When I went to breakfast at 7:30, there were 3 packages of chocolate chip muffins and 3 apples. The coffee was almost empty. There were no napkins. Breakfast. The smell of cigarette smoke came into my nonsmoking room. My entry card wouldn’t work when I came back from breakfast.

The air conditioner worked fine. My only issue is that my room was located in the lobby area by the stairwell and exit door so I experienced alot of noise. Also it seemed to be some creepy ppl around. Just sitting in thier cars, so possible car break ins ran through my mind. I stayed because a friend was having weekend birthday celebration and I didnt want to drive back a hour home each day of the festivities. No iron, no hair dryer in the bathroom. Only one small trash can. Bath towels and wash clothes were dingy white. I went to walmart to purchase my own. I would give the property a 2-3 star rating. But Ill never stay there again. Wyndam hotels should be ashamed of them selves.

Everytime that I stay here. The key stops working if you go out in the morning. Not just mine but others are at the desk having their keys rekeyed. I didnt have my phone with me, so its not that. Thete was No sugar to add to my coffee/ tea. Staff will knock at your door 10;00 a.m. ( an jour before checkout to ask when you're leaving

There was food left in the fridge , there was hair and dirt around the toilet there was also hair in the shower . The shower water didn’t have any pressure to it and the elevator is a little scary. . The staffed seemed nice even though upon arriving we waited for about 10 minutes before anyone came to help us .

I stayed at the very last minute due to being extremely tired and unable to continue driving on. Room was ok. The water pressure in the shower was weak and the temperature was luke warm at best. The complimentary soap, soda and lotion were opened and used. They were halfway full...may as well not provide them if you're not going to replace the ones that previous visitors used.

The AC did not work well the hot water did not get very hot and the man who works the front desk kept putting up the coffee creamer, so no one could use it. And for whatever reason they didn’t have enough hand towels they give four wash rags and two towel towels, but it worked for the night.

I would not recommend this hotel. Front desk clerk was difficult to communicate with. Elevator was broken. Room was extremely small and cramped. Breakfast was a joke. Now I realize why the rate was so cheap! Don't make the same mistake I did.

Upon check front did not see my reservation that was made in advance and paid for already for 2 rooms! After a long check in was advised elevator not working walked up to third floor and room key didn’t work! Then got and alert from bank that I’ve been charged again for 2 rooms! Will deal with that at checkout! Will not be returning to Microtel!

The room numbers were marked via painters tape and pen, roaches. bug in the sheets, urine stains on BOTH of the beds which included the blankets and comforters too. No trashcan, I had to clean someone else's feces off the toilet seat.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating, which made a great first impression. The hotel is conveniently located near plenty of dining and shopping options, so you won’t go hungry or without bare essentials. The beds were quite comfortable, and they offered internet access, but breakfast was just average—think muffins and coffee. I opted to eat out instead. One downside was the lack of a refrigerator or microwave in the rooms (though you can find one in the lobby), and there wasn’t an ice maker either. It seems like the hotel is still in the middle of renovations, which might explain some of the little inconveniences. Despite that, I’d definitely consider coming back.

Will we arrive? The elevator was broken. They told us they didn’t have any rooms on the ground floor and we could get a refund. Where were we supposed to go? I asked her the rooms don’t have a closet. The rooms don’t have dresser drawers. The pool is filthy, and the girl at the desk was not really trying to be of any help to us. You have to ask for towers, even though the hotel is due it’s not ready for visitors.

This property advertises a refrigerator and microwave in the rooms only for me to be told that since they have updated the rooms tbey no longer come in the rooms and the description just hasnt been changed online. Next they charge a $75 fee for missing towels/damages but my room came damaged. The socket in the bathroom did not work, the socket by the desk was hanging from the wall and the bench area by the window has a light above it, and that to was broken....overall spend your money elsewhere

Don’t let the renovations fool you. This property was not fit for customers. There was so much it didn’t have. No closer, no fridge, microwave or iron. The water was barely warm, the tv didn’t work, no dresser for clothes, the ac was either extremely hot or too cold, my key card wouldn’t work. The elevators weren’t working, the breakfast was served in brown paper bags. Not worth the price I paid.

The property was opened prematurely. Website said breakfast was included which was why I selected it over a competitor. There was no breakfast service available. The elevator was not functioning. The check-in/out system was not functioning so my request for a partial refund was impossible. The room was small. No refrigerator in room or ice that could be found. Everything was new but it did not meet my needs or expectations.

I booked the wrong reservation need money back

The property had my reservation for several months. They even sent me a text the day before the reservation for me to check in. After traveling all day, they weren’t even open. The parking lot was empty and a handwritten sign to call to “check in” led to a number that would only text and not talk on the phone. They offered to send me another hotel but I’d have to pay for it. Expedia made the situation right

For starters, I booked and checked in online thru hotels.com for a Microtel that was knew in the same city. Arrived and total construction was in progress and the hotel staff directed me to Hawthorn which is their sister hotel. She stated if I go there my reservation will be honored. I get there and the staff was no help, the reservation was not honored and I had to get hotels.com involved and they helped me swap recservations. Hawthorn was filthy, I had dead Bees all on the window pane. The refrigerator was leaking water over the floor. The staff did not respond to fix it. No towels, the entire building didn’t have any ice and the staff just laughed at me after sending me on this wild goose chase. They were not friendly nor accommodating. Then they have a ton of cats roaming the parking lot. When I woke up the next day it was five of them on top of my truck. Very disgusting hotel. I will never return that hotel again.

Did not say that the hotel was under renovation had to walk up four flights of stairs. The room was not comfortable. All the beds are not comfortable. The bathroom was OK but the sink is very small. There’s no dryer in there because they’re renovation and we were very displaced, and, I had a wreck yesterday and they wouldn’t give me any of my money back at all so very displeased with this place will never say again, and will not recommend this place to anybody

My room had ants inside the window sale and they crawled all over my bags and stuff and the ants will crawl all over the desk next to the wall by the TV so me not knowing that it was ants crawling everywhere I was getting bit and the floor was dirty the carpet was not clean they had a company to clean the carpet and they did not do their job they had throw up on it the bathroom smell like piss and it was saying cockroaches coming out the back of the refrigerator I cleaned my own room I told the lady that the floor was not clean I was supposed to get moved to a new room but I never did I just swept my own room and ask got new sheets and some spray and sprayed everything down a couple times and wiped it all off I did not get my deposit back so I'm still waiting on that I called today to try and get my deposit back a Indian man answered the phone and and as I expressed to him what happened with my deposit as I was trying to get it back he hung up on me and he was very rude I told the person at the front desk that it was a car washes and come out the back of the thing I had one inside a cup she looked unbothered and another employee took pictures of the carpet and send it to the owner so he knows my room was dirty and then offered to compensate me in any type of way for a sleeping in 8 days in the same room and having to cleaning myself I also have pictures

The hotel is false advertising.. There’s no breakfast.. No phone in the room.. no trash can in the room..The air conditioner barely works.. They said the don’t have small fridges anymore and only a few rooms have a microwave.. The Tv Wi-Fi didn’t work for most of our stay! They have old nasty carpet in the room! They advertise breakfast, but it’s just nutrigrain bars and bottled water. The carpet in the room itself was sticky, the tv didn’t work, the mini fridge was actually a freezer, the shower drain was stopped up, and they charge a surprise $75 incidental fee when you check in. Ultimately if you need a place to sleep for a night or two, it’s okay, but don’t book it if you expect a hotel breakfast and getting your money’s worth. It’s pretty garbage all around.

This hotel was in absolute poor condition. We tried 3 rooms to find one without mold. Stains on the mattress and bed spring, peeling paint, broken drawers, it was really sub par. No ice machine, poor internet, moldy smelly. The only highlight was front desk did their best to be accommodating.

We booked a room here for 1 night, so that we could rest before heading home. Upon arriving the front desk person told me that our room had been given away. They gave us another room, but the room was filthy. We had our child with us, so there was no way that we were going to subject him to that filth. Instead of asking for a different room we just decided to make the drive back home although we were extremely tired. The staff did explain that the hotel was undergoing some renovations, however that does no explain the cleanliness of the hotel overall. The front desk clerk was nice, so that was a plus. However, I do not advise anyone to book here.

Great location I did feel safe overall. They are doing some remodeling in the hotel, which you can definitely notice in the room and hallways, but there was no noise whatsoever and staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Sheets were clean and AC was great!

I paid $120 for our hotel room they advertised that they had free breakfast and they said they had ice as well as the gym but none of these things were there. Also had a worker from the desk come to our room and knock on the door to ask if we had jumper cables and freaked us out as we were two females

The condition of the hotel should be destroyed, it had a bad smell, I was able to look at 3 rooms on the bottom floor & 3 on the top floor. One of the rooms on the bottom floor bath room at water on the floor. The hall way rug had patch missing. The drink machine was out of order. The kitchen at boxes on the floor, it was not clean & I would not feed a dog in this place. Out side had cats & it had a bad smell I will not type any more, this was not a nice place to stay. The best thing, was the clerk that was on duty that night, he was so nice he walked with us to all of the room. I was will to stay because of him. But I could not do it because the place was just that bad. I'm sorry if it do not sound right or I missed spelled so words, I'm sorry but I'm upset that young man had to work in that hotel in those conditions.

I’ve stayed in a Microtel hotel before and it was nice. This hotel was so run down, out of order signs all over the place. Cats were all over the place, in parking lot and including inside the office where water and other breakfast food was sitting. Rooms look terrible.

Do NOT book this hotel, our experience was horrible all the way around. The TV didn't work, the light in the bathroom was broken, electric plug in the bathroom didn't work and in the middle of the night the toilet stopped working. I couldn't even remove the back to push to add water for flushing because the cabinet above prevented it. This is just a few of the things that went wrong on our 3 night stay. They gave us another room that was moldy smelling and the hallway was really loud because the walls are super thin.

Room wasn't properly clean, I found in the bathroom an used open bottle of some liquid, probably from the previous guest. I saw a small cockroach in between the wall and desk that I couldn't kill. The TV was on, the screen blue, and couldn't turn it off, not even the frontdesk woman who came to the room after I went down at 4am to complain because it was too hot, since the A/C didnt work. I requested another room but she said the hotel was full. I had a miserable night, only slept probably 3 or 4 hours. I definitely DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

The next morning after checking in late the night before, I started to take my shower. Unfolding the shower curtain I noticed dried blood stains on the curtain. Had no time to wait for housekeeping to bring a new one, so I asked the person at the desk to have housekeeping attend to it. When I returned that evening, it was not done.

This property was awful! It does not look anything like the picture - it is dirty, rust all over in bathroom and paint not done. It says there is hairdryers, I was told I could not get one because it was locked in maintenance closet. There was loud music, people sitting out in the hall at all hours of the night. The tv is plugged into a power strip laying on the desk, with chords everywhere.

- upon settling in the third & final room, we had to request toilet paper (none in the room) as well as leave the hotel to purchase bleach so that we could use the restroom with comfort. Additionally, the parking lot was littered with trash and bugs manifested the walls of the rooms. Should also mention the tv that didn’t even turn on the hairy sink. Such a disgrace. Please let me know how this will be resolved. And no one should be allowed to stay here.

That was not knowledgeable enough to work at the front desk in my opinion my questions were unable to be answered because of their lack of knowledge. It seems to be a little unprofessionalism upon your entrance they were in the back talking and gathering no one up front to greet the guests as they arrived you would have to get their attention to bring it to their attention that someone's here when I tried to do an extended stay an extra day they were unable to do it told me to come back in the morning when I arrived back in the morning they told me they weren't able to do it

The attention in the reception was bad the staff not friendly. The room lacks maintenance to the structure and we found cockroaches on the bed. the coffee maker broken and never replaced. In two nights the room was not cleaned. The hotel offered breakfast and we never received it. The elevator floor need to be replaced it is broken.

This property was NOTHING like the ads. Pool had trash in it covered and in disarray, strict "no smoking" policy but huge clouds of pot smoke in halls every day and night. dirty hall way like hadn't been vacuumed in months. No coffee service any morning!! bathroom 1/2 cleaned, body fluid on the TV, dirt on the bathroom doors. Handle for the door broke! No other hotel available due to an event. It was the WORST of any hotel I've ever been in!

The bathroom door would not close, the faucet in the bathtub dripped pretty good (what a waste of water) all the time we were there, found a tube of chapstick ( not ours) on the floor near one of the beds, and the beds are way too high. I am short and a senior citizen and I had a very hard time getting up on the bed. We asked for first floor rooms but got third floor and we asked for our rooms to be beside each other, we got 305 and 316. Not a good experience and we will not be back. Way overpriced.

The cleanliness was not up to par in the bathroom. I found multiple strains of hair and also had to kill a bug. I endured it because I was literally here for a couple of hours.

Found roaches in the room! Toilet clogged upon checking into rooms! Showers were clogged as well went out and purchased bug spray and liquid plumber which solved the shower draining problem! Hotel very noisy stayed for 8 days will not be ver return!!!

The WORST thing is the lie they told! I had read a few other reports on here about them "cancelling" your reservation. So I called the day before since I made it through Expedia to verify. The woman I spoke with nicely confirmed we had 2 rooms reserved. So we check in the next day at 5 p,m. NOT MIDNIGHT ..but 5 pm. The clerk spends a couple minutes checking the computer and with no expression, no explanation at all says our rooms were cancelled - and then stares at me. I quickly said I had called the day before and was told we DID have the rooms. I also loudly told them I was calling Expedia and would have she and Expedia discuss this so I backed away dialing Expedia. While I was calling and holding for Expedia, another woman came up and searched the computer for a couple minutes , said there was a mistake and that she found 2 rooms so I hung up my call. 3rd floor, the rooms had not been vacuumed, there was a broken drawer hanging down on the chest. Sheets and towels looked clean however. There was no continental breakfast they said due to COVID laws yet a couple other motels I had checked offered a full breakfast. Our observation based on the disarray with our rooms and missing drink machines in the drink machine spot etc.. is that they're remodeling. Okay if thats the case that's fine. I can understand some disarray while youre remodeling - no worries. But dang, TELL US.. Don't lie and say and say our rooms were cancel

The staff lacked basic customer service skills, and hardly said two words to me. She asked for my name and handed me my key. I plugged in the fridge to keep my food cold and when I came back the room was full of a gas smell; so I unplugged the fridge. It was not the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in and it was not an enjoyable experience; I will not be booking again with this hotel.

Young girl working desk bad attitude when we asked for towels. She sat in there with boyfriend each night. Towels was dirty that was folded in bathroom. Hair in tub on sheets, floor wasn’t vacuumed. No machine to buy beverages or chips. Just looked slum
