Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its cleanliness, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Guests appreciate the complimentary breakfast, although some have issues with the quality and variety of food. The location is convenient for many, but some find it noisy due to thin walls or proximity to highways.

No hot water and no A.C. We were unable to switch rooms due to full hotel. The Hotel was unable to refund or compensate us because we booked through a third party { Hotels.com} Not happy!
- 4/5
Breakfast was disappointing. The pre-made omelets were dense and lacked flavor, and the fruit selection was limited and not particularly fresh. As a Colorado property, I was also disappointed by the green chile sauce, which was very bland and lacked the flavor that Colorado green chile is known for. The beds were another letdown. The mattresses did not feel like the quality pillow-top beds we typically find at Hilton properties, and neither my wife nor I slept well. We also requested an extra blanket but received a second sheet instead. I understand the property is undergoing renovations, which may have contributed to some of these issues. The staff was friendly, and the room itself was clean, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Great hotel, large rooms, lovely staff! My only gripe is that there was a strong fragrance that seemed to be being pumped into the room and it aggravated my asthma.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was very good. Parking was easy. Clean room.

the location was off the highway which made it a little noisy. But it was quiet at night. the room was big enough to enjoy with amenities included. I really liked the water lobby station with fruit infused water. It is refreshing treat when arriving at hotel.

The negatives were the heat and AC battle. Although it was set on heat the unit would blow warm air once followed by two burst of cold before going warm again. Also, the shower needs more water pressure. Everything else was great.

Staff was very welcoming and professional. The whole hotel (including the lobby bathrooms) was very clean, which I greatly appreciate! It is also very conveniently located when traveling, offering free parking as well. And the breakfast was varied and fresh! We will definitely come back. Thanks!

Very nice! Will stay again!

The hotel seemed a little warm. People were great. Service was great. The breakfast was very lacking and variety of food, but I like the Hamptons very much you could use a little more for breakfast and a little more cleanup reduce the wire look.

Everything was great. I was a little nervous because it was so close to the interstate and the light rail, but I didn't hear anything. My only issues were how low the toilet was and the bed being a little uncomfortable. I have back problems so it gets amplified sometimes. Overall though, it was a nice enough stay and it was very convenient to my appointment the following day. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!
- 5/5
The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was well stocked and very helpful.
- 5/5
The desk check-in person was sullen. I'm guessing she has a beautiful smile, but I'll never know!
- 5/5
Another great stay at this hotel. Very close to the SkyRidge hospital. I will stay there anytime I'm in Lone Tree.

Very nice clean room! There was some remodeling going on so there was some construction dirt in hallways, etc.
- 5/5
Yes very good.
- 1/5
This was the worst stay ever!!!At check in, the desk person was so rude but I overlooked it as we had been at the hospital with my nephew all day and very tired. Then the people in the room above us stomped around for two nights. We suffered through the 1st night but the 2nd night we called 4 times to ask the night person to do something. Either NOTHING was done or they were ignored. It started at 11 pm and continued allnight we figured it was a dog. The front desk never offered to move us even though we did ask. In the morning when i spoke with the front desk face to face she told me they had offered and we declined. Why lie?? I asked to speak to the manager and was told they were not in until Monday, I requested a name and phone and was given their card. I most definitely will be calling tomorrow but i was very disappointed Hampden Inn has always been my goto.

Clean room and comfortable beds. Convenient but tucked away location.

So clean and nice!
- 4/5
Under construction wish would have known cable went out and never came back on but the staff was super kind and accommodating
- 4/5
Breakfast was not good. The hotel was being remodeled, not sure why that is not disclosed. Requested house keeping but did not receive.
- 3/5
I understand that construction and renovations happen, but this should have been indicated in the pre-checkin emails. We would have made a different choice had we known.
- 1/5
They texted me upon checking in and asked how if they could improve my stay. I asked them to help with the thermostat that was at 74 and I wanted it cooler. No response. The front desk was physically taken out of the entrance with construction and when I went to the front “area” no one was there. I returned to my room and texted again. Again no response. The next day someone replied to my text and basically said too bad they can’t fix what they didn’t know was wrong and i should have called the front desk. I told them I tried it wasn’t even there and they said the people working were sick and that’s why there was no response. I asked for a discount and was told to pound sand. All this via the text app that they said wasn’t a good way to let them know about the thermostat. Whatever. No gym in use, no coffee in the morning because of construction and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
- 4/5
The staff was nice and the breakfast was better than many hotels, with a couple little extras like green chili for the eggs and churro cinnamon for the waffles - yummy. My only 2 concerns was the 7 am wake-up due to the back up noises of the construction trucks (maybe avoid putting guests in those rooms) and I wish the website and or staff had made it clearer about the temporary $50 deposit, even a sihn on the check-in desk would have been nice. Hopefully it will get returned quickly!

- 5/5
Hotel is under construction but accomodations and needs were well msnaged. Very efficient check in and check out. If anything was a more customer oriented experience. Well Done!

EVERYONE WAS KIND AND HELPFUL THE WHOLE TIME OF MY STAY
- 5/5
The staff was very attentive and we enjoyed our stay! The breakfast has plenty of options also.

The room was great. Breakfast was not up to par and the coffee in the room was horrendous
- 5/5
Staff, was helpul and polite. I would definitely stay here again. I like the xhexk out time too.
- 5/5
Stay at this property a lot. It’s right off I.25. Super convenient for local shopping and facilities. It’s not the nicest hotel but it’s safe, and clean and we always sleep well.
- 4/5
Met all our needs. Friendly staff. Easy access to highway.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice, room was clean and breakfast was good.
- 4/5
They only clean ever other day.
- 4/5
Nice place. Near the hospital
- 4/5
Clean Room, Breakfast was good.
- 3/5
WiFi was terrible - very inconsistent - which was very frustrating. Coffee was terrible, but appreciated the free included breakfast; room was comfortable, if a little shabby, which was the overall feeling of the hotel; free parking a plus; location excellent for my needs
- 2/5
Room was clean and well appointed. Free breakfast was good. However, keeping the room temperature comfortable was impossible. Was unable to turn off the vent blower and room became too warm or too cool every fifteen minutes or so. Reported this to desk clerk on checkout but she had no response so may not have reported the issue to get a repair.
- 5/5
Our stay was excellent. Clean room, new facility, hot beverages available 24/7 in the lobby, good breakfast. The only complaint we had is that our room was slanted and we could feel it when we walked across it.
- 5/5
What a hidden gem in the middle of lone tree! I just live around the corner, but I needed to stay there cause I was having my floors done and couldn’t be in my house. I will definitely send all my family and friends there as well as staying there should I need to really really a great place!
- 5/5
Everything was great. We’d gladly stay again.
- 5/5
We were thrilled with the breakfast options at this Hilton owned facility. After a lousy experience at the Colorado Springs (north) Hilton Garden Inn. Will absolutly stay at Hampton Inn and Suites again!
- 5/5
It was perfect for our one-night stay. It was nice, too, to see that if was very close to a park (Sweetwater)
- 5/5
Close by the Hospital
- 3/5
Clean rooms-staff very disconnected, here’s your keys type, not friendly, stayed behind the office. No hellos or asking if things ok. Just very cold, quiet and just stared at you when you saw them. The rooms were fine and the breakfast was good too.
- 5/5
Breakfast was really good.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Great hot and cold breakfast.

- 5/5
It was great I wish we had more time to spend there
- 4/5
It’s nice and clean and staff are very friendly and helpful!!!!!!
- 5/5
There were walking paths in the immediate vicinity. You are walking thru a well kept neighborhood with flower beds. I felt safe walking there.
- 5/5
Very comfortable!
- 5/5
It was really nice. It was clean, both elevators worked. Typical of most of my Hampton Inn stays
- 4/5
I could not figure out how to set a wake up call
- 4/5

Hotel was great but the check in wasn’t the best customer service
- 5/5
Great place for staying, especially with a small pup.
- 5/5
Friendly service, nice breakfast and clean room. Enjoyed our stay

I got charged more than what i supposed to pay. I don't understand that. Even the date i put in was moved to the 6th, it was supposed to be the 5th. And it took a toll on my bank account. That's to much for me.. now i want part of the money back. Any questions let me know please. Thanks
- 5/5
Love this hotel! Room is nice, bed is comfortable. Good location
- 3/5
It is a nice property in a nice area the major downside to this particular room if you are on the north or east side of the building by the freeway, it is incredibly noisy all the time.
- 4/5
Very clean, comfortable room. Ask about Hospital discount.
- 5/5
Toilet didn’t come flush
- 3/5
I was half asleep and so confused. I just remember saying why are you calling us so late??? I told this person I will not give you my information over the phone and will be down to the desk to see them in person. The guy was trying to talk to me, but I was mad and hung up on him. I threw on some clothes and my husband and I walked down to the front desk. When we arrive, no one was present. After a few seconds, a young lady came out from behind a desk around the corner. She looked very surprised to see us and asked how she could help us. I told her we had just received a call from the front desk thing that the computers were down and they needed to update our information. She had no idea what we were talking about? It was at that time that she recalled that a man had called the hotel and had been asking for people with names that were not checked into the hotel. So then he was asking for specific rooms. So I asked her why she would have transferred him to our room? She really did not give us an answer to that
- 5/5
breakfast was palatable and well stocked we had zero issues with our stay bonus was RTD station just a short walk to take the train right into Denver's Union Station
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
We just would enjoy more hangers in the closets.
- 4/5
Great stay, the lobby did smell like sewage.
- 5/5
Property was clean, convenient to get to
- 4/5
Everything was fine
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room needed minor repairs such as the carpet staple that was poking out of the floor and the ac was hissing. We let the staff know they made note for maintenance to fix after we left since we told them it was not a big deal to us.
- 5/5
Great hotel!! Good location. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and accomodating.
- 3/5
Nice place. Good value. Located close to 470. Map did not show how to access the property.
- 5/5
We have stayed here multiple times and always had a great experience! Love the location, there are many restaurants nearby, including a couple that stay open late.
- 4/5
I neede a quiet place to rest. This was perfect. The extra time that breakfast was available was really helpful for my schedule.
- 5/5
Our only complaint was that Google Maps gave us incorrect directions. The hotel was great.
- 4/5
Nice
- 5/5

- 5/5
Conveniently located, friendly staff, clean, and met expectations for a Hampton Inn.

- 4/5
The hotel is a very good value. My only complaint is that the TV in my room doesn’t work.
- 5/5
I dont give reviews
- 1/5
Dining and access to dining were very limited. The hotel had very limited resources available.
- 5/5
Very clean and efficient hotel, room was spacious. Front desk staff extremely professional and helpful. Great location right off the 1-25 corridor easy to maneuver logistics from the south side of Denver
- 4/5
Nice stay
- 4/5
The hotel has dirty carpets throughout the hallways and pubic areas. Basically, they need to be vacuumed more frequently.
- 5/5
Great room and breakfast.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Very clean, nice accommodations!! Front desk clerk was extremely nice.
- 5/5
The room needs a deep cleaning but the staff makes up for it 100 times over
- 4/5
It was a good stay! Quit clean with a decent breakfast
- 5/5
Close to Sky Ridge Medical Center
- 3/5
We enjoyed everything about our stay except the mattress. It was very uncomfortable, kept us up all night.
- 5/5
Great value: comfortable bed, nice room, easy check in
- 4/5
Room was wonderfully clean! Water pipes at night are very loud and nearly constantly clanging. Although there are 4 lamps in the room, the lighting is still way to dim - not bright enough to read. Room had microwave and refrigerator which was not noted in the website. Great surprise.
- 5/5
Decent
- 5/5
Comfortable bed, easy to adjust room temperature
- 4/5
Hotel was convenient, clean, and comfortable.
- 4/5
Close to I-25. Convenience. Good breakfast.
- 5/5
It's a little hard to get to, but this is a great hotel. Quiet, comfortable, and clean. What more do you want?
- 3/5
Staff interactions were bare minimum and not rude, but not friendly either. If you like chatting with the front desk staff and being welcomed to the property or thanked for staying, this isn’t the place for you. Nice place overall to stay a night or two.
- 4/5
Good stay but the people above us didn’t walk quietly and I could here the water running down the pipes when other rooms flush or used water
- 5/5
The pillows were less than desirable, otherwise very clean and quiet
- 5/5
The hotel is right off a busy road but you wouldn’t even notice because of how quiet the hotel is on the inside. The rooms are super nice and spacious super clean too. Great breakfast options and overall great place to stay
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and accommodating!
- 5/5
Stayed one night, on the way home. Went to my 16 yr old hockey tournament in Fort Collins CO. Beautiful state. Looking fwd to moving to CO
- 5/5
First time staying. We enjoyed breakfast each day. The hotel is on I25 which makes it easy to get to downtown and the airport. Very friendly staff. They took the snowstorms right in stride!! Will be back!
- 5/5
Friendly and welcoming staff.
- 5/5
It was well located for what we were doing.
- 5/5
The hotel was easy to find. Close to light rail. Room was very spacious, large tv, clean, quiet even thou it was next to the expressway. Staff was helpful & friendly. Breakfast had good hot & cold choices. Would definitely recommend & stay here again.
- 3/5
It would have been nice if they had told me at check in that the ice machine didn't work. I would have requested a different floor.
- 5/5
Close to the interstate, shopping and restaurants, yet tucked away so private feeling and quiet with plenty of parking. Room is pretty and spacious, nice amenities and towels in bathroom, bed is very comfortable and included soft and firm pillows. Staff smiles and says hello, had an easy check in and appreciated the free wifi.
- 4/5
Facility was clean and quiet. Breakfast was only ok with many items not replenished. Staff was very friendly.
- 3/5
We were there 3 days and the room was not serviced one day. It’s obvious they are short staffed. It was a great room; however, the room next door made VERY loud noise talking and tv until 2:00 AM.
- 5/5
Awsome place
- 4/5
Tupical motel, bed, bath, & room all OK
- 5/5
It was outstanding
- 1/5
Staff was rude and terrible customer service. Hard to find location
- 4/5
We’ve stayed at this Hampton Inn 8 times over the pas 16 months, for surgeries at Sky Ridge, which is very convenient. It is next to I25 and Lincoln Avenue, so there is noise, muffled by pretty good insulation. It is clean. Full breakfast is OK. Staff seems a bit indifferent, but they do their job eventually. Several little problems this time: a ghost drawer on the TV/microwave/fridge console that slowly opened whenever we closed it, a commode that was too low for me to safely sit and stand without help after knee surgery (probably should have chosen accessible room), soap dispenser on the wall that was beyond the lotion, difficult to reach from my walker. Also very frosted up fridge.
- 4/5
Overall my four night stay was fine.
- 5/5
Very clean and nice hotel.
- 5/5
I loved that they are very friendly and the hotel makes you feel safe
- 5/5
Great Suites!
- 5/5
Great suites!

Also, at 3:00 AM there was a fight in the hallway right outside of our room which made us all feel very unsafe. Multiple men yelling loudly (curse words, violent expressions). We had stayed at this location before and liked it so decided to stay in the same hotel while in the area. I don't think we would stay here again given this experience.
