Pool was not monitored at all and there were some noisy obnoxious patrons so my kid and I couldn't enjoy the pool.

Property is great. Amenities are great. I find the policy of charging guests 40 USD to check in an hour early absurd when the property has plenty of rooms available and cleaned. Just a way to squeeze more out of people... I could understand if I had asked for a very early checkin but really an hour or two in circumstances that rooms are readily available?

Only two complaints The additional fee for parking, which I did not see anything about that on the website when I booked. And the incredibly loud thumping coming from the room above me. Not sure if it was kids, or what. But, it sounded like there was nothing between their room and mine. Food at the bar was very good and the room was clean.

I was disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast included. I don't believe the bathroom was cleaned properly, there was dust in the corners along with a plastic tooth flosser. The tub was either dirty or stained, could not be sure of which.

The property was beautiful. The staff was helpful and professional. I had hoped for a kind of have a breakfast it was offered coffee or tea which is all right with me they had a restaurant. Love the pool and other surrounding grounds. Lots of wildlife turkey, mallard ducks and a family of geese all of which seem to be regular visitors. It was quiet. I was traveling by myself and I felt very safe. I will return in a heartbeat.

The stay was great and the staff plenty helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. The drains in both the shower and sink were extremely slow, so by the time I was done showering I was ankle deep in soapy water.

Honestly, there was nothing that stood out. It was just okay. Didn’t clean the room or give us towels. On the last morning, cleaning staff let themselves in while my wife was showering. No knock at all.

Everything was great the staff, location, amenities, rooms, parking etc. Our toilet sometimes wouldn’t flush properly and the ac would constantly turn off and on making it a bit hot and uncomfortable to sleep at night.

They did not repleanish coffee or cups which was annoying. Also left a dirty rag on the desk.

Hotel was amazing, great staff in the hotel and restaurant. Rooms are nice roomy and love the balcony. I would love to give big hugs and kudos to Connie and young lady she was working with during our stay. They made it even better stay. We will be back again. Thank you :)

This was my second time staying at this property. The first time was October 2025 and nothing has changed. This property is excellent. The gym is unbelievable considering the fact that it’s a HOTEL gym and I would stay there again when I’m in the area oh and FYI for bonus points there is a Starbucks coffee within three minutes from the facility.

The quilt on the bad had been washed so many times, the Batting/wadding inside clumped and looked disgusting when held up to a light. The shower drain was extremely slow, you ended up in standing water. Shower curtain was inefficient and flooded the bathroom. There was no Kleenex in the dispenser.

The new restaurant is a welcome edition and the food items are terrific for the price. My lady friend who was to join me at the restaurant was intimidated by some younger men who were probably staying at the hotel, smoking by the steps near my room If the weather is bad, you're likely not gonna want to walk all the way around the parking lot to get to your room

The pool was nice a little run down but it was nice and big. The area of the hotel was great close to food, shopping, stores and the freeway. They charge 10 dollars a day for parking from what I was told by them which is ridiculous cause you are already paying to stay there and you would think parking is included. There is a restaurant on property which looks to be nice. There is a walking trail around the hotel through different parts of the hotel property. The rooms a nice a little run down maybe in need of a remodel. Our shower didnt drian any of the water from taking a shower and the shower curtain didnt help from water spilling on the floor. But other then a few things it was a decent place in the area. We would stay there again.

Pool was clean but placing flowering trees right next to it made laying on chairs a debris nightmare. Gym was great. PIVOT was a nice addition. Stayed there for 3 nights and my room was never cleaned. This is not the level of service I have come to expect considering I have stayed there before and this is part of the Marriott organization.

**Review:** During check-in, I was told there was an elevator to access the second floor. However, after searching around the property, I couldn’t find one. Later, when I checked with other staff members, they informed me that there is actually no elevator. Because of this, I had to carry my heavy bags upstairs myself, which was quite hectic after a long day of travel. It would be helpful if the information shared at check-in was accurate, especially for guests traveling with luggage.

The property was beautiful and the rooms seem to have been upgraded. Pleasantly surprised that there was a microwave in addition to the minifridge. Ate at Pivot and the portions were large enough that we had leftovers for the next day. This is our new favorite property when we visit the Tri-Valley.

The major issues started on our third day, when someone had tried to break into our car the previous night. An unknown key-type device was left in our driver-side door keyhole in the morning. This made us feel very unsafe. When we returned to our room that night, the room’s door lock was damaged and would not open. We had to wait outside for at least 30 minutes with our bags until the receptionist could shift us to a different room. We then had to hastily move all of our belongings from the old room to the new one within a few minutes once the door was broken open. The new room’s bathroom also smelled extremely bad upon arrival. After all these disappointing experiences, we did not feel safe continuing our stay, so we checked out early on our last day. I reported all of these issues with the receptionist as well.

Hotel was nice and clean, however it was very difficult to get a hold of the front desk. When you call the number that is given, it is not the phone number on site so I got a lot of run around and no answer. Checkout sign on building says 12:00pm but receipt checkout said 11am so it was confusing. And I was unable to get hold of front desk if I wasn't in hotel.

the room was filthy dirty. never was vacuumed (age old dirt and decay in carpeting) and had growth and mold all over the shower. Coffee in room had an old moldy pod in it. When I complained to front desk they apologized profusely and housekeeping just came and make the bed - and LEFT the dirty moldy coffee pod!!! Bathroom had peeling tiles and tub with stains so bad that I wore flip flops in the shower. This was worst cleanliness I have ever seen. A portapotty would have been more sanitary!!

Overall impressed with the upgrade of the property and the upkeep of it. The staff and service personnel are very polite and all appear to be empowered to take care of the property. The only shortfall is the bathroom- the towels are lightwieght and the showerheads could use a refresher.

For the second time, the room we reserved was not available when we arrived. The staff attempted to give us another room on the second floor but I refused. We travel with a service animal and always request a first floor room. Eventually they found a room and cleaners to ready it for us. We arrived at 4pm and weren't able to settle into our room until after 5pm. This happened the last time we stayed at this hotel. We no longer will book at Four Points. We had problems with our room key as well.

For the price I paid, this was unacceptable. I expected basic comfort and honesty in billing, but this hotel failed on both. I would not recommend staying here unless they fix their maintenance issues and start treating guests fairly.

To make matters worse, there was a sewer issue during our stay, and the smell spread into the courtyard — a serious health concern that was not addressed properly. Overall, the property has potential, but the customer service and lack of responsiveness to a sanitation issue left a lot to be desired.

The first night my partner and went to the pool where we couldn’t find any towels, we went to the front desk to ask for one and they directed us back to the pool. We had to go back to the front desk to verify there were no towels and they finally gave us some. Not the worst thing to have happened but it shows a lack of customer service that I would normally expect from Marriott. The person before us in line was also offered snacks, the offer was not extended to us despite being Gold elite, kind of an awkward situation when there is no consistency between guests especially when it’s done in front of other guests. While we were at the front desk we also asked about the bar which was advertised on our key cards, the front door of the building, and on the advert for the hotel. We were told that there is no alcohol on the premises. (We were later told that the bar had been closed for around 4 years). Back at the room we discovered that the shower did not drain and that the fan does not actually vent any of the moisture from the bathroom. I messaged the front desk to notify them so that we could figure something out in the morning but the staff decided that sending someone at 9pm to try and fix the issue was the best first choice. Again, not that big of an issue but at this point I was getting fr

NOT THIS TIME. There was NO coffee in the room, only tea. The full length mirror was falling off the wall. There was a long black hair on the shower wall. Finally there were brown spots on the shower curtain there I don’t want to even guess what they were. I was going to book a room for 3 weeks from now but I have to seriously rethink this.

Room smelled like a wet dog. Lots of mildew in the bathroom. Room keys frequently failed. Listing said there was a guest laundry - there isn’t. No discernible amenities at all, despite what the listing says. No ice machine, no laundry, no functional internet. It’s basically Motel 6 with greenery.

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed here. We enjoy the property and its amenities. Rooms have always been nice. The property is getting older and now there is a parking charge of $10, for what? Its not like the parking is secure or safe. Its an open parking lot. Pathetic money grab.

Beautiful, clean rooms, property is well maintained. Huge pool. If you can't use stairs it could be hard to find a ground floor room if they are busy. Restaurant was closed so I chose overall 4-stars, otherwise I would give it 5-Stars.

Well, I’ve stayed at this property before they gave me a room that had not been renovated and the hallway carpets need to be cleaned and definitely the outside common areas need to be power washed. When I left in the morning, I watched one of the maintenance crew removed dead mice from the outside Rat traps. Yuck!

The reason why i give it 3 stars is not because the hotel is not great. It is great! My issues comes with the reservations. I booked a reservation for a room with 2 beds. When I checked in all they had was rooms with one bed. They provided a rollawa bed. But than whats the pony of making reservations with 2 beds if they are going to give you what they have mot what you booked?

Booked stay as a group block fo softball team. Was told breakfast would be available which is a deal breaker for a team needing to get up early and ready for a day of games. Only upon check in were we told this would but be available. The other main issue was despite numerous reviews stating issues with keys, they obviously have not addressed this because all 10 of our families had issues accessing their rooms, pool area, and entering building due to keys not working. Staff seem to be well aware of issue yet management has not solved this problem.

I think the issues for me is a large deposit for the hotel of $200, that is charged immediately. Also the bathroom still had trash in it, shower curtain rod had mold on it, bed had someone else’s hair on the pillows. I know it’s not my hair because I am bald. For the price, look elsewhere.

We had to re-key 3 times because they kept not working, and we kept getting locked out. No towels at the pool and we had to ask twice. They brought out 4 towels and there were about 15 people at the pool. So we had to get our shower towels to use. No clean towels or cleaning wipes in the gym at 8am.

With so many other options in the area, I expected better.

This hotel is a hidden gem. I live in the area and often pass by the property, not realizing how beautiful it is. We booked a two night stay due to a prolonged power outage in my neighborhood. We chose this hotel for its location and price per night but did not expect much. It looks like a mini resort with the well maintained garden, which offered a really nice and peaceful view from our room. Our room was clean and spacious with a balcony. I work remotely so I really appreciated the ample desk space. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and out of town guests.

We had a amazing stay here. Very clean and comfy. Check in was quick. Area that its in was good and quiet. Very safe environment. We stayed 3 nights on our family vacation. Location was close to alot of places to eat and close to Wal-Mart which made it great. We will definitely be back for another stay.

We were first put into a room next to a noisy patio area. We asked to move to a quieter, more private room. We were moved right away to a beautiful room on the third floor, quiet, restful, lovely. No problem with our request to change. Kind, helpful staff.

To be fair I must add that it may have been an unusually busy weekend as the county fair was about 5 miles away and apparently a few families come from all over to gather at the Four Points and enjoy the facility and attend the fair. The fair dates are publicized months in advance so there was time to have ample staffing to wash towels and refill the coffees and cream. We may go back but will bring our own beach towels as many others did and go to Starbucks

This place is one of my favorite hotels to stay at in Pleasanton/Dublin area. Front desk staff are welcoming and have always greeted me with a smile. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. No complaints

I'm not good at English but I still know how to speak basic English sentences and I came to this hotel to get a room because I previously booked on the app. But on the evening of June 30, 2025, I entered the hotel and met the receptionist there. I said that I wanted to take the room but she didn't understand and I said it again but she continued not to understand (she acted like she didn't want to care what the customer said and continued to sit still on the chair). Even when I entered the door, I didn't hear her say hello and when I left the hotel, she didn't say thank you. Those are very basic things that receptionists always have but she is not friendly to customers who come to take the room. And I also wonder why I was deducted extra parking fee while I told that girl I had a car and she gave me the paper to put in the car. All the hotels I went to didn't charge for parking in my parking but this hotel took

This place is amazing clean inviting has the sounds of a rip river all around it. The room smell good they have a fridge and microwave and more importantly they have a huge pool and a huge hot tub that’s open till 10 PM. this place is remarkable. This property needs a lot of maintenance. The security doors do not work properly, and you get locked out of your room constantly. Also the bedding was moldy. Absolutely disgusting.

Lovely water features including geese and goslings greeting us every morning. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the entire place smells wonderfully fresh and clean.

The hotel was clean. I enjoyed the bottle of water after a long drive. Great location. I was taken care of by the evening attendant. She was pleasant and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The air condition was on when I got into the room. It was very cold. In the middle of the night, this light on the wall started flashing every twenty minutes. I had to put the sheets over my head to stop waking up throughout the night. Leaving two days later, I had to wait for 30 minutes because know one was there. When she got to the front desk, there was no apology. She was very slow. I had to ask her for my billing a few times. I left about 9:00 AM on Saturday, May 17.

The rooms were nice a clean. Newly renovated. However, I chose this hotel for having a restaurant and bar area to have our family from out of town come gather and be together. Restaurant and bar have been under remodel for two years now! Had I have known this I would have picked a different location.

Con: Not a huge deal but I had to keep going to the front desj for towels. They only provide two.
