Hilton Garden Inn Denver South Park Meadows Area

Didn't like the picture of a pool, since I thought there was a pool. :(

However, housekeeping was disappointing. Our room was never cleaned during our stay until I called to request it, and even then, the job was poorly done and no clean towels were left for us. The breakfast is expensive and was not very good. Overall, the great staff and convenient location made our stay enjoyable, but housekeeping and breakfast could definitely be improved.

This hotel wasn’t bad. It was average. Inverness is a beautiful area, so the surrounding area outside is fabulous. The hotel itself is older, dingy, and not updated. Carpets were frayed, stained, and dirty, the finish in the bathtub in my room was coming off. Little things like that. My room is lovely, clean, towels smelled fresh and clean, sheets were fresh and clean. Overall things appeared clean, neat, and tidy. The pictures on Expedia definitely don’t depict what’s real. The outside common area was dirty, and it smelled like cigarettes and pot, which is not pleasant, so I wasn’t able to sit outside like I wanted to! It’s interesting because parking is out around the back, and there’s not really an easy way to get into the front from the parking lot! I thought that was interesting. The staff was friendly and pleasant, that was nice. It was nice to have a restaurant on site, I ordered the hamburger with fries and the firecracker shrimp, both were good! I would give it a 7 1/half out of 10. For the food. For the price, everything was great! I would recommend to any traveler that wants to stay in a decent hotel, in a great area, but is looking to save a little money.

The stay was overall great. We did have a problem with plumbing/water and had to move rooms, but it didn’t solve the water problem in the shower (too low of a water pressure). We gave up after the first night. Hotel overall was great and the rooms were spacious. Also loved the availability and convenience of the restaurant.

Two things were great...the bartenders and the bed. Property not well kept. Overflowing trashcans in parking lot; dark hallways; horrible breakfast; lighting in room was dismal. Someone standing in parking lot smoking pot.

When I completed my booking through hotels.com, I booked two rooms; but when I checked in, the hotel only had one room reserved. The lovely front desk manager was able to get me the second room at a better rate! Very impressed.

Our room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, but on the day it should have been cleaned, no one showed up. No clean towels, no trash dumped, nothing. Also, we didn't find out until morning two, that the buffet was $16 a person, which on day 1 no one gave us tickets, front desk didn't mention anything on check in, no one mentioned anything, so it took us by surprise, because it was a standard continental breakfast, nothing fancy. So overall, it was a nice stay, there was just some little things that could have been better.

They have good menu. For payment the charge goes to your bill by room number. I don’t know how to at gratitude without cash. Breakfast fee is &16.80, and there is a line to enter the gratitude Ask front desk about breakfast hours. I liked the environment in the spacious lobby area.

The front desk guy that checked is in was great. The Hotel is clearly worn, not really clean and needs an updating. The beds are not good at all and the pillows smell like a dirty man’s head. The only good thing about our stay, was how close we were to our conference!!

The front desk gave me the wrong room when I checked in I opened the door and a big dog came running at me. It wasn’t a very comfortable stay after that. The only thing they did to make it right was comp my parking fee. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this hotel and I used to love coming here.

This place was great for a weekend getaway. Conveniently located near a freeway but just far enough away to feel quaint. Easy access to downtown and an hour drive to the mountains. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and cozy

This hotel was VERY dated. The carpets were old and smelled musty. We checked into our room and left to find another hotel to stay. The rating on the app for this hotel is very deceiving.

The room was nice I accidentally left my credit card in the hotel room. Staff stole my credit card then charged it up around town. Dishonest staff!

I prepaid for cook to order breakfast buffet, this is no where near what we got. What we got was a standard continental breakfast with dried up eggs, two day old looking potatoes and dried up shriveled sausage I would get better at a Holiday Inn. Reservationist beware. Also almost tripped on carpets that were coming up from the ground near the elevators to the back enterance.

A "nickle and dime" operation. Older building, not accurately represented well in photos. Nothing included at quoted price, even $3 to park in their parking lot and not very secure as when we were loading our car the local sheriff was in the parking lot conducting an report for two vehicles broken into.

Charged for parking with no justification - the property has been there over a decade and has no surrounding properties to compete for spaces (did not require parking permits for vehicle), and parking lot and entrances into the building were very dirty.

Also the restaurant nearby wasn’t the best , but up the road was some better options for dining and good coffee. Get what you pay for, probably won’t return.

Had a late check in with Sierra who was awesome. She was still there in the morning and got our breakfast started. Room was clean and the property was in a great location for us.

The overall feel of the general areas appeared not well kept. Lots of tears and stains in carpeted areas, chipped paint, etc.

Arrived here in the midst of nasty winter weather with my dog. The night manager was fantastic in welcoming us and accommodating our needs, right down to lending us her own nail clipper for a broken nail! The room was clean and warm and just what we needed after a stressful day. Breakfast was what you would expect for the price - decent - and coffee was better than expected. Overall, a great stay, and SO much better than the comparably priced Hampton Inn of the night before.

Room clean and in good condition, but there isn’t much lighting and the room was always several degrees warmer than the max temperature set on the thermostat. After my stay I realized I had forgotten my makeup bag in the bathroom. The staff has been so helpful in helping me to get it back! We will be back :)

The hotel was nice on the outside and even the lobby was quite welcoming. However, as we were paying for our rental and being told about the parking fees, we are warned that break ins were an issue in the past month. What is the point of the parking fee if the hotel isn't guaranteeing safety in anyway? The parking lot wasn't busy in the slightest either the three days we were there. The room thankfully was nice, but could use some refurbishing. The hotel was in a good spot too, so restaurants and attractions weren't too far away. We only saw employees once, and that was the day we checked in. Overall, a pretty mid experience.

Ice machine on 5th floor didn’t work. I paid for breakfast when I made the reservation and the Hilton site said custom order breakfast was available but nowhere was there any indication of how to order. No attendant was to be seen. This Hilton was very disappointing and I will not be staying there again.

Stopped didn't work in bathroom sink. There was a piece of metal hanging out the side of the bed. Scratched my husband's leg. Dangerous. They say satisfaction is guaranteed but I had two requests and they said "good suggestions" but nothing was done. Cleaning staff was very courteous and room was clean. Had to pay to park in their parking lot! Ridiculous.

There was, according to the staff, a break in a vehicle the night before and the vehicle had parked on the sidewalk entrance and handicap parking area. This was the area right in front of the west exit of the Hilton Garden Inn. It was jut in the way of the exit and I had immediately assumed a guest was unwell. Luckily the staff explained what happened and took care of the accessibility concern. Hopefully there are more camera on the east end as that was where I saw broken glass.

It’s a standard hotel. Associate made dirty faces at us. I don’t if it because we are earring impaired. Said that our room wasn’t room at 6:30pm had to send someone up to see available. Shower flooring is nasty, shower hose has buildup from multiple uses.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. The room was a nice size with a comfy bed. The hotel was easy to find and relatively close to Park Meadows mall (not in walking distance). I really liked the spacious lobby with lots of sitting areas where you can have drinks with friends, and the bartender was super nice!

Charged $500 for a cracked door that happened when I was getting out of the shower, did not have enough big towels to lay on the floor and I slipped. Good breakfast but pricey. Someone tried to break into my car overnight, went to leave and my door handle was hanging by the wires and windshield smashed. People at the front desk were excellent and very helpful.

I didn’t like that the bathroom sink was extremely dirty, looks fine unless you look at it from the mirror reflection. Breakfast is NOT included. It’s an add on. For an expensive buffet it was always the same and the coffee machine was not working, Very disappointed at the breakfast.

The staff was friendly The pillows were uncomfortable. You can hear the people next to us word for word perfectly clear - walls were so thin. The tv was so old and hard to work, took us nearly 15 min to set up you had to cover one of the remote sensors in order for it to work. Not a “smart” tv where you could watch Netflix and Hulu - not included. Hotel seemed very old and out dated.

Without a doubt it was one of the best hotels that we stayed at for the money. Very nice all the way around.

My wife and I found this facility very comfortable and relaxing after a long day of driving. The only complaint I have is we had to pay for the breakfast since it was not included in the booking through Hotels. Com.

What's up with Hilton hotels. They don't clean the rooms daily. There are bugs in the hotel. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close. If this is a result of Covid why would I stay in hotels?

A good place to stay. Situated in a business district so everything is quiet. Tram is within walking distance. We stayed here to catch tram to Empower Stadium to watch a concert. It's a great place to stay .

Overall, my stay was really okay….but, what I did not like was the low flow toilet that had flushing issues and the fact the breakfast was not a free breakfast, considering the cost of a room, especially when compared to other hotels in the area that were cheaper and did offer free complimentary breakfast. I will say I did not know the type of breakfast offered, compared to the rest of the hotels in the area, so it may have been a very premium breakfast, unlike other places I’ve stayed before. So, the better the breakfast, the greater the need to recover the food costs, if this was the case. Still, I can’t forgive the low flow toilet flushing. I should have known, when another guest was having a water issue, when I was checking in initially.

Newish property in a good neighbourhood. Nice and clean - everything was clean - the lobby, the room, the sheets. It was within 10 minutes driving distance to a huge mall (Park Meadows Shopping Center) with a lot of shops and restaurants.

1. Breakfast not included and an unbelievable extra $16 plus tax each! 2. Car parking $6. The hotel has its own car park and is located in the middle of nowhere. Why on earth do they need to charge $6 for parking? The room rate is already very expensive. 3. Room not in great condition. Lamp broken. Very, very noisy, old air conditioning unit in room. Turns on and off randomly, waking you up all night. However, at least it blocked out the noise from the (very loud) neighbouring room. 4. Ice machine not working. 5. Weird musty smell by entrance. 6. Wifi difficult to access and required a lot of personal information. Overall, it felt like a (very) expensive Motel 6 in terms of facilities.

We needed to stay one night close to the hospital nearby. The entire floor smelled like weed. The gym was kind of dirty, printer in the business area didn't work. Overall the room was clean enough and running the thermostat kept the weed smell away. The price was about right for the experience though at $86 for the night.

The Hilton Garden Inn at Park Meadows have become my go-to home away from home when I am traveling to Denver. From the extremely reasonable rates to the very friendly staff and the thorough cleanliness of the rooms. As a single woman traveling, I always feel safe, the hotel is quiet and well appointed. Highly recommend.

The property was a bit farther than I would've wanted but felt nice and quiet. Facilities were adequate and clean. The internet and the TV channels were all available with a nice overall variety. Bed was comfortable. Maintenance came to clean the room every 2 days. The lobby was adequate and the staff was nice.

Great location close to many restaurants and shopping and very quiet. We loved that housekeeping was not banging on doors and being poud at 8am which we have often had at other properties. Room and bed were comfortable. Lobby area has been remodeled, but the rest of the hallways and rooms are a bit lacking. Staff was great and helpful. First 2 nights someone was smoking something on our floor, but after that all was good.

The check in was extremely pleasant. Linda who worked in the food service was very helpful and friendly,room was clean and comfortable my only suggestion who be to find a more efficient way to purchase items like a separate pay station

I finally found my new home away from home when I need to be in Denver. The front desk clerks were lovely and very helpful, the hotel itself was clean and modern, the rooms were spacious and the bed was extraordinarily comfortable (I was sad I had to go home today)

Staff was nice, the rooms were decent, but it smelled like dog in my room. The pillows felt like sheets in a pillow case…..FLAT!!!

I was offered water at check in and not told I would be charged for it. The ceiling in the room was in horrible condition. Carpets in the hallways were loose. Overall poor condition.
