Not my first visit and they have yet to disappoint!

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff The fact that they don't use garbage bags for their garbage cans in the rooms. I had to go out and buy bags. I think that is very nasty especially for the bathroom.

Upon checked was given 2 queen beds but reservations was for a king room! When checked was told there was no difference in the pricing!

My boys liked the breakfast & the gym/workout area. The room was filthy! Visible dirt/ dust by the only vent in the ceiling that supplied air to the room. My son couldn't stop coughing & sneezing due to it. The bathroom had hair on the floor, visible dirt on the floors throughout the room. Old clothing button from previous guest, so i knew it hadn't been cleaned, white residue on a chair in the sitting area. It was just nasty. I told the front desk accompaned with pictures I'd taken & we were moved to another room & told I'd be half refunded due to the state of the room. I'm waiting to see if that is going to happen. It wasn't near what IIm use to at a Marriot at all! It really messed up my Mother's Day Getaway to drive 3 hours to deal with this ??‍♀️

The hotel was good, but was not nearly acceptable is me booking a 2 queen bedded room and upon check in being told that wasn’t available and only getting a 1 king bed room.

It was easy to get to from the airport, minutes away from a variety of restaurants and stores, the staff was helpful and friendly, and right off the expressway. Oh yes, they also had happy hour from 5:30-6:30pm at the bar each night!

Notting to be honest. A complete waste of time and money. We only booked this hotel because the website said that this location had a heated pool and jacuzzi. And we drove 5 hours to find out that they did not have a pool or jacuzzi like the website stated. And we never stayed the night once because we had a family emergency and had to leave immediately. And we were promised a refund and 5 weeks later no refund.

The environment was welcoming. The air in my room was not working properly. I called front desk and informed the lady of my issue. She told me she would take care of it. No one ever showed. I gave this information at checkout but unfortunately I was told I couldn't receive a discount or a refund because I purchased the room through a third party. The heat cause me to sweat and messed up my natural hair. I had to attend my son's graduation with my hair messed up. I was so hurt.

Other than somebody hitting the fire alarm early in the morning overall nice hotel will be back.

Everything was great with the exception of the $150 smoke free environment charge. I admit we are smokers but we only smoked outside the building like the employees were not in the room so I guess it was on our clothes but once again the employees were outside smoking with us.

The property overall was great! Excellent location for eating and shopping. Honestly I have no dislikes it’s more of a personal preference.

I love the new renovation. The breakfast wasn’t as good as it was the last time I was there.

The room was clean, but had to ask for more towels. The staff and customers service was very nice. The only drawback was that there could have been more to the continental breakfast.

Great location and price and rooms. Breakfast could have had boiled eggs and pancakes or waffles would have been perfect.

This is the 2nd year I stayed at this hotel and it’s still has its cleanliness and friendly staff as the previous. I look forward to booking my stay next year.

I didn't eat breakfast, im not a morning person. I came for peace and downtime from working so hard as a nurse. And the hotel did a great job helping me with my mini staycation. Thank you so much!!

Comfortable bed. Easy to operate air conditioner/ heater. Not much of a variety for breakfast. Lightning in room could have been brighter.

The staff provided poor customer services when I reported the toilet no longer working. I was advised no Plumber on site. I could either change rooms or check out. Since it was at night, I decided to see if a plumber would be available the next morning. Upon calling for assistance next morning, there still no plumber available. I requested to change rooms. I was too that no rooms available, sold out. A young guy was sent to the room to try and fix the chain in toilet tank with no success. The manager at the front desk requested I give them an hour to see if she could get it fixed. After an hour, the toilet was not fixed after a second attempt to fix it. Since no room to move to was available, I requested a refund for the night before and the day of. All that was offered was 3000 points. This was not going to help me since I was going to have to book a room at another hotel. The staff was very rude and actually alluded that I had broken the toilet, because it was working when I arrived. This sounded foolish. I am 72 years old and I don’t go around breaking toilets. I have 3 toilets in my home and due to wear and tear, the insides of a toilet tank do break. Having to put my hand into the toilet every time I used it to flush it was quite disgusting. The gentleman at the desk told the clerk to call the police.

Hotel was very clean and staff were kind, helpful and wore a smile. Our room was freezing and turned air off, heat on and still cold air. Made it very uncomfortable for my 86 year old mom. The chair in sitting area was ripped and cotton/foam coming out.

The hotel was basically brand new and was definitely very nice. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The only complaint I have was how they structured the rate.

The hotel itself is very nice, but they have very limited parking leaving you driving around waiting or forcing you to uber to not leave your spot.

We stayed two nights at this hotel and it was excellent. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing!! I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know. There was only one issue and that was the ridiculously LOUD party at the bar on Saturday night that thumped the walls and could be heard above the TV in the bedroom area. That was the ONLY problem.

The staff and management are top notch. I stay at this place on a regular basis and will continue to do so because the staff makes you feel like family.

The golf simulator was a huge hit after our dinner on Tuesday night. We were able to take our cooler of drinks into the room and about 12-15 of us were comfortable hanging out and using the ammenity. IT WAS DEFINITELY A TOP HIGHLIGHT OF OUR CUSTOMER'S REVIEW OF THE TRAINING! Our Southeast team meets at our Conyers facility regularly throughout the year. The challenge has already been extended to meet in the Golf Simulator during our next meeting to see who is crowned king of Springhill Golf!

We chose to stay here because it was close to Covington and we absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Great stay. Check in staff was very friendly and informative. Room was clean and comfortable. Will stay at this location on next trip. Ev charger spots were filled with non ev cars. Out of 6 spots only 2 were open and all non ev parked. Tesla charges but also billed by kw used and not included with stay. Also has a golf simulator

We stayed 3 nights and was moved to 3 different rooms because things such as lamps chairs and tv not working. I lost a book in one of the rooms

1 a couple of the towels had a hair on it already so I know it either came from the housekeeper or a previous renter. 2 the air conditioner was running really low which made the vent drip condensation onto the carpet and I kept stepping in the large puddle as I moved about. I forgot my slippers. 3 there’s no pool. Didn’t see that when I booked. Would’ve been a nice amenity especially since I feel because it’s newer it’s one of the better hotels in Conyers.

The staff were excellent! They were courteous and accommodating! The breakfast was pretty good. I would have liked to see a waffle machine and some grits and oatmeal added. Otherwise very good. The lobby was beautiful and spacious and very clean. The room was very clean as well, but did have some very minor wear. I loved that there was a door to separate the bedroom from the living area at this Spring Hill as I have not found that the case at any others. They had a screened in porch area that was really nice. The gym was clean. They do have a golf simulator but I’m not sure if you have to pay for it. They have a lot of Tesla chargers. I will be staying here everytime I come to town.

I enjoyed my stay, but the only complaints I have is the tv streaming service in my room did not work the entire stay. I’m not sure if it was just my room or others too. I did Let the front desk know and she told me the streaming system may be down but will be back up. I stayed there for three nights and it didn’t work. I will also say the hotel needs to replace the pillowcases. My boyfriend flipped the pillow over and it was really dirty. Other than that, I really did enjoy my stay and the hotel staff was so nice to me. My favorite part was the gift simulator room.

The hotel was a little different from other hotels, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay, we did not, did not have the sign on the door to indicate we did not want to be disturbed. We took our own garbage out each day, also had to go to service desk to get fresh towels and toliet paper. Our room was fridget like the frozen tundra..on the last day air conditioner went out, they did offer us a new room. Staff when asked was extremely helpful and pleasant.

We had a wonderful family vacation and the 2 nights stop in Conyers allowed us to visit Covington and a bit of Atlanta as well. The hotel staff was super kind and professional. Our room was very clean, as well as the hotel and we enjoyed that breakfast had different hot/cold options. The gym was well equipped and spacious. We’d definitely go back one day.

This new hotel was so nice and clean! The gym was exceptional and had much more equipment than expected. The breakfast was great, too. Parking was easy and the staff super friendly. It's right off I-20 and easy to find. Our family of 6 had a great stay!!

My family and I stayed at Springhill suites for the weekend. I would recommend this gotel to anyone staying in that area.

Had some issues with our door being stuck, not opening or closing, but property and staff were great.

Our room has a lot of stains in various places. Also found several hairs on the bathroom that didn’t belong to us. I wish it would have been a little bit cleaner.

The hotel was nice, the wood floor could have been cleaned. The room was very updated. When I went to bed there was a bad odor between the night stand, or the carpet or heard board on the right side, closest to the door.

I will not book again i ask for my room to be clean and the lied about cleaning it of course i didn't find out till i came back 2 in the morning then i asked for towels and they made me feel like thief

Superb stay

The room was very small considering it was a suite. I should get the hint when there waa no sq footage. There were smll pieces of trash on the corner of the floor. They skipped room service because we check in late. There were not enough towels for our party and our reservation had indicated the number of guests.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However, the bed was not comfortable. The mattress had a dent, and I could not get comfortable.

The first room we were given the door had a problem locking and the front desk staff checked it and then promptly moved us to another room. No fuss, no hassle. Just took care of their guests!

Checking in was somewhat tedious, considering I booked and paid for my stay weeks in advance. Generally speaking, my 4 day stay was pleasant and uneventful. However, one evening a group of people were allowed to dance and play music outside my window after midnight with apparently no intervention from management. Rooms are very clean and modern. I would return if in the area.

I always look for a Springhill Suite when I am traveling. The hotel was clean and just what we wanted.

The staff and hotel were very nice! The lobby and room were renovated nicely. Two things that I wish they had are a pool and a sink at the area where the fridge and microwave were. We didn't get a chance to do the simulation sports that they had. It was quiet and the breakfast was good too.

My room was not cleaned properly prior to my stay. The shower was filthy and there was no tissue in the room. The bathroom door’s lock was broken and when we asked for extra towels they could only spare 3 face towels for my 4 day stay. The Tv in the bedroom did not work, and when we called down to the front desk no one answered. This place also has very limited parking. Two nights we had to park in the Tesla parking due to the lack of pearling options and other guests just making spots. This place had tons of potential but really I was really disappointed.

This was the best hotel of our trip. The breakfast was superb. The room was nice and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The workout room was also really nice.

Stayed here for 3 nights. It was nice, couldn’t hear any traffic from the road even though it was right on the highway.

The room was clean, and we did enjoy our night's sleep. However, the luggage cart had one flat tire and the other side the tire was low. It made it near impossible to get our luggage to the 4th floor. Then the hallway was closed, and we had to walk all the way around the 4th floor to push the broken cart to the room. The morning that we checked out, the cart was missing, so we had to carry all of the luggage down the elevator making 3 trips to carry all of it. Due to the Hotel not using the air in the hallway, I was sweating and was almost late for a Conference I was to speak at. I understand sometimes things happen but when I paid $168 a night, I expected better conditions. I was not notified the Hotel was under renovation until AFTER I booked the room online.

Duct tape in bathroom, and A/C does not work great.

The sheets were all stained, and the room was very dirty upon arrival. Not a good experience.

We were in room 118 and located outside all day were the cleaning crew and carts. We had a mouse in our room, were moved to a different room which has no extra sheets for the sofa bed, no blankets. Used pillows behind the couch. Spot cleaned only. Took my daughters there for a Vampire Diaries convention and would have moved hotels as did others, we found the mouse in the couch and we were ready for bed. A refund or offer of something would have been nice. But nothing!!

We liked everything about it the breakfast was delicious and it was nice and clean can't say anything we didn't like 🙂
