Super friendly staff. They were so sweet! Very clean and nicely kept amenities. Good breakfast - I like that they changed out the hot entrees each morning so you had variety each day, thank you for that! Also a great location - felt very safe and were able to just walk across the street to hit up a variety of food options for lunch or dinner. I think it is more of a business area, and we were there over a weekend so traffic wasn't bad at all and it was pretty quiet. Super quick to get to Manhattan Beach as well as Santa Monica. Could not hear planes at all. Could hear the train every now and again. My only wish was that the pool stayed open a little later - like 9:30 or 10pm and not just "at dark".

Everything was excellent but the room had a very strong chemical smell, after we opened the windows it wasn’t so bad. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great.

Buffet breakfast was great, free car service back to the airport, airport close by, clean rooms, 7/11 across the road! Would stay again!

Clean room was better than expected. Difficulty awaiting for shuttle from airport to this location. Many other Marriott and Resident Inn Shuttles came by but the one for this location didn't come within an hour of waiting. We ended up taking an alternative method.

One of the things that bothers me about travel is that I usually wind up staying in places I find the most comfortable for the least amount of time. I was in and out of El Segundo this trip. For the few hours I was there, the room was very comfortable. I could have spent the week and been quite happy.

Very clean and was pleasantly impressed by all the amenities in the suite room. Breakfast was also included with stay and had good options. Would book again!

The hotel was great, really clean and easy with a dog. Lots of hotels who offer dog stays are a mess and this one was great!

WE had a great stay. The room was crystal clean and our suite had ample amount of space to work and play. The front desk staff was SUPER helpful with check in and out- they really went over and beyond. Breakfast staff were all so friendly, and it was a delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend it and/or stay again.

I had another hotel tell me they wouldn’t take my chime card after checking and asking. After being so frantic about what to do, I got on Expedia and booked this room. The room was FANTASTIC! The girls up front were so fabulous! They made me feel so much better and welcome. Everyone I encountered there was friendly and amazing! Thank you for being so kind. Now, this is the only place I’ll ever stay in LA when I come.

The ladys at the desk pushy and mocking and hustlers cheap and unbecoming low class need lessons in hospitality and accommodating its nit like they dont have several hotels much better and held my security deposit for nothing with no reason i dont know what i paid fir they face no regards for disclosing sure until they see thus review this place will sell you out fir a bigger ticket one minute i could extend my stay and the next i could nit staff rude judgmental and the coffee pot had to be reawt 3 times id stay else where for the money its not worth it Nothing u couldnt enjoy u stayed on the phone with someone fake phony and acting lying something broken or lacking at all costs turn over turn over us there game

Accommodating and very nice stay. They were nice enough to find a solution with my deposit, and I am thankful for that. :) Breakfast was good, but they can clean up earlier than the expected meal duration which was a little disappointing.

Room poorly maintained (shower temp wouldn't stay fixed), towel rack broke, etc. Friendly staff and "ok" breakfast but not worth the price for a hotel with rooms in this condition.

Unfortunately, the room was always noisy and especially kitchen items were dirty, not cleaned. For example, used coffee bag was still in the coffee maker and dirty sponge to wash dishes was there without replacement.

never had a complaint i stay here frequently after doing photoshoots when i just need to get away this time however was terrible they were literally having a party in room 215 i was in 115 the woman at the front desk waived parking yipee thank you for $25 that’s not the issue i had no sleep & paid $385 for a room hell no i don’t think i’ll be back anytime soon 👎 take my business back to the manhattan beach location which conveniently is down the street next to a target 🎯 & is always quiet

I didn't like rhe fact that therw was no shuttle busses from the airport to the facility. And there is no notification regarding refund for taxis.

Front desk was fast, friendly, helpful. Probably the best check in experience next to an onsite Disney resort stay. We stayed 2 nights and it was so nice and quiet. I forget the front desk gals name but we asked about good places to eat across from the street and she recommended the Calif Chicken place?? across the street and it was very good. Taking Lyft to and from Sofi stadium for the Chargers vs Chiefs game was extremely easy.

My family and I had a great experience at this hotel. The suite was spacious, clean and came with everything we needed. Our daughter enjoyed her morning swims at the pool and jacuzzi. The complimentary breakfast was awesome and had a good variety of choices. The hotel staff was also very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning on our next trip to LA.

Property was beautiful, staffing was welcoming and loved their pool side decor.

The room did not have a working table. This was the first time which counter lay selected. So I had to use small dining table for computer and a lot of documents for business.

Only negative point is that the housekeeping was not done as asked when checking in. Others are good.

When we arrived at the property we were immediately informed that the pool was closed and they were renovating it, however there was NO work being done while we were there. If we had known the pool was not available we would have stayed in our Palm Springs hotel an extra night.

However, this time around everything looked great, and was a near-perfect stay. Only a couple of suggestions to make it superb: Since housekeeping is by request only, there should be more explanation of what you can and cannot request as far as amenities. There are no booklets or online information given in the room. Yes, I know the television channel is supposed to be your guide...but, guests need a guide to explain that. Things are a little too pared down now. Breakfast buffet - not so creative. What would it take to add a couple more menu choices in the rotation? Also, it's weird to still provide paper plates bowls/plastiware. C'mon, the pandemic is over...if you want to be superb, offer real plates/bowls and flatware daily. My building/room was non-smoking, but there was a very slight odor to the room that shouldn't be there. It was weird and couldn't really figure out what was causing it. The kitchen suite stock was barely covering the basics. You should provide normal sized dinner plates for entrees- not salad plates. So, my stay this time was Excellent, but not Superb. Great job on everything else, and I will be returning on my next LA stay!!

Home away from home ! We have family living in LA so we visit 2 times a year and this hotel is our favorite place to stay ! We love love it here ! Checking in was very easy and person at the front desk was so helpful and kind.

I felt safe at the property as a person who was traveling alone. However, there weren't a lot of dining areas close by (although a new Panera was soon to open across the street). Overall, I would stay here again.

Electric car charging options were nearby.

I can’t remember the desk clerk’s name but she was absolutely amazing very welcoming and pleasant. Helped multiple people always with a smile and graciousness. Room and outside pool was fantastic. Kids really enjoyed themselves.

The hotel had everything we needed for our stay with complete kitchenette amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location isn’t very convenient cause there no near places to visit or to shop for groceries. Also, pool opening time is a little bit late (10 am) in my opinion and can also be cleaned better.

We had a great stay. The pull out ciuch unfortunately was not comfortable for an aging person with arthritis. However the bed in the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and included in price. We will stay here again when we visit my Mom in El Segundo😊

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful; hot breakfast was good; cash reimbursement for ride from LAX to hotel as well as free taxi to LAX great idea- better than running a shuttle! The room was well equipped with microwave, dishwasher, stove etc., but it smelled like stale spicy food. Opening windows helped a bit but brought in metro train noise. Room could use a deep carpet/floor cleaning to remove the smell.

Nice and quiet Hotel!

This was by far the worst experience ever maintenance had to come the first night to fix a lot of things it was bugs in the room the bed was horrible I'm truly upset this trip was 828.00 dollars all the manager did was offer half off of the first night like really when I'm killing bugs in your room

The hotel had refrigerator, stove, and microwave and that was really nice to have. The breakfast was great and saved me some money. A variety to choose from. The pool was open and the jacuzzi was great (hot water). Right now its cold in LA like you need a jacket and long pants so the hot tub was a plus. It is also near places to eat within walking distance. 7/11 store is next door. You have to uber or drive everywhere from this location. Uber to the Redondo beach and not much to do in this area other than that. Room size was nice and had a little couch, bed was comfortable. Hotel room is just like picture.

Really liked the inn. Plenty of space, clean, contained all utilities & near LAX airport. They didn’t do housekeeping without us asking for it but were prompt on giving us towels when requested.
