The St Mary's Inn, Bed and Breakfast

Liked the location near the restaurants and shops withing walking. The house was beautiful. Breakfast was beautiful beginning with a bowl of fruit arranged like a jewel. It was nice to open the window, to hear the city sounds and take in the September air Nothing.

Room delightful and hosts friendly, professional and always helpful. The kind of place you want to go back to!

Very kind hosts - great breakfast

We had a wonderful visit staying for a week at the St. Mary's Inn. Jay and Pam were incredible hosts. They suggested many sights to see, were attentive to our needs, served amazing breakfasts (with the help of their son, Luke), and even upgraded my wife and I, who were celebrating our anniversary, to a larger suite that was available for our stay. The house is beautiful, with many antiques, old photos, and memorabilia. I wish I had taken time to sit and read in the lovely living room, which is so cozy and warm, but we were too busy seeing the sights. That will have to wait for our next trip. If you are seeking a special place to stay in Colorado Springs, I highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

The hosts are absolutely lovely and their breakfast exceptionally good! It's a great location, with free parking and within easy walking distance of downtown. We would definitely stay again if we return to Colorado Springs.

Extraordinary Pam, Jay, Luke and team run a gorgeous Victorian B&B. Breakfasts are gourmet and it's nice to mingle with other visitors. Room was super comfy with a daily freshen up. Ours had a Jacuzzi as well, a treat after a long day. Close to everything in town with easy day trips to attractions. Private parking off street is a plus.

I’ve stayed several times at the St. Mary’s Inn and each time I leave with a big smile on my face. The house is absolutely gorgeous, Pam and Jay are amazing hosts, and the breakfasts are delicious. I will definitely come back!

St Mary’s Inn is very charming with friendly staff.

The breakfast and service were top notch! Loved the French Toast! It was so nice getting to know the other guests at breakfast and hear Pam's stories. Fresh pressed bed linens...very cozy! The bathroom in our room only had a curtain. I love my husband, but a little more privacy during bathroom time would have been better. A door perhaps?

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating beginning before you even check-in. The room was spacious, well appointed, and very clean. The inn is in a very walkable part of Colorado Springs, and great restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, and shopping are only a few blocks away. That said, the area immediately around the Inn is very quiet. Great stay, and I can't recommend St. Mary's more highly.

Relaxing courtyard and walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as close proximity to major attractions. There was nothing I didn’t like.

Pam & family run an amazing operation - rooms are very tasteful, breakfasts are a joy and their service goes above and beyond. Very grateful for their help with advice and transport - can’t recommend The St Mary’s Inn enough - will be back!

Our family of 3 stayed in the Ironwood suite and it was superb. The house instantly feels like home and is extraordinarily comfortable. The hosts are kind and attentive to detail and our needs. The bed comfort (as compared to most hotels) was notable. It's a new favorite!

The property is nearby the Colorado Springs downtown area, convenient for walking. The Saint Mary’s is extremely pretty inside and out. Wonderful food, friendly owners and other customers. A real gem in the Rockies.

Absolutely beautiful renovation of the home and excellently appointed. Everything was smooth and easy...from check-in to customized breakfast needs to a late check out. The room was spacious and comfortable. A blessing to have air conditioning when temps were higher than expected. Jay and Pam are gracious hosts and care very much for their guests comfort. I will be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the St Mary’s Inn Bed & Breakfast. The inn was in a great location, easy to get to many local shops & restaurants. Our room was decorated very nicely as was the whole house. Check in was very fast & convenient. We had a great nights sleep. Our breakfast was outstanding. There was also cookies & snacks around the house at night for the guests. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Feel like humans, rather than a number.

Just one night, but very comfortable and clean. Tried to contact for recommendations for dinner, no luck, figured it out on my own. Had to leave before breakfast was served (8am). Didn’t really get our value...at least a hotel gas a concierge.

Beautiful historic inn placed in a great location to be able to walk to local eateries. Nothing more relaxing than to sit on a big front porch or in the main room with a fire. The inn-keeper is really personable and helpful. We highly recommend The St. Mary’s Inn

Great service and phenomenal breakfast!! Made us fell like home

Great privacy for a B&B, we got there after check in and found our room with ease. Very clean and comfortable room with small refrigerator & water. Jay even brought me a full size hair dryer when I couldn’t find mine. He also made suggestions for dinner at the Red Gravy which turned out to be the perfect Italitain place for us. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, pancakes and sausage. Definitely a place a would recommend to everyone!

Although in a quiet location it was just a short walk to bars and restaurants, Many attractions were on a short drive away. Jay and Pam were terrific hosts and always happy to give advice about local attractions or have a chat. Jay in particular gave us a great history of the house as well as detailing plans for improvements. Meeting other people at breakfast was a bonus as we swapped stories of places to visit. Additionally it was great to meet different people.

My daughter and I stayed prior to move in day at Colorado College. Parking was safe, access to CC was a couple of blocks on foot. We walked to dinner in downtown. Our host was fabulous! Breakfasts were filling, delicious and a great event in themselves.

The property had a great location. The hosts made it convenient to check in with the advance notice of the code to unlock the door. We appreciated the availability of sweets and beverages all day. Off street parking was a plus and our room was most comfortable. The breakfasts were large with a variety of foods to please all. Delicious too! The hosts attempted to accommodate all guests requests.

My wife and I have stayed exclusively at B&B's the past 15 years as we travelled throughout the United States. We enjoy meeting the people who are also staying there and we love to get to know the owners/innkeepers. Our time at St. Mary's Inn in Colorado Springs was by far the best we have ever experienced. The Inn was conveniently located, beautiful and spotless. We stayed there 5 nights and every morning the breakfast was delicious and an obvious labor of love. Jay and Pam were friendly, hospitable and more then anything just great people. We feel blessed to have met them and hope to return there soon. St Mary's Inn will not disappoint.

St Mary's was an exceptional hotel! Wonderful bedrooms & common rooms, fantastic breakfast! Despite being just north of downtown, it was very pleasant and safe! Owners were very enjoyable and accommodating!

Great place, we'll be back. Delicious breakfast and super host. The only issue was that, it was a warm day and the air-conditioner in our room didn't cool it enough.

This is a great B&B in a historic mansion. The neighborhood is lovely - 15 minute walk to downtown area with lots of cute shops and restaurants. Also close to Colorado College. The new owners are fabulous and very accomodating. Very comfortable and quiet at night!

A little weird checking into room on our own but we got it figured out so no issues.

The inn was full the 2 nights we were there but service remained outstanding. Breakfasts were hearty with a special entree and eggs and breakfast meats as well.

A beautiful bed and breakfast with old-world charm and modern conveniences like a comfortable bed and warm shower. The morning breakfasts were fantastic and the eggs benedict and cornflake crusted french toast were superb! Innkeeper Jay was always very responsive to any needs and was the consummate host. I definitley will return again next time I'm in Colorado Springs.

Excellent location, excellent hosts, very nicely furnished and comfortable Ashforth room with a small desk perfect for computing, surrounded by windows, amazing breakfasts and easy free parking. Definitely will return soon as it is a good place to get work done and enjoy downtown Colorado Springs!!

Easy check in outside of "check in time". The stay had a feeling of adventure from the beginning. Called the number to ask about recommendations for restaurants and Zeno was super helpful and recommended Fratelli Ristorante Italiano. The next morning an amazing smell of breakfast filled our room on the third floor, we couldn't wait to get down to breakfast. We were not disappointed!!! We had great service and food!!! There was also a single table for guests and the conversations were awesome! Highly recommended!!

Hosts are very nice. Jet tub in Linden suite had a bunch of black residue from filter come out while wife was in bath, had to drain and refill, not very nice. Door to bathroom wouldn't close right so woke her up when I went into bathroom during the night, not very nice either. French toast was very good, rest of food was very average. Nice facility with some relatively small and correctable issues.

Owner Zeno and his wife were awesome. Very personable and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent each morning. Would recommend to Anyone traveling that direction.

My boyfriend and I decided that we wanted a little getaway for our anniversary and we came across this adorable bed and breakfast. It was easy to find and the location was near everything we wanted to go. We stayed in the Aspen suite which was beautifully decorated and it had everything that we needed. Checking in and out was a breeze and it made the place feel like home. Breakfast was delicious! I had the best french toast there! Conchita and Zeno were so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable which made our stay even better. I would definitely come back and I would recommend this place to anyone! :)

Convenient, lovely, with lots of special touches. A bit on the expensive side, but the amenities and scrumptious breakfast definitely make it my top choice whenever I'm in the Springs.

From the minute we arrived, to our departure, our stay was perfect!The breakfasts were exceptional, the wonderful history lesson form Zeno the owner, and a quick walk to downtown shops in Colorado Springs made our stay one of the best!

No one to greet us with check in at 4-6:30 ! We arrived waited on porch for over 20 mins in 23 degrees! Called the phone number in the door left a message and our phone number. Noticed a bullet joke in the glass over the front door! The location is on a very busy street not in a nice neighborhood we parked on the street and after we waited for over 30 mins which is recorded ona surveillance camera we left! Never once did we get into the inn!!!we called once in the car and the owner answered we told him we were canceling! Not acceptable to have no one there his response was we sent you the code to get in the door!!! Again not acceptable!!! He stated he would have to charge a cancel few @ $299night I stated no problem we called Expedia spoke with a women named Sara she stated it would be handled! Called Expedia over 15 more times with them calling us to ask why we have not checked in again we stated we cancelled!Bad Business I cant answer about room but wouldn’t accept a blank reponse!

My wife and I stayed the weekend in the Cedar Suite. The room was amazing and relaxing. Conchita and Zeno are great hosts, and their breakfasts were amazing. They really do a great job at welcoming you and making you feel comfortable. Everything was pristine and we had zero issues as to the cleanliness of the entire B&B. This will always be our first choice when we stay in Colorado Springs in the future!

We stayed at the St. Mary's while visiting Colorado College, and it couldn't have been a better location, just a few blocks away. Zeno and Conchita were so hospitable and friendly, breakfasts were tasty, and the room was lovely and well-appointed with a gorgeous views of the mountains. We will be back!

My sister & I felt so fortunate to have come across the St. Mary's Inn Bed and Breakfast website while we were looking for a place to stay in Colorado Springs for a family event which was going to occur on a very busy weekend in October, 2017. We had never been to Colorado Springs so we were not sure what we had booked when we chose the St. Mary's Inn Bed and Breakfast's only room that was available in the area of Colorado Springs where we wanted to be. It turned out to be really perfect for us. We were amazed at the fabulous breakfast that was served our first morning there! It was exceptional. The 3 story house was beautiful & in a very quiet & convenient area. We could walk to dining & to downtown sights. It was a short 2 night stay but we would return in a heartbeat. Zeno was so friendly & accommodating and Conchita is the most outstanding breakfast maker! We stayed on the 3rd floor with lots of stairs to go up so don't book this if you have any handicaps that prevent stair climbing. We didn't mind but but some would find it difficult.

Check in was available from 1pm with code sent 2 days before. The owner was full of useful information on what to see and where to eat in the area. The room was very large and very comfortable with a desk and sofa in addition to bed and cupboards. The bathroom was also very large and well equipped. The breakfasts were well presented and flavourful.

St Mary's Inn B&B was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were extremely nice and location was great. Breakfast each morning was a delight, not only was the food fantastic the recommendations by Zeno were also wonderful. Would definitely stay there again.

It was absolutely amazing. My first time staying at a bed and breakfast but won't be the last. To the owner of this beautiful place I'm sorry this is a little late but I got really busy with work. You guys rock and I wish I could have stayed longer. Next time I will for sure since the girlfriend wants to check out the garden of the gods and other site's. Thank you for your hospitality. What a wonderful 3 day stay! This was better than we ever expected. The bar was set quite high by Zeno, Conchita and their staff, as it was our first time at a B and B. All other stays at a B and B will be compared to St. Mary's Inn. We and our friends enjoyed not only the accomodations, wonderful breakfast, but the kindness of the owners.

Our family enjoyed our stay at St. Mary's very much. We reserved two of the rooms for two nights. The rooms were very comfortable - spacious, with private bathrooms. Finely appointed, well-maintained, very clean and nothing showing signs of wear or neglect. The public spaces and outdoor spaces were the same - it is a beautiful property very near to charming shopping and restaurants. We agree with many other reviewers, the breakfasts and the hospitality are outstanding! Ample secure parking!

We were given an upgrade on arrival due to some problem with the carpet in our booked room. This turned out to be the detached garden annex, better known as the 'honeymoon suite' It was on the first floor of the annex and consisted of a huge four poster bed, a kitchenette, bathroom and separate hand basin so was very spacious and light. We were warmly greeted by Zeno on our first day and he filled us in with a little history of the house and surrounding places to visit. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable two night stay and would not hesitate to go back.

We're 5 former Korean War officers looking for a place to enjoy a reunion. We read the reviews about St. Mary's Inn and decided this was the location for our get-together. With our wives, we spent 3 wonderful days. Owners Zeno & Conchita were extremely friendly,and helpful. The breakfasts were scrurmptious.The rooms were top-notch (including a refrigerator & TV), There was easy parking in their parking area & restaurants & shopping were w/i walking distance. The bottom line is that the St, Mary's Inn is a B&B we'll stay again when we next are in Colorado Springs.

This is a very nice Bed and Breakfast. We only stayed one night, we had a wedding in the area and we were able to walk to both the wedding and reception. Very hospitable, the place was very clean and pretty. We felt very rested and the breakfast was very very good. Would highly recommend St. Mary's. We are glad we stayed there.

Good , safe and easy to find location. Nice indoor parking. Great Breakfast. Good room decor. Cons: Small bathroom and shower stalls. Our room carpet had a big stain in the corner. Fridge / freezer was jnot turned on and needed cleaning inside. No staff during check in hours. They assume that you checked your email and will use the "self check in process".

Wonderful place to stay, relax, recharge, and get energized; made better by Conchita and Zeno and the other guests staying during our visit. Highly recommend! We'll be back.

Mary Ann: St. Mary's Inn is a beautiful Victorian bed and breakfast situated in the heart of Colorado Springs. St. Mary's is as beautiful inside as it is outside. It is immaculately attended to, both inside and on the grounds outside. The owners have preserved the beauty of the Victorian mansion and decor. Zeno and Conchita, the owners, and their staff go beyond making their guests feel comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious and each morning you are enjoy a new menu item. St. Mary's deserves more than the 5 star rating it has earned. You enter as a guest but you leave feeling like a member of a very kind, warm, and thoughtful family. St. Mary's will not disappoint anyone who enjoys the B&B experience. This was our first visit and I assure you it will not be our last!

The breakfasts each morning were different, fresh, tasty and filling. The building itself was a lovely looking building and the rooms have everything you need and are great sizes. It's great how there is free parking and it's walking distance to the downtown area where there are loads of shops, restaurants and bars.
