This is a truly wonderful place to stay. This is my first proper B&B experience, and it was lovely in every way. The home is an amazing late 1800's victorian home clearly very well taken care of both inside and out. The room was comfortable and well equipped with everything I needed. The location was fantastic with so many food and shopping options available within walking distance (I recommend the Irish pub around the corner!). And the best part are the owners, both fascinating people that make the home feel alive. The provided breakfast is quite amazing as well, I had homemade granola in yogurt and homemade banana bread with berries :)

This place cannot be any more central in Denver. Walking distance to all the food and drink you want. (Pub across the street)fantastic Mexican restaurant we visited 2 times out of three days. We were in Denver for 3 total days and stayed with them for 2 night. Judith made sure we were taken care of even on the night we didn’t stay and sent us with food on our early departure morning which was fantastic! Judith and Doc were wonderful, welcoming and warm hosts. We also loved being greeted by Wilson and Lucy every time we came in. You can’t get that in a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks to Judith and Doc, so accommodating.

I had a wonderful experience. I had a great room with the private bath and balcony. The hosts were very warm and welcoming. And the location was perfect for my needs. I will definitely stay at the Off Broadway B&B again.

It was so bad, we did not stay there and found a hotel. The property is extremely old, run down, dirty and dusty and my wife is allergic to dust. The property is not habitable.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The facilities were outdated and musty. The B & B is near a busy road, and there was traffic noise all night. Not a problem if you are used to it, but it kept me up.

Lovely room, yummy breakfast, funky neighborhood with great shopping and gracious hosts.

Judith and Doc are lovely hosts, as are Judy and Wilson, the pups that greeted me when I arrived. The home is full of charm and close to many restaurants.

Comfortable room, pleasant stay. Breakfast was tasty, and the hosts were very friendly. Everything as expected. A great value for the money. There's a fair amount of street noise that can bleed into the room, so I recommend bringing a sound machine.

We had a lovely stay at Off Broadway B&B. The owners couldn't have been more kind, friendly and helpful. And their doggos we're also so friendly and cute! Our bed was ginormous and very comfy! We had a quick breakfast of yogurt, homemade granola and fruit, also, coffee and juie--just enough to get us on our way since we had to get on the road early. I would highly recommend you stay at Off Broadway B&B when in Denver!

I rarely leave a review but this was my 1st time staying in a bread & breakfast. The hosts were warm, welcoming and accommodating. It felt like I was meeting old friends/family. Also, the location was a block away from all the stores, restaurants and night life. They have 2 beautiful dogs that were so sweet. The breakfast was top tier.

The warmth and friendliness of the hosts was so refreshing after coming from a traditional hotel. The historic home is beautiful and the accommodations comfortable and quaint. I enjoyed feeling like a guest in someone's artistic home. And the homemade granola and host company was a treat.

The owners of this B&B are very friendly and I liked getting to know them. There are several problems with this B&B. The neighborhood is very noisy. The parking is totally inadequate. The building needs a great deal of maintenance and upkeep. The breakfast is very mediocre. The location is great.

Doc and Judith are fantastic! Really nice folks! This super cool old house is right on Broadway. Funky restaurants, bars, record shops are all within walking distance. Not "fancy" or "slick" but really fun.

This B&B is hosted by a lovely couple that makes you feel at home. Not only is the space itself comfortable and quiet but also some of the best entertainment in Denver is steps from the front door. I will be staying here again.

Judith and her partner were lovely hosts! The property is in an excellent location off south Broadway that was super convenient for walking. It’s cool to find a classic Victorian bed and breakfast downtown in a city—it was reasonably priced! Cozy rooms, good vibes. Would stay again.

I only stayed for a night on the way to the mountains, but I wish I could have stayed longer! The hosts are so friendly and welcoming, and the location is absolutely amazing for restaurants and things to do. I hope to be back for a more leisurely stay.

Extraordinary experience. If you are tired of staying in run of the mill hotels, and have an intrepid interest in places with character, I highly recommend. Judith and Doc are wonderful hosts, they are concerned about your comfort and anything you may need. Just absolutely delightful people. This charming B&B is from the antiquity of Denver's original residents. It has charm, history, and two beautiful and sweet dogs who serve as your evening sentries as you rest. Denver's downtown Broadway area is right in front of you and many interesting places to eat and shop are within short walking distance. Ready for something different and distinguished? Give Judith and Doc a ring, you wont regret your stay.

Only negative was street noise.

This was our first bed and breakfast experience and we really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They have 2 dogs who were very sweet as well. The house was a 2 min walk from a wedding we were attending and there were a lot of other places within walking distance. We would stay here again.

The area is walkable with so many shops, restaurants and clubs close by. Judith and Doc were so lovely. And I love having breakfast with the other guests. DO NOT pass up Judith’s eggs and a baguette! I can’t wait to stay with them again 😁

Nice and cozy place to stay, and the owners/hosts were very nice! The place is very close to lots of restaurants and bars, and there are many artistic shops and entertainment in the area. The breakfast was nice! Would stay here again.

Neat historic home in safe-feeling neighborhood near unique shopping. Welcoming host and hostess named Judith and Doc. Our only complaint was moderate smell of cigarette smoke occasionally, since I think they smoke. Yummy breakfast and very flexible and understanding hosts! Two nice (big) dogs are sweet and not scary.

This was not the property for us. It smells of smoke, we had to share a bathroom, and the bed in the room we stayed in felt like a sack of coils with cotton balls for cushions. We ended up having the leave early because of a family emergency, and they refused to refund us. Either way, my wife and I were happy to leave. The two dogs they have are awesome!

The website is deceiving. It smells of cigarettes, the blinds in our room were broken, the bed was miserable and we had to share a bathroom with other guests. The hosts were friendly enough but the charge for this awful experience was exorbitant.

Owners are smokers so you end up smelling it in your rooms, had to clean out myy cpap when I got home due as it smelled of cigarettes.
