What we really liked about this stay was the location. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by and the building feels like it's in the country with all the mature trees around it.

Cons: The breakfast looked very unappetizing. They did have yogurt,so that saved the day. The picnic table in the back needs to maybe be replaced. That was the only outdoor area for gathering. We didn’t use the pool area. There was a small pool and hot tub. Overall, it was decent for what we paid.

Room was very clean and well laid-out. Bed was comfortable and the soaking tub was a plus after a long day of hiking. :) Even though the property was nearly full, it was blessedly quiet.

We needed a bed, food was close by.

Staff was five star professional. Breakfast was excellent. Property was clean but now well maintained. There was tears in hallway carpet, dated paint and decor in the lobby, scuffs on every wall, stains/scratches on toilet in room.

Breakfast was excellent with many choices and fresh ingredients. The staff was exceptional. Enjoyed visiting with Cheryl, manager and Karin in the breakfast room. ***** Bed was too soft.

The staff was SO nice especially the guys at the front desk. I was staying for 4 nights & the first morning my hair dryer on the wall did not work. I called the front desk & within 10 minutes maintenance was at my door with a brand new one & installed it. The breakfast was good but thought there could be a few more options offered. I would stay here again!

Arrived early and they let me check in early without hesitation. Clean room, great breakfast, and location. Went to a hockey game in Loveland and didn't wanna spend the money the hotels were charging there. Traveled with a dog, very pet friendly.

They have 6 level 2 chargers. We own an EV and the price was very reasonable

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The only complaints we have are the fact the hot tub was out of order due to a gasket repair, and we do understand those things happen, and the manager was very apologetic about it. The other complaint was our coffee maker in our room was missing a part, so we could not make coffee in our room, so a bit of an inconvenience, again manager was very apologetic. But overall our stay was nice and relaxing for our anniversary weekend, and the customer service was amazing. Already planning for next year.

My husband and I loved the hot tub, staff and service were very great. The hotel is clean and well taken care of, along with the housekeeping staff that cleaned our room while staying. Front desk staff were great! And accommodations were excellent! Would surely book again when coming to Fort Collins.

The checkin was very slow. There was a large spider on the toilet, the clock hadn’t been adjust from daylight saving and the air conditioner was very loud.

We checked in late on a Saturday night. Check in was easy. Got to room and noticed long dark hair coiled up in corners of bathroom near tub-yuck. There were also some strands of hair on the comforter. Breakfast below average, sugary cereals, high sugar yogurt and muffins. It's likely on par with similar price points.

The rug in our room was filthy. We spilled some water and blotted it up with a hotel towel. When we looked at the towel, it was very dirty without any scrubbing. The couch was very worn and I suspect, also very dirty. We won’t stay here again.

After another 10 minutes, it was finally resolved by a screen refresh. This am I attempted to tell the lady at the front desk of my room issues. She was very rude. I’ve stayed at many Comfort Suites that were nice. This was not.

The properly fulfilled our purpose for visiting Fort Collins, we are from New Orleans and southern hospitality plays a big part in being away from home. The staff was very accommodating and exemplified true Midwest hospitality lol thank you all so very much and god bless.

Water pressure in shower was nonexistent and Luke warm at best … not sure we will stay here again … the area is great but we might try another neighboring hotel next time. The dog friendly option is why we stay but our dog doesn’t care for the room … very noisy

The staff is always unaware of the presence of the guests because they are always on there cell phones or gathered together chatting while there are many guests in the lobby and dining room area.

Also on a Friday night at 2:45am very low group out in the parking lot. Had to call the front desk to ask they handle the issue. Seemed to get better in 30 minutes.

The hotel room smelled so bad of dog pee that we left the hotel after one night. The hotel did not seem to care that their hotel was filthy. They offered to spray some air freshener in the room. The room was way beyond what air freshener could do. No one should stay at this place.

Hair was clogging our bathroom drain. Also there was a major illegal safety concern with the hot tub that my husband addressed with the staff. Luckily they took care of that right away. For the price we paid to stay there was very high for our experience. We have stayed at nicer places for a cheaper rate

there was vomit or something similar in the parking area during my whole stay of 4 nights, someone should have cleaned it up since it was in the 2nd parking space closest to the front door.

We basically booked just before we walked in. We booked through Expedia. When we checked out the woman was very cordial and mentioned that in the future to book direct as it more flexible versus booking through a third party for the same price and she said in most times they will price match. Quiet, clean and convenient.

My sister was traveling with us and got her own room. She checked in right after us. The clerk said; I suppose you want a room on the first floor. Do you people care more about pets than people? This clerk needs an attitude adjustment.

The staff that checked us in did not greet us when walking in and never smiled. She was very cold, like we were disrupting her night. We tried to used the hot tub but there was so much chlorine (or other chemical) in the water our eye stung and after 15 minutes in the water our skin started to itch.We went went to breakfast at 7:30 and there were no biscuits for the biscuits and gravy and there were no eggs in the warmer.

The outside door didn't always work, Coffee and tea not replaced in room. Cold eggs, uncooked sausage.

Real good breakfast , good quick service , if you don't have pets be sure to make it clear , we had a misunderstanding , but it got cleared up , it's too easy to accidentally check off , pets on the paper you sign , plus they hold a 100$ for incidentals , I don't like that

Seems like a busy hotel. For 3 nights it was okay. Would have been nice to have someone clean the room and get clean towels. We went to Breakfast too late, I guess and there wasn’t much left as far was hot food. Not a very “nice” worker in the kitchen/breakfast area.

My wife and I liked our visit, We were treated well by the staff and had no problems. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and the hot tub was good and hot. It had one of the best breakfasts we have found recently. I was not aware of the policy of putting a $100 hold on the card to cover property damage.

Overall, a great hotel but bring earplugs. Staff was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel was tucked off the main road and was nice a quiet. We didn't use the pool but it looked very well maintained and clean. Our only issue was how thin the walls were. We could hear the neighbors wash their hands, take a shower, shuffle across the room, alllll the noise. It wasn't just a loud room, we could hear both rooms on either side of us and the room above us. Great hotel though, just bring earplugs and you'll love it.

The staff was very friendly. The room seemed clean. Our only complains were a few things seemed outdated and the way the dining area was set up isn’t very efficient. It seemed pretty disorganized and we were all bumping into each other to get to the good/drinks. Otherwise, not a bad place to stay!

Quick overnight stay for a CSU basketball game. Check in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. Easy to get to from the highway. Reasonable price
