Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its cleanliness, comfort, and friendly staff. Many guests appreciate the convenient location near the airport and the included breakfast. However, some guests have experienced issues with the shuttle service, parking fees, and maintenance problems in the rooms.
- Clean and comfortable rooms
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Inconsistent shuttle service
- Unexpected parking fees

Very disappointed with our stay. The hot tub was not working, and the pool was advertised as heated but was cold the entire time. These amenities were a big reason we chose this hotel, and their lack of availability ruined our summer stay. We wish we had been informed before arrival.
- 2.5/5
The bed was comfortable. The mountain view was non existent and we paid extra for it. The pool and hot tub were broken which was the only reason I booked this spot. They charge $17 a night for parking and online it says parking is free. I have had better breakfasts at cheaper hotels.

Other than that, the breakfast is awesome and the place us spacious and clean.

Beautiful spacious room, great air conditioning that was adjustable. Loved the non slip tiled shower. Desk people were very helpful in directing me to where I could walk to get dinner. Would stay there again.!
- 3.5/5
The staff was helpful and friendly. That just because it’s near the airport we had to pay for parking. Didn’t like that, maybe if the hotel came up with some type of passes for the hotel guests. Also house keeping didn’t come the second day we were there. Not sure if we need to request for them but just threw us off.
- 4/5
One of the closest properties to the airport, practically new, clean, one-bedroom suites. Price was reasonable. The only issue is that the restaurant’s offerings are very limited (good though) and end at 10 p.m. even if customers are waiting. There are no restaurants within walking distance that we noticed. We barely made it under the 10 p.m. deadline which was good since we did not have a car.
- 5/5
The hotel very nice. At the time of my stay the hot tub was out and the main pool water temperature was slightly cooler than I was expecting.
- 1/5
Liked absolutely nothing about it
- 1/5
Terrible policies and poor communication. My wife could not travel due to our pregnancy timeline and the hotel refused to accommodate our request to cancel our room. Customer service is awful.
- 3.5/5
Within driving distance of the airport Cheap and poor looking decor all through the hotel and in the room. Also, it was a long ways from any place to eat and the hotel itself had very poor poorest food service and very limited hours to be able to get any food.
- 3/5
However the breakfast was not good overall. The sausage was burnt and dry, and other items were over-/undercooked.Other items were also not restocked efficiently to keep up with patrons that were trying to get breakfast. So my daughter went to get a pancake after I sat down with two pancakes and by the time she walked up to get some they were out so she got a bagel but no cream cheese? They only had one person working to do everything? So probably the reason It was not cleaned up efficiently for the next patron. I was also told I could not have more cream for my coffee as that was all they had? It was 7:00 and we were leaving for the airport so I wanted some coffee. Not to much to ask for $ 171 a night.

The room was very cold. I waited a long time for the maintenance man who said I needed to turn the heat on. When he did that the thermostat kept going back to the colder temperature. Also the bathroom sink didn't work and he had to put in a new drain piece. Thermometer was very clean and tidy. Staff was helpful and breakfast was excellent.
- 2/5
There was a barking dog in the room next to us staff told us the property was full but didn't do anything about the barking dog.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean, well maintained property. Excellent breakfast buffet. Delicious bar fare. The only downside you must pay for parking.
- 5/5
Great place to stay overnight if you need to catch an early flight from Denver Int'l. Rooms are clean and staff is helpful and friendly. Best of all—AMAZING hit breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, hot coffee and plenty of juices. Also a small bar, that serves a small menu of great catch up food after a long day of driving: burgers, sandwiches, soups, chili. A basic assortment of wines, beers, and simply cocktails. This is a definite to stay here again on my next flight out.

Nice property and nice staff
- 4/5
Room was huge. I had a bedroom, kitchen, and living room. Staff was friendly. they gave out free cookies, had a good pantry to purchase items. Breakfast was good. they gave out free water. The only issues I would say is that they didn't have free coffee in the lobby and the coffee in the room was not great. And, they had a restaurant but it did not serve lunch so you had to go outside for lunch. On the plus side they had a shuttle from the airport (I took the last one at 1:30 AM)!
- 5/5
Everything we needed and used were more than satisfactory.
- 0.5/5
Free shuttle bed bugs, dirty floors in the entry area, broken sink stopper, not enough comfy blankets
- 5/5
Our room was a very nice suite. It was extremely clean, with a real coffee maker and real dishes. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The price was very reasonable and the airport location was just perfect for our needs. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay! I wish it could have been longer! Everything we needed and used were more than satisfactory.
- 5/5
Also, you have to pay for parking to stay here. This should be discussed right away at time of booking. Overall, very comfortable stay. Nice breakfast.
- 5/5
Will definitely stay again. We are frequently at this property as the kids live in town.

We really appreciated the extra effort by the front desk staff. They helped getting our airport transfer arrangements. Nice place and the food was absolutely fabulous.
- 5/5
Costly parking fees, but the grounds were clean and homey. Loved the 2 bedroom/2 bath suite. Plenty of room and very quiet. Good location. Would stay there again.
- 5/5
The breakfast was awesome, a great variety. Thank you for giving me some tea bags, much appreciated.

Write review: check in to our hotel was very easy. The young lady was very polite and smiling. Informed us of almost everything we needed to know. We needed to change rooms after we got our first room. Its on me. Apparently I booked the wrong room on the expedia app. She upgraded us at no additional fee, no questions asked. Free breakfast was standard. The cafeteria, dining and bar area was pristine each day there. We used the laundry facilities at no charge. Seriously its feee. We tried to pay for detergent and they said no charge. The hot-tub was broken, no issue here. We ordered pizza our last night and the front desk helped with the local pizza places and told us about who's liked and what the particulars are. I accidentally made a mistake on parking registration. The front desk clerk took care of business and fixed everything with a smile on her face. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed here when they first opened a few years ago and liked it then. This visit was even better. Highly recommended by our family. Rewrite for review
- 4/5
Overall, this Hotel is very nice and extremely convenient to Denver international Airport. However, paying $19 per night to park seemed a little unacceptable. Also, the hot water was extremely slow and could take 4 to 5 minutes to reach the point that would allow you to shower. This was true both in the evening and in the morning. Otherwise, this is an excellent place to stay for a number of reasons.
- 3/5
Not worth the extra money. This is the most expensive hotel in the area. There are many other hotels that are just as nice, if not nicer and for a much cheaper cost.
- 5/5
Thing only thing we wanted to mention is the fact that the room when we walked in smelled of smoke smoking so I don’t know if someone before you or if it’s in the air-conditioning, we did open the window and aired it out, but otherwise everything was clean and the continental breakfast was very good thank you
- 3/5
The room seemed old and needed some repairs. The shower leaked on to the floor when used. Slipping hazard. The TV bulb was probably going out. Everything on TV was bluish. Probably would not stay there again.
- 3/5
Breakfast was great! Front desk staff was rude-never greeted or acknowledged our family after check-in. No housekeeping came in for the duration of our stay-though thee staff were very friendly when we saw them in the hallway. Hot tub not functioning, pool water very cold. Pool room itself-the floor was so dirty. 3/5
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 5/5
Our bartender Janet was amazing, keep her and pay her well….
- 5/5
I really appreciated having a full kitchen and a full breakfast. When requested housekeeping cleaned our rooms and the location was convenient! Location was my favorite part of the whole experience.

1) The front desk staff (and management) needs to be educated to improve communication about the “hotel shuttle to the airport”. I called the front desk twice about the shuttle. First time was about when it leaves (every 30 minutes starting at 3:30am), and the other was if it arrives or leaves at that 30 minute mark. Unfortunately, during neither call did they mention that reservations are required as when I went downstairs at 5:50am, they notified me (and another unsuspecting guest) that the 6am, 6:30am, and 7am shuttles were already reserved full. “WHAT” I said. I called twice and no one ever mentioned that reservations were required. In any event, I paid $20 and got a Lyft ride in 2 minutes. I recommend the front desk notify guests on check in and when inquiries are made on the phone about the shuttle. In addition, management should make a little placard that sits next to everyone’s room phone that says “shuttle reservations are required”. Maybe also one that says your “room is cleaned every 3 days” unless you call desk and make other arrangements. 2) The shower door handle falls off, and apparently housekeeping does not appear to care. 3) The hair dryer tends to shutoff during use. 4) loud air conditioner unit The Good: 1) the size of room, 2) the size of shower, 3) full kitchen amenities 4) The windows open for cool air, allowing you to shut off loud air conditioner unit

- 5/5
Wonderful stay!!! Thank you!!! Room was clean; staff was great; breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Only one issue and that is you have to pay for parking
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room and helpful staff
- 4/5
The room was superb, much nicer than what I needed for a 4:00 am check out. The parking is not something I’d seen before. You have to use a QR code to pay for your parking instead of just doing it at the front desk. The A.M. front desk woman was dismissive and not helpful but the P.M. front desk woman was attentive and very helpful with the parking payment. Side note, it is $75 for an early check in which seems very steep to get an extra 3-4 hours extra.
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast staff worked their butts off! It was hot & delicious every morning. The indoor pool was not heated and the hot tub was torn up for improvements. A couple of the work out machines were down as well. Our mattress was well worn down and could have used an upgrade but the room was very clean as well as the common areas.
- 3/5
The only problem was the Wi-FI. I was traveling on business, so Wi-Fi is critical for evening work. Unfortunately, the internet connection was spotty. I found that surprising because the Hyatt caters to businesspeople.
- 5/5
Convenient to the airport! Front Desk staff was attentive and courteous. Gym and pool were a nice break from my work schedule. Would highly recommend this property.
- 5/5
I just stayed overnight, but I have no complaints about the free round-trip shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and all the staff are very friendly. My room was excellent and came with a kitchen. It also comes with a complimentary breakfast.
- 2/5
The coffee maker was broken. One of the glasses were chipped. We had to get a new coffee maker, which had its own issues. The cabinets were falling apart The toilet seat was broken The $17 parking fee should have been advertised in advance
- 5/5
Nice clean room. Staff gave us a late check out. The gym was better than a usual hotel, had dumbbells, a universal, and lots of room. Decent breakfast
- 3/5
The hotel is ok for the price. Not impressed.
- 5/5
Nice and quiet. Shuttle was very convenient for get from and to the airport. The hotel is not really close to anything, so may need to use Uber to get around.
- 5/5
loved it ❤️
- 4/5
Airport shuttle after midnight worked very well. front desk got me into my room quickly. Breakfast was the usual menu and quite sufficient.
- 5/5
Clean room, good breakfast.
- 4/5
Breakfast is not okay if you are eating cereal. Hot food is not very good. Given the property is not close to many restaurants (walking distance), it could be challenging if you don’t leave the hotel early. Parking situation is annoying! You have to pay a third party. Not sure why the hotel just doesn’t take the payment. Having to pay for a parking in middle nowhere in an open space is entirely a different question.
- 5/5
Nice.
- 5/5
LOVED that there was a bar and food!!!
- 5/5
The hot tub was out of order and the pool was extremely cold, but everything else was great!
- 5/5
The bartender was kind and attentive - we really appreciated coming back from training and hanging out in the bar area!
- 5/5
Good spread for breakfast and great staff
- 5/5
The bartender was absolutely amazing!
- 5/5
I thought the breakfast provided was great, and the food and service in the restaurant bar area were fantastic!
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly and helpful and kind the breakfast was awesome. Would definitely recommend this hotel and book another stay with them.
- 3/5
The coffee pot in the room wouldn’t turn on. The doors on the cabinet under the tv were off the hinges. In the middle of the night it sounded like a group of kids were chasing each other in the hall. The toilet tank didn’t fill up with water and wouldn’t flush. I had to pour water in the tank to get it to flush.
- 4/5
Everything about the stay was great. The only issue I had was with the shuttle service. I was not told they were temporarily picking up at the airport in a different spot. I called from the airport after waiting 45mins and the front desk person told me the shuttle would arrive shortly but did not mention the new (temporary) pick up spot. I called again after waiting an hour and this person was very helpful and advised me as to where to go. This information should have been given to me before my arrival. It’s a bummer after a long travel day to wait so long to get to your room. Other than that my stay was great
- 4/5
Breakfast was great , fresh staff I really didn’t get to meet , but room was nice and clean. , the hot pool was out of order so o didn’t get in pool I feel the pool area needs better work
- 5/5
Clean and comfy room. Convenient location
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff was nice but I didn’t care for the breakfast. The shuttle was nice. Overall everything was good.
- 5/5
The staff were very helpful! The room big, comfortable, it’s just need a little bit more remodeling..
- 5/5
Room was clean and we had a good stayed
- 5/5
We checked in late but the staff was great and they accommodated all our requests easily and efficiently!
- 4/5
The food was terrible
- 4/5
Breakfast was slightly better than many continentals, specifically the eggs. They weren't the bland, rubber kind. They actually had flavor and a bacon/egg combo scramble was available. Otherwise, pretty standard.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Good taste
- 5/5
So convenient for a night before the airport. Plenty of space in the hotel room, large pool, snack bar all came in handy. Only issue was we booked the 4 am shuttle and the shuttle driver was not only beyond rude, he made me, my toddler AND my stroller (yeah, picturing that?!) sit in the passenger seat due to the lack of room. I was so upset and shaken up from the way he spoke to me and the shuttle experience.

The room was very clean and the staff was helpful with everything. I would definitely come back again one day
- 5/5
Business Center printer did not work. Pre-charge $150 is unacceptable.
- 5/5
Pool was not heated - hot tub closed — called before booking and all was good to go right up until arrival - lol - I think they say it’s heated and working just so you book it
- 3/5
While the rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly - those PARKING CHARGES were outrageous and unexpected. $17 - NO NOT IN A SECURE GARAGE. In a normal parking lot with public access. Not pleased. Wouldn’t stay again after that blindsided charge.
- 5/5
Brigette at the front desk was so nice! Room was latge and comfortable
- 5/5
Great breakfast
- 5/5
Clean room. Plenty big. Easy parking except expensive to park.
- 5/5
Clean spacious room great amenities easy shuttle from the airport
- 4/5
One of my biggest complaints was that no one cleaned my room after a whole day of stand other than that. Everything was fine.
- 5/5
Nice hotel, convenient
- 5/5
Good
- 2/5
Pool was freezing, and the hot tub was out of order. Breakfast on the weekend was good, but very minimal offerings on a week-day. Strong smell in the lobby, and only one main elevator to upper levels. With two small children, we wouldn’t stay here again.
- 3/5
I booked this room because the jacuzzi and pool for my grand daughter and was kind of upset because it’s was having maintenance issue . The room was semi clean . The counters and down the bathroom sink was not clean there was something running down it looked like crusted white stuff. The phone would not work it jus charged so had to go to hallways phone to call which no one picked up anyways. We stayed here a year ago with a much better experience so that’s why we booked here again. Asked for someone to Chang ring our towels but never did I had to go down and ask for them .
- 5/5
Everything was great. Very nice property and big room
- 4/5
Staff at check in was rude with a snobby attitude. Cleaning staff on 3rd floor was nice.
- 5/5
But we chose this hotel because hot tub and hot tub not working
- 5/5

- 3/5
The breakfast was cold and the rooms were definitely outdated with the amenities

The pool was cold

Great value!
- 5/5
It was quiet and clean! The staff were helpful. Breakfast was tolerable (cold & potato taste like they were old)... i was looking forward to the heated pool but it was cold & the hot tube was broke...
- 5/5
All was great staff, customer service, breakfast the only thing i was not satisfied was with no free parking and the fees were pretty outrageous.
- 4/5
Love the spacious room. However, the breakfast was less than subpar—the only thing that was good was the fruits and cereal. Wished parking was free and not $17/night.
- 5/5
Just brief overnight stay. Breakfast and coffee satisfactory
- 5/5
Easy. Convenient. Clean. Great service.
- 1/5
I would not recommend this hotel. If you do stay here then avoid room 118. It is located next to the swimming pool where loud music is played on the hotel speakers 24 hours/day. Unfortunately, we could hear this music inside our room which made it very difficult to sleep. Online reviews show this issue occurred as far back as 2019 and is still occurring 7 years later. We brought this up with the front desk and we were referred to the manager who was never available and has not responded.

The Hyatt House is my new place to stay when I need to be by the airport. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are really nice. Breakfast is nothing special, but was ok. My only complaint is having to pay to park overnight. I understand paying for extended stay, but all the hotels in that area are doing it now.
- 4/5
Hotel was located very close to the venue we had to be at and there were restaurants close by as well, perfect location
- 3/5
Hot tub was broken. Pool was freezing and no towels avaliable. Under staffed. Parking fee is high priced per night. I would not stay here again.
- 2/5
We booked this hotel primarily because it has a pool and hot tub. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was green and broken, but there was no signage on it. There were no towels in the pool area and the staff wouldn’t bring any even after repeated requests. The room itself was clean, but the hallways needed major attention.

Just spent the night, but it was a clean hotel and the amenities
- 5/5
Great location and comfortable room. Prefect for an early morning flight
- 5/5

Amenities! Stayed in a suite for a very reasonable price!
- 5/5
The room was a nice size with a living room and kitchen and bed area. Unfortunately there was a noisy bunch of kids jumping above me for most of the evening and early the next morning (no fault of the hotel). I could hear air traffic so I slept with earplugs. The free breakfast and free airport shuttle were fine and one of the reasons I picked this hotel. I will probably stay here again.
- 1/5
The staff FAILED AND NEGLECTED to check the temperature of the hot tub and I got in the hot tub not know that it was BEYOND hot and so I got in and as soon as the boiling water touched my skin I immediately got out and my health immediately started to deteriorate so I had to call 911 and now I'm the ER because I still don't feel well

Very good and excellent customer service. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. The lady in the kitchen was very sweet and very helpful she's amazing.
- 4/5
Room was clean and had what I needed. Plenty of towels.
- 3/5
Water stations with filtered water. Also the front desk gave us a QR code to register our car for parking and never gave us the code so we had to pay for parking despite being guests for the night. Really frustrating to get ripped off like that
- 5/5
Clean room, fast check in and out, good basic continental breakfast
- 3/5
They did not have my room reservation. I went back to desk and told them they had the wrong room. They then said yes we know but we are out so we will give you two rooms. It wasn’t going to work out with two young children and just one adult. Then they would only refund me what hotels.com paid them, it was $100 less than what I had paid for. The ladies at the front desk were doing their best to be helpful. In the end, we took the two rooms but it was still not what I paid for and inconvenient. They were kind enough to offer us free water and snacks (we declined but it was kind) and they let us into the pool after hours so the kids could play still
- 5/5
Super all

Good shuttle service
- 3/5
Check in staff were very nice. Room had issues.

Perfect option for long flight layovers. shuttle service is perfect and really convenient

I stayed at 2 Hyatt hotels in Denver (including Hyatt Place downtown). Both were excellent and price friendly. Hyatt is beating both Hilton and Marriott.

Good clean room was ready
- 4/5
Everything was great. The only thing I would like to see is more variety for breakfast.
- 2/5
Room was not as pictured, there is a daily parking fee. Pool was also not well kept.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Nice big refrigerator and complete kitchen. But otherwise very basic quality hotel. Good value
- 3/5
We booked here because of the price and swimming pool/hot tub, however when we checked in, there was an additional $50 charge and the pool was freezing. The hot tub looked green/brown, not sure what was growing in there, but it was so cloudy, you could barely see the bottom.
- 5/5
Check in was super simple and the room was great! Very clean and very spacious. The tv screen was a little messed up in my room in particular, but I could still use the tv just fine
- 5/5
Hotel location and staff was key
- 3/5
Room was clean and spacious Shower was nice Easy to get a late checkout Front desk staff was very pleasant Hot tub was hot Cons- Shuttle would not wait 1 minute(literally) for us at the airport Breakfast was non-existent pretty much- bread and cream cheese(no toaster) plus some packaged cereals and sandwiches Bed was saggy Pool was not very clean
- 4/5
Room was excellent and staff is friendly. Not much options in the bar for food.
- 5/5
Room was very nice and clean. I however didn't get our towels changed or room cleaned while we were there. I am not sure if that is a part of the service they offer.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly. Were very disappointed the bar was closed as we arrived about 9:30 counting on them to be open til 10 as the website says.
- 1/5
I chose to stay here for the free shuttle to the airport. However the shuttle driver never arrived. I understand sometimes people may run late but they should have informed the front desk so they could inform the guests. I ended up having to uber to the airport.
- 5/5
It was very nice
- 5/5
Nice and clean close to airport
- 5/5
A very nice suite. Clean and nicely furnished. Great if you like to cater for yourself. Seemed like a popular hub for skiers and snow boarders. People seemed to know each other. Yet it wasn't noisy in any way. A friendly atmosphere. I had a pleasant and comfortable experience.
- 5/5
Clean hotel in a great location close to the airport. Great breakfast with lots of options each day. Rooms are welcoming, clean and comfortable rooms. Lots of parking available with good nighttime lighting. We appreciated the roll-in shower and wheelchair accessibility.
- 5/5
From the shuttle to stay, everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and the amenities the Hyatt House offered. Having Jenga in the main room, cider, and hot cocoa was fun and entertaining.
- 5/5
Good service
- 4/5
Shuttle worked out wonderfully
- 5/5
Love it
- 5/5
The whole place was very clean
- 5/5
The room was super clean and staff was so kind. The pool is really cold and hot tub wasnt very hot.
- 2/5
Very old and needed upgrades
- 5/5
Good place to sleep for the night.
- 5/5
Great place for the price
- 5/5
awesome
- 5/5
Nice size for our family
- 5/5
Very clean, efficient friendly staff.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and airport shuttle bus
- 3/5
Smelled like cigarettes in the whole hotel
- 3/5
I’ve stayed at Hyatt houses several times. I was excited because this one was brand new ! Elevator was down! Pool/hot tub broken and didn’t tell! $17 a night parking staff was not friendly at all. Not a fan of this place
- 4/5
Excellent
- 3/5
Checkin was easy, but we were charged for parking upon arrival. One elevator was broken causing a backup at the elevator and also a lot more walking for our room location. The smells in the hotel were overwhelming it often smelt like someone had cooked fish. The pool was freezing cold, we had one kiddo brave the cold and lasted about 5minutes before their lips were purple. The business center was out of order and computers were down. Check out was 11am and the cleaning team began knocking at the door around 8am and repeated it 3 different times before we left at 9:45.
- 3/5
The toilet was not working for a while and I had to fix it
- 4/5
In all, better than a basic hotel if you have a car or don’t care about food and like the area.
- 3/5
The bathroom mirror was dirty, could have used a bigger bowl in the kitchen. Very noise people above us running back and forth at 4:00 am.
- 4/5
Clean rooms and easy check in.
- 4/5
Hotel room was nice because there was a door in between the kitchen/living room and the bedroom. I wish the sofa bed was made up because I said there were going to be 3 adults on the reservation. I also wish the bathroom door wasn’t a million pound slider door.
- 4/5
Staff friendly.
- 3/5
Amenities were out of order system went down so they stay could have been despite these technicalities
- 4/5
Staff were nice and the room was clean
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
This place got a lot of good reviews and I see why. However, I should give an honest review which isn't all bad. Checking in was easy and they allowed us to check in earlier. The hotel really does have all the amenities you need and it's perfect for families when you consider the size of the rooms and the free breakfast. Now, it is an older hotel, yes. Clearly it could use a slight renovation, but it's also not falling apart. Wish the bathroom doors didn't have such a wider gap. The bed and pillows could be a bit more comfortable, I didn't mind it the first three days but after the fourth day, I actually couldn't sleep. Breakfast a good variety of items. It's great that the place was near the airport and car rental place. A gas station and a 7-11 is walking distance which is helpful if you need anything late at night.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
- 5/5
No complaints. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
There was some food residue on the granite kitchen counter.
- 5/5
It would have been good to have a phone number to call for shuttle or directions on how to find them. After a fairly long wait and multiple phone calls when the shuttle came the driver was very helpful and considerate.
- 5/5
Convenient location to airport
- 4/5
The room was clean and nice. The pillows were too squishy but the bed was comfy.
- 5/5
Shuttle service, staff, bed all top notch. Except elevators not all wo
- 5/5
The Room was Great! Unfortunately the hot tub was closed. The elevator was broken, and the hotel can use a deep cleaning!
- 4/5
Good
- 2/5
The battery for my room key died. Originally I thought the key was demagnetized so I went down twice. My room was far from the only working elevator and this process took 1hr and 15 minutes to get fixed. It was late at night and very inconvenient as I had to be up early for work.
- 1/5
The additional process of parking was unnecessary. Why is it needed to receive a small QR sticker that must be scanned and paid for separately just to park in the hotel lot? Why can’t this be done at check-in directly with the check-in staff at the desk? When I inquired, they indicated that the property is owned by the airport. I have not had to do this at any other hotel in this area on Tower Street. Next time, I will stay at one of the other brand hotels that do not require this silly process. Do better!
- 5/5
The location was clean and the room was outstanding. Breakfast was good. Only issue is one elevator was out of service. Lots of noise from the planes and trains.
- 4/5
We arrived late staff was very nice and accommodating. We were traveling back to Spain with lots of luggage but they made sure our shuttle the next morning was informed and set up. We like the fact you have a refrigerator in room too. It’s a nice place to stay before leaving on a plane!
- 5/5
Very helpful staff and a great location. Rooms were well-equipped and laid out. The elevator was broken, but it wasn't that big of a deal.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. Property was clean and safe. Had to pay for parking. Hot tub wasn’t working. Food at the bar was terrible.
- 1/5
Lo siento Hotel (Spanish for I’m sorry). Where is hot tub - Lo siento it is broken. Can I get room service from restaurant? Lo siento you have to order and eat there. Lo siento elevator is broken. Lo siento a/c not working. Lo siento room dusty and dirty. Li siento no soup in restaurant only microwaved bar food. Lo siento. Hyatt is old, dilapidated and broken. About the quality of Days End or lower
- 5/5
Safe hotel within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
- 4/5
Overall, a nice hotel. Two problems: no secure WiFi and no real restaurant.
- 5/5
Great experience.
- 3/5
The room was good, but the shower door had a gap between the door and the stall and water got all over the floor. The airport shuttle was great. The hot tub was broken which was why we chose this hotel for our stay and one of the employees told us it’s been broken for about 6 months. The pool was nice but the second night we went to go for a swim and the pool was “out of order”. Very frustrating. The women employee that checked us in was wonderful and very pleasant. Sorry I am unsure of her name.
- 5/5
Everything was fine .. as expected
- 5/5
Very nice would stay again.
- 3/5
The hotel was fine, I just didn’t like how they advertised having a hot tub but it was not working, wasn’t even filled up with water after, which makes me think that’s it’s been rust way for awhile and they didn’t take that amenity off the website. Which to me is ridiculous!
- 3/5
bad side we got stuck in the elevator after only being there for 2 hours.
- 3/5
The mattress and pillows need to be changed out. We could not sleep. Our first stay on the 3rd floor was fine but this time it was awful. Heard a fan or something running on the roof that also kept us awake. The airport shuttle drivers were very good and friendly.
- 5/5
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
I liked staying here, the front desk persons
- 5/5
Clean and quiet
- 5/5
Very personable desk staff. Nice clean convenient location. Would stay there again.
- 5/5
What a great place to stay!! Had to also bring my two small dogs. Bed was comfy, shower was great, and breakfast was pretty good. Was nice to cook in room.
- 5/5
Good
- 2/5
Called front desk after airport arrival to confirm shuttle and no mention was made to be sure and go to west side for pick up. We waited for at least 45 minutes and after calling back, were then told the shuttle only picks up on west side. After over an hour wait outside, we got picked up. Extremely poor communication from front desk. Sent email to manager Antonia Williams, but no response.
- 5/5
Well , Hyatt standrad not met.
- 5/5
Excellent DEN airport hotel.
- 5/5
Airport shuttle is convenient and comfortable
- 5/5
Excellent two night stay. Shuttle bus to and from airport was great. We used this to return to airport and took the train into Denver on our first day. So easy and cheap too. We grabbed a quick bite when we arrived this was ok. Not too much choice. Lovely size room with huge shower.
- 5/5
The rooms were very clean as was the whole Hotel.
- 3/5
Pool is out of service and the hot tub is drained completely. False advertising, I would not have booked at this location had I known. Food was average, not very good, and our windows were dirty upon check in. During your stay bird feces covered our windows. Nice sized room is the only positive. Check in receptionist need further training. Also you should let the guest know of the parking fee and $150 deposit before arrival. Some people may not have it, my family is fortunate to be so blessed. Wouldn’t stay here again. Sub par experience.
- 5/5
Would be great to see recycling option in the room. Service was excellent and friendly.
- 5/5
I stayed just one night and had minimal contact with staff, but everything was fine other than the hot tube was empty, so my swim trunks and I were both disappointed.
- 3/5
If taking the shuttle it only picks up on the west side and even when we called to check on the shuttle was never told this till our second call to the hotel. Communication is very important. We also stayed here for the pool and it was closed!
- 5/5
Separate bedroom was perfect
- 5/5
Clean room, helpful staff, nice amenities, & fair price.
- 5/5
The Hyatt House was the best hotel we stayed in on our vacation. We highly recommend this place.
- 3/5
Sadly, there was a charge for parking in the hotel lot (seems like it should come w/ the room). Worse though was that the parking fee could not be added to the bill and had to be paid separately by an app! If not changed, I will chose another hotel in the vicinity that is more visitor friendly.
- 3/5
Charging for parking at a facility like this is terrible policy. Plus, they don’t even address it at the front desk. You only find out by reading signs or getting tickets on your car. Penny-pinching policy at its worst for a suburban airport hotel where the parking used to be free. That’s a terrible value.
- 4/5
Parking was 18 dallars a day! The light rail was quiet.
- 5/5
Clean big room. Lots of space. Fully equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery. Hovely was friendly and quickly served us in the restaurant. There is a convenience store nearby. Would stay there again.
- 2/5
The TV never worked, the hot tub was broken, the breakfast was TERRIBLE (eggs undercooked, boiled eggs were room temp, waffles pasty) and you had to pay for parking (ridiculous at an airport hotel). The lamp didn't allow my phone to charge properly either. Would not recommend.
- 3/5
Bathroom tile needed to be regrouted. Parking lot required an ap to pay for parking. There is so much space out there...why must one pay for parking?
- 5/5
A nice place to stay before an early flight next morning.
- 4/5
Everything was nice but I was not aware of the $17.00 parking fee. On their website it says parking available but nothing about the fee.
- 3/5
TV was directv. That's fine, but most people prefer streaming service access. Biggest issue with tv is that it kept turning off for no reason.
- 4/5
Clean
- 5/5
Good experience
- 4/5
Pool needs to be heated
- 5/5
Quick check in
- 3/5
Room was clean great 2bedroom very handy for our stay before leaving for airport next morning. We arrived at 1pm and no bar or restaurant open til 5 couldn’t get into our room til 4 so sat in lobby . Would have been nice if bar or restaurant was open earlier but other than that room was clean and meet our needs it was cleaner than the embassy suites at DIA we stayed at before so definitely would stay here again
- 5/5
Our room was like a small apartment. It was very convenient with a kitchen and even a dishwasher. The bedroom is separate, giving great privacy. I would highly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly and it’s super clean
- 2/5
We found this place online. It looked really nice. I called and ask if they had a hot tub. The young lady at the desk told me yes they did. We booked the room and got there. Hot tub was drained pool water level was below the first step water was ice cold But other than that, it was all right.
- 5/5
Clean room, liked the configuration
- 2/5
The room felt very outdated and worn. Had a broken Venetian blind that let in a lot of light at night.
- 5/5
Close to airport and dining. Convenient location for traveler.
- 4/5
One night a loud barking dog in the bldg. disturbed our sleep. Also sounded like furniture was being moved around. This disturbance was quickly resolved.
- 5/5
Breakfast was pretty good.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 3/5
Our room was quite run down…for example, no curtains on the small window made it very light all night, door to bathroom didn’t fit, mattress not nearly so comfortable as I am used to. Have stayed her 8 different times and was pleased before. This time was disappointing.
- 5/5
The ability of food at a restaurant on the hotel's facility.
- 4/5
The staff acted like I was bothering them when I asked a question - I didn't feel they were very accommodating
- 5/5
Business conference
- 5/5
The person who managed the continental breakfast was friendly, helpful and kind.
- 5/5
Clean, business friendly, friendly staff. Close to airport.
- 4/5
Nice hotel, staff not friendly at all. The girl who checked us in was too busy on her phone to even talk to us. Did not realize we had to budget an extra 100$ to park in the parking lot. Paying to park makes no sense when there is literally nothing else around. The staff doing breakfast was rude and did not answer questions when asked.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
We were always welcomed in. Room was great. There was a shuttle to the airport. No problems. Great place! Alot for the price!!
- 4/5
Some features were not working but it was clean hotel. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay
- 2/5
Upon arrival, the front desk staff was far from welcoming. Customer service seemed to be an afterthought. To make things worse, the main elevator was out of service, and we were given a room that required a long walk through the hotel, up a working elevator, and then all the way back down the length of the building to reach our room. The parking policy was the most troubling part of our stay. We had to pay an extra fee, and within a few minutes of us getting to our room, a security vehicle was already waiting by our car. It felt like a trap, and we were lucky to have seen them in time to quickly pay the fee. This lack of a grace period is unacceptable. A better system would be to provide guests with ample time to pay or simply include the parking cost in the room rate to prevent this kind of stress for guests.
- 3/5
The next morning, after I left the hotel, I saw a notice on my windshield to register my plate number. Not sure how to proceed.
- 4/5
Didn’t appreciate daily parking charge, otherwise a great hotel.
- 5/5
Customer service was excellent! The breakfast was great. The one-bedroom suite was very clean and comfortable. It was a home away from home. The next time I visit Denver, I will definitely stay again.
- 4/5
The only issues for us were having to pay a $17 parking fee and being unable to adjust the temperature of our room-it was too cold!
- 4/5
Facilities were dated but the overall experience was fine.
- 5/5
Nearest couple of restaurants where within walking distance, which feels good to do after a long day of travel.
- 1/5
Super noisy kids up all night long. No sleep at all. Breakfast was out of muffins and vanilla creamer. No sleep for a long travel day
- 5/5
Great place
- 4/5
The representative who checked me in was very excellent. She was personable and very helpfull
- 2/5
It was a disappointing stay. Upon coming in there was a church service taking place where they were screaming so loud, I could barely hear to check in and honestly just wanted to turn around and leave. No where does it say you have to pay $17 per night for parking which is disappointing for the area. The breakfast was abysmal. The food was inedible and we just decided not to eat after not being able to tell upon sight what some of the items were and some of the colors being really off for what they should have been.
- 4/5
Everything was great but I really think that whoever clean the room went thru my stuff because I had my luggage when I left I can tell it was moved and I had a plastic bag with dirty clothes that was tie up and when I came back the bag was ripped like someone dig around in it. What wrong with people I should have took a pic next time I’m putting a camera in the room where ever I stay at.
- 5/5
Free breakfast, clean, quiet and free airport transportation.
- 4/5
Overall, very good but main elevator was out of service.
- 1/5
There was a $17 charge for parking that was not included during the booking. There is no reason to charge for parking when the hotel is half empty and there are so many other choices in the area. Stay somewhere else.
- 1/5
I did not get the room i booked and when I went to the front desk they were not helpful. On top of that the bathroom door did not close correctly.
- 5/5
Great value this time somehow.
- 3/5
This hotel is ok. The problem we had was the parking. They charged 17.00 a night for parking which is ridiculous! The front desk said it was because it is on airport property but the hotel next door doesn't charge parking. It is simply a money grab. Also, one elevator was out of service so the wait time to get to your room was also ridiculous. If I had the information in advance that I would be required to pay parking I would have stayed elsewhere.
- 3/5
Staff was great. The low number of stars is due to having to pay for parking. I only selected this hotel because they had an early shuttle to the airport for a 6:00 AM flight. The elevator in the middle of the hotel was out of service, which made getting to my room more difficult. If I had mobility issues that would have been a problem.
- 5/5
Free and easy airport transportation.
- 5/5
The suites are very well laid out. Bed is comfortable. The shower is a nice size. I didn’t have a chance to explore the property and I checked in late and had to leave early. Will definitely stay again when I return to Denver.
- 1/5
I was shocked that they charged me for overnight parking. I have never seen this before the motel. Needless to say, I shall not stay here in the future.
- 5/5
Very beautiful place clean nice
- 5/5
Great location!
- 3/5
Hotel overall was nice, however the room I stayed in had dust on the lights, there was hard water and mold build up in the shower and on the glass reveal around the glass framing. The dryer was broke but quickly replaced by personal. The mattress has seen better days, there were intentions and due for replacement. Headboard had finder prints on it.
- 5/5
First time at this location - large and comfortable. Employees were friendly and helpful. Has a bar (happy hour) with small food option, which is nice. Close to airport without being loud.
- 5/5
Nice place. I love the kitchenette
- 3/5
The room had a bad smell, we opened the windows but smelled like something was rotting no matter what we did. The pullout couch was uncomfortable, no fitted sheet for it. The bathroom shower shelves had soap scum/mold on it, was clearly not cleaned fully. Disappointed we had to pay for parking with our rental car. The Airport shuttle was handy, breakfast was decent, internet was fine.
- 3/5
The bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. The tv wasn’t working properly, the sound would go in and out. The signal went off completely my last night there in the middle of a movie. Room was clean and quiet at least.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable with frequent airport shuttles and close proximity to the airport.
- 5/5
Food was not good! Drinks were ok!
- 4/5
Nice spacious room. Clean facility. Standard free breakfast. Shuttle service leaving twice an hour was a benefit I used.
- 4/5
Suite was nice to have elevator and hot tub didn’t work
- 5/5
Good location
- 4/5
The experience was easy. It's conveniently located close to the airport (but not loud). Gas was near so I could fill up my rental car. The food/bar staff was an amazing one woman show. They were out of several things on the menu, but I had the parmesan fries and chicken caesar salad. Both were delicious. Service was slow of course, because it was just one person. Although they were out of some things, the bar tender did not disappoint. Everyone was kind and professional. The King suite was spacious and comfy with a full kitchen, living area, and King bed. The bathroom was also very comfy. I would stay here again. It would be great for a long stay.
- 5/5
Good about everything
- 4/5
Pretty sure we were placed in a handicapped room because we didn't book direct. Spacious room but no silverware in the kitchenette. Decent continental breakfast but only one working elevator (at the far end of property). Shuttle runs every 30 min to airport.
- 5/5
It was nice enough for a quick stay, my flight got canceled so I needed a place to crash for the night.
- 1/5
Waited over 20 mins to be checked in. No one at the front desk, could not be found. 3 separate people waiting.
- 5/5
The suite was roomy, clean, and well-equipped.
- 5/5
Excellent choice for overnight stay. Great amenities.
- 4/5
Large rooms. Sadly no restaurant,
- 2/5
Very disappointed for a Hyatt. Non operable elevator, no room service, understaffed the bartender is also the hostess and cook. Had to walk down a long hall to get to the only working elevator to get to our room.
- 3/5
The only reason we booked
- 5/5
It was quiet after noisy airport
- 5/5
Great hotel/resort to stay at with your family. The staff was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. I would recommend it.
- 5/5
My only issue with the hotel, which has nothing to do with the staff is that only one washer and one dryer were operable, and one of the main elevators was in operable, so everyone had to take the same elevator. Otherwise, I had a great nine days there.
- 5/5
Great stay
