The location of the hotel was perfect for our mother/daughter trip. However, our deadbolt didn't work and after asking 3 times for it to be fixed, no one ever did. I told this at checkout and was told I would receive points for my inconvenience which I also didn't receive. We also didn't receive housekeeping and the ice machine didn't work on our floor. The price doesn't reflect the quality.

Efficiency style rooms and amenities were great. Love the social spaces.

Didn’t get the room I was supposed to.

We have stayed at this hotel before and pretty much all was great both times, except we had a lot of issues with the tv, remote, sound, etc. It was too late to try and have someone come try and fix it

Rooms very nice
- 1/5
Staff was very rude, we did not get the room we had booked through booking.com, and they made faces at us as we were leaving the check in desk, they did give us a room that was off line for maintenence but the bathroom was pretty gross. I'm glad we got a room but the rooms overall feel like a hostel, no desk, folding stools and folding table no chairs, no closet, no dresser, no mini fridge, hooks too close to floor so clothes drag on floor, no waters, no instructions for tv, no where to put luggage except the little folding stools. Bar was nice. Beds comfortable, shower was gross, water pressure didn't work with cold water so had scalding hot water and couldn't stand in shower under it too hot. Would not stay at another Moxy, seems like it is trying to be "hip" more than trying to provide a good hospitality experience. Not Getting room we booked, dirty gross shower, snarky rude staff (I have never in 60 years had a bad hotel staff experience, issues occaisionally with a room or something but not staff being rude and making faces.) water that had no cold in shower so too hot, no where to put clothes.

Best price in cherry creek and great location
- 2/5
Room was small and gave prison cell vibes.
- 4/5
Cool bar and good places to work early in the morning. Free coffee was extremely strong and did the job! The rooms were tiny and bare minimums for amenities unless you asked. Not cheap for such a small room. Overall stay was good especially location.

The "mountain view" was a view of a concrete wall... But if I went to the very edge of the window and switched a little, I could indeed see the mountain range. Other than that, the hotel was lovely and had some fun amenities.
- 4/5
Room was neat and clean. Tv didn’t work. Wish it had a couch.

My favorite place to stay in Denver. Chill vibe, industrial feel, very welcoming staff. And a coupon for a free cocktail when you check in. I always feel valued.

Decently priced hotel in Cherry Creek
- 5/5
Friendly and efficient staff, clean room, quiet, location in the Cherry Creek district
- 2.5/5
The staff was friendly, the hotel clean, the location perfect. The room was set up really only for one person, not two plus a dog. We were on the 8th floor, yet were woken in the middle of the night by loud pops, presumably the trash outside. The price for parking is outrageous.

I think the trendy marketing and four stars make the Moxy seem more luxe than it really is, but they’re a great alternative to white bread chains at a fantastic price. Maybe they’re trying too hard to be on trend, but this price for a hotel in the walkable heart of Cherry Creek is fantastic. Whole Foods is right next door, they give you a free drink at check in, fridges are available if you ask (mine was delivered immediately), free morning coffee is well stocked and actually decent. All staff I interacted with were extremely nice and helpful. My room was clean and the shower had great heat and pressure. It was great for my 15 hour stay…. Although my room was spotless, the hallway really needed a vacuum. Not a big deal, but would wish for a few yoga mats in the gym or stash closet.
- 5/5
The location was perfect within easy walking distance to the Cherry Creek Art Festival. The bed was comfortable and the room exceptionally clean and well appointed. The elevator security feature is a plus. I would have like better bathroom lighting and perhaps a magnifying mirror. Compared to my last visit coffee was limited in availability (I would love the ability to make coffee in my room). Also compared to my previous visit snack options were limited. Whilst there was a toaster an microwave available there were no snack options that would have required these. I prefer a light breakfast, toast, yoghurt, fruit. On my last visit I could purchase these as snack options

Loved the property, aesthetic, and overall experience! The only issue was the trash truck coming at 6am. It was so loud it would wake us up every morning. I understand that’s kind of out of the hotels control, but was not the best noise to wake up to.

Gave me a free drink which I didn’t use but staff very friendly. Room small, but spotless and efficient. It was perfect for my solo stay!

Great location and can’t beat the price compared to other hotels nearby!
- 4.5/5
Great staff, very nice! Location was perfect. Main shared areas are entertaining as well as relaxing. Lots of places to socialize, work, or relax with a drink. One bed had a coverlet and blanket, the other bed had a comforter. There was lipstick stain on the comforter cover.

Fun atmosphere and friendly service
- 3.5/5
The pillows were uncomfortable, no safe box at the room. Coffee only in the mornings.
- 5/5
The staff was welcoming, upbeat and helpful. The room was clean and the location in Cherry Creek is ideal!
- 1/5
I will never stay there again and never use your site again This is the 3rd time a Marriott property treated us badly because we used Hotels.com
- 5/5
This is third or fourth time staying here, so guess it is a good fit. Relaxed and convenient with fun bar and clean comfortable beds.

The night staff was super friendly and the neighborhood was very walkable. The lobby was very cozy and had games as well. Lots of restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. Safe neighborhood.
- 5/5
Just a fun and welcoming spot in Cherry Creek!
- 5/5
Thanks for a nice place to land for the weekend.
- 3/5
However, this time, I didn’t choose the Mountain View rooms. My room had view on the back alley with direct bedroom view of another hotel. I had to keep my curtains closed. During the weekdays, the garbage pickup happens from. 5:30 to 6:30 am, too loud too sleep though it. Not sure I’ll stay there again
- 5/5
Great hotel with super friendly service. Chic yet cozy- just my vibe. Only improvement I would suggest is more comfortable sheets :)

- 5/5
Great location everything’s in walking distance mall, restaurants etc
- 3.5/5
The staff and facilities downstairs are great. The bar and eating areas are open and have a good vibe. It's a great plce to work if you need to pop open the laptop. One can push this minimalist / Spartan thing too much. And Moxy does that. The room is somewhere between dorm room and what I envision low security jail. I had a wonderful view - of a wall. Valet parking expense is bonkers.
- 4.5/5
Nice Art Deco decorations, the location Everything was great
- 5/5
Nice, clean, well located hotel. Enjoyed the fire pit seating.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, the ambience of this place was great. We enjoyed the outside patio area and the complimentary drink at the bar. The room was a little small, but still cozy and clean.
- 2.5/5
The room was clean, check in was fast and easy There was no staff available. Another guest and I were stuck on the 8th floor for over 20 minutes while the elevator seemed to be out of service. We called the front desk more than seven times and were unable to get assistance. I then took the stairs and got locked in the stairwell. When I finally made it out, I went to the front desk to tell them there was an issue with the elevator, and the only person there was an angry bartender who said, "I don't even have anything to do with the front desk," and turned his back on me and walked away. I was in heels and a gown, and it was too late for the event I was heading to, to bother following up. Additionally, the room was very poorly lit and had no mini fridge to keep water.
- 2/5
Thermostat did not work, nonstop flashing green light, missing TV remote, old scratchy towels, room almost the size of a yurt
- 5/5
Love the concept of this place and the staff, public areas and location were all stellar. Our only caution would be that the room is SMALL -- we managed pretty well, but much bigger people might find it more challenging. We actually loved the use of hooks rather than closet -- an innovation for sure. Our only real complaint would be the bed pillows -- we each had to pile three pillows on top of each other to create one that seemed comfortable. Not the type/quality that we were used to and had hoped for here. Otherwise, a wonderful little spot!
- 3/5
Noisy… you can hear the trash bins full of bottlers being emptied in the middle of the night. This is a place for single people. Not families. There’s no room service. You have to go down and order. Nice quick reception and you get some drink tickets. Location is great.
- 3/5
Beds and food were great but the shining star is their staff. The price point for this trip was a 10/10 and exactly what I needed for this particular trip.
- 5/5
Great staff, nice vibe, good bar and some nice eats. Rooms are a little small and stuffy. Great location.
- 3/5
Check in and out was very friendly and efficient. Room was cute style, but mattress was horribly uncomfortable, side chair was stained, and bathroom sink smelled.
- 4/5
Needs much better lighting in bathroom.
- 5/5
The staff is incredible at the Moxy Cherry Creek. They knew I had a difficult journey to Denver (without me even saying much) and upgraded my room for free. I have stayed several times (at this one and others) but that small act of kindness has made me a customer for life.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
Welcoming staff
- 3/5
Great location in Cherry Creek the rooms were minimalist but not comfortable. When the bathroom light was on, it was bright in the entire room through the window,. The staff was not accommodating and was very busy helping their restaurant guests.
- 5/5
This was a nice property and close to great restaurants and shopping. The only option for the hotel is valet, and it’s extremely expensive. The self parking right next-door to the property is very inexpensive and convenient. For a weekend night I paid $13 for 24 hours. Versus $54 for valet.
- 3/5
Mattress was very hard. Very uncomfortable
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Mall is conveniently cross the street.
- 5/5
Great neighborhood, with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby
- 4.5/5
Wish lobby had fire place - just adds such a nice feeling and warmth!
- 5/5
Great view!
- 3/5
Pretty clean, and friendly staff couldn’t make up for the tiny room - with a window that looked into another hotels guest room and an alley where the garbage gets dumped from the food and beverage outlets late night, and super early .. think echoing trash cans full of glass getting dumped… not for me! Thought I was in downtown San Fran …no Cherry Creek!
- 5/5
Perfect without being overly fancy and expensive!
- 5/5
Easy, great staff, well-located, solid gym, etc. Rooms are a bit small, that is the format— so no surprise.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
The Moxy Hotel rooms are nicely sized. The little knobs where to hang clothes and the self-serve locker for amenities on the second floor are quite unique. The only thing missing from the room is a safe and body lotion from the locker. The bathroom could also use a little more light.
- 1/5
Staff was very nice The facilities were beyond bad. No carpet on the floors in the rooms at all. One picture on the entire walls that was about 12 inches tall. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible. The bathroom was a joke. The shower had no separation from the rest of the bathroom and water got everywhere from the shower. It was like staying in a college dormitory. I have stayed in nicer motels. I felt for the price. This was a huge rip off.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. It was centrally located to things we were doing
- 4/5
Great location and friendly staff; but the room had nothing I can put my food or beverage on. Very limited.
- 4.5/5
Great location. Friendly staff. Good food options. Laid back. Wish we had known that we could have had a small refrigerator in our room…
- 4/5
Overall a good stay. Valet was no-where to be found. Front staff was not much help in locating valet. Otherwise front staff were good. Checking-in at the bar is odd but worked ok.
- 3/5
Great area! Rooms were ok - there is a window through the shower so when you are in the bathroom - the light shines through
- 5/5

The ease of acessing the gathering space, gym , and ironing facility was impressive!

- 3/5
I didn’t like that they charged a whooping $54 dollars a night for “valet” parking. While we could have voluntarily parked across the street in a public parking building, most travelers have a car packed with belongings making us having to pick valet. The overall cost of the “nightly stay” was basically 33% more due parking. On the positive side, Moxy is close foe walking to lots of restaurants.
- 5/5
Modern, simple, comfortable, great coffee.
- 3/5
Everything about the hotel - especially the staff and the food were great. I enjoyed the gym and the patio. Top notch. However I cannot recommend staying there. My room was on the north side and every morning I got woken up at 6:00 a.m. by the crashing of machinery and recycling in the alley below. I had a 4 night stay, Thurs-Mon. At first I assumed it was just a Friday thing, but I was woken up at 6 each morning, Fri, Sat ,Sun and Mon. I know the hotel cannot do anything about the noise. However, the hotel absolutely should let guests know that the noise will be a factor and offer the opportunity to book a different room.
- 5/5
The bar / lobby area and outside sitting areas were comfortable and has a great vibe. Would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
You do have to pay a premium for parking, but the staff is very nice. Rooms are a bit small but cute
- 3/5
The location of this property is the best part...it is in a fabulous location. The staff was friendly and he rooms were clean. However, they were small. Very small...and we had to go to the 2nd floor to find more toilet paper during the 3 day stay. The bathroom door does not lock, and slides open. And since we were there with extended family that was awkward. It was cute. The beds were perfectly comfortable. And again, the area was fabulous. If we hadn't received a great price from Expedia, it would have been overpriced.
- 5/5
Hotel was great, the rooms were not as spacious but the hotel itself and staff were great. Was a last minute booking, but was glad we booked this hotel.
- 4/5
Great location, friendly staff, fun atmosphere. Only downside was the lack of storage space in the room.
- 3/5
Not as clean and fresh as I had hoped and as other Moxy’s have been.
- 5/5
The Moxy staff was friendly and the stay was wonderful!
- 5/5
It was nice and convenient
- 5/5
First time staying and loved it. Everyone so friendly and helpful. Will be returning
- 2/5
The room was extremely small, no fridge, microwave or coffee maker. The bathroom lighting was terrible.
- 3/5
No convenient plug-ins for phones, etc.
- 5/5
Amazing service. Convenient location!
- 2/5
If you’re gonna offer breakfast as an add on on Expedia and make me pay extra, then don’t charge me extra for breakfast as an add on. You stole the extra fee from me that you didn’t offer me anything
- 5/5
Great hotel. Nice rooms, nice amenities and a great bar. Everyone we interacted with from check-in to the bar staff, etc., seemed genuinely friendly. The rooms are small, so just be aware of that, but they are efficiently designed to make you comfortable. They also offered small, unexpected extras that help to elevate the experience, not the least of which was a free cocktail!
- 4/5
Hipster vibe. 3 star quality. Room was small and spare. Convenient and met expectations. But probably won’t stay at a Moxy again.
- 5/5
The weather was very nice and the hotel is located in a great area
- 1/5
Couldn’t shut off ac. Couldn’t sleep. Teeth chattering all night. Beds weren’t made.
- 5/5
A cute property in a great location. The staff was friendly and there were board games we could play in the lobby when it rained. My only complaint was that the complementary house cocktail was mediocre.
- 5/5
Amazing place, loved the atmosphere and tons of restaurants in walking distance as well as the mall.
- 4/5
Thank you!
- 2/5
Room was hot and very small. No air conditioning

Super friendly staff. Hotel is average, older and a bit worn. Rooms are small, beds only have 2 blankets. Nice bar, good area of town.

very hip and has all necessities
- 5/5
Perfect location!
- 5/5
I loved the retro theme and the free toiletries

Great stay. Super cute hotel. Love it.
- 4/5
Really liked the vibe, the location and the staff. Just could not figure out how to adjust the room temperature
- 5/5
Great spot in Cherry Creek. Friendly staff, funky vibes.
- 5/5
We loved the concept. Not having housekeeping knocking on the door was nice. I’d we wanted it we put out the sign. The coffee in the lobby was nice and also delicious.
- 1/5
Staff not friendly
- 5/5
I really loved the property, everything was perfect except one of the pillows on my bed was dirty.
- 5/5
Nice prperty
- 5/5
The location was perfect. The atmosphere could only be described as Urban Elegance. The staff was friendly and professional. Will definitely return.
- 5/5
The rooms are small, but they have everything needed to keep belongings organized. Loved the location and the staff is super friendly.
- 5/5
Great quick stay, super easy
- 4/5
Really loved this hotel. Unique and cute. Clean and quiet. My only complaint is all the lights in the room. The thermostat is right next to the bed and has a bright green light in your face all night unless you turn off the heat completely. It’s 10 degrees outside so that wasn’t an option. We tried to cover it with paper but it’s so bright it hardly helped. We finally turned it off and snuggled up. Then I realized that the smoke detector above the bed had a strobing light that flashed every 5 seconds. The hotel is simple and comfortable, and we had a great stay minus the lights keeping us up.
- 5/5
Very unique place! Love the bar and the atmosphere. And the free drink 🍹
- 5/5
Lovely one night stay with my daughter! Loved the delicious welcome cocktail, the reception welcome, our very comfy & cool room. The gym was great, enjoyed having my coffee on the upstairs terrace. The comp coffee bar downstairs was a nice touch and the parking across the street was so easy! You’re in the perfect neighborhood at a great rate. Thank you!
- 5/5
Loved it. Would definitely stay there again…
- 5/5
All went well. Friendly staff. On a business trip and was able to get a lot of work done.

If you're looking for a no frills minimalist room in Cherry Creek - this is perfect. The room was clean, everything worked, service was great.
- 4/5
Very affordable option for a great location in Cherry Creek. This is like other Moxy’s- trendy, but cheap in some aspects. Definitely worth it in my opinion.
- 3/5
Rooms are cleaned the size is terribly small.
- 3/5
Rooms are super small, beds very firm.
- 5/5
This was a unique property where the check in desk was combined with the lobby bar (totally didn’t mind!). The free check in cherry rosemary drink wasn’t my fave, but we also got free coffee and snacks in the lobby! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, the gym was clean and workable, and the “ironing room” had little amenities to take and use which was greatly appreciated. The location is also great- walkable and safe, and easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Great stay! Friendly and comfortable! Will definitely stay there again!
- 2/5
Horrible room. No closet, no tables. Given disabled room.. shower poured out in bathroom. Only 1 toilet paper role for entire stay. No washcloths, only 1 towel left when room cleaned. Horrible thin old towels. When room was cleaned, bed was not fully made. Pillows were on the window sill and comforter balled up on chair. Really bad stay. Lobby and bar were great.
- 5/5
So great, I extended my stay.
- 5/5
Great place to stay in the heart of Cherry creek.
- 5/5
Love the lobby in this hotel. Cozy and inviting
- 5/5
Living in a small mountain town is fabulous but a week end in Denver is a treat. We love the location, comfort and always helpful staff. Just my favorite girls week end place.
- 5/5
Very affordable, fun vibe as soon as you walk in, beds are very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Well decorated and encourages guests to hang out in lobby with interactive games and decor. Room was clean and beautiful.
- 1/5
The electricity went out all night and they did not reimburse a thing. I could not shower and it was a snow storm and cold
- 5/5
Overall great performance by the team at the hotel
