Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Conyers, GA

In Conyers the country inn & suites is almost a hidden treasure. Clean, peaceful place to stay and the entire staff really is concerned for their guests. I highly recommend it. I’ll be going back for another stay soon

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. This place when you first walked in did not look clean and the pool looked disgusting. I couldn’t and would let my child swim in it.

Parking lot was extremely extremely tight! I have a Toyota Camry that I had difficulty get into and out of parking spots. Had I driven my 4WD Ram it would have been impossible to park in this parking lot. Very bad design! Spots very close together could barely open my car door and once you got into a spot good luck trying to back out of it without 2 people spotting you so you didn’t hit another vehicle.

A man was given the same key to my room. He entered my room at 12:30 am before I put the safety on the door. They promised to give me a 30% discount that I have not received yet. Also a hot tub is advertised but there was no hot tub available. The bathtub had some type of paper like contact paper stuck in the bottom of the tub. Poor room service. The people serving the rooms didn't speak English. I asked for a blanket and was given a rugged one because that was the only clean one available.

Such a peaceful stay. I only stayed one night but could’ve easily spent the whole weekend. Pool area was clean and quiet. The hotel did not smell of bleach but perfume like scented cleaning products. Room was clean and cozy. Service desk was awesome. It was almost like walking into a Spa. Would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is in need of quality updates. Much of the "repairs" looked like a budget handyman did them, not a hotel. There were stains on the carpet, bed sheets, and shower. The elevator took FOREVER. The worst though, was our final night our whole floor smelled strong like weed & was very smoky. We have several in our party with health conditions (my mother just had heart surgery and my daughter is asthmatic), so we notified the staff of the smoke. They said they couldn't do anything about it, that it was just part of the "weekend fun" in Conyers. They suggested we could call the police if we wanted but they assured us they wouldn't show up either. Very disappointing!

The staff was warm and nice. However, the hotel is dated. The hallways were dark and gloomy. The venting machine doesn’t accept credit payment, which is okay as Walmart is a 2-min drive. I was able to accept the condition of the hallway as the bedroom itself was not terrible. No carpet and visibly clean. However, the bathroom was the reason behind the review. The toilet seat seemed damaged by heat. The water did not get hot, and the handle fell off. The ventilation in the bathroom is so poor that the door stopper has a thick layer of mold on it.

I have stay here a couple of times, and this stay was great, on day of check in the host was great, he had fresh baked cookies for me and checkin was pleasant. The day of check out host was pleasant no issues w/my return deposit this time. But, the pool hours need to change for the adults, a late lap in pool would've been nice, fix the ice machines, provide more luggage carts, covers for the pull out beds, add a welcome package inside the guest rooms.

The hotel and room were clean but couldnt stand the fact that all of the third floor smelled and stunk like weed. One of the front desk clerks here wears nose and face pieercings...not professional at all and reeks of weed smell.

I was told by the front desk clerk that they only change the sheets every 3 days unless you specifically ask for the sheete to be changed but then you have to do it yourself.They do come in and change towels and take out the garbage. But neither the floor was swept nor sheets changed daily. I would have also expected a better coffee maker the one that was in the room was extremely cheap and not very user friendly.

A $200 deposit is required.Additionally there was $4.00 charge added at check/in that was not mentioned when booked the room. There was also no mention if any smoking-related policies or charges at time of booking. Overall , I was disappointed by the lack of clear communication regarding the nose addition al fees and policies.

Stayed in room 202, that bed is terrible quality wise very uncomfortable. The room its self very clean and smells good. The bathroom was clean and smells good also. Checkin went very smooth the desk host was great.

Breakfast was perfection. The lady that ran the breakfast was so sweet. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very nice, clean, quiet overall stay. Joke: We had an unexpected visitor pop in. Wouldn't talk to us, just crawled along wall a few times and disappeared. True story but it didnt really bother us. Othetwise had a great visit.

Our stay in the Conyer Ga. was perfect.Close to eveything.Rooms are really big and comfortable.

Hot tub broken, rooms not up to standard with mold and broken shower and roaches. The pictures do NOT match the condition of the hotel at all. They also refused to give me a refund on my room so we had no choice but to stay.

First night horrible had to switch rooms. Room was nasty then switched to another room it was nasty and we was walked in on by another family. Then switched to another room it was okay definitely don’t plan on staying here again ! The

Stayed here for an anniversary trip to “Mystic Falls” looking forward to the close proximity to Old Town Conyers and Covington activities. However, our main point in booking this hotel vs others was the availability of an indoor hot tub which many of the other hotel options did not have. We were so looking forward to enjoying the hot tub in the evenings. However, our first night we come to find out the hot tub was not working by stepping into a freezing cold tub. NO prior notification of this and not mention of it during check in. When we asked about it we were told “oh it’s been down for like 2 weeks no clue when it will be fixed”. If they had known for that long there’s no reason the website couldn’t reflect it or at least send out a courtesy notice prior to arrival. If I had known, I would not have booked here as this was the key highlight but at least a heads up would have felt more hospitable. We received a text the following day from the hotel asking how our stay was going- I mentioned our unhappiness about the hot tub situation and received a message that they’d follow up but no one ever did. Everyone knows hotel continental breakfast is never great, but it actually made my husband sick. Had hoped to discuss further at check out, but we weren’t even asked how our stay was. I will say the room was clean and bed was comfortable, but unfortunately the rest of our time there was quite the let down.

This was a great hotel for the price! We needed a hotel for one night on our trip and luckily found this one. The breakfast options were plentiful. The pool was nice but extremely cold. We thought it said there was a heated pool, so that was a slight disappointment. I would definitely stay here again.

Very close to the major interstate and various places to get a meal or do some shopping.

Bed was uncomfortable. Ants in the bathroom dirty walls and floors. Paint chipped toilet seat. Brown water coming from shower and faucet. Unprofessional front desk staff. Noisy guest. Pool water was dirty and ice cold.

Was a very good stay. Only problem was the fire alarm constantly going off around 6am. Very disturbing.

This property is old and poorly kept. Needs to be deep cleaned and repaired. They also charged me $116 when I arrived on property for some "destination tax" which absolutely ridiculous. I will never stay at Country Inn & Suites or another Radisson property again.

Once my family got to our suite there was a hole inthe wall, cuts in the curtains and a broken door knob. When we got ready to get in the bed there were bed bugs. So we had to gather up all our stuff praying that no bugs got on us or our stuff and change rooms. This hotel was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. I would not recommend it to my worst enemies.

It was really nice! Our toilet continuously run, one lamp didn’t have a light bulb, and another light bulb was going out. We loved the room wasn’t carpet and that the pool area was adults only 9:30pm until 11:30pm.

I loved the pool was inside me and my family enjoyed every moment. The breakfast was awesome check was very smooth and easy process i wanted a connecting room cause of my kids but the room was not available at the time but everything wlse was amazing i would definitely book again

The gentleman at check-in was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The continental breakfast had a wide variety and was very good. I highly recommend this location.

All in all, I was satisfied with my stay, and I will be back. Especially to get in the indoor pool during the "After children hours"!

The hotel was fine. It was dated but not terrible. The first night the fire alarm kept going off for hours. Then there was storm that caused a major power outage for the remainder of the day. Breakfast was Good Friday morning when the older lady made it. The next day it was awful.

This hotel was definitely not worth the money at all! The reviews are all fake and a lie I promise you this review that I'm giving on this date 3-31-2025 is your only real and correct review of this hotel. First of all this hotel is not new it is being renovated the only good thing about this hotel is they have snatched up all the carpet and have hardwood floors that's the only good thing about this hotel, they do not tell you that when you get there your card is also going to be charged another $100 incidental fee and you will receive that back after you check out but if you don't have that when you get there you have just lost your room. Another thing there was no extra pillows to be had for your room what type of hotel that charges $170 a night that cannot give you extra pillows for your room just awful. The next thing the AC unit was absolutely too loud there's no way you can get any sleep it's too close to the interstate so you hear the loudness from the interstate along with the loud AC unit totally uncomfortable! I totally don't recommend this hotel it is the biggest joke ever matter of fact I don't recommend any hotels in Conyers Georgia because I have tried several of them and none of them have been up to par. But this hotel here took the cake all these very nice pictures and oh it's this great hotel and all of it is lies this is your only correct and real review trust me this is not where you want to stay. The staff is very friendly is a plus.

It was a pretty good stay for the price. Had to change rooms because the TV kept cutting off. Great location. Plenty of restaurants and stores.

My stay was perfect, the only thing I did not like was the kids across the hall from me would run up and down the hall and knock on my door and run.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. My husband loved the cheesy eggs and my daughter loved the grits. The pool and hot tub were awesome. My only complaint would be that the pull out couch was on its last leg and almost didn't come out for us and the water for the pool got turned up a bit too high halfway through our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here. It is also dog friendly so if you have a fur baby coming with you, this is a great option.

Overall, my stay was pleasant.

The smoke alarm in the room I got had the battery disconnected. The curtains had weird stains on them. The staff was delightful and friendly!

- Rooms have inexpensive laminate floors; not cozy - no towel bars - tiles missing in bathroom - no room cleaning unless requested; requested, but room not cleaned - fire alarm at 9:40 pm; walked down stairs outside to cold, rainy weather no bisble reason for alarm - no body gel dispenser; shampoo and conditioner in shower only - mattress bad - no TV in lobby - Office; but computers not working Overall, a bad experience. Would not recommend, especially for senior citizen or stable adult.

We checked in on Wednesday. On Thursday we reported the toilet would not flush (the chain was broken inside the back). Front desk said someone would come to fix, however no one ever came while we were there. We had to manually reach inside the back and flush the toilet. Hot tub was NOT hot at all. Lukewarm at best. Desk said they could only turn it up to 98. What?? That's Our regular body temperature. It was like I said lukewarm. Ugh! Breakfast was good. Our last night there, we had gone to the Medieval Times show and came back to the hotel to find the fire alarm going off every few minutes. There were printed signs everywhere (by the elevator, in the elevator, and on each floor) about it being a non smoking hotel. No lit candles, incense or marijuana could be used. Management assumed kids had set off alarm; however they never called the fire department to reset the alarm and check things out. After about 15-20 minutes the manager (I assume) went in the back and said he turned off the alarm. At this point, we decided to leave for home since it was only a 2 1/2 - 3 hour drive. I was not going to stay on the 5th floor of a hotel with no fire alarms working.

Checked in 02/15 about 6pm, the front desk clerk was very professional and extremely polite. Checked out early 02/16 about 9am due to outage, again gentleman at front desk was also very friendly and professional. Common areas and some parts of the room were not as clean (and commode chain kept detaching). However, overall it wasn’t a bad stay.

The parking is awful for that many rooms .. and the beds suck it's like sleeping on the frame... But we did have a storm come through and power was out all night...

It was a little not renovated as far as carpet in the hallway but the room was comfortable, breakfast was tasty, coffee was hot. Kinda weird to get to from the main road but it was dark and I had no problem just need to pay attention.

I have stayed at this hotel 7 times. The pool/hot tub has been functioning 1 time out of those 7 stays. The hot tub was luke warm. The bed in room 504 was horrible as well as the pillows. The TV didn’t work. (They did come fix that). But for the price will look at staying across the street next time. Staff is wonderful tho.

The rooms needs to be upgraded especially the HVAC System is very outdated. The breakfast was on point hot with full of flavors.

We stayed here because we were attending the I was Feeling Festive 2. The hotel is 15-20 min away from the place the convention takes place. We were able to make it to our destination on time and did not miss any of the panels for the day, and still had time to tour the square and do some site seeing.

Front desk woman was very sweet. Check in was quick. Hotel looks to have attempted a remodel but the work was patch work at best. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Did see a german roach at the front desk and it was alive, so they need a pest service.

Cons - bed is hard as a rock and uncomfortable, dirty bedroom and bathroom floor, stains on the walls, stains in bedsheets, stains on curtain, bugs in room, water went off could not take a shower, hot water not working, spotty wifi
