Very nice accommodations, pool was relaxing and clean. Room was clean and spacious.

I absolutely loved my stay,rooms were clean and staff was above and beyond helpful. I will use them again when I come back to Georgia.

I really liked how the hotel is right off of the interstate, but yet it is buffered from traffic noise by trees and several other building. I also loved how the hotel sits down the hill a little, and is surrounded by beautiful trees, which is very important for providing shade for your car in the Georgia summer heat! The breakfast was Good, but I think it could be Great with a few additions. ??

I left my 13 inch ipad M5 and controlled meds in the room on Friday morning and was able to recover them on Monday. Housekeeper returned them to the front desk staff untouched. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Nothing

The rooms were good size and updated. The windows are NOT sound proof and block out very little noise from the street… same thing with the entry door - you hear everything in the hallway. The bathroom door is a cute 2 half door setup; however, it is impossible to open/close without a lot of noise due to sticking. We were just there to sleep.. didn’t use any of the amenities or take advantage of breakfast.

The room was clean. The hallway smelled liked like weed and so did the outside entrances. The elevators are sketchy. We stayed in a handicapped accessible room. There were poorly placed grab bars, they need some guidance on ADA placement. There was a young woman with a dog begging from the occupants to pay for a hotel stay for her and her dog. She managed to have 3 people pay for her to stay. We brought to the staff’s attention so they could contact someone to assist her for shelter nothing was done it was allowed by the staff. Overall we thought it was ok but would not stay here again.

Yeah in the room from previous guest I assume. Elevators, walls, doors, carpets, all utterly disgusting. Pics are lies, there much less breakfast than shown and it's so bad. Week old sausage. One breakfast lady just rude. Good water pressure. The quest pillows and beds are EXTREMELY old. Not sure where ask the good reviews are coming from it if people have extremely low standards or friends of workers.

I was very impressed with how friendly everyone was, my room was excellent; very clean and well lite. Most hotels do not have enough lighting, but not this one it was great!! The breakfast was great as well. And the hotel smelt clean. I will definitely stay there again!

When we first checked into our room the TV didn't work. They moved us to another room. The next morning we left for the day when we got back that evening we noticed the housekeeping came in and left clean towels only and while in our room they took it upon themselves to take my Ugg boot box. The ugg boot box was left on the bed along with other personal things. I contact the the front desk and they gave me a email to the hotel manager. After I sent the email the front desk lady told me she received the email and that she forward it to the hotel manager. The housekeeping manager didn't come in until Sunday at 9:00am. She was zero help as well. I checked out Sunday around 9:30am. They told me I had to contact the hotel manager Monday morning. When I spoke to the hotel manager he kept justifying the situation saying his workers would never touch personal things in room and the only thing he could offer me was $14. This is unacceptable. Housekeeping shouldn't touch guest personal things at all. I will never recommend staying here again.

The room smelled like cat pee, the shower did not work, we had to use another rooms bathroom, the key card stopped working mid-stay.

Everything was great until me last night. I booked a room for 4 days and on my last night, I guess the battery needed to be changed in the smoke alarm outside of the room and it no chirped all night.

I was their for 5 days, requested room to be cleared on day 3 room was never cleaned. Has track down housekeeping for towels and wash clothes.

We always stay at this location when we are in town. The staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is updated and clean. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. The continental breakfast but needs new equipment. The waffle dispenser got clogged several times while we were there. The lady was very sweet and fixed it multiple times. I'm sure she would appreciate having a new one as would the guest.

Really impressed by literally everything about this property. Special notice to staff, professional, efficient, great attitudes, one of the best La Quinta properties I’ve stayed at, and I have stayed in a few. We prefer and always look for La Quinta properties everywhere we travel.

The room was spotless and the staff was helpful and very courteous. We enjoyed our stay although we were attending a funeral. This was our first ever stay at a La Quinta hotel and it was great. We will be staying again! Thank you for your hospitality.

The hotel was overall nice, you have the usual rickety elevator. There was a dirty, used towel left from the previous person. The biggest issue was their WiFi was out during our stay. Staff were friendly, service was nice, we did a late checkout.

Was in town for an overnight stay and booked the Laquita on a great rate. Overall the stay was good. Check in was fast and easy. Staff were pleasant. Room was clean and spacious enough and beds slept good. Even had a mini fridge and microwave which is a plus. Only gave 4 stars bc the water wasn’t really hot. I would book again tho.

The facility needs an upgrade. Staff was polite but housekeeping did not keep up with our room to ensure our needs were met. Breakfast wasn’t great but tolerable.

One of the beds in our room had a very strong odor of urine. We checked the sheets and there was no obvious stains on the bedding so we are guessing it was from the mattress. It was so strong it stayed on our pajamas and we ended up having to throw them away and purchasing new ones for the rest of our trip. When we went to speak with the manager about it and he wasn't very apologetic and almost acted annoyed with us for being upset about the urine odor. I was so surprised with this because I've stayed at La Quinta in other locations many times while on vacation and have never had any issues. We ended up canceling the remainder of our stay at this location and booking somewhere else.

The room was clean. I’ll give them that but the elevator was nasty and dusty smelled like it had been a fire in the elevator. It took the elevator 10 to 15 minutes to come down. There were like three or four dogs right as you come out of the building being walked by customers and this is supposed to be no dog zone. I think dogs had also I really don’t wanna say but anyway I won’t be going there again plus they wanted $150 deposit before I could even get in the room

Needs remodeling, old decor

The gym is a decent size, but when i stayed here in August there was no ventilation and at the end of September nothing changed. Sometimes this is important to people like me so unfortunately i will not stay here next month. Breakfast needs a fine tuning. Its not going to cost much to jazz up the eggs and have some better fruit available. Coffee was fair.

Great pet room, easy to access location. Back door to hotel didnt lock which concerned me when a man was lingering outside the building but property was well lit and felt safe other than that door.

Day 2- I left to go check out the breakfast selection. When I returned to my room, my key did not work. I tried several times to open my door. My friend also tried to open the door. I went downstairs to tell the front desk worker. She was very apologetic and asked if I was aware of the highly sensitive nature of the room key. I confirmed that I was aware as the front desk worker informed me upon arrival. This front desk worker reissued me another set of keys and I went back upstairs to my room. Again, no luck. I tried again for several minutes to open the door before I went back downstairs to ask for assistance. When I went downstairs this time, there was a man at the front desk along with the same lady that I had been conversing with. He had an accent and stated that he would go upstairs with me. The lady reissued the keys once more and the man and I went upstairs. When we got to my door, he began speaking to me in a very condescending tone as if I were a child. The key worked for him on the 2nd try. He then offered another room just to "pacify" me. I accepted the offer. I moved next door. The key worked fine every time I left and returned. I selected this hotel due to it being a remodeled hotel. The elevators were not replaced or upgraded. The pool was out of service- UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE! The side doors were not secure- just pull them and they open. Day 3- I LEFT! Overall- DISAPPOINTED!

The alarm in the room did not work. The staff was rude to me when i complained. The toilet had piss all over it. A very nasty place.

We booked in for two nights , when you check in they tell you it’s a smoke free hotel . We got to our room and when we turned the air on all you can smell was cigarette smoke and weed . So we were surprised as it was a smoke free hotel . In the middle of the night we went outside to get some air and it did not feel safe because there was people parked outside for hours I guess to get the free WiFi and they would stare at you made us feel very uncomfortable. Then this black truck with a bunch of garbage on it kept circling the hotel parking lot for hours . We went inside to get a shower and there was black short hairs all over the shower wall . I rinsed them off because the hotel was too packed to get another room . The next day a family booked in the room next door to us and they had small children, since the moment they stepped in their room the children started crying and screaming. Running all over the room . They finally went to bed and it was nice and quiet then at 4 am they started screaming again then you could hair the parents yelling at them to stop screaming, this went on till about 7am . We had no sleep we were checking out and we could not even get a trolley because they we

This is good value for a suite. The room is clean. Breakfast is average, for some reason the waffles did not taste great. Parking is good and free. 2 popular chain restaurants available within walking distance. Wifi is available and free but then my phone kept telling me that its unsecured so i elected not to use it. The biggest issue that i had was the gym. No ac or air movement.No towels. The temperature was already 78 degrees on the first day and it was borderline dangerous using the treadmill. When i complained i was told that i could leave the door open as the AC was broken and ask for towels at the front desk. I should have been told this at the front desk when i checked in as i asked about availability. Anyway thanks for making it available 24 hours. I probably could stay here again just because of the price.but a little extra effort could go a long way to make it better.

The worst surprise was I dropped my comb on the bathroom floor and when I went to pick it up I discovered a nasty mess on the side of the toilet. Inexcusable. Didn’t eat breakfast there so can’t comment on that. We are already booked to stay there on return trip will do so but in a different room and never after that. You get what you pay for.

Upon arrival the front desk was so professional and welcoming, my first room was on the 4th floor near the back exit but yet the lock was not working properly so they switched my room and it was bigger and better and the door locked but the issue was that the toilet did not work to which I didn’t find out about till after i sanitized and cleaned the whole room and since I didn’t want to waste my product, I stayed in the room so they can fix the toilet, but it was a very much inconvenience to go down to the first floor at 3 o’clock in the morning to use the bathroom but they fixed it before I got back to the room the next day

The hotel is older and has somewhere in tear to it however, it’s clean smells great and the staff is super professional and friendly. The room is amazing. It is set up beautifully and the walls are thick so you don’t hear your neighbors. I would recommend this hotel 10 out of 10 times.

Reserved the room and booked online when i go to check in the front dedk said there was no more rooms and told me ill get a refund but i never did they never cancelled my booking and i went to snother hotel booked it here too the same time but called ahead first there was rooms available .i was charged still then called expedia to tell my situation they said call the hotel.The hotel said i was a no show and wasn’t getting refund that i never went to check in they really lied im still waiting to dispute this matter its very upsetting.

The rooms were dirt. The previous guest washcloths were left at the top of the shower. The shower had mold around base of it. The toilet seat was broken. The bathroom door didn’t shut. I wouldn’t recommend this property.

I was in the area to go to Rockdale hospital for my dad's cancer diagnosis follow up. I was able to check in and rest well the night before.

Arrived to the room in a run down elevator that was visibly dirty to a room that didn't have a shower curtain. The floor also had some kind of debris that was never swept. Towels and sheets were not refreshed once during our stay. The cleaning staff are extremely lazy and were seen sitting down while mopping... Roaches swarm the parking lot at night. A chicken bone was left in the hallway for the entire three days we were here. A manager was nowhere to be found. Luckily, front staff were mostly kind and sufficient at their positions. Apparently no one knows when the pool opens, so you'll just have to check. The breakfast was...free. The waffles were OK, since the staff didn't have to prepare them. Overall, this was honestly a terrible stay, I visited a La Quinta in Fishkill and had the complete opposite experience, so this was a real disappointment. It is a 2 star hotel at best.

Additionally, we were disturbed by loud barking noises during our stay. At checkout, I informed a staff member, who assured me the issues were noted and that management would call within an hour or so. No call came. When I followed up, I was told management wouldn’t be in until Monday. I find the lack of cleanliness, noise disturbance, and especially the delayed and ineffective communication from management unacceptable. No alternative room was offered, which worsened the experience. Due to these issues, I will not be recommending or returning to your hotel and expect a resolution regarding the price adjustment.

The hotel is wedged between an Outback & Cracker Barrel with construction going on. The rear entrance was never locked. The hallways smelled like marijuana, and the elevators were in constant disrepair. The gym a/c did not work, there was never water in the cooler, and there was no sanitizer to wipe off the equipment. The Dish TV was apparently on its own schedule when trying to change channels. No fan in the bathroom, and the bathroom doors was ridiculous. The only positive was that the hotel staff was pleasant.

Stains on bed linens. Had to ask for more towels because we were only given 1. There were 4 people staying in room. Second day they gave us two towels. Breakfast was decent.

The front desk lady was nice. The elevater was a little concerning when it would get down to the first floor. Started to make some noises that make you wonder if you are going to get stuck inside. The rooms are spacious. The beds are double so its not very small for 2 grown ups.

The staff is generally courteous, but the breakfast menu is mediocre. The services offered are limited, especially the upkeep of the room occupied. No safety deposit boxes. The towels at one point were not laundered well.

Wasn't clean properly. Toilet and tub appeared dirty. Housekeepers have to pay better attention to detail.

Check in check out was great clean room nice cold air-conditioning room.I will be back for the next four weeks. Hopefully you’ll have the pool fixed,the only negative, but it was too hot to go out to the pool..

The property seemed to be recently updated. The room was clean. Parking was easy, although one truck/trailer took up most of one side of the parking lot, nevertheless there was parking available. The breakfast was much less than I am used to at La Quinta locations.

Everything was as good as expected

Rooms were poorly cleaned; elevators were dirty; linens were not delivered for number of guests in the room. Breakfast was terrible! Muffins were dry; scrambled eggs were dry; not sure if the breakfast meat was chicken and if so, it was straight out of the microwave! Would not recommend this LaQuinta location to anyone!

Otherwise- unsafe- police called to take care of impaired person off the street with obviius drug issues in front of our door, shower faucet broken, poor water pressure, complimentary breakfast not enjoyable. Needs deep cleaning.
