Room was clean. Only complaint was I couldn’t watch the nba finals on tv in the room last night. No channel 7 on directv. Bummer.

Staff were great. Room was clean. The only problem we had was the sink drains super slow otherwise everything else was good!

The hotel was average at best. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant, but the overall experience fell short. Check-in took much longer than expected, and the breakfast selection was extremely limited. With the pancake maker out of service and few alternatives available, breakfast was disappointing for a weekend stay.

The room had nice updates and we loved the shower. We had the Single King room. The bed was very firm, hard, and lumpy. The room was tiny and barely room to move around with a King bed in it.

My favorite was the breakfast. They have a variety of options to choose from and the coffee was delicious. Parking was easy, the location is safe, and located near many eateries and shopping. The staff were polite, and check in was quick and easy.

77 We checked out between 6-7am giving the front desk our key fab. Went to our 2025 Dodge Ram , 20,000.00 miles vichicle to find it not starting. Called road side assistance for a jump starting being Sunday morning no dealership open til Monday and they couldn't get unit started s as I'd I would need a road side tow. Went into the hotel talked to Rachel and told her that our vehicle wouldn't start couldn't we check out our room 225 again and explained the situation. She was able to check room back out to us because it was before check out time of 9am. We went up to room made calls to figure out what our next moves move be. Up there less then 30mins Went down to get our luggage for the next day and husband tried one one time to start unit and it started. We drove around for a few m I nutes before returning back to hotel and turning it off and back on to find it started again. Went back in to Rachel and explain that unit was starting and we were going to move o to the resort we had rented in Glenwood Springs,Colorado. Resort cost was a ay more and already booked. This hotel was just a lay over on our way to Glenwood, Co. Rachel said she was going to talk to her Manager via text and see if they could reverse the stay since it had only been 30mins and she would call me after talking to them because I decided to check out and move on to the resort i had booked. Manager said they couldn't void the transaction even know they could check room out again that day. I wish Hikton Tru had more compassion for their guest when unforeseen things happen. I will never stay at a Hilton hotel again or watch any show with a Hilton in it. I will also be contacting their corporate office and do multiple reviews on different sites.

Front desk manager helped me with checkin-in early even tho they were down one maid. My room was different to the one I originally booked but it’s ok because I was able to check-in early after a long road trip. The amenities were great! I loved that they have the free water machine and ice machine next to each other. The rooms are good, clean, very simple but you do have a small fridge. You can tell the hotel is getting close to needing a renovation but it’s not bad. Breakfast was ok, simple, scramble eggs (powder eggs) salsa, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, muffins.. etc. free coffee all day. And they front desk has a variety of different kinds of drinks available. Be ready to pay $7 for a redbull. People are polite and ready to help. Parking was easy right infront of the building and it’s free. Close to major shopping centers and restaurants.

The AC unit inside room 330 was broken. The bathroom was dirty before using it. Shower and toilet had pubic hair everywhere. Front desk staff was very kind.

Everything was fine, minor hiccup with the fist room (a/c was out of order) the hotel staff did their best to remedy situation the first night, eventually got us into a different room for the remainder of our stay. Helpful. Clean. And safe area. Two thumbs up for the breakfast.

The only thing was we stayed in an accessible room and the shower/tub was not very safe for handicap. When it was wet the floor in the tub was very slippery. I think that it would be better if there was anti slip in tubs.

Overall, my stay was decent but had a few letdowns. The breakfast bar was surprisingly good and definitely a highlight. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready at the promised check‑in time, which was frustrating after a long day. There were no extra pillows available, and the three provided were pretty sad. The shower water pressure was extremely weak and could have used a serious injection of steroids. On the plus side, the lounge was cute, though it would have been even better with a pool table or a hot tub. With a few improvements, this could be a much more enjoyable stay.

Property was very nice. Only one thing bad was when I booked it said it had hot tub and pool. When I checked in the lady at front desk said pool and hot tub open till 10 pm. I asked if hot tub was working I was told yes. Small problem! No hot tub!

Everything! The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Our flight got in early in the morning and they allowed us to check in and get some rest! Very clean property and rooms. The pillows are too flat.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The parking was very convenient and well organized, which made things a lot easier for us. The food was also great, and we especially appreciated the breakfast. They had a wide variety of options every day, along with coffee available, which was a perfect way to start the morning. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Overall our stay was nice. I will say the body wash in the shower was empty and we requested it to be refilled and it never was. Breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel breakfast.

I loved this place but also, the maid only came once the entire stay and they didn't clean or take out the trash. I was there at like 11am or maybe 10 am about to leave when they knocked on the door and asked for the trash. They never even came in after that. so... other than that it really was great and staff was very kind.

Our first room the shower head was broken and bed sheets had a lot of static! Staff was very quick and allowed us to change rooms. The second room had the same static issue with the sheets; we even heard fellow guest in the elevator complain about the static issue. This was not our first stay here, usually the breakfast is amazing...Not so much this time.

The inside pool was very cold. I don't know if there's a heater but it would be appreciated. Otherwise, this is a fantastic property for families.

The room was clean overall and hotel had a fun modern feel. I did not care for the soap mounted on the wall because you had to squeeze it with your dirty hand to use it. The shower door did not close leading to water making a mess on the floor. Staff was great, I even had one staff member go and get me hot water for tea. The pool was fun but beware, it's chilly! The breakfast was ok, pancake maker broke the 2nd day but it was a big hit with the kids. Would stay again if in the area. Location is great with lots to do, shopping, restaurants, etc in walking distance. Don't miss The Rio for dinner!

The room we stayed in AC did not work and we could not sleep all night because the temperature said 76°. I will know at 3 AM. I call down and they did end up moving us, but we were very exhausted the next day.

Hello, I would like to share some feedback about our recent stay. Unfortunately, the staff was not very friendly. There were no smiles or kind interactions, and the welcome did not feel warm. Instead, it often felt as though they were doing us a favor rather than welcoming guests. In particular, Maria, the breakfast manager, was extremely rude. Even after we mentioned her attitude, there was no effort to be polite or offer an apology. The overall experience gave the impression that guests somehow owed the staff something, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future guests. Thank you.

I continue to come back and stay at this hotel. The reasons are: accommodation for my needs, clean room, good beds. I’m unable to hear others. There are 2 items that are easy to fix they are refrigerator tends to freeze items, pillows are to soft. Next time I stay I’ll have the staff come with me to look at temperature of refrigerator. I’ll bring my own pillow. I would recommend this hotel.

Front desk check-in staff was awesome. Bed sheets and pillows appeared to have been slept on. Perhaps the maid service thought we were returning guests. Second, at breakfast, the eggs were empty and appeared to have been empty for awhile. Additionally, there was no meat. There was plenty oatmeal, pancakes and cereal, none of which I was interested in. We wanted to stay there on our return trip but will seek out another location.

We like this chain... We've stayed before at this location, and loved it. But we were really sad to see that all the things we loved about it were gone. The family games and pool table, etc. were gone. They left a couple of foosball tables, but that was it. The breakfast area was half the size and service it was... No friendly person there, replenishing and smiling at breakfast. It felt like a self serve "get whatcha get" place now. The atmosphere was VERY different, and not in a family good way. There were fish sticks left in the fridge, things weren't clean, and a lot of things were just not available or broken.

The hotel is clean. It’s in a good area the rooms accommodate people with disabilities very well. Staff is always very well mannered flight and always willing to help you out. We frequently stay at this hotel because we come in from out of town to go to doctors. Always have a great experience.

Staff was courteous. Our room was clean. I love how coffee, tea and hot cocoa was offered as courtesy to customers. I also love the shampoo, body wash and conditioner offered in the room. Some times forget to pack them.

This was probably the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. It’s not due to the hotel itself and the staff. They were trying. But there was a large team staying there over the weekend we were there. They took up the entire lobby the entire time. you couldn’t utilize anything. the hot chocolate/ coffee bar was always empty and a mess. bathrooms were gross. trashes everywhere were stuffed. the team was leaving handprints on the elevators even. and they were loud at all parts of the day and night. we and our baby didn’t get a lot of sleep or get to utilize any part of the hotel that we were paying for. Definitely ruined our entire trip and stay.

We did not stay there because I paid for this for my fiancé to spend two days in Denver with his kids for his birthday and then they told me oh I can’t pay for it even though I’m a Hilton honors member and I called the hotel a couple of days before beforehand to make sure everything was OK with that and then the day of I called and the lady was so rude to me. Then she said that I could not pay for it and then she was rude to my fiancé when he came in so he said you know what I’m going somewhere else.

She went above and beyond by recommending Restraunt's for dinner when we asked about the surrounding area. She was professional and courteous with a genuine smile. Her attitude alone made us feel welcome - wish we would have seen her more during our stay.

The staff was amazing ! They made our stay worthwhile. We were disappointed that we didn’t have a microwave in our room. We sometimes bring things. I was going to the hospital so I had a liquid diet of soup. My friend we down for breakfast about 6:35 am and she saw some sausage patties that were gray and te eggs looked lumpy. It wasn’t at all what we expected from a Hilton property on the breakfast side. Other than those two issues we were pretty happy. The staff made it all worthwhile!

The guy at the front desk was very kind. He even brought up blankets for me & my guest. I did have an issue with the front desk woman with the short black hair. She didn't have a name tag on the whole time.So I had to ask another employee what her name was before I left. Turns out her name is kimberly. She was very rude when we arrived. I was giving her a credit card for the incidentals.She said, oh no, that was a prepaid card. Which it was not. I give her another one.She's like, this is prepaid two, and I said, no.It is not.It's a credit card.Both of them are. She's like, what can you go in and go to the bank?And I said, no, you cannot go in. And even the one that was had a bank was still not a prepaid card.It was & is a credit card. Whatever made her t hink she is the authoritarian of credit cards is beyond me. She said she "would accept my credit card this one time". I said she would have to accept it every time because it is a credit card. It was very uncomfortable, very rude & it made me almost want to just cancel and go find a different hotel. But I had to go to a doctor and I was tired. I used to do front desk several times I know what it takes to be a humane representative and she made me feel like I was just beneath her.

I would have given 5 stars for this hotel. But I had two big issues. First, there was no coffee machine in the room. Second, scrambled eggs were not cooked well. And I had to cut bagels by hand. As the breakfast was complimentary, I still would have given 5 stars. But due to coffee issue, I deducted one star.

The property was very well kept and clean, and the staff was great! There is a major highway right outside of the hotel, and it was very noisy! My room was on the backside of the building, which was right by the highway. Overall, my day was good, but I will not be booking there in the future due to it being so noisy!

Everything inside and out was clean. We appreciate the minimalist approach- we had everything we needed but nothing more, and the price was very good. We only paid for what we needed.

Room was clean and comfortable. I was worried about noise as I was close to the elevator, but it was quiet! Barely heard hallway noise. Shower was phenomenal! My only “complaint” is the pool wasn’t as warm as I like it. Close to a variety of restaurants and shopping. Definitely would stay again!

The rooms were small and felt shrunken. No closet, you get an exposed pipe w 5 hangers. No dresser, just a bench for your bag. Breakfast had watered down wet scrambled eggs, no meats, and incredibly basic. Pool heater broken and gym was just 4 cardio machines in a small room

We enjoyed our stay! We were greeted by friendly front desk staff which made checking in seamless. Our rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet during night time hours. We appreciated the quality shampoo/conditoner/handsoap/lotion that were provided. Beds were comfortable and the desk area was perfect for me to get some work done on my laptop. Breakfast in the morning was good, the pancake machine surprisingly made some tasty pancakes. Plenty of parking and a short walk to restaurants. Highly recommend!

The property was great, and location was perfect for my needs. The only thing I would say in the negative is that if you enjoy a cup or two of coffee before having to leave your room, bring a coffee pot and supplies with you as there are no coffee makers in the rooms.

They didn’t clean the fridge and trash … the costumer service was good but said they will give me points for the inconvenience they never did … 😭

The reasons I didn’t give 5 stars- the pool was FREEZING, like almost ice bath cold. There was a previous alarm set at 6 am from someone other than us so that woke us up…. Otherwise it was not a bad place to stay. Clean and breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast.

The walls in the room by the window was dirty I wiped it down myself didn’t want to deal with switching rooms. Heater in the hall was on which is weird in August .

Room appeared to be pretty clean, however I did find a piece of food and a used rubberband on floor so not sure floor was cleaned. Breakfast was a nice to have but I personally did not find many options as I am gluten free and vegetarian (why must there be ham in the eggs) was left with oatmeal as only option not terrible but wish there were more, but that's just me. Coffee was good ;) Overall not a bad spot for the cost. I would stay again but not for long period and not rely on breakfast options only.

Bed too soft ! Shower water too low !better to have a hand held shower!!

This was a get-away weekend for myself and my girlfriend. Check-in was easy and getting to our room was nice. The room had a college doorm feel to it, it could have been a touch bigger with the 2 queen beds. The fact that there was no night stand on the outside of each of the beds made it difficult to place oyr things.

This trip was horrible. Room was dirty, room service walked in on us while we were in the shower and kept cleaning even though we said "no thank you, we are in here. This happened 5 times out of the 12 days we stayed here. Also, most of the employees didn't speak english and had to go to multiple staff members to get help. The shower door wouldn't close so you'd have to hold the door with one hand to make sure it didn't flood the bathroom. Hate to request extra towels since room service wouldn't take the old ones some times. Even when we had room service, our room was supposed to get cleaned and the sheets on one of the bed was dirty. it looked like they didn't even change the sheets or anything like that. We voiced our issues with management and they pretty much said "it is what it is". i travel all around the country and stay at hotels everywhere. This was the worse hotel I have said at in years. Was very disappointed and would never stay here again. Anyone looking to stay here, I'd tell you to go somewhere else.

the rooms were clean. comfortable bed. The A/C unit was very loud and the mini fridge had a very loud buzz. I had to unplug the fridge. There is no coffee maker in the room. The rooms are small but the bathroom was roomy. nice shower!

Won't let you stay if you are not someone over 21. This is bad policy and Hotels.com should have it clearly stated. I hold both the hotel and Hotels.com responsible for this. A 19 year old can fight for this country but they can't stay at this hotel.

The location and staff were nice! The beds were rough though. The mattress was sunken -you could feel the springs and the bedding was rough as well as the towels were really rough-ouch! We enjoyed the lemon soap though in the bathroom.

I would not wish my worst enemy to stay here. Kimberly and Karla are the WORST front desk “customer service” I have ever encountered. We booked an accessible room with a roll-in shower. We needed the roll-in shower. What we did not need were beds that are practically on the ground and when you sit on them the 1-inch “box spring” falls out. Most uncomfortable night stay I can remember. Every time I moved it felt like the bed was going to fall out from under me. I had to help my wife get up every time she needed to use the bathroom- no personal autonomy. She went down at 5am to request a room change, the boy checked and said yes we have 2 available just wait until cleaning crew comes in at 8am. We waited until 12pm and finally went down for an update. Enter Karla who immediately denied any possibility of a room change. She tried to go back and forth with us about maintenance but I knew we could not stay there another night in those beds. We packed up all of our things and left by 12:30 with the understanding from Karla that she would refund the last 2 nights of our 3-night stay. That was another lie because when we heard back from hotels.com we only got refunded HALF of ONE night. So we came back to the hotel now 2 days later and Kimberly and Karla took joy in telling us that somehow there’s nothing they can do but refund 1 night of our stay. We showed them the bed falling out from under us and begged for compassion and empathy but were met with ableism, eye rolls and smirks.

Fire alarm at 4 and 4:30 for no reason, and no offer of any restitution. Unacceptable.

Dirty; room was never serviced during 3 day stay. Opened curtains to see 40 bird poops all over the windows. Hallways had trash; no vacuumed.

Easy to book, simple check in and the room was clean and perfect for our stay. Loved the new furnishings. Bed wasnt super comfy but that was my only minus.

The location of Tru was great for us, just off the highway and within walking distance of Park Meadows Mall – not to mention a plethora of great dining options. The hotel has a clean, modern look, though it did also come off a little as “budget”. The lobby was spacious and had a number of tables with charging ports for devices. Amenities included a small pool, small workout room, a passable breakfast buffet, and we always appreciate it when there isn’t a parking charge. The room itself was spacious and clean. No closet, drawers, microwave or coffee maker, but there was a bar for hanging clothes, a small desk and chair, cube refrigerator, and the entertainment center had fair amount of shelf space, along with a number of USB charging ports around the room. One of their selling points are the large 50in TV’s in each room, which had good basic cable options. I also always appreciate good water pressure in the shower. The night we stayed we were told the hotel was sold out, so I was relieved to find it calm and quiet throughout our stay – except for at breakfast. Two recommendations I would share would be that it is always nice to have a small bar of soap – not everyone likes liquid soap – and perhaps a little more variety in the breakfast buffet, especially to better accommodate gluten and dairy allergies.

What good does it do to choose a bed size when reserving if they can just tell you they don't have a king room available. Two doubles is not the same for a couple.

I paid for my stay online through Expedia but when I arrived I was hit with a hidden fee and they did not accept any of my cards and I was almost out the money that I had already paid for the room for the two nights that I had booked for my stay. It was a struggle to find a way to pay for the extra hidden fees that was not noted anywhere on the website. Had I known about this fee, and the trouble it would cause, I would have never booked a room at this hotel in the first place. The lady that checked us into the hotel was extremely rude as well. I will never return to this hotel in the future and I do make this trip every year. Please be aware that they are very particular about who you bank with. If you plan on staying at this hotel I would call them directly before paying for your room and ensuring that they take your method of payment before you spend a few hundred dollars to book a room, get there, get hit with a hidden fee, and then not be able to get your room due to them not taking your card that you payed with online at the hotel and then you can't even get a refund for your room. Very unprofessional and I'm very disappointed with the service as this hotel as it is supposed to be a Hilton.

We arrived around 9pm after a long day of driving and the room the placed us in was not cleaned. So we had to come back downstairs. Show pictures and get another room. It was just an inconvenience after a long day of traveling

We had a short stay, but it was awesome! The front desk was super friendly and the amenities were really nice. We had a lot of fun in the pool.

The hotel itself was nice, and staff was friendly and attentive to the best of their ability. However, the night I stayed here there was about 50 teenagers in the lobby at check in, they ran up and down the hallways all night long and a dog was barking all night as well. I understand this isn’t the staff’s fault but it was a waste of money to me after driving 14 hours straight.
