We enjoyed this property. The staff were very nice. The suite we were in was very well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast which included a chef preparing omelets cooked to order. They have a very nice pool and hot tub. There is also a bar as well as an outdoor seating area. Parking is very ample. We would stay there again.

Do not stay here. It is outdated, feels dirty, and not worth a fraction of the price. I stay in hotels every weekend and this was way below the standards of hotels in gbs area. You would be better off at any Hilton or Marriott property for the same price.

Seriously in need of some remodeling!

Everything was ok but the hotel didn’t have a safe in a room, it was very inconvenient.

Location - we could walk to a Safeway, many restaurants, and even a movie theater. Freeway was just across the street but we couldn't hear it from the room. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty to choose from (eggs, bacon, potatoes, fruit salad, cereal, oatmeal, breads), or you could order an omelette. Room was big and comfortable. Shower was great and towels luxurious. We did laundry and had no problem. Nothing.

Our third stay here with our dog. Live the neighborhood, proximity to restaurants and stores - walkable, residential, but right off the 680. Ample areas for dog relief. Well-maintained property though aging. Very clean. However I reported a stain in front of our door in first morning - appeared to be from poop (not our dog’s) - and front desk promised to get it taken care of. I reported it again the next morning. Spent three nights there and still it had not been cleaned. Poor response. Liked the bar - super friendly bartender; breakfast was amazing - made to order omelets, waffles, cereal and everything in between. Very comfortable.

Decent place to stay, super friendly staff, but if they are sold out they can randomly change your booking because you booked through a third party like Expedia, which I did not know. So we paid for 2 king beds, but never got two king beds. If you really want to ensure you get what you pay for, book through them as they do not honor third party bookings if sold out.

Everything was great property and staff wise :) exceptional During our stay the gas line was cut from a transit van to steal the gas — no fault of the accomodation, but something to be weary of.

The staff was the ultimate. Extremely accommodating with superior customer service!

Arrived around 6pm. Given room key without any directions. Room located on 3rd floor. Had to use stairs. I’m 74. Asked where to park, told in the back. My room was at the absolute opposite end of the hotel from the back. Had to wander back and forth down endless hallways, Room looked like it was used for odds and ends. Mattress was not comfortable. ONLY SAVING GRACE FOR THIS HOTEL WAS A LOVELY, STAFF WOMAN WHO MANAGED THE BREAKFAST BUFFET. I asked EMILIA if she liked working there. She said yes, she had been there 27 years off and on. I asked if people were nice, she said yes. I went on to tell her about my experience, she was so sweet, so sorry I had such an experience. She said it’s usually not like my experience. Whatever pay EMILIA is receiving, it’s not enough. Sometimes it just takes good training to improve. Corporate could reduce executive pay and improve budget and salaries in order to get/keep good employees.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was great, the hotel is spotless, and this may be the best breakfast I have had at a hotel. The omlet bar and fresh fruit was perfect.

Standard breakfast and room. The breakfasr did have an omelete station tho. Hit or miss on hot chocolate being there. They clean up pretty quick

We were in room 228. 1) The pull out sofa bed was in bad shape. The mattress on top of the springs was uncomfortable and thin. The springs were detached at the foot of the sofa bed. 2) There were no batteries in the bedroom TV remote control. 3) there was an open package of deterrent soap in the kitchen and no mini sponge to wash the dishes. 3) The microwave is not user friendly. 4) The vent in the bedroom in the ceiling is rusted and needs to be replaced. 5) The bed in the room was also uncomfortable. It sank in and the mattress needed to be flipped over or replaced. 6) House keeping knocked at our door at 1100am to start cleaning the day of checkout when check out was at noon. I did ask the front desk if we can check out at 1230 which was ok’d by the front desk. House keeper knocked on the door again at 1215p. There was no communication from front desk to the house keeper.

The rooms amenities were just what I needed and room was very clean. Staff were all very pleasant.

The hotel was great and centrally located, I am not sure why they charged $250 a night for “incidentals” to my credit card I was been told it would take 7 to 10 business days to remove it because there is nothing you can really charge to your room. Other than that, everything was perfect and we would stay there again.

Bartender was very friendly and had great suggestions on dinner spots. Check in was easy and employee was helpful on getting my room selection. Breakfast had a wide variety to choose from and the lady making the omelets was excellent.

We had a special situation. Group of 5 needed early check in due to two handicapped persons that needed to rest. Called to request early check in, Anton was very accommodating and was able to get us in earlier than anticipated with no extra charge. Easy check in.

The made to order breakfast omelets turned an otherwise typical American, continental breakfast into something much more special and extra. Great value overall - clean, quiet, free parking, safe, convenient nearby shopping! Would stay again if in the area.

Insanely bad experience. They allow rager parties there was a massive fight at the hotel my kids were terrified, we had to call 911 and stay in our room. The hotel policies are not family friendly.

Great place for families

Clean, safe, quiet hotel within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping. It’s a short drive to the amphitheater for concerts and the staff were helpful with how to navigate the area. The bar has a surprisingly affordable happy hour and the pool and gym were great too.

We stayed here when it was new. Just feels a bit more worn. But, that’s to be expected. Love the walking convenience to food and coffee.

Loved how close it was to many dining options

From the start, the receptionist at check in was great. I thought I booked a two bedroom instead of a one bedroom suite. He checked to see if any two bedrooms left (even if he didn’t actually check, it was a nice gesture to accommodate my mistake). It property was close to the freeway but the sound did not bother us. The rooms size was spacious for a family of four. The hot breakfast was well prepared, especially the omelette bar. There were signed of a well managed property. For example, the attention to detail of the guest laundry room to have a sink and paper towels handy near the trashcan, which I haven’t seen before. I noticed someone left their used towels and trash bins in the hallway and it was cleared out leaving empty bins within the hour. We were out and about most of the time but when we were in it was a comfortable stay.

Started staying at the Hyatt House in Pleasant Hill back in 2016 when out in the Bay Area for my summer study time. Love this place! Rooms are apartments w nice amenities. Breakfast has a huge amount of options. Pool and hot tub are delightful especially at the end of the day. The hot tub jets weren't working but the water was nice and warm. Right across the street from downtown Pleasant Hill with many fine restaurants. Thank you Hyatt House for another delightful stay. Kris Dietzen Kansas City

Great location but odd activities. Seems like a gathering spot for locals who use hotel amenities. I was told there are “registered guests and unregistered guests” I had to dodge kids driving electric bikes into the lobby to pick up items from front desk. Felt slighted because I was charged for everything while it looks like others get it for free.

Nothing fancy! Just a room with small kitchenette. They don’t make up your room everyday unless you request it to be done. Small pool and fitness room. Breakfast is fine, but repetitive. Near freeway, great location for getting around the Bay Area.

We had a family suite that was comfortable for two adults and three children. We were in town to attend our daughter's state championship playoff games with her team. The hotel had a nice area for the team to hang out after their games and enjoy the pool & hot tub together. The free Breakfast Buffet was really good. Our floor was very quiet in the evening. Hotel parking was free. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great family hotel.

Really like the breakfast. Lots of options for every type of eater - fresh fruit, 5 kinds of cold cereal, hot oatmeal, nice breads and rolls, fresh yogurt, omelettes made to order, etc. And served on china with metal utensils, not some janky paper plates and plastic utensils.

Nice pool! Great property! We love it!

Nice property and staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room service didn't come, but that was okay. She knocked as we were five minutes from leaving and she said she would come back, but we only had one day left, so not the end of the world. Only caution I would have is noise. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to choose another property. Its location to the highway and fire station make for some noise. Close to some good restaurants, so that was a plus.

Heavy odor of air freshener was a little overwhelming but I was able to get none in our room and there was less in the meeting room.

Studio room space is too tight overall, bed and toilet are too low. No USB plug in the room and Wi-Fi availability.

The light on the microwave wasn't working either. It was deemed. Again, asked the front desk and responded "Really?" - and there were no fixing happened.

The hotel is in a great location for walking to restaurants if you don’t have a car. It is clean. A big drawback was that there was no coffee in the morning in the lobby before 6 am. I leave for work early and would have like a cup to go early. I also don’t have time to sit and bkft- it would have been nice to have yogurts to go, etc. Other than that, very nice property

Please upgrade the televisions. They are not smart tv’s that allow you to connect to any streaming service.

Everything else about my stay was good.

Location next to food/entertainment was nice. Staff was courteous and friendly. Rooms may need some love though. Our room the toilet wiggled a bit, and overall just looked a bit dated like the roll-up blinds looked old.

Famous last words as I walked away from the front desk, "I'll see you next time." Thats says it all.

Breakfast is included in the price of the room which was fine considering this is not a luxury hotel.
