Front desk person Scott was very friendly and helpful. He goes out of his way to help us. Boundary Hotel management you have a gem of an employee there. The room was very clean. They have a gym and the laundry machines were very convenient. I highly recommend this place.
- 5/5
Great and friendly staff.
- 5/5
On the downside, the TVs remote systems were both very confusing to use. Simple things like figuring out what channel to turn to ....very complicated, little navigating to find the channel guide! Not exactly like some systems as Holiday Inn or Hilton properties use like DIRECTV.

Great location and the property and rooms are maintained immaculately. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very nice and very quiet. Differently recommend this hotel. When we are in Durango again, we will be staying there. Way better that any of the chain hotels.

Josh was awesome and knows how to make a great coffee. Great place to stay.
- 3.5/5
It looks new and fancy. Good for animals. A lot of stuff for animals, but not enough for people. No microwave and plastic kettle. Not enough room.

What a perfect hotel! The Mindful Movement room was lovely, the lobby is pleasantly laid out, and the rooms are gorgeous and comfy. The cleanest place I have seen! Very well taken care of.

Great stay. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me as a guest. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Also, if you don’t have a car, there is a convenient trolley into town running often for only a dollar.
- 5/5
I loved this place! It is very modern and very well maintained! The staff at the desk were very nice and friendly! I would definitely stay there again!

- 5/5
Cool vibe!
- 5/5
Decor was different, over all clean.
- 5/5
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Also had a charger that worked with our plug in hybrid. Josh was also really nice to talk with during checkout.
- 5/5
They kept the property and room in excellent condition. The fire pit outside our room was an unexpected treat. The staff was helpful and attentive. The Boundary Hotel had a destination charger and was close to a Tesla Super Charger. It was also conveniently restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend The Boundary Hotel.
- 3/5
Beware they charge $100.00 for your pet. If you don’t declare your pet, they charge you $250! That is insane.
- 5/5
easy to get to, easy parking, and super fun/clean room
- 5/5
Amazing. Must highly recommend it
- 5/5
Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to several food options. They did a great job converting an older motel style building to a modern concept. No elevator for 2nd floor rooms. There are several EV chargers if you need them.
- 5/5
Loved this place. Staff was super helpful and informative about the area The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere. Would gladly stay here again
- 5/5
Wonderful experience
- 5/5
For us the location was perfect. Hotel has just been remodeled. Bed was comfy and rooms are a nice size! The mindful movement room was perfect for a stretch and light weights. Nothing!

Very nicely refurbished motor lodge. Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in a lower level suite and it was very nice with a window overlooking greenery. Great value
- 5/5
We LOVED this place! Great in every way!!
- 5/5
Our room was well, roomie. It was well designed and spotless. It was also an unexpected surprise to have such a clever coffee shop/healthy snack shop as the checkin/check out desk so we could grab a latte before hitting the road. We didn't use the mindfulness/yoga room, but took a peak and thought it was an excellent idea.
- 5/5
Great location and friendly staff. Did not use amenities, but there is coffee/snacks available in lobby, a meditation room and a nice firepit area if you enjoy sitting outside in the evenings. They also have EV charging stations. We stayed in May in an upstairs room with a king bed. The room is comfortable and came with a mini fridge and coffee/tea maker. It is mostly designed for winter use with trays for wet boots, a ski rack and places to hang winter coats/gear. We would definitely stay there again the next time we come to Durango!
- 5/5
A large very clean room and comfortable beds.
- 5/5
Love the vibe of this place. The staff is super-friendly and I love the minimalist but functional design.
- 5/5
Super Preis Leistung

Had a great last minute stay here. Front desk was very accommodating, the rooms were decorated nice, comfortable all around, and even had snacks in the rooms! The office has a great coffee bar and plenty of snacks for purchase. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.
- 5/5
Gr8 place
- 5/5
I needed to call ahead of time as I have a sensitivity to highly scented cleaning products. I’m happy to say that there wasn’t any apparent smell from the cleaning supplies that were used. No carpets which is a plus. I appreciate it how willing the staff was to help make my stay comfortable and pleasant.
- 5/5
Excellent property for the price! All newly renovated.

This hotel was an absolute delight! The room was spotless, check-in was smooth and painless, and the true highlight was the exceptional staff. loved the ev charging. Rooms were nice, bed comfortable. Clean.

A very fresh new hotel with wonderful rooms with great storage.
- 3/5
Property clean. Staff excellent. Great lobby area. Downstairs rooms closed for AC/Heat repair. Had to stay upstairs. Slight inconvenience.

Room heater didn't work but the staff was quick to fix the situation and was amazing. Very friendly

Clean, functional, staff was excellent!
- 5/5
Loved the room and the decor. We appreciated the cleanliness as well as having a couch in the room to sit on while we re
- 4/5
Only wished there was at least a hot tub. A day of adventuring would have been nice to cap with a soak and a beer.
- 5/5
Scott at the front desk was super helpful and the rooms were spacious and so thoughtfully designed! Super clean! Thank you!!
- 5/5
We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay in this newly remodeled hotel. They have done a fabulous job of transformation with everything well thought out. One example is the placement of the shower control at the opposite end of the shower from the showerhead. Great and helpful staff and even a yoga room!
- 5/5
We loved our brief stay at Boundary Durango. Hotel was clean, rooms were comfortable staff was very friendly, morning coffee was phenomenal, and they had the most interesting snacks. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Spacious room. Staff were friendly and on top of customer service.
- 5/5
This was such a cute stay! I went to college here and they completely flipped this property it was very boutique and welcoming! Highly recommend
- 5/5
Excellent stay - from the coffee and snacks in the lobby, to the staff, and the rooms! Highly recommended:)
- 5/5
This place looks brand new. Lovely staff, comfortable bed, super clean, with stylish decor.
- 5/5
The place was beautiful.
- 5/5
Room was great, staff was fantastic.
- 5/5
Newly renovated rooms. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Super cool hotel! Lots of snacks, homemade goodies and a full coffee bar in the lobby. Instant coffee with a kettle in the room that's way better than traditional hotel coffee. Fitting rooms with ski racks and convenient storage. You can tell a lot of thought went into this unique, budget friendly hotel.
- 5/5
This hotel has been completely redone and it looks beautiful. Our room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly. We happened to stay there while they are still finishing updating other rooms, so we got lucky that they had an updated room available. The design is contemporary, warm, and welcoming. I think this renovated hotel will become very popular. We would absolutely stay here again!
- 5/5
good rooms, and excellent staff
- 1.5/5
location away from downtown, next door to a great brewery, nice room once inside. creepy downstairs rooms, no form of security (no lock on door to outside the hallway), smelled of cigarettes regardless of no smoking signs. A woman showed up twice in the middle of the night screaming and banging on another room’s door demanding her phone and yelling insults, police were called by someone, nothing was done to stop her return. I had all the locks on my door, but as a woman traveling alone, I was disturbed and frightened.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 3/5
Good price We booked 2 rooms, and in one of the rooms the heater didn’t work. They didn’t want to move us to another room, but after insisting 3 times they finally moved us.

- 3/5
Complaint even though it’s winter no ac no fan to circulate air
- 3/5
All in all for the price we got the hotel the property was good. Our room had stained comforters and sheets, and the floors were really dirty. Beds very hard. “Free breakfast” was cereal
- 5/5
Receptionist was very polite and patient with us
- 5/5
Great value for the price!
- 5/5
Very friendly helpful staff!! Clean room, and small but great breakfast!
- 0.5/5
I asked for a wheelchair accessible room. The room was on the second floor, with no elevator. Therefore it cost me $47.00 to hotel, & $47.00 back to the airport. Where my paraplegic granddaughter slept on an airport bench for the night. I will also mention the lady at hotel was extremely rude, assuming incorrectly, that I had not asked for accessibility. I have no intention of booking thru you again.

- 4/5
Room was cold the heater wasn't working.
- 5/5
The way the hotel.was.set up. Was scary. The hot tub was great but felt unsafe at the same time.
- 1/5
Rooms smelled old and musty. Bed spreads were replaced with summer bed spreads but room still smelled. The sheets appeared to be okay but room still smelled. The bathroom window was covered dead bugs and overall condition was old and dirty. This is not up to Days Inn standards. The management there was not professional . Days Inn corporate needs to go there and fix it or remove the name Days inn from it. Overall it was a bad experience there.
- 4/5
Nothing unique about this property, the bedding was nice and clean, but everything else needs improving, the age of the property shows, the parking lot needs washing, couldn’t really find anything to eat at breakfast, but oatmeal and yogurt, water in a thermos was not hot. I don’t think it’s worth $170 per night.
- 4/5
Other than that, things were great! Service was pleasant, things were clean, happy overall with the place.
- 2/5
Bed king mattress so worn that there was indentations and lump in the middle. Fixtures worn and hard to use.
- 4/5
Functional & everything worked. Basic continental breakfast. Had a little trouble with check-in as key cards only worked after returning to reception twice.
- 5/5
Clean spacious Nice spa area
- 4/5
Very nice
- 4/5
Room was clean, beds were comfortable. The property was quiet.
- 3/5
Room was in 300s but it was below 100 room. Romm smelled musty. We left window open to air out
- 4/5
Good hotel at a walkable distance from shopping center, easy access to all major roads in Durango.
- 5/5
Very comfortable, clean, safe and economical.
- 2/5
The price was too high for a place like this. Mold in bathroom, sheets had black footprints, bugs in bathroom. Night clerk not very nice. Trash in hallway.
- 4/5
N/A
- 3/5
reasonable price for the area. 3rd floor is actually in the basement. Breakfast was skimpy.
- 4/5
There wasn’t any soap in our room and I wasn’t told it was upstairs next time will ask for ottom floor-people in next room had tv to loud
- 4/5
For the price, it's a great place. It's clean, comfortable and good location. I'm fussy about the place being clean and the beds are decent. I don't care if it's dated. The staff was friendly.
- 4/5
Friendly, Clean, and staff extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again..
- 5/5
Property not what I would expect of Wyndham
- 3/5
Outdated
- 5/5
Surprising property. Staff super friendly, rooms clean, comfortable and large. Able to park right outside my room. Motel was in really good shape. Not much for food within walking distance but your basically right on the start of the million dollar highway. Would recommend whether one night or multiple nights. Enjoyed my stay.
- 4/5
and friendly!
- 1/5
Doesn't look like Days Inn I am used to. Old and dated. I dont blame the staff. Days Inn is to blame to put their sign on this building. No TV 2nd day. Fridge stopped working and there was water from fridge near power cord on the floor which did not look safe.
- 5/5
The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. It was reasonably priced. The front desk staff were friendly
- 1/5
I did not like anything. This place was horrible.
- 3/5
Bathroom wasn’t clean. Floor and tub was dirty still
- 4/5
It was very noisey.
- 2/5
No blanket--cold No kleenex Overpriced
- 5/5
i like to stay at this property because it s away from the downtown area.
- 2/5
The toilet barely flushed. It took several flushed to get rid of a small amount of TP.
- 2/5
Also there were no hot items for the breakfast! I’ve stayed at multiple other Days Inn hotels and there has always been some kind of hot item(waffles, pancakes, omelettes) I wish hotels would let people know before making an expensive purchase.
- 5/5
TV service not so hot or easy to use.
- 2/5
No hot water in bathroom, narrow dungeon like entry way to rooms. Breakfast was toast and one choice of cereal, juice dispenser was broken, and one toaster didn't even work. Cieling in dining room was collapsing around support pillars (I have photos). Very unsafe
- 4/5
The front desk staff was excellent. Very welocming full of suggestions for dinner and sight-seeing. Clean rooms. After a long day on the road it was great to be able to walk to dinner.
- 1/5
Wow got checked in after a long day of work stuff came back to tje room fell right asleep. Woke up to a bug infested room. When i go to the front desk there reason was... its a hotel in a mountain cuty and "all the hotels have them" umm no they dont they hired an pets control exterminator. Would not do anything for me that includes sending over a person to clean. Needless to say i wouldn't stay here or eat the breakfast they offer.
- 2/5
Our room had many small bugs! When I went to the office to let them know we had already killed 36, their comment was they had complaints of this and to discuss with management in the morning!!! Needless to say, sleeping was uneasy and unattainable for our long drive home the next morning. We will not come back!!
- 2/5
The quality of the room was low. There were bugs in the room, mostly in the bathroom, dead or alive. Even after removing them. But i guess one gets what one pays for.
- 5/5
Very good.
- 4/5
AC controls did not work well, super cold then stuffy, wall controls didn’t respond to window unit. The bugs is a thing, probably 20 in our room especially bathroom. Staff was EXCELLENT-friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
It was nice.
- 3/5
Location, location, location.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
price-quality
- 4/5
Good property. Only complaint was the breakfast was poorly done. No protein of any sort. At least need something if you advertise a BREAKFAST.
- 4/5
The room is nice and Staff very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Z
- 4/5
Some mildew in bathroom.
- 3/5
No TV service, air conditioner issues
- 4/5
There was old, leftover food in the fridge. It makes me wonder how well they cleaned the rest of the room. Also, we had to walk down 2 flights of stairs to get to the small hot tub. It is a residential size hot tub.
- 3/5
We just needed a place to rest after a long drive. The beds were hard. Staff was decent. Our door did not shut all the way and it would come open if it was not latched. The area was okay, but I don't know that I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Great location and serice
- 3/5
Hotel smelled pretty bad.
- 3/5
We arrived late and our room had no sheets so arrangements made for a different room, which then had no TV. Wonderful hotel employee joyfully set up the TV but again next morning no TV. Some glitches overall OK
- 5/5
Breakfast was disappointing, but otherwise great place to stay
- 4/5
The property is fine and the staff is kind. However, the gal that checked us in stated that she is not from the area and couldn't answer any questions I had about Durango and its downtown. Also, when we entered our room, the sheets were folded on the bed, the pillows and comforter were piled up on the chair in the corner. My hubby and I made the bed as we wanted to get going right away and already had all of our things inside and didn't want others to have to come in before our departure tomorrow. That being said, they were super apologetic and kind about the mishap, so we were okay with the misunderstanding and are having a great night here at Days Inn in Durango! ;)
- 5/5
Wonderful stay. Friendly, clean motel located in the heart of Durango. Good price. Would stay there again.
- 5/5
Our stay was great! The room was spacious. The location was great.. walkable to laundry, brewery, restaurants, grocery store! Close to downtown…short drive! Will stay here again when in the area!
- 3/5
Kind of run down bathrooms
- 4/5
Room was dated, and modest.
- 5/5
The beds were so comfortable!
- 5/5
Just fine. Absolute pleasant stay.
- 4/5
Service was great,. Room was clean. Beds were hard. Microwave sparked when turned on, desk person exchanged it with another one. The bathroom door did not latch, we had to fiddle with it until it latched. The exhaust knob quit working after it got condensation on it. And, the phone did not work in our room also. I was in room 112. I th9nk this hotel need a major remodel. It is out of date.
- 4/5
The room was nice and spacious. The amenities were very clean. The choices for restaurants were high. All in all i would stay here again.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Comfy bed!
- 4/5
Bed was alittle stiff. TV didn't really work. Was warm and cozy. Door kept the cold out but not the noise, you can hear everything outside clearly. Was pretty good for a quick and affordable stay.
- 4/5
Convenient location for driving north to the Purgatory ski area. Friendly office staff. (Actually, I'd almost forgotten how friendly EVERYONE seems to be in Colorado!)
- 5/5
The people were great! And, we especially loved the hot tub that was down stairs. You had to go outside to get to it but it was worth it! It was in an area that included a small gym, a sauna, and, or course, the hot tub. We were also pleased that we were able to get in and out of the tub. We are getting old and it using a hot tub is sometimes a challenge for us. The breakfast was ok as well. It was a GREAT deal for the price.
- 1/5
The floor was not vacuumed and the bathroom sink was disgusting. The bathtub had hair in it. We felt very unsafe in the area due to the homeless walking around. i will never go there agin nor will I ever book through Expedia again!!! In fact, I would like a refund for the disgusting inconvenience!
- 4/5
Nice clean room but bath area needs to be redone.
- 5/5
They are some of the best people I have ever met in Colorado. This will be our place to stay for our yearly Jeep trips to Colorado.
- 3/5
Friendly staff, clean room, but old and outdated facility.
- 3/5
like the running path
- 5/5
Very nice staff was very freindly and helpful rooms and facilities very clean and well kept will stay there again for sure
- 5/5
Stayed several different times in a months time. The rooms in 300s are nice with no view but no loudness from street either. The rooms was decent size smelled very clean when first entering. Love the little things they have to help make you comfortable. Coffee was my thing and they kept me supplied. I liked staying in the 100s but the traffic of people early in morning was something not considered. The last stay was in room 206 the room and stay was not as great as the other times. The room is tucked no sunlight, walked in with an ozone generator going so had to freeze with door open to air out, the next morning a little after 9 knock on door asking me if we leaving yet or gonna stay which until this time no one done that.. so felt rushed at the end.. the front desk and management is great and i would have complained. Will go back because hiccups happen and over all great place to be in durango..
- 4/5
Shouldn't even say a breakfast exsists.
- 3/5
Other than the temp, everything was 👍.
- 4/5
Nice hotel close to a lot of things in Durango.... breakfast was adequate, but only cold cereal and toast
- 4/5
Next to main road thru Durango. Clean room with basic amenities. There is a very modest breakfast of cereal and fruit. It is in better shape than many of the older hotels nearby but nothing fancy.
- 1/5
It was an awful hotel. Would not recommend it to anyone. When checked in then checked out and went somewhere else. Not up to any one’s standards. Dark and dumpy.
- 5/5
Nice, clean room. Friendly, helpful staff came to fix the TV.
- 3/5
Older hotel. Needs a remodel. Service was average. Nothing special but wasn't horrible.
- 4/5
They were out of coffee pods. Not so good!
- 5/5
Clean and quiet hotel for an overnight. The breakfast was a nice assortment and staff was very attending.
- 3/5
It was clean
- 3/5
It was ok.
- 5/5
our room was in the basement below the parking lot, the view from our window was someones overgrown back yard with a dirt alley between us... not bad, just unusual.
- 5/5
Easy check in, booked on hotels. Com worked well. Thin walls but rooms seem updated , air was a little tricky but then worked perfect. Had the two queen beds! Roomy. Very thin walls so if my grandson would have been with me 2.5 yr old that may have been problem. Great stay!
- 4/5
The hotel is old and dingy. Not many upgrades to our room. The bathroom looks like it’s still in the 60’s
- 1/5
The floor was sticky. A/C was too high up to adjust. Food left in fridge from previous guest. Both room light flickered so bad it gives you a headache. You can hear every noise in the hotel. No local station guide for TV. Telephone was severely out dated and very torn up. Worse hotel stay ever.
- 4/5
Old property that has been updated. Fine for an overnight stop. Good value
- 3/5
The room was as clean as it could be considering it's age. The bathroom was rather tired and old. The bed was comfy and the staff was nice. There was apparently a herd of elephants in the room above us that did not subside from their stampede until almost midnight.
- 5/5
After reading the reviews, I almost tried to stay somewhere else. $202 a night was too much so I rode up and checked out this Days in. It’s and older property, but in good shape. The people I met were friendly and did everything they were supposed to do. The breakfast was not like they used to be before but it was enough to get you going. The room was clean, the a/c worked great, refrigerator worked as well. I think some peoples expectations are too high. If you want a new place, go to the other one I checked and pay over $200 a night! It worked well for me for three nights.
- 3/5
Terrible breakfast provided.

The woman who checked us in was friendly and kind. However, the rooms are old, outdated, and dirty. We had bugs in our room. The "amenities" were a cold sauna room, above ground, covered hot tub and small exercise room in the dingy gross basement. The "breakfast" was awful and we're not picky eaters or coffee snobs but we couldn't eat or drink past the first bites. We will not come back here.

The photos from the webpage and the reality of what the room really looked like were very different. The room was very outdated and rundown and musty smelling. There was no elevator access to the lower-level rooms and for the price regardless of where it was located is way over-priced and I would never stay there again.

Clean place, friendly staff, grab and go breakfast

It would have been nice to have an elevator for old people to get luggage upstairs. To many tree bugs and knats were in the room when we got there.

Over represented, no pool

This is a older property, sort of tired. My room was clean, but very dated. The fabric covered sitting chair had to be at least 20 years old. The bed was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was mounted in the wall, worked fine, but was very loud.

WAY too expensive for what we got. Sketchy people around, not in a good spot in town, surprisingly comfortable bed, but a funky bathroom, no pool - they have a hot tub, but you need a special code to get in and in a weird spot.

Staff was extra nice and room was clean

If you like bugs, cobwebs, non functioning TV's, terrible breakfast, and drunk road workers right outside your door, this is the place for you.
