Older remodeled property but nicely done and very clean. The room and bathroom were small but had everything you need.

It's like a maze

Breakfast is unfortunately $18, but they had affordable snacks in the lobby as an alternative. I wish there was a little more lighting in the halls. Weird thing to critique, I know, the darkness just made it feel like a prison or psych ward in the halls, but the room itself was nice/cozy.

Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. There was no water available in the room, which made basic use of the facilities extremely inconvenient. The room itself was located by the roadside, and the constant noise from traffic made it nearly impossible to sleep or get proper rest. The level of disturbance throughout the night was unacceptable.

Did not eat breakfast there. The TV did not work !!!!!!! THE WHOLE TIME THAT NIGHT & NEXT MORNING!!!!!!! When I checked in and tried the remote, it did not work AND I HAD 3 DIFFERENT REMOTES!!!!!! I brought it down to the Desk, and went to my meeting & came back AT 9:30 PM & they put it in my room. I CHECKED THE ROOM FIRST AND COMPAINED ABOUT THE FREEWAY & LIGHT AS I HAD AS ROOM SIMILAR BEFORE!!!!! It still , did not work. 3 Remotes did not work. They asked me at 9:30 pm if I wanted to change rooms after I had unpacked. NO, I WAS TIRED FROM MEETINGS AND HAD TO GET UP EARLY FOR ANOTHER MEETING AT 10:00 AM. I had requested not 1st Floor WHEN I BOOKED IT & not by the Light that shined in the room all night. Finally got to sleep at 2:00 AM. LISTENING TO THE FREEWAY NOISE ALL NIGHT!!!!!! USUALLY THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND CLEAN!!!!!!! WHEN I CHECKED OUT, ASKED MANAGER TO CALL ME, SHE NEVER DID!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE STAYED THERE SEVERAL TIMES !!!

Loved the location and how accommodating they were to get our family in early I actually didn’t have any complaints except for the cost of the breakfast. For a continental style breakfast that really should be free. Had to go eat off the property

One of the non-cleaning staff attempted to enter the room without knocking. It seemed her intent was to go through belongings while we were at breakfast. But, since we weren’t at breakfast, she ran away down the hallway screaming “no habla ingles!”

It looks to be newly renovated, but for a property their size, they should have a bigger gym and invest in better equipment. It was so small and their machines are not properly maintained.

Great front desk I just wanted to take a bath. The plug would not connect so it did not hold water. Do not stay in 248 if you want a relaxing bath!

Bathroom had no fan only reason no 5 stars

The room had one queen size bed and from the size of the room, it can hold two queen size beds. It is a large room. The bathroom was clean. My only complaint is that the bathroom does not have enough shelf space to put my skincare products. There isn’t any place to hang anything either except for the shower door handle, which can only hold one bath towel. And a little knob behind the door to hang the size of a hand towel..

This hotel has been renovated since I was there last. It used to be sort of outdated, but now it the color scheme is much more pleasant and the decor is more attractive. They no longer have vending machines, rather items for sale in the lobby (my kids prefer the vending machines). The toiletries now are all permanently attached bottles of Dove products. Unfortunately, I found an open can of beer on the balcony. Housekeeping really should check the balconies.

Location is good. There was no breakfast available during my stay the Saturday after XMAS. Thought the room might be noisy when I could hear the couple next door conversing. But they must have gone to sleep at a reasonable time as I didn’t have any problem sleeping. The room was quite nice otherwise.

I unfortunately completely didn’t enjoy staying at this hotel. The room was clean so that was my only enjoyable part of the stay. The neighbors all around, especially the one next door, was yelling from time to time and talking loudly and slamming the door over and over and over and over again, mind you all this after midnight when I was trying to get some sleep. He was also blasting the TV until 3 am! He randomly started talking loudly again at around 2:30am. There was some party music in the distance somewhere too. Just VERY noisy, no peace at all. The rooms seemed remodeled but the hallways were so dim and I didn’t see any safety cameras given that I stayed on the third floor super far away from the check in desk, just hallways and hallways, didn’t feel too safe or cozy. The toilets did not flush well too! If you’re looking for a quiete peaceful and safe stay, I would go somewhere else!

Bed was good. Location was good for us. No free breakfast. Some elevator lights were broken. Water fountains in hallways didn't work. Hallways to rooms were dark and smelled bad. Our room's glass door didn't close or lock because the door frame was damaged. The elevator had holes like someone hit it.

The WiFi was terrible. Beds were comfortable, and staff was friendly - although seemed to have limited knowledge of general information. Would stay there again after construction is completed.

Smelled bad, party room was loud, staff and service were nice but my 3 yrs old son had injured on his tummy and my husband’s legs were injured from bed frame which was metal and exposed sharp.

The rooms aren't made up unless you request it. The policy was never communicated nor was there signage in the room about it. Even after I requested our room to be made up by 3pm the next day, it wasn't done until I called the front desk at 4 pm. I can hear the tv and people talking normally from the other room which disrupt my sleep. I personally observed the servers filling pitchers with water from the restrooms accross the ballroom before a birthday function. The employees are not customer friendly at all.

Staff really nice in the front. Given an occupied room at one of my stays before. Had to stand in line for a bit.. only one receptionist at the time. Stayed a handful of times, every single room had an issue with the toilet not flushing. Towels are very rough and don’t look fresh. Loud construction, no heads up.

Good day. Glad you asked. The carpet in all the rooms I’ve been in are dirty. I’ve stayed here twice. Even changed rooms. Same result with all rooms. Dirty carpet, hair in bed & hair in shower. Housekeeping is not doing a good job here at all. Perhaps if you do stay here you’ll luck up with a room with clean carpets and no hairs in bed. On the other hand if clean carpets and hair in bed does not bother you, then this establishment will be perfect for you.

Good day. This is my second time staying here. First time several hairs on sheets. Spoke with management. I was offered a resolution. So I decided to try it again. This time same thing. Hair on sheets, hair in shower, filthy carpet. Also something was stuck on the toilet which looked like toothpaste. I was offered a room change. The new room had hair on sheets and carpet was dirty. Changed rooms again. Still noticed hair on sheets. Changed rooms again. Still hair on sheets. Carpet was dirty. But better than the other rooms I guess. I was exhausted and decided to stay in the room. Obviously it’s either a washing machine issue or housekeeping is not changing the sheets. Either way it’s unacceptable. If you are not going to keep your carpets clean I suggest you don’t have carpet at all. And if the hair on the sheets is a wash machine issue I suggest housekeeping check for hairs and remove them after making bed. The rooms just feel & look dirty. I’ve come to the conclusion that your establishment isn’t capable of offering any better. So I won’t be going back. Thank you for your time.

Not so great: none of the drinking fountains worked to refill bottles or get water. I felt bad draining their water container in the front (which never was very full) The gym equipment was funky. The electrical part of the stairmaster would not work and none of the screens worked. No water available in gym and drinking fountain missing a handle and no water. The coffee nice in lobby but I only got half a cup because it was out by 8:30 am. I wanted to do work on wifi and could not connect. The ladies at the front desk said sorry you can call our internet customer service number to help you. That was crazy. After an hour it started working but to ask a paid guest to troubleshoot their issues and call the 1-8-00 number to troubleshoot the wifi issue was terrible customer service. Great price $130 a night and was comfy and clean but for an ING (have a card and member) it needed help.. ps the bar looks like a school cafeteria

Parking close to BART was convenient. The hotel and pool were nice, but had strands of hair from previous customers in both places. Aside from that it was good.

The renovations are done and it looks great. Close to restaurants and the freeway, so a very convenient place to stay.

Inspite of having the sign out on the door didnot service my room.

Quite a large facility for conventions/meetings. I was just looking for a quiet place to rest for work. Unfortunately my room was facing the freeway and the window was worn out so difficult to close out sound. Even w blackout curtains closed. Bed comfort level was mediocre but thats relative. Prefer other facilities similarly priced in the area.

it was our 1st time in that area and everyone were polite and accommodating..rooms were clean but i guess it was not automatic for them to replace the towels that they took but it was ok...overall, the place and price was just about right...

Air Conditioner is too loud too much noise

Room was great although we’d like to have seen more desk space. TV remote was not in the room and the HVAC wasn’t working but both were taken care of very quickly by housekeeping. House morning coffee was dreadful. We’ll probably stay here again.

The restaurant was not open on Saturday night for dinner. The breakfast area was too cold but the food was adequate.

The room was affordable and in a convenient location. My only issue was that I arrived at 7pm and my room wasn’t ready when check-in is at 3pm. No reason was given as to why it wasn’t ready. I grabbed dinner at Outback next door and came back an hour later and it was ready.

The facility is the worst one that I have ever visited in my life. I had to lea e the hotel right away and book another hotel as the air quality was very bad , carpets were very old. Facilities is very rundown.

I have crazy videos, but cannot upload them. Too long. Do not stay here if you want to be able to sleep past 5am and want a hot shower. Shower gets warm, at best, no matter what time of the day.

Nice little hotel for a little swimming fun for our family

Will never stay here again. They have live music and kept us up two nights. Complained and was told nothing I could do about it. The manager seems to be non existent. I requested a refund and was told the manager would contact me. Never did never got a refund or apology just an attitude. This was a business trip and this hotel made me tired through all of it. On top of the loud music till 11:00 pm, it sucked. The first nights band was horrible and singing out of key. The second night was a DJ turned up extremely loud.

Staff gentlemen was terrible

Expedia did not send our confirmation to the hotel and reception was unable to find my booking. Luckily the front desk was very nice and helpful, they called Expedia on our behalf with the confirmation number to ensure my booking and requested them to send it over to them. Rooms were clean and nice, overall they were so helpful during this time. Now I have to make sure our bookings are confirmed each time I book through Expedia.

Overflowing garbage can right in front of entrance to my room; also, what Expedia stated during reservation were not available or provided eg breakfast was for sale, you ordered king size bed but you get queen size bed. When you follow up with Expedia and they property, they tell you even though it’s stated during booking, it is not mandatory. I found that very interesting!!

It's a nice quiet place with restaurants and shops near by.

Only negative is hotel and property are old. But very clean and the room was reasonably renovated. But the best part of my 2 week stay was the service. Very attentive and very friendly. I especially liked the service in the restaurant and bar. Just very prompt and helpful and attentive

This trip, however, the room was the smallest and least up-to-date room we’ve ever seen at this establishment. Room 380 had a small, beat up little cube-sized refrigerator and a small microwave perched on top of it. The paint and decor were quite beat up. There is usually a makeup remover wipe packet, which was not offered, and the soap was far smaller than usual. We stayed here just two weeks ago, and come this place once and sometimes twice monthly z

This Holiday Inn is a regular place for us. We love to bowl at the Earl Anthony Bowling alley next door and it works out beautifully. Rooms are super decent, comfortable and clean.

Nice desk staff, very long walk down lots of hallways to the room, only because I did not discover a better route. Quiet, and clean. Good location.

Definitely need remodeling. Everything old. Very quiet. I was the only one who was checking in but front lady was on the phone over 10 min. Don't expecting too much here.

Bed and pillow were stinky. Bathroom was humid, no ventilation. Old carpet smell everywhere. Never again.

My family enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. The first floor room had a court yard patio, and was nice and spacious. The hotel is older but maintained and cleaned well. Lots of nearby shopping and restaurants within walking distance and activities for kiddos to do like bowling. We stay here pretty regularly every few months when we travel this way for work.

The only issue was that the freezer desperately needed defrosting,

Hotel was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay and will consider staying again whenever I am back in town.

We stopped here by accident while we were on a long road trip. We stopped to grab gas and dinner. The city was clean and felt safe. We looked online for a hotel and this came up at a great price. Was very clean with modern updates. There was security on site and felt very safe. Would stay again for sure.

Customer service was excellent. They were very nice and accommodating. They helped out and looked after our belongings when we had an emergency leave with no check out. They kept all of all things and had them nicely boxed and in a locked place. Had no issues in picking it up. The hotel was very clean and smelled very nice. One of the best over all places we have stayed.
