Beds were comfy nice rooms It was clean but there was old pee buildup on underside of Toilet seat microwave wasnt clean.

The hotel is very clean, good breakfast, very nice staff. Special shout out to all the people working long shifts at the front desk, they were always so polite and helpful, and to Marcus that was working the breakfast room, he went above and beyond for all the people, just a joy....

Most of it TV out all night. They said it was weather related. If so not acceptable. No power loss just signal. Fix it!!!!

The breakfast far exceeded any complimentary breakfast with delicious food options, easy to access coffee, and exceptional service from the buffet attendant!!!!! He was helpful to people wanting waffles by bringing them out when finished cooking.

Absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish! The customer service was excellent and every staff member was friendly, professional, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Marcus at breakfast — he was amazing! He went above and beyond every morning with such a positive attitude and made the breakfast experience even better. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Honestly, I have absolutely no complaints. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Beds need to be updated as well as the pillows, but other than that it was a good stay

The person at counter was under the counter on her phone and appeared to be "put out" by our presence. 3. There was no room number written on key card sleeve. we had to come back and ask. 4. There no wifi pass word info. No one was answering the phone to give us that info, so I had to make an additional trip down to the front desk.

The area was nice. The hotel was nice. We received a text message asking how everything was, which I thought was great. The hotel management can improve a little in equipping and empowering their team members to respond more favorably to requests if they are going to send out those text messages. Overall a good experience at this hotel.

Quick check-in, clean room, simple but tasty breakfast, and clean pool/hot tub. Exactly what we needed while visiting Fort Collins. Also close to lots of grocery/restaurant options.

The rooms were some of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Everything smelled so clean. Even the top bedding which we all know doesn’t always get cleaned. The staff was so nice and helpful.

The room was nice and clean, although there was a lot of face makeup on the bath towel. I returned it to the front desk and let them know about it. It was clean, it just had that makeup that hadn’t washed out probably. Otherwise, everything was great!

The room was nice, the beds were comfortable and it was clean.

No major complaints about the accommodations other than the group of loud and inconsiderate university or high school athletes that showed up. After complaining, the staff did respond and it was resolved fairly quickly. I enjoyed the breakfast. 6-10AM. It was clean and always stocked with fresh food. Warm food and it changed every other day. Staff was pretty good other than one late night person. I went to the lobby and was waiting on a food delivery. I said hi t o the desk girl and she did not acknowledge me. She was counting something so no big deal. I waited there for another 10 minutes and she never said a thing. After I realized the food was delivered and it was sitting on the check in desk I got upset because had she asked if i needed anything I would have said I am waiting on food. She would have said, is this yours? I really feel she is just a typical 20 something with no common sense. I was P'd off because cold nachos suck. Other than her, I would stay again.

This was a nice hotel - HAMPTON INNS are predictable- not always a bad thing when traveling! It’s not luxury but they all tend to be clean and have good beds.

Get rid of the pet fee.

Rooms are clean. The property seems to be closer to non-residential area. There was smell outside the property when we arrived. Check in was smooth.

I had such a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—they were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile. My room was spotless, the amenities were well taken care of, and everything felt very relaxing. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable place to stay.

My only problem was my room wasn’t ready. It was available nearly 2 hours after the 3 o’clock check in time.

When we arrived to check in we were told that we did not have a reservation, even though i had a confirmation and i had alreadypaid for the room! I had to pay again in order to get one of the last open rooms. So basically i paid about $350 for one night at this hotel! No refund, nothing!

This is a tiny Hampton that has zero parking at night, especially for anyone with a moving truck or trailer.

Great place, super helpful staff. Our tv reception went haywire, they never were able to fix it while we were there but they really tried. It wasn’t their fault and they really did the best they could for us.

Waas the nicest room of the 8 we had on our trip. Pool open until 12am which I used until 11. Breakfast was good, beds comfy and a hair dryer for my wife.

Relatively convenient to I-25 and also not far from downtown Ft Collins. Clean, nice staff, and set back from main road so it is quiet. Our preferred hotel in Ft Collins area.

Overall, I guess the property was OK. But the staff at the front desk upon check-in were very rude and a bit nosy. The room was cleaned enough, except there was black hair in the tub and they put me a single person with no children in a room above the pool, which was incredibly hot And loud and then a family of small children running all night long above me, which I could hear them stomping on the floor all night

We stay at this Hampton Inn every time we go to Fort Collins. We enjoy the cleanliness, comfort, customer service and breakfast.

Friendly staff. Referred some places to check out. Breakfast was good and the staff member was keeping it clean. This was a good stay. I would stay here again.

Overall it was a good experience. Hot breakfast is always a plus. Friendly staff, indoor pool, plenty of parking, great price. We would stay again.

The stay was excellent except for the inconsiderate guest next door 313 who was so loud taking and baby crying even putting dirt diapers outside their door.

They go way above and beyond their “duties” . My brother is a handicapped Vet who had to leave his house due to water leaks And his caregiver abandoned him at the Inn. Everyone stepped up to support him- and me while I was there. And they continue to do so - making certain he has what he needs. The Hilton mothership needs to commend this particular Inn’s employees. They are So Much More than that.

The guy up front hates his job. He was not friendly at all. I had to say "hello" to him when I walked in. He just looked at me then said "hi" The whole standing there while he checked me in and didn't say anymore words to me was awkward. He needs to be retrained in customer service. The room was very comfy, and the bed was also. The breakfast needs biscuits and gravy! Thank you I will be back

Had a great stay in early January 2025. I'll stay here again next time i'm in the area. No complaints at all. Especially appreciated the no charge EV charger.

The entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I didn't get any names, however, there was a female at the front desk who was very kind and helpful.

Your entry way, the drop off, entry and walks were icy, it was not shoveled and nothing to mitigate the icy spots; noise was off the charts and entire hockey league teams ran up and down the halls for hours in the late afternoon and early evening - guests should not be permitted to let children race endlessly around the halls and stairs; also never could get my room's TV to work - so no TV, and no ability to get the TV working when I went to the desk. I have stayed here before, and no issues but this was not the best stay this time.

It smelled like dog poo everywhere we went outside. Im not sure what that is.

Was taken aback when checking in and was told there may be an extra fee of $25 when checking out. They did not charge more than what was booked. However, their hotel is overpriced a little comoared to other hotels in the area.

The daily breakfast selection was decent. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The fitness area was a big feature for us. The choice of offering free weights and updated machines was impressive. Our room was neat clean and tidy. Maybe adding more hooks for towels in the bathroom could be useful. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
