The staff was fantastic! My family was there for a wedding and the 2 bedroom suite was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay. We got the two bedroom suite. It was great. The staff was great. The property was clean. The breakfast was wonderful and the pool wasn’t too cold. Would definitely stay again.

We've stayed there multiple times over the last 9 months, so I would have expected a phone call before we were charged. The last time we stayed there we booked a room with a queen size bed and we're given a full size instead - so uncomfortable for two grown adults. Add to that an inedible breakfast (rubbery sausage anyone??) and it's overall a miss. Needless to say, we've already made arrangements for our upcoming visits in the summer and fall and they do NOT have us at this location.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great area, the room was clean and nice. Also the small kitchen and the full fridge was excellent for our stay. Breakfast is a good addition. My only suggestion is to change a bit the breakfast we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights so it was the same breakfast. Definitely recommended and will be back again we loved the area.

The property can use some deep cleaning, lobby area seemed dirty, did not enjoy seating there. Room - had to put a sheet over the sofa as you can tell it has not been washed in awhile, A/C unit is loud and can't get it under 68 as AC unit freezes. So warm room indeed.

I have got to say this is by far one of the nicest places ive stayed in.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. Not only were they beyond accommodating, the entire staff were all very helpful and also super nice and friendly! They made everything so easy and it really felt like a home away from home! Not to mention when they say they’re dog friendly they mean it! No crazy high pet fee and my dogs felt just as welcomed as I did! And hands down best hotel breakfast to exist! I will be staying at the staybridge every time I’m here!

Our a/c was not working and was extremely warm. They found the a/c was broken and tried moving us to multiple rooms before finally finding a room that actually worked. This was 1am when my family and I finally were able to move. We arrived at 8pm. It was terrible. They promised a refund for our stay and then refused upon my attempt with hotels.com.

Nice room and property. Not much within walking distance. Upstairs guests were very loud, partying and moving furniture all night. Maybe this is just a college town norm, but felt very unprofessional to let it go on all night.

Parking horrible. Way too many handicapped and diamond members parking. Have to walk a bit to park and no awning for when it is raining.

I had the reservation down for next weekend, but it ended up being for this weekend. I tried to contact Expedia and they were no help about the situation. I am very, very disappointed in how y’all handled this.

Shower didn't work, garbage disposal didn't work, frig was majorly dented and pillows were missing on beds. Told the front desk, guy didn't seem to want to discount our stay or even care much.

Staybridge Suites is Awesome! Expedia is horrible! I was charged by BOTH Expedia AND the property. Don’t use Expedia! Reserve and pay directly at Staybridge Suites.

Location was great, walked to Razorback baseball game. Overall comfortable stay for family. Latches were broken to bedroom door, brought to staff attention and not fixed during stay. The room was cleaned while we were there 3 nights. Loved the kitchen area and had kitchen basics available. Horrible room coffee, but breakfast buffet coffee was much better.

Okay this location is superb for anything at the University of Arkansas. But it seems that they are living off that. Swimming pool was dirty, the gym appears to not being cleaned in a long time. We went a couple of times and noticed everything was just as we left it. Doesn’t appear the mats are cleaned ever!! Pool was dirty. The bathtub had the enamel chipped and rusted, and the handle to the toilet was broken. Poor property management but were charged NYC prices!!! I’ve stayed here multiple times, but will be looking for a new place next trip

There was absolutely no place to charge our phones! This caused a huge problem for us. There was no paper or pens available.

Everyone we encountered was super helpful. The room was extremely clean- impressively so. The indoor pool was like our own private oasis. Also, the kitchenette in our room, for the price of the room- wow! Didn’t know such a thing existed. I just kept telling my family how impressed I was during our stay. Moving to the area soon so we will definitely stay again and when our family comes to visit, this will be their staying destination. Thanks for the clean, well appointed stay!!

Overall the hotel was nice. We would stay here again. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect and it had 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space. The hotel breakfast was decent. The furniture in the room was a bit outdated and our couch cushion had a rip in it. The bed was pretty firm but we still slept okay.

My favorite part is they only put a $25 accidental charge on your card. The breakfast is always great too! We always try to stay here when we’re in town for baseball or softball games for our kids.

Room was spacious and very clean. Hot breakfast was pretty good and nice atmosphere. Impressed with the amenities and court yard area.

Upon entry I could tell that the room was not clean. The bed was poorly made and the desk area was covered with strange residue of shorts as if it had not been cleaned in between guest. In the end, we did not feel comfortable enough to stay there and opted for a cleaner & nicer hotel despite the no refund policy which sucked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

It’s an 8 minute drive to Dickerson street. But there’s no where to walk to. The only good place is rated 3 stars so I avoided that. Uber eats or drive to get food I would stay here again

The front desk staff is what made our stay excellent. They were kind, friendly, and helpful. Washer and dryers were a bit older but it was free so couldn’t complain. Our 2-room suite was clean and updated. I appreciated that the kitchen had utensils, bowls, cup, including a dishwasher. We were able to grill and hangout in the nice private courtyard. Clean pool! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. The first time, the room and staff were fabulous. This time, I had a nice room and it looked clean however it had a VERY strong smell, almost like cat pee. Maybe it was just that one room. Not sure what it was, but it was bad. Staff was super nice and the location is great.

It is right across the street from the Razorback baseball stadium and you can just walk to the games!!!

We enjoy staying at this property when we are going to watch Arkansas Razorbacks baseball! It's so nice to park at the hotel and walk to the game. The small strip center right in front has 2 delicious eating options for before or after the game!

The property is very well taken care of. Room was clean and well decorated. Breakfast better than most. Only issue was children stomping in room above us and others running the halls. Sound carried through the walls and floors. Management needs to warn, move and then remove violators.

I had an amazing stay at Staybridge! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and inviting, but the real standout was Jesse. His friendly and attentive service made my visit exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Arrived super late and front desk clerk was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable for our short stay. Breakfast was warm abundant and area clean.

We had trouble with the door locking but the desk addressed immediately. Our front desk guy was great and we really appreciated the service.

The room looked really nice but we walked into a roach on the bed the hotel handled it professionally sprayed but unfortunately did have another suite available so we slept a little uncomfortable while there an hade to make sure no bugs traveled back with us

Found a roach in my room gross! I've NEVER seen a roach in a hotel before. I will NEVER be going back! I'm so disappointed.

The facility is kept well and clean. The location is so convenient for visiting Univ. of Arkansas. We haven’t tried restaurants around the university campuses yet, but seems like we have a lot of options to choose from.

Friendly front desk, rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quite. Highly recommend.

Great location for any U of A event. But not much going on at the hotel. No bar no real restaurant, just a breakfast that is nice.

We stayed We’d-Sunday, room could have been bigger. Especially when we had to utilize the pull out couch. Other than that. The hotel was full and never heard any noise … Continental breakfast was good.

We were there to visit our granddaughter who is in college there. It was a perfect stay for us since we had a two bedroom suite. The rooms were not modern or updated but very clean and certainly clean and comfortable! We always try to stay there when in Fayetteville.

My best friend and I take a girls trip every year in October to see the foliage and get away. We have stayed at the hotel for 3 years in a row, always a great experience. I even asked for the same room (we've had it every year), as it is at the end of the hall, quiet, and now feels like home. It has been a great place to stay with all the comforts of home. The kitchen area is great; we fix snacks and enjoy the room. The breakfast is always a plus, too- we can eat before going out to explore and save money. It's been great for us!

This property offered breakfast and dinner options with your stay which i found amazing. You also get free laundry onsite, we will be staying here again in a few weeks when we visit again.

Our stay was great again

We stayed on a game day weekend. The hotel lobby was decorated with fun Hogs decor and the game was on in the lobby. There was a fire pit lit outside in the courtyard for fans to sit after the game. Rooms were cleans and the beds were super comfortable. Everything was perfect!

We stayed for a night for a wedding, front desk was sweet and knee what group we were apart of and kept us close to orher wedding guest rooms. Breakfast was good lots to try. The open area was nice and lovely firepit grills available so we were able to grill food.

Great place to stay when in Fayetteville!!

What we especially enjoyed were all of the amenities. There's a full hot breakfast every morning with sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon some days, toast,cereal waffles, oatmeal, anything you want. They also have a social hour on weekdays early evening which provides a light dinner and free soft drinks. I think they will also give you a beer or two but I'm not sure since we didn't drink. We also loved eating our breakfast on the outdoor patio which was very nice, and at night they had a fire pit which made a really nice place to sit out and talk. They have an indoor pool which we didn't use, a work out room, and free laundry facility for guests. The lobby is a nice place to work if you need to get some things done using Wi-Fi or if you want to just hang out or play board games at the comfy chairs were tables. Be aware that they have very limited housekeeping so don't stay here if you want full housekeeping every day. I would recommend this hotel for anyone going to Fayetteville and would absolutely stay here again
