Beautiful Hotel, Friendly Staff, Very Nice Room, Good Location

The staff was very apologetic and did their best to make up for the inconvenience by providing a few gift shop certificates, which we appreciated. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable

Very good place we enjoyed

1. We were forced to take a queen bed, yet I had made a reservation for double beds 2. We were placed by an elevator and ice room despite our plea to be at a quiet wing 3. We found a live spider and millipede in our room 4. Our room was not cleaned on the day in which we moved the Do Not Disturb sign 5. The staff coordinating the breakfast was inadequate. 6. We were greeted by a rather large snake at the main entrance to the hotel

Well I know kids are going to have fun. It was a bit noisy by the outside window since I was by the pool. Not that bad though.

Room service was not there for 3 days stay and I need to call 5 times to get towels. Overall stay is okey, front desk staff were good.

Check in was fast. Requested quiet room and got just that. Best sleep from a hotel in a long time. One of the elevators was down for maintenance, but only a minor inconvenience. Parking was convenient. No other amenities utilized. We will return.

While the rooms were clean and beds so comfortable it was so so noisy! They drop rates on weekend and there isn’t an empty parking space to be had which makes for such a noisy night. Doors slamming u to 2 a.m. drunks taking in hall at 3 a.m. Sadly will not return

Best hotel I've stayed at this season in terms of cleanliness, amenities (good pool, great M-Club), comfortable rooms. Pain in the butt to get luggage to the rooms however, there were no carts available or anyone interested in helping. The staff at the front desk were not very polished and did not seem to have a desire to help customers beyond basics of checking in. They didn't want to give me more than one extra blanket per bed. I sleep cold and their blankets are very thin. Not sure how anyone sleeps in Northern California with such thin blankets. I wound up freezing at night despite the heat on, I didn't want it too dry.

We picked this hotel mostly because it's dog friendly, they had some water bowl and treats by the front desk, and gave us a room by the door for easy access to the exterior. It is conveniently located off the freeway, not too far from downtown Pleasanton. It's clean and the rooms are nice. Not the hotel's fault, but there was a group of kids running around and making a ruckus during most of the evening and even past 10pm. We asked for room service on the third day, but housekeeping didn’t come.

Very clean room, quiet, nice drinks at the bar. My wife had an espresso martini I had my tequila. Would definitely come stay again.

i was connected to an adjoining room and i could not enjoy my night . i could hear the conversations, the television was real loud. i could hear the guest using the restroom etc .. was not a pleasant stay

The room was clean. Well maintained and current. I would expand the options for room service and or guest store. When at a hotel you should not have to order in for basic needs, one that seems to entertain the work travel specifically.

I’ve always heard great things about Marriott but I was a little disappointed this stay we had asked multiple time to have someone come to change out the sheets in the room because we spilt water on it at first they said it was to late but they’d bring sheets but no one ever did and then we said it the next day and they didn’t even come till late. We were there 3 days and only got the sheets changed once even though we asked a few times. We also asked for extra pillow and they said we can only get one, the pillows and the pillows were not even comfortable as soon as you put your head on it they deflate not sure if it’s because it’s old but honestly I was very upset picked Marriott because they have a great reputation and it was very disappointing.

This is our second time staying here and we’re glad we came back. It’s a great hotel in a safe location.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel property multiple times over the past 10 years. Always enjoyed our stay. We checked in on Thanksgiving day 2025, paid extra for Club Room access only to find out by 5pm there was no usual afternoon snacks served that afternoon. I went to the front desk and was told that since it was Thanksgiving day they were short staffed.

One issue, but too late to fix at this point: the hotel is located in such a noisy place (highway traffic) that the pool and jacuzzi are not attractive at all. The noise not only comes for the various highways and roads, but bounces back on the facades into the swimming pool area. Bad architecture from the start. The pool area should have been built on the other side. Oh but wait, that would have been facing north, in the shade… sandwiched between two buildings?

The room was spotless, bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, view from our room was beautiful. Bathroom was clean and looked updated. Check in/out were effortless. Check-in staff was very pleasant. We just did the quick check out. Would have been nice to have a “real” restaurant on site, not just a glorified conventional breakfast.

It is a great location right if the freeway, but far enough where you do not hear the traffic. It is surrounded by trees making it feel so serene! The hotel is simple but offers what is needed for a nights rest.

Everything was perfect, the bed and the sheets very comfortable, and the Down pillows were excellent, breakfast was terrific and made it in time the night before for dessert and coffee!

Good selection is convenient but boring. Far better to venture out to a nearby restaurant. However we did have room service the night we arrived and it was delivered quick and in disposable trays in a brown bag. Very convenient as it can be disposed of easily. However not all the staff were friendly. Sure they did the right greeting but it was mechanical. However people have off days. I would stay there again.

He argued and originally refused to reimburse us fully, but eventually after some raised voices and demanding took place in the lobby, agreed to reimburse for both nights.

We were very pleased with the room. The only comment is please change your pillows. It was uncomfortable to sleep on. Too flat. Not enough cushion. Otherwise, the room and the location of the hotel is perfect.

Hotel room and hotel overall was excellent, but next time I will make sure there are no wedding events during my stay. The wedding music played until 1:30 am. Very loud and I am surprised the hotel let the guests play music this late, not taking into consideration its other guests.

Our room was 102 and we were placed right next to an exit door and in from of parking lot so it was a hard night with a lot of noise from people walking in and out from that exit door and cats pulling in and out other that that everything was clean and staff was great

We stayed for one night. The room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Had breakfast the next morning. One of the items was not great, so left some feedback. The chef called to apologize the next day! Very cool.

2. the check in clerk gave me room 102 on the 1st floor by the back door and she told me I could use it and would be easier with my mom in a wheelchair. but i didn’t know you can’t go back inside once you go out and so i did not use it. i ended up doing a lot of walking to the front entrance pushing a wheelchair since the room was so far away. i wasn’t too happy about that. 3. the breakfast we got was ok and the service was good but the food was cold so not very enjoyable and for the price i felt it should be fresh and not cold. i didn’t have time to wait for it to be fixed so i didn’t complain 4. room was very clean and comfortable

We stayed here for a night as we had a concert in Oakland and it was nice :) Staff are very quick amd efficient with check in and check out. Room was clean and the views are nice but you might get a little lost lol. It seems safe and the mall is right across the street, which means theres also PF Changs and Cheesecake Factory! 10/10 would recommend if you need a stay in Pleasanton.

She is personable, helpful and a true professional! Definitely a wonderful asset to this hotel! Lily in housekeeping is very helpful & cheerful and helped me with my luggage cart. Always a smile on her face! I definitely will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was cleanly. The front desk workers were kind, and professional. The buffet breakfast was good. It was in a good location for being quiet. I am a light sleeper and it was not noises and busy around the area.

My Stay was very pleasant during this trip. The room I stayed in was to my satisfaction as opposed to my last visit. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The price was higher compared to last many visits. I like the cleanliness and convenience of this property. Front desk was great as well, I believe the agent's name is Sugar. There was a miscommunication about housekeeping. And no housekeeping was done the first night. There was only one bottle of water left in the room for two of us.

We would definitely stay here again. Nice hotel where everything was clean and well taken care of. Great bed and shower too.

There is also a light in the rooms that flashes all day and night. The AC or heater keeps coming on and off thru the night and is very loud. It is very disruptive so didn’t sleep well at all. It also scared me a couple of times because it was so loud.

Stated that there was a coffee maker which was true, but NO coffee or cups. Upon leaving there was free coffee available but we did not have this information nor did they mention it at check in. The heater was extremely noisy and continued to cycle on and off so we just turned it off. The bed was soft and only a heavy comforter and a sheet. I would have liked a blanket because I sleep hot.

We were given a handicapped room which we did not ask for. Also, there were flashing lights - I guess from the smoke detector that kept flashing all night. Room was a bit on the small side.

This is after I questioned their “pet deep cleaning fee ( not informed when I booked it and paid the hotel fee, and thanks for the extra help here). So he placed me next to a group of tourists who stayed in the hallway and chatted for an hour at 1am, visiting each others rooms throughout the night. My dog ended up barking the whole night because of the noise. But he never barks at night when we were at home. The following morning I saw someone with a dog came from the 4TH FLOOR…… Not sure if my room is on the 2ND floor next to the tourists is just an coincidence or intentional
