It was okay. Room for improvement at the reception.
- 3/5
The room was clean and large enough to accommodate a family of five.
- 5/5
Uila and Tema were great check in was fast. There’s really nothing I wouldn’t like everything was great, just our last day our A/C wasn’t cooling. The weather outside wasn’t hot so it worked out.
- 5/5
Clean and and we basic need is in our room nothing
- 5/5
No funny odors I will be back

Awesome place to stay
- 2/5
Checked in for a one night stay at 10pm, no elevators on property they booked me a 3rd floor room, also charged a 250.00 hold on my card for one night , room had been prepaid on your site. Told me I would get back in 10 days! Did not advise this charge at check in. Do not stay here, oh yeah they also charge for parking in there big empty lot
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t that good one day but next was better. They also help you right away if you need anything. Room had small kitchen just enough to do what we needed. Area was quiet and safe.
- 5/5
It was a great stay and the staff was wonderful. The only issue was the connectivity of the app on the phone so I could watch Netflix or any other video app. We just gave up it wasn’t as easy as the others hotels I stayed. But overall the place was wonderful

**Location:** Nestled in a vibrant area, the Hyatt House offers easy access to local attractions, dining options, and shopping. The convenience of being close to major highways made exploring the city a breeze, allowing us to maximize our time and enjoyment during our stay. **Room Size:** Our room was impressively spacious, providing ample room to relax after a day of sightseeing. The thoughtful layout included a comfortable living area, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a cozy bedroom space. It truly felt like a home away from home, allowing us to unwind in comfort. **Amenities:** The amenities at Hyatt House exceeded our expectations. The modern fitness center was well-equipped, making it easy to maintain our workout routine. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful treat each morning, offering a variety of options to suit all tastes. Additionally, the outdoor pool provided a refreshing escape, perfect for relaxing in the Texas sun. **Exceptional Service:** I must highlight Eveline at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her warm demeanor and genuine hospitality made a significant impact on our experience. She provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities, ensuring we felt like true Texans during our stay.

I love back coming back to my home away from home. Lovely, safe, excellent location
- 4/5
the staff was amazing, we stayed in a great room. the couch bed was a bit too used and you could feel the springs from the mattress. other than that, great stay. breakfast was delicious
- 5/5
The property is located in a convenient area to restaurants, grocery stores, attractions, major highways and public transportation. It's overall quite with the exception of the metro train, but we didn't mind it. It's surprising calm around it's area, super clean with a lot of greenery and a pool that is cool (my children loved it!) Breakfast is offered in the morning and it's free! There's a variety of items to indulge in. The room was amazing. With five of us, the space the two bedroom suite gave us was fulfilling with a kitchen with all the necessities and bathrooms that were very clean. My only con is they failed to replenish the towels and remove the trash properly; which were the only thing we had asked them to do. Overall though, I would recommend it and would look for to staying again. Thank you for hosting us!
- 1/5
Perfect location close to stores and restaurants, A beautiful resort look and feel outside and a spacious apartment/suite inside.
- 5/5
Clean and spacious room. Really nice property and loved the patio seating
- 5/5
This hotel was clean, very quiet, the rooms were very nice with the kitchenette and separate living room area.
- 5/5
This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in this area, very clean , good staff personal, a very good breakfast
- 5/5
Very good rooms, very good breakfast. We were there only for the night but we saw that they have great BBQ and pool.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. I would recommend to everyone, and we will definitely be staying here again next time.
- 2/5
At check in the staff was wonderful the room was clean. The beds where not comfortable at all the pillows are very thin and so are the floors our upstairs neighbors had a bunch of kids that were up all night running around it sound like they were having a dance party all night long with no adult present it really sucked it ruined my second night I couldn't get any sleep. Did not eat breakfast there were not a lot of options pork sausage powder eggs biscuits and gravy and that was it
- 4/5
**Rating: ★★★★☆** I had a very mixed experience at this property, starting with a significant struggle but ending on a high note thanks to some exceptional staff members. **The Initial Shock** Upon arrival, we were assigned a room on the second floor. We were shocked to discover that there was **no elevator** and no assistance available for our luggage. As a guest, I found this completely unacceptable; I nearly injured my back lugging our heavy bags up the stairs. It was a very disappointing and frustrating start to our trip. **The Recovery** The following day, however, the management completely turned our experience around. We spoke with **Elisa and Tema** at the front desk, and they were absolutely wonderful. After hearing about our struggle, they didn’t just move us to the first floor—they upgraded us to a **two-bedroom suite**. **The Stay** The upgrade made the remainder of our stay incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The extra space was exactly what we needed to relax. Additionally, the **breakfast** was very good, offering a great variety and quality to start our days. **Final Verdict** While the lack of an elevator for second-floor rooms is a major physical hurdle that guests should be warned about, the kindness and professionalism of Elisa and Tema saved our vacation. If you stay here, I highly recommend requesting the first floor or seeking out their help!
- 5/5
Perfect location. Great friendly staff.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, great location.
- 3/5
Staff was nice. Breakfast is poor and not vary. Drinks, only milk was good. Parking is on site, no issues. Slow Wi-Fi, only 2.4.
- 2/5
This is not a Hyatt!!! The property has more of a motel feel if you will . Our room was on the first floor facing directly on to a street. All room doors are accessible to any passerby. I did not feel safe at this location. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but only stayed one. And I cannot say that it’s cleanliness was up to par
- 4/5
The hotel is very nice and safe. The bedding is slightly old and felt a little dirty. Overall, nice place.
- 2/5
1.Right outside the entrance to our room, the housekeepers repeatedly left their cleaning carts, and there were huge piles of hotel trash there, repeatedly. 2.breakfast had canned fruit salad in April, in California . Go to any store and buy some fresh fruit and cut it up! And should provide dairy and plant -based milk for coffee, not Coffee-Mate!
- 5/5
Confortable
- 5/5
There was no elevator and we stayed on the third floor...
- 5/5
The room was nice the and staff was great. There was no elevator and we stayed on the third floor...
- 1/5
The room was dated. You can tell that it has not been upgraded in some time. Very ran down feel. It had an awful stale smell. Terrible! Thank god we had a candle with us that we burned for some comfort. We checked in late at night I was already exhausted just didn't have the energy to complain to the front desk. Fast forward to the morning, light on, curtains open, sun shining. Omg the walls had like dirt smears, pubic hair in the shower. Just overall not up to par. We will not be back! Would not recommend!
- 5/5
Nice big mirror and walk in closet Felt like an apartment Breakfast was okay, biscuits and gravy not my thing but still eggs and sausage available yogurt and oatmeal available it your dieting Great coffee
- 5/5
Great location. Close to all shopping, food, airport and the beach. Fit our group of 7 great. The beds were not comfortable tho. I wish they had a hot tub. The breakfast was just ok. There’s a great bagel shop and Starbucks across the street.
- 4/5
Everything was good. Clean room, well maintained, breakfast served with variety of options. On the flip side additional charges after days in my credit card, turned out to be parking charges. I got to call hotel concierge to know it. Wish it could have been told upfront at the desk at the time of check in. This concern is pale in comparison to the overall location and cleanliness of hotel room.
- 5/5
yes breakfast was good. kitchen missing some cutting knifes
- 5/5
Great location with quick access to airport and freeways. The staff is top notch!
- 4/5
The location was perfect to walk to stores nearby. Access to public transportation. It is a safe and nicely maintained property. Two suggestions for long term stay (7+ days): refresh bathroom towels and provide bathroom paper and bars every 3 days without having to ask at the front desk. A better quality pool towel since the ones provided were not absorbent and were too small.
- 5/5
Good option close to the airport
- 4/5
Great overnight stay spot and property is beautiful.
- 1/5
Run down, smelly room, with missing doors and handles, black out blinds were broken, and uncomfortable beds with minimal bedding (one sheet) The breakfast was ok. Overall not worth the nightly price
- 5/5
The property always makes my stay amazing. The comfort, the staff is truly amazing
- 5/5
Our room was perfect for my family of 6.
- 5/5
Our room was perfect for my family of 6.
- 2/5
The location is great but the hotel is in need of new carpets and a fresh coat of paint. You’re so close to very nice stores and restaurants and it’s odd the an investment hasn’t been made to rise to the level of its surroundings. We will not be back.
- 3/5
Perfect for people working out of town
- 3/5
The room didn't fit the # of people we had reserved for. 1 king and 1 full size sofa bed doesn't fit 3 adults and a 17 yo. Usually it is a queen sized sleeper.
- 5/5
I been in La in different hotels but this one have excellent location is really good for families and is clean and comfortable is a great choice for our trip
- 5/5
A Fantastic beautiful spacious setup inside the room
- 4/5
Rug and room decor is a bit older and needs a refresh.

- 5/5
The cleanliness of the facility the rooms were excellent staff members were friendly amenities were great overall a great experience
- 2/5
Very bad customer service
- 5/5
Spacious rooms
- 2/5
Had to pay 250$ as a deposit. Parking was 20$/night. I stayed 2 nights. When deposit was returned I was charged 44.88$ on the card!! Parking at this place should be free. It is not downtown Manhattan! Our room was on the back side of the property with a metro we could hear everytime it passed our room. Breakfast was under average to similar propertys.
- 4.5/5
Yes I don't like how they charge you for parking. If it was a garage then maybe I wouldn't mind but a regular parking lot attached to the hotel is insane. This is fairly new (last several years).
- 3.5/5
It was very nice. Breakfast was good. The pool felt like a thawed frozen lake. Could not enjoy it. Hypothermia set in. And that is not an exaggeration! No elevated. Never heard of a hotel not having one. No ice machine.

- 5/5
Excellent location, clean rooms, friendly staff and amenities. Comfortable stay.
- 2/5
We received a very poor welcome. Our room was located in front of the train tracks and next to a machine that made noise day and night. We didn't sleep at all during the night.
- 5/5
Clean rooms spacious and has everything you need
- 5/5
This was our second stay in 3 months. Everything about this hotel is wonderful.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 3/5
They don’t have elevator and they don’t mention that on the list. They do not clean the room daily unless you ask.
- 1/5
Already left a lengthy review! Horrible, never again. All the negative things are spot on!
- 4/5
The room was great. Trains all night was not.

- 1/5
There were a few incidents that will keep me from returning to this hotel. I waited 6 hours for someone to bring me trash bags. There was hair in the breakfast food and even though I told them that I pulled it out on the serving spoon they did not change it.
- 4/5
staff very friendly, comfortable amenities, good breakfast, good laundry service, room not so much clean, there was black mold on the shower doors and the carpert in the room was very dirty they need to replace it. but other than that the room was very spacious for me, my husband and my 2 babies in their own pack and play.
- 4/5
Room was clean, but missing some basic amenities like body lotion.
- 3/5
Room is clean, but no room service unless requested. Breakfast is ok. There were some surcharges after I checked out, not sure what was it, as I did not get the receipt. They said they were going to email me, but never received it.
- 3/5
It was very dated
- 5/5
Great place to stay. We have stayed there for a week, 2 different times over the years. Staff is great and the breakfast staff works hard to to keep it stocked and cleaned.
- 5/5
Clean room, breakfast and proximity to grocery, food and shopping! Will definitely be back!
- 5/5
The service and hospitality was excellent
- 5/5
Breakfast was a definite plus.
- 3/5
Convenient location but property is old and in need of renovation
- 5/5
Front office very nice and welcoming. Area was nice and quiet. Room was comfy and spacious.
- 5/5
Muy buena ubicación
- 3/5
The room was very clean but the furniture needs updating. I didn’t realize I would have to climb three flights to get to my room (externally) or I’d be so close to the LA metro. Staff was polite and friendly but I never knew if there was an elevator as I didn’t see one on the map.
- 2/5
Poor service at the front desk.
- 4/5
Clean room and great front desk staff. Room was a bit worn, but overall very nice stay. Would stay again.
- 5/5

- 5/5
A perfect stay thank you
- 5/5
Hotel staff greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed before heading to our room. The room was very spacious that included a full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge, sink, coffee maker, and all the amenities needed.
- 5/5
Awesome staff
- 5/5
Everythin
- 4/5
Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. Good location near shopping and restaurants. Could use a little updating and parking was limited, but overall good place to stay
- 5/5
Our grand daughters loved the pool
- 4/5
It was great to have two rooms. Unfortunately there was no elevator, so we had to carry our heavy bags upstairs. In addition we didn't realize that they would charge for parking, and it was $20 per car per night. Otherwise it was fine, quiet, and the breakfast was basic.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable rooms.
- 3/5
Need upgrade
- 4/5
It was a really great day this weekend. Front office was very nice.
- 5/5
The Hyatt House LA was wonderful. The rooms were great, clean and the free breakfast was outstanding.
- 5/5
Clean room which catered to our families needs.
- 4/5
Nice and quite
- 5/5
Breakfast was great, staff was friendly, rooms were clean and spacious.
- 5/5
Staff is great. Carpets in our room were very dirty
- 4/5
good breakfast
- 5/5
Hard to find the room
- 4/5
We have stayed here numerous times since it was a summer field suites years ago. Always a nice stay, this time was a little different. You can definitely tell it needs some updating (new carpet/flooring especially). Our room has a musty smell to it and the carpet was just dirty and the beds were tougher than normal. The area is beautiful and feels safe. Would still stay here again, even though it needs some work/updating.
- 4/5
Great place love the layout of room, only recommendation place ceiling fans in rooms, ac was too cold and when we turn it off, room was muggy, I think with ceiling fans would circulate air, otherwise great place and location.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Clean room and great service!
- 4/5
Cozy room.
- 1/5
Management, especially Adi, is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unfit to run this hotel. Sociale was also not helpful at all. To make matters worse, Adi still tried to charge us a cancellation fee even though the hotel was unlivable. This is a complete rip-off. The Hyatt brand desperately needs to provide serious customer service training, because this is by far the worst Hyatt we have ever encountered. Read the one-star reviews—they are 100% accurate. This hotel deserves zero stars, is a disgrace to the Hyatt name, and should be avoided entirely. Steer clear of this place.
- 3/5
Service for the rooms could have been much better we called at 2pm for more covers, by 6pm they never brought them and we had to go down and get them.
- 3/5
The rooms are dark! The beds are not comfortable, lumpy! Carpets old! An upgrade would do wonders for this property as they are in a desirable locale!
- 5/5
I enjoyed this property. Room was big, clean & comfortable.

- 3/5
The building is old . But the rooms were clean . Bathrooms were clean . It’s not a new construction building . There is no water fountain available for the guests to drink .there is no laundary facility either . Breakfast is amazing !
- 5/5
Everything was nice
- 5/5
It was walking distance from the corporate office. This was my second time staying at the Hyatt House in the last 10 years and I truly believe the rooms can use an upgrade.
- 5/5
All the staff was incredibly nice especially the maintenance.
- 5/5
The staff were helpful and kind to us. They accommodated us when possible and gave reasonable explanations when unable. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast options. The surroundings were mostly quiet. We walked around the area and went to some of the nearby stores (we like walking). More stores were nearby driving. Our room was clean ( carpet had stains) but bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and surface areas were clean. Room smelled fresh. We enjoyed this location for our 5 day and six night stay.
- 4/5
a litle expensive for the amenities
- 4/5
Breakfast ok and good service at dining area. Liked complimentary water.
- 3/5
I like the location, the staff and the convent of everything. I did not like the smell of the room. I kept running the air conditioner, and spraying around the vents. The room smelled like it was once a smoking room. I can tell the room was cleaned, the smell just lingered.
- 4/5
Have stayed here multiple times and it's always been good. We had a few hick ups on this stay but overall it was good.
- 4/5
The stay was okay. The hotel was not what I assumed it would be like. I felt like some stuff needed a touch up. Otherwise staff is nice food was good and parking was pretty good too. The area was not too busy so it felt safe.
- 3/5
I wish we are advised how much the deposit and parking fees are In advance or before booking. That way we know exact fees upfront.
- 5/5
Thank you it was great!
- 5/5
The location is great but the paying for the parking separately is not practical. After all I think if you are staying at a property for more than 8 days it should be complimentary in the package.
- 5/5
Large comfortable room. Easy check in.
- 5/5
Our stay was short, but we truly loved our stay. The room was clean, and very spacious for a family of 5. The staff was courteous and very friendly. The surrounding neighborhood was great and we were under 10ins away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Couldn't recommend enough.
- 4/5
It's clean and comfortable with friendly service and a generous breakfast.
- 1/5
STAY AWAY! This is NOT Hyatt! Rude manager, room smelled of smoke, disgusting room, bugs in bathroom sink, carpet was heavily stained/soiled, ripped. Furniture also old, dirty, and damaged. Kitchen did not have basic tools...
- 1/5
I don't usually review but this time things were terrible. I stayed 3 nights with my family and the experience was below average compared to lower range hotels I've stayed at. The website falsely advertised the breakfast as there really wasn't any omelettes. The first morning's breakfast was odd with corned beef being the protein with no other meat options. The fruits seemed to be from a can and not actually fresh. Another thing, our room was a trio suite and it said we were supposed to have different temperature controls but that didn't exist. We also asked if we could get our trash taken care of because we left it outside our door. They called us later at 10pm that day, waking up my mom, saying that we would have to bring it down the three flights of stairs to the front counter ourselves because the security guard wasn't available. The kicker is the security guard was sitting right there in the lobby. What got us frustrated too was our fire alarm went off early in the morning randomly, waking us all up. They called to see what was wrong and said they'll send someone in 10 minutes. No one came until 3-4 hours later. We had to deal with so many problems ourselves when it wasn't on us.
- 2/5
Bugs found in Bed Mattress, Floors extremely dirty and torn up, Landscaping and grounds dirty, exterior of property needs re-painting
- 5/5
Evelyn in the front desk was amazing . Very helpful and communicated well thank you so much !
- 5/5
Beds very comfortable and both bedroom has en-suite bathroom.
- 5/5
Excellent 10/10 everything
- 1/5
Housekeeping is the worst every day you have to ask for help to clean or get a towel as the worst place or housekeeping
- 2/5
Staff was very polite, but the room was not as pictured. Carpet torn, wet feeling, bed had stains as well as the walls, mirrors
- 5/5
Great stay at the Hyatt House. While this property is not the newest, they have taken care of it, updated it, and keep it maintained. The location of the property was great. Many things to eat and do around the neighborhood. Very safe and easy to get on the freeway system to move around. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable for a room with actual segregated bedrooms. The breakfast was great, always fresh, and the common eating area was very clean. The pool and outside areas were kept up. They were not perfect, but up to expectations for a property that was not new. I am happy to report they have cleaned the exterior of all the buildings so that they don't have mildew, like what was reported previously. The buildings look very nice now from the outside. The only drawbacks were the parking fees and our couch smelled like a dog had slept there previously. Please take into account the parking fees when pricing this property out, and don't be surprised at the desk. They were bad, but with the improvements made to the property, we thought the value of the total price didn't go down the drain. Pets are allowed to stay here, which for us produced a stinky couch. But it wasn't enough that we requested another room. We notified the management and then cleaned it so it smelled better. However, we made sure to toss a sheet over the couch when we sat on it. Just keep that in mind if you book.
- 4/5
Great staff- so kind and helpful. Great location. Facility could use a tune up but still very nice
- 1/5
This was found in my daughters bed. It’s a “beetle.” Looks like a roach to me though…
- 3/5
Hotel room (2-bedroom one) has dirty carpet, outdated interior, no USB ports for electric outlets, bathroom and bedroom doors don't lock or close, chair has no cushion, etc.
- 2/5
I requested an early check in. I was told they only had 2nd & 3rd floor rooms available but by check in time they would have a room on the first floor which would be perfect because my dad has a issue with balance and it is very dangerous and hard for him to climb stairs. At check in I was then told they had no first floor rooms available. Then I request additional towels and they were never brought. The carpets have not been shampooed in who knows how long. Dust and spider webs were not cleaned from windows. Concrete had not been power washed in at least a year or longer. Overall very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend.
- 5/5
The food was also great — tasty and varied. There was a small but very cozy swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a hot day. We especially appreciated the friendly people — both the staff and other guests were polite and pleasant to be around. A big plus was the parking with electric vehicle charging — convenient and well thought out. The location was excellent: it was easy to get anywhere from the hotel, whether by car or public transport. Everything was within reach and nothing was lacking — a perfect place for a comfortable stay!
- 2/5
The room had a terrible mold-like smell and the carpeting was all worn out.
- 5/5
Nice and big with a full kitchen and livin room . Two bedrooms and bathrooms
- 5/5
Staff friendly, Breakfast was good
- 1/5
They never had towels. I asked over 5 times in one day for towels. People above me were banging and jumping til 2/3 am and they didn’t do much. Took them hours to locate me something to cook in and when they brought me something it was only one pot. Had to buy my own pots. Asked for extra blankets and pillows and they had none. Anything else o needed they told me I had to come to front desk. Very rude.
- 4/5
close to restaurants and grocery unfortunately no elevators if you get the upper floor rooms and need better options for breakfast items
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 3/5
The rooms are dated and dirty, and the white goods and furniture badly need replacing, such as the heavily corroded dishwasher, limescale in the kitchen sink, and rusting towel rails. The carpets are torn and dirty. The area under our beds were filthy with dust and debris. Our apartment was meant to be accessible for my disabled mum, however, there were issues - including no easy to access light switch in her bedroom, no way of getting her wheelchair through her room to the bathroom, no handle outside the shower to help get in and out. If you want clean towels and room refreshed, you have to request that 24 hours in advance, and it’s not guaranteed as I experienced on several occasions. There are washing machines on site, but on one occasion, we discovered that our newly washed clothes were covered in sand as it seems the previous user had left sand in there, which wasn’t visible to us putting our clothes in. When we raised this issue with the front desk, they told us it was our fault for not noticing the sand in the first place and couldn’t take responsibility for their washing machines. The breakfast buffet is good, although I’m curious as to why the fresh fruit changes from fresh melon during the week, to tinned fruit at the weekend? The location is amazing with easy access to the shops and restaurants of El Segundo and Manhattan Beach.
- 4/5
Its an old Residence Inn, that's been re-badged as a Hyatt. The exterior needs a really good power wash once in a while, the stucco is sooo dirty. The property is aged, rooms are clean, and OK, but stuff is old. Breakfast was fresh and hot and well stocked by the staff.
- 3/5
Buyer beware: they zing you $20/night for parking in the lot in front of the hotel, which is the ONLY parking available. If they had integrity, they would add it to the nightly price, but that would make it appear less competitive from a pricing perspective.
- 5/5
The staff were kind and very helpful
- 4/5
Ok
- 4/5
The stay was overall decent. The only real issue we had was how gross the carpet was in our room, just from getting cleaned to putting clothes on the bottom of my feet turned black. It was socks and shoes
- 5/5
The car
- 4/5
I liked that it was a calming and very comfortable environment with kind staff members that where easy to work with i didn't like the stain that was on the on my drying towel.

This is a 5 star property in my opinion. It didn’t give me the overwhelming fast paced LA feeling. While I would rather let the staff know when I did not want my room cleaned instead of the other way around, having to provide 24-hr notice if I did want my room cleaned, it was a quaint environment with a pool, BBQ grills and lounge area to enjoy during our stay, it was a whole vibe. This will be my go to hotel on future visits to the Cali fam.

I like the area around the hotel. There’s a lot of shopping stores and restaurants. Very close to manhattan beach as well.

Pretty good property for the money. They do need to update the interior carpet, but the two bedroom suites were great.

Despite the shower door not opening and closing properly. This stay was amazing. Room had plenty of space. Clean and no complaints. Parking was affordable in a perfect area. 20 mins from everything. Did not take pictures only have a video.

The room: beds aren’t comfortable, floors are gross. You need to give 24 hrs for room service, we gave well over 24hrs and they did NOT show up to clean the room. The building: we were located in building 14. The lady next door had constant people pulling up doing god knows what. Constant smell of weed. Building as a whole is very run down and a little scary. The pool area however is very clean and where they serve breakfast is clean. You pay a whopping $20 A DAY to park your car even after spending so much on a nightly rate. I will never choose to stay in this hotel again. I was thrilled to finally check out.

Pool was not heated, furniture was tired, duvet was dirty

terrible room condition. carpet with terrible smell, closet door rusted, interior is very dirty, shower leaked to outside and entire floor was flooded. Room is too dark. desk clock didnt worked. AC was on 69 was freezing but on 71 would even turn on. Never stay there again

The breakfast was good both days and checkin process was quick. Room’s carpet needs to be cleaned and the bed is not the most comfortable. Old spring mattress that squeaks every time you move in the bed. Not good considering I toss and turn all night.

Staff was great. Room wasn’t super clean but it was okay. Breakfast area was small and crowded. All in all a good stay.

Very nice area

Hotel was tucked away but close to everything you need! Rooms were a little out dated and cold (we had trouble changing the temp on the thermostat) but overall clean and comfortable for our trip.

pool and i didnt like that they told me parking was free but they charge me 20 dollars per day

The rooms are extremely filthy. The carpet looks as if it's never been cleaned. The pull out bed in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. We had to purchase additional mattress pads for comfortably. All of the sinks leaked water, we never received towels when asked for them. We had to call several times before they were received. I will never stay at this property again. 😒

Beds were almost unbearable and some days breakfast was terrible.

Ok for a family stay. Kitchen accessories were lacking. Place is def dated. But cleaned as well as an older place can be cleaned

Friendly and professional staff. Large rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Perfect for extended business trips. They are also pet friendly to boot. And for the second boot, there is a movie theatre within walking distance.

Wonderful place to stay, not far from beach, SoFi, and so many other things to do. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, it was perfect and spacious had everything we needed, breakfast was good, parking was easy, really have no complaints at all. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Hotel House style

The staff at the Hyatt house could not be kinder or more accommodating. The facility itself is extremely rundown, and we had to be moved because our first room had wet carpet and was moldy. Well, the staff are really kind, and the beds are very clean, the carpets in each of the rooms are absolutely filthy. Many of them are threadbare, and the transoms were coming apart in both rooms we were assigned. Again, I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff are. The facility needs a major upgrade. The location is extremely convenient if you were gonna be going both north and south in the Los Angeles area, and there are many dining options near the hotel.

When we first arrived the doors to the lobby were locked and so we had to walk around and find “the other door” that was also locked. After ringing and knocking the door was opened. The ladies that checked us in were very nice. Our room smelled like…wet dog? We ended up buying room spray because it was so bad. The beds, furniture, and bathrooms were underwhelming. There were spiderwebs around the corners like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. When we accidentally dropped a glass bottle we called to see if housekeeping could come vacuum it for us since we had little kids walking around. Whoever my husband spoke to was very short tempered and just told him housekeeping would be around in the morning. They did not ever come. All in all, this property fell short for us and we won’t be staying again.

It was a grate get away

A lot of different stores in walking distance. Stayed there do to right next to Flemings restaurant. The room had a bag of the last guest stuff in it. The silverware wasn’t clean and I could see crumbs of food on the counter. Seems like the cleaning staff rush and did a poor job. The kitchen light didn’t work one of the window dark curtain didn’t work and a small part of the nail board of the carpet was exposed.

Great service

The property was lovely and the front desk staff was quite friendly and helpful. Both my husband and I was sick on our trip and we stayed in most of the trip but when we ventured out, we enjoyed every second.

We were there for a family with 3 young adult kids. It was really good except for the lack of utensils and kitchen supplies. We bought paper plates and cups so it helped. It is not a full service as you need to request cleaning 24 hours in advance and you need to go get fresh towels from the front desk.
