The hotel is generally praised for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. However, several guests were disappointed with the additional charges for parking and Wi-Fi, and some found the beds uncomfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. When we arrived the staff was friendly, although he did not let us know any of the amenities of the hotel. We had to seek them out ourselves. We had a great stay!!

Nice room but the view was a wall. The meals at the restaurant were good.

All good except the coffee in the concierge lounge was awful

Great service! I enjoyed my stay there.

Ventilation system and fridge made too much noise
- 5/5
No complaints. Check-in went smoothly, our room was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the pool, and check-out was easy. We didn’t eat breakfast because we had to check out by 7 AM and the restaurant wasn’t open.

I was told there was a 25.00 a night incidental fee when the lady ran my card she ran 153.00 the total of the stay. I went down and asked she could not give me a reason just said that’s what happened. The night guy explained what had happened to me and explained it was a mistake on her part. Everything got squared away after that.

We were disappointed by Room Service. We ordered a Cesar salad with salmon, a bowl of potato soup and 4rolls. The total was $65 for food served in Styrofoam containers and plastic silverware. The bill included a $5 delivery charge and a $20 service charge. The food quality was average. On top of that an extra $50 @ checkout that was blamed on Hotels.com. They said could not see the reason for the charge.

Our room was excellent great views. We had thanksgiving dinner at the restaurant. Amazing food and drinks

Hotel was under remodeling and we were not told..no laundry service…..air conditioner wasn’t working in most rooms..pool was ice cold ….we were a softball team and had 10 rooms booked
- 4/5
Property under renovation/construction in lobby. Large loud gatherings in concierge lounge next to room on 6th floor.
- 4/5
The hotel as undergoing some construction but really wasnt an issue. Room average but comfortable!
- 1/5
This property is in dire need of renovations. Popcorn ceilings, stains in the carpets. The staff was very friendly and refunded our money.
- 4/5
Very clean, easy commute to anywhere in the area. I think the sun is overwhelming the HVAC system. This would be a 5 star review had the AC been working.
- 2/5
Conversely, the hotel can use a major overhaul in a couple of areas. First, the makeshift bar in the lobby is tremendously expensive; I was charged approximately $15 for standard 1.5 ounce shots when we were helping celebrate an occasion in the lobby. A round 14 shots and three beers was approximately $230! Not wanting to bring any embarrassment to the celebration, I opted to wait until the morning to address the issue with the hotel. Upon approaching the front desk clerk and asked to speak to a manager, I was told that there was “no manager” on property. She did of course, apologize as expected, took my cell number down, but I have yet to hear anything from the hotel. Secondly, the “restaraunt” appears to be going through some remodeling. Obviously there’s going to be some optical challenges with this, which is completely understandable. However, the staff that works there are hardly understandable due to the fact that they are still wearing their masks from the Covid era. The coffee they served would be an embarrassment to Starbucks - it was severely burned, had a pile of grounds in it, was poured behind black curtains so not sure what the heck went in there AND came out a couple sizes larger than I asked for. And, of course, I was charged for the larger size. I sincerely hope the Marriott location gets their act together.
- 3/5
The hotel was under renovation which we didn’t know. The main bar and restaurant were closed with a make shift area for drinks and food. Ac wasn’t working very well and tv was also not working.

The pool was closed. It is summertime and there is no reason you should advertise that it is an ammedite if you charge for it and it is not there. We stayed at a same priced hotel the night before which was 100 percent satisfaction. I am not a picky traveler but I if I spend money It better be worth it. The room was all the end of the 4th floor. A huge walk to the elevator. The room smelt like old smoke and musty water. Would not recommend it to anybody. The ice maker did not work on the 1st or 4th floor. We had to go down to the third floor which looked like a serious contsruction zone. Perhaps you should close and fix up your hotel before you charge 200 a night just to sleep. Also our toliet was broke

Hotel is run down in the rooms and pool area. Workout machines did not work and very outdated. Overall not in great condition. Staff was great!

We are locals. My husband and I booked a room to get away from our kids and enjoy a night with a hot tub and pool. Website stated pool and spa. We arrived, checked in, got to our room, changed, when to the pool only to find out the spa was closed for repairs. If we would have knew we would have went somewhere else. Very disappointed.

1. The doors on the 3rd floor wouldn't close from outside without slamming. 2. No microwave in the room. This may be a local ordinance. 3. The building has no stairway to walk if you don't want to ride the elevator. 4. The restaurant was good but struggled with demand.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Maybe offer more variety in the hotel restaurant and keep it (room service) open later, but not a big deal as there are plenty of great places just minutes away.
- 1/5
They said they couldn't find them even when I explained Apple is showing the headphones at the hotel. I didn't go anywhere else but my room. The headphones were stolen by employees at the hotel. There's no other explanation. I come to Denver. I'd stayed there before. I'll never stay there again.
- 4/5

Very clean. No problems
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel! Common area was so nice to lounge and spend time in. Coffee bar attendant Tessa is a gem! Very sweet and friendly!
- 4/5
The restaurant serves the BEST burgers we've ever had. I wasn't pleased about the parking fee, and the rooms are a little aged.
- 5/5
Stayed here several times over the last ten years. They do a great job keeping up the property.
- 3/5
Love the location and the restaurant bar area but hotel is very dated. Limited hot water for shower, warm just not hot. Paying for parking is ridiculous. Food under a chair in my room and curtain had burn hole in it.
- 5/5
This properly was very nice compared to some Marriott Hotels I have stayed at. The staff was very pleasant and friendly
- 1/5
The Toilet was not working properly and did not discharge the water when flushed. I reported the matter and the front desk to have Maintenance “Correct” the situation. The next day, the same thing happened with the toilet so they moved me to the adjacent room. The new room had mold throughout the shower and the door lock did not function. I had no Wi-Fi for three of the four nights that I stayed there. I was assured on the first night that they were working on it. On top of all of this, the hallway on the third floor as you exited the elevators smelled like a sewer substation.

This was my second year coming to a blind convention at this location. The hotel all in all is very good. Staff is welcoming and the rooms are very nice. However, the bathrooms in the meeting areas are not very clean and constantly smell. Also, the staff who does serve the food has it on the tables long before it is time for the meals so food is sitting for who knows how long before consumption. This for me is a no no. The food for our meals was good for a hotel. The staff who served it did not notify us anything was on the tables and or be able to communicate with language issues to try to rectify issues.
- 5/5
It was nice.
- 2/5
If you pay to include breakfast don’t limit customers to only two options and don’t treat customers with breakfast vouchers like Second class citizens! So we didn’t go back after first breahfast
- 4/5
Convenient location.
- 5/5
Lovely place to stay for an overnight event.
- 4/5
I can't say that about the other female front office staffer who were not welcoming and made it seem like you were an inconvenience to her ( younger blonde female approximately 18-26 years of age). Stop hiring these rude teenagers/young adults who can't answer simple questions and know zero about HOSPITALITY and what CUSTOMER SERVICE really means . People don't pay their money to get staffers with bad attitudes and unfriendly demeanors. With that being said Michelle in the breakfast lounge was EXCELLENT .. friendly, professional, welcoming, and on top of her "A" game, and eager to please and show excellent customer service skills to the guests at Marriott Denver South at Park Meadows located in Lone Tree, Colorado... Maybe Diamond and Michelle can teach or train the other staffers on CUSTOMER SERVICE and being professional, friendly, and not look at or treat customers like they are an inconvenience to them when customers approach the front desk for help or to ask a question. I tend not to return to hotels with unfriendly and unprofessional staffers. My only other complaint besides the rude blonde female at the front desk on Monday, September 16th at approximately 7:30-8:00 a.m. is that the refrigerator in my room was not cold, and I purchased food, snacks & beverages from Whole Foods that were at risk of being spoiled.
- 3/5
Food options are very limited
- 3/5
Smoking area was to close to front door.
- 5/5
The hotel was nice.
- 3/5
This Marriott needs to understand better what is important to its guests. We were there for a wedding. For what we paid for the room, the daily parking fee should have been waived and breakfast made available. I would be equally disappointed with this had I been traveling for business.
- 5/5
Clean!
- 5/5
It was very fancy, and the girl with the long brown hair was very helpful and sweet we loved our stay
- 5/5
Great stay.
- 3/5
The Toilet seat was broken the WiFi was out half of the time no clock in the room charged for parking and the food was expensive compared to restraints in the area
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. It was nice rooms were comfortable. I wish there was an alternative entrance instead of going through the front only. we were located at the other end of the building and could not see my car. But I know safety come first. so it was ok. It was nosey from the highway but that was expected.
- 3/5
This hotel looks very old and outdated both from inside and outside. Rooms are Ok. Nothing fancy. They also order breakfast only for their elite class. I have stayed at other Marriott hotels before and was expecting more from this hotel.
- 5/5
We thought the staff help and friendliness was exceptional. We were there for my daughter’s graduation. Cheers the the bar staff for all the good times.
- 1/5
Be aware of hidden changes
- 2/5
Room never had maid service and we had to ask for clean towels at least when we got home late in the night and the shower was dirty with water spots on fixture and hairs when we checked in. Room had a smell and A/C was very weak. Very dissatisfied
- 5/5
Although we just got here, this is conveniently located and very lovely inside. The room is clean and large.
- 4/5
This is your typical Marriott - clean, quiet, and safe. I was surprised that Marriott now charges $9 per night to park in the hotel parking lot. It's a huge turn-off and with so many similar properties in the area, I will look next time for one with no parking fee.
- 4/5
The location was great for our event. The staff was excellent and very friendly.
- 4/5
Wasn’t happy about the paid parking

The property location was very convenient for our event. The staff was excellent and very friendly.

Easy to find and a well kept area.
- 2/5
The bed was uncomfortable. Our shower had mold, growing in the vent.
- 4/5
Great location and safe!
- 4/5
Stayed due to a snow storm. Comfortable and in a nice area of town. My only complaints would be that the shower was only warm even when the slicker was turned all the way to hot and the tv would work sometimes and not work other times.
- 4/5
Great location in a safe neighborhood
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff were courteous, main lobby was welcoming.
- 2/5
Made this reservation specifically because of the indoor heated pool they centrally advertise. "Indoor heated spa pool and hot tub". Pool room was basic and small. Air conditioner was running making it extremely cold. Pool wasn't heated to anywhere near the temp a pool needs to be for swimming. A couple brave and chilled kids were in so I let my kiddo go for a bit as well. She came out into the chilled room, promptly got a chill and we spent the rest of the visit with a kid down with a fever. Oh and the hot tub was fully covered with an out of order sign that looks like it's permanent.
- 5/5
Excellent service at reception and the bar and grill! Food was delicious…our waiter/bartender was great!!!
- 5/5
Excellent.
- 3/5
The rooms were stinky. I think the bedding was old or maybe not washed properly. We moved rooms right away as the first was ick. The second still had musty smelling bedding. I was too tired to care but it was not great.
- 5/5
Great experience and I felt safe.
- 4/5
Was fairly new the last time we stayed. But this time the first smell in the door was a sewer smell and I know things happen but wasn’t pleasant. The carpets are in bad shape. But the room are still great.
- 5/5
So when you book a room at a Marriott you tend to have an idea in your head about how amazing it will be. The atmosphere is great, beds are hard, hair dryer needs to be upgraded or updated....otherwise it served the purpose I suppose.
- 2/5
There was what looked like blood in the bathroom under the counter. The carpet was not clean. The water did not get very warm in the shower. Not impressed at all!
- 5/5
Loved everything..had to pay for parking which is unusual but the price of the room was awesome so not a big deal for a room like this!
- 5/5
Great, relaxing stay, friendly staff and good eats
- 5/5
Opulent & Elegant = Marriott Park Meadows
- 3/5
Property needs a little updating. Did not have any USB ports in room for phone charging, etc.
- 5/5
We only got to stay here for one night but we loved this hotel, it was very clean and nice. The front desk person was efficient and friendly. We would recommend this place to anyone.
- 3/5
Blood on baseboards in bathroom.
- 5/5
Nice hotel, clean and courteous staff
- 5/5
The bed was a bit too firm for our liking, but the room was very comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
Great overnight stay!
- 4/5
I loved how clean and comfortable the room was.
- 5/5
Everything about the property was great. Bed was wonderful and the amenities were great. Didn’t like that they charge for breakfast.
- 5/5
Everything was top notch from dinner to the room to breakfast
- 4/5
I believe it’s overrated. Out dated for the price
- 5/5
Very accommodating and courteous
- 5/5
Highly suggest this hotel. Great people
- 4/5
Close to the freeway and a bit noisy if you are on that side
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 4/5
What I did like - the staff was courteous and professional- what I did not like - they overbooked the hotel both Friday and Saturday and I did not get into my room until late in the evening
- 5/5
Staff was nice and rooms were very clean.
- 5/5
Really great option if you don’t mind being 35 min from airport!
- 5/5
Everything was great, very clean...staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again!
- 4/5
Clean hotel. South side facing room gets hot in summer window even with AC on full blast. Wish they had complementary coffee (outside the room). Looks like mostly business clientelle.
- 5/5
Very nice! Staff excellent!
