotel to be your friend or speak to anybody I'm not very friendly and don't try to be either due to past experiences I see right through everything that goes on jealousy is a sickness people need to find there cure because I don't play games with anybody. I know how to play games to but I'm not insecure and dirty so I don't have to. I'm really not the one to play games with
- 1/5
They need to remodel they have furniture from 1999, no amenities for customers, breakfast is cheap and bland maybe 4 options and all carbs nothing healthy! Fake orange juice that taste like crap, this is a run down hotel alot of people live in these and are ignorant and crave attention due to jealousy and spite so before I caught a charge from beating someone ass from annoyanc I thought I just take my business somewhere else. You have to watch your car all night due to the area so be careful everything is outdated there and a reason it's 60 bucks a night! You get what you pay for but it was really bad. The hallways smell disgusting 24/7.
- 5/5
I have stayed here several times and all has been great! Recommend this hotel to every one.

- 2/5
One room was totally unacceptable we had to change rooms. It took several conversations with the front desk staff in order to make it understood that the room was not fit for renting out. Second room was much better but hotel is still Very much a get what you pay for property. the price was excellent but Very little positive to be said about the room other than it was a place to sleep at night. No attempt at servicing the room. We had to ask for towels at the front desk after four nights. And even then they requested we bring the used towels down to the front desk. Had to leave the garbage can out in the hallway in order to get it emptied. There is a much nicer hotel for similar cost literally next door to this property
- 5/5
Television was not set to work with remote.

P.s. the mattress is on the hard side. But it's better than sleeping on the floor!
- 2/5
Thin walls, okay room for the price. Neighborhood was a little busy.
- 2/5
Not great customer service.
- 5/5
Everything was good. The only thing we found lacking was no soap or hand towels.

We had 3 employees stay for work and and they woke up with scratches on there back. Woke up in the middle of the night and saw CHINCHES in the bed around the matress. CHISCHEs are little red animals that bite on humans blood. Chisches like to stay where is dirty or old. Not acceptable. Never again
