The front desk clerk was so rude and disrespectful. I was told that I would have to pay for 2 nights up front because the room that I had already purchased was already booked for the following night. This was without knowing rather or not if I needed to stay an extra night. Also, she was rude to 2 other customers prior to assisting me. Kindness goes a long way.

I like the staff they were very helpful and considerate I didn't like my room it was not clean and I didn't like the fact that my door was not closed securely pretty nice Gap I also almost knocked the refrigerator over on my foot it was not secured properly and with all that being said I did not say there and immediately requested a refund which was granted thank

AC would not maintain a constant temperature and would cut off leaving the room hot at night with no air circulation. The bed was not comfortable and VERY loud with any slight movement. We left very early in the morning due to being uncomfortable. The staff were nice though.

I accidentally booked this room and immediately tried to cancel. Needless to say they kept my $85 as i never went to the hotel. Im homeless btw, losing that money really hurt especially in this weather

Room had funny smell, everything dirty, mildew on shower curtain, glue in sink like they fixed it and left yellow glue inside sink, towels stained, blanket stained, light switches dirty, mirror dirty, room was disgusting. Looked like house keeping not serious about there job

I felt very u comfortable the moment I got there. I didn’t stay for more than 10 minutes before cancelling my room.

Supposed to be non-smoking room. Room had cigarette smoke odor. Had to wash everything in my suitcase when I got home because of the stench on my clothing just from being in the room.

The light and the fridge were dirty too.

I just recently checked in at this hotel. Amazing from the start to finish. Room was clean. Bed was so comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. Overall great experience. Will definitely reconsider booking again when i come to ATL

Overall tho this visit was an extreme improvement from other stays and they are improving. Customer service is very good. And its the best deal youll get.

Dead bolt was broken in half, doors had large cracks around them. Floor was dirty. Someone was replacing an a/c unit in the adjacent room making loud noises until well after 9pm.

The shower was not hot in the last room I got and sink was dirty. Other than that the wk. before was an awesome room. Stay there for work on the weekends.

The bed was comfortable and the room was huge. They need to fix a lot in the room. The shower curtain had mildew. The toilet paper holder that is built into the wall was sticking out about an inch. There was an outlet also hanging out of the wall. I called and asked if I could check in early because I flew a red eye and they told me yes. I got to the hotel and the front desk treated me like I was stupid

Front desk staff were hospitable and polite. The room itself was clean enough but reeked of smoke it was in the air, furniture , bed sheets and ended up in my clothes, affected my breathing. The walls are THIN so difficult to sleep while 1 room is watching tv with volume almost to the max and other room is having sex. The main security of connecting doors is a table.

Stayed here for a Spartan Race... NEVER AGAIN!! The entire property smells like cigarette smoke. I was told changing my room would not matter. Multiple other guests were complaining to the front desk about the same thing. Racers had jewelry go missing from their rooms during the event. The cops were called, it was a whole ordeal. The maids let themselves into your room whenever they felt like it. I came back from a race to find my towels were missing but no other service was provided. I had nothing to dry off with and the staff was rude when I asked for towels to replace the ones they took. Breakfast was pathetic. I would recommend you stay as far away from this property as possible.

The only good thing about this property it was a good location close to where we needed to be. The room was dirty, the shower head was broken, the internet was almost non existent, breakfast was poor, very limited choices and available items. I requested to have clean towels daily did not happen had to ask at reception for clean towels. Our stay was for 3 nights, the room or towels were not cleaned or replaced. Key to our room would stop working daily, had to go to reception daily to have it reset, a real nuisance after a long day of running, we were there for the Spartan races.would not recommend.

Floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in several days. Room smelled unclean.

This was chosen do to being close to the venue. If you're thinking about staying here... DON'T. Room AC made continuously horrible sounds, never cooked the room running the entire night & was eventually forced to leaving the door wide open in an attempt to get a slight bit of cooler air in the room. Then there's the missing half of the safety latch on the inside of door, possible black mold in the bathroom & tv remote missing not only the back cover, but only had 1 of the 2 necessary batteries. My only advice for any other traveler is to avoid this one... I mean I wouldn't stay here at half the nightly price.

I had a horrible check-in experience and the next morning, I went to get my complimentary breakfast (supposed to be through 9:30 AM) at 8:45 AM and they had already put the food up.

This property is a nice quiet place, the room I had was a handicap room which is pretty decent with 2 beds. Breakfast I can’t say because I didn’t eat there. Front desk staff in the daytime is very friendly , housekeeping so so. But overall nice price quite area.

Reception was great. Room need repairs. Bathroom door falling apart. Afraid to manipulate it and have it fall off in my hands. The safety latch on the main door almost broken off. Likely couldn’t stop anyone from coming in. Bathroom sink is cracked.

Staff was rude, well some staff. Fridge was not working. There was bugs. Key kept on being deactivated. Floor was dirty. Tub was clogged.

Quiet and clean

This pretty much a bare bones spot at a good price. My main complaint was that my room had no heat, although when I brought it to their attention, they immediately replaced the entire heating unit. There were no snacks available to buy on sit, just a couple of Coke machines with no diet drinks. Housekeeping is once a week. The staff were nice and responsive but I wouldn't particularly recommend this for a stay.

This place was disgusting. We stayed here to a weekend trip to visit covington and the floors were covered in grit- the sheets were covered in what looked like dog piss? hair all up in the showers and drain. Cheeto and food stains on the bedding. AC did not work, no hot water. Literally had to buy sheets just to sleep on the bed. Asked for a refund and they did not give us one but offered a new room. got into the new room and there was hair in the beds and boogers on the mirrors! horrible. we couldn’t afford to swap hotels so we had to make due in this gross place!

It was peaceful and I enjoyed the breakfast.

It is a older place. The bathroom door has to be forced shut. Asked for extra rags but never got them.Luke warm water. Not hot enough. It was clean and neat. Not bad for an over night stay. When w drop up. Something was burning outside and people was hanging outside at night.

Very accessible to the interstate route.

The area is unsafe. There were a lot of people just kind of walking around outside. There was stains on the bed and linens. Lots of cigarette burns everywhere. The room had a very strong weed smell. We even moved rooms but the second room even had a very strong odor. The breakfast was very sparse. Bed is extremely noisy. We did feel unsafe in the area. Will not be staying in conyers again.

Room was beautiful, especially for this price point. Largest bathroom I have ever had. The bed sucked..The worst mattress I have ever slept on with no support. The air conditioner sounded like a semi truck starting up. Finally had to just turn it on fan using the outside air (temp outside in tye 40-50's).

It was the dirtiest smelliest room I’ve ever We left a day and half early. Due to the dirty smoke and pot smell. Also no water at one point. We never got a refund or credit and asked hotels.com to call. We feel it is the worst place we have ever stayed at!!

We couldn't even come to Conyers because of the BioTech explosion and we supposedly will still be billed for two nights. Will never recommend or stay at a Quality Inn.

Unsafe.

Room stank badly of cigarette smoke. Floor was grungy—my feet got so dirty walking on it. Noisy—fellow guests yelling and talking outside my door often. I stayed 3 months ago and it was a little shabby but at least clean and quiet. Big difference in quality since then. I probably won’t be back.

They didn’t have any soap in the room. The vanity was very tall. A short person would have trouble using it. The sink was not connected well. They have updated the room which looked nice but looks are deceiving.

The pool was not clear, green & when asked about early check in was originally told $30, but when I decided to check in early was told it was $45. However The rooms were very clean

The room sleeps 4 but the hotel staff said since so many people checked in they could only provide 1 towel with the room, totally unacceptable! This is not a full breakfast which on the site it's deception. I need a refund on the stay as I had to go buy towels and other items which should have been provided by the hotel!

There were difficult to find a coffee pot that worked. Many guests complained about this. Even the one in the breakfast area was broken. There were parties night with large numbers of people congregated in the parking lot and breezeways

I was very disappointed with the front desk people, they were very unpleasant. The room was clean but the mattress was awful

The floor was extremely dirty- I ruined a pair of white socks walking on the floor of the room for one evening. The bed was uncomfortable and every time you moved in made very loud noises.

Safety door latch was broken, so I wouldn’t recommend for ladies. Especially since the door did close by itself and we had a hard time getting it to shut properly. The tub did not drain, so if you want to pick up a foot fungus, this is the place for you. The toilet seat was about to fall off, so please be extremely careful while attempting to take a poop. The floors were absolutely DISGUSTING!!!! Just a a simple test, I wet a white hand towel and wiped the floor a little, between the beds, see pics for the nasty details. We only used one bed, but the other comforter looks as if it was stained in rust, or blood spots. If it wasn’t so late, I would have booked a different hotel. This place is horrible, unless you work for the CDC, then you’d love it!

We stayed here for Spartan race , good bed great shower, clean enough! All a Spartan needs.

A terrible stay. I have photos. Half of the chain lock was missing. Wouldn't lock. Something brown wiped on the bathroom wall. The metal bas on the bed poped loudly every time you sit or lay on it or rool over. Refrigerator didn't get cold. Stain on the bed comforter. Service lady entered after reading do mot disturb tag.

The hotel is so rundown.

Person at the front desk was very helpful, but received a knock on the door way before check out and woke me up. Not happy about that.

It’s ok, it needs to be updated, the cleanliness needs to get ALOT BETTER, from the linen to the rooms in general.

I liked the fact that it was close to i20, some of the staff was nice, others not so much.

The property was fine. There was a minor communication barrier with the housekeeping staff.

Room dirty, bathroom door want to clean, bathroom need proper cleaning. Bed spread have pen ink need and old. Television need upgrade terrible. Roach in the room. Customer service very poor.ac and window need cleaning. I came out sick. I am not satisfied. I would not recommend.

One of the guest had their dogs in the room and 3am that’s when they started barking. Didn’t get any rest after that.

We had a so called handicap accessible room. It was suppose to be a roll in shower, it was a bath tub with bars on the wall. No shower chair. The shower head was broke, the tv didn't work, the hair dryer had wires coming out the bottom, just waiting to shock someone. I told the cleaning lady the shower wand was broke. Our room had an access door to the room beside us, in which there was a guy and a girl arguing at 3AM. We heard their whole argument. I felt like I was listening to a soap opera. He had been sleeping with other guys and girls and she wanted to know why. He just wanted to do himself and not worry about anyone else. He was happy she had his baby, but he just wanted to do him. He loved her, he just didn't know why he was out in the streets. She had pictures of him with these other guys and girls and all he could say was, I don't know.... but I love you. Me and my disabled daughter eventually went back to sleep, but I knew what was coming next. Around 5AM we woke to banging and moaning. That's when I started banging on the wall. For a person who had 10 hours of driving ahead of them, I didn't get any good sleep. I would not recommend this place. It's close to the interstate and cheap, but not worth the headache.

Disliked-Outside area, Cleanliness(Inside room/Outside room), Staff was ok. Door to the room I was in wasn’t completely sealed at the bottom, linen was horrible, it just needs to be cleaned properly and updated in areas.

Bed had stains in it

There is nothing really positive to say about this location. The lady at the front desk barely said 2 words to me. The room smelled like weed, but there were no other rooms available. Wifi required a password that was not provided to me.The room door rattled in the wind, the bathroom door had 2 of the 3 hinges pulled out and wouldn't shut. The metal box mattress frame popped and creaked every time you moved like it was missing hardware and about to fall apart. The towels were stained and/or dirty. The water pressure was barely sufficient to shower and the sink was slow to drain. To top it all off, at breakfast the next morning, there was no regular coffee available. Not what i expect when i pay almost $100 for the night.I could have stayed at a Motel 6 and had a better experience and saved half the money I spent. If i could give this stay a lower rating I would.

This was my second stay at this location. The first experience wasn’t as good as this time. I was very pleased with my room overall.
