Clean rooms, mostly accommodating staff. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

Nice warm pool, hot hottub. And the kid at the desk was extremely helpful and helped make our vacation run so much smoother.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Exterior grounds were well manicured and had plenty of options for my dog. Lots of food choices nearby!

We never met the hotel manager but you can tell by the staff’s behavior that she stresses customer service. Everyone of the staff is always helping another team member. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The rooms feel extra spacious at Holiday inn express. The shower head and water pressure was the best and I wanted to stay in there just a little longer. The eggs at breakfast perfect!

The hotel check-in staff were absolutely superb. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Those gentlemen made the process smooth and efficient, with every detail handled quickly and accurately. What stood out most was their genuine friendliness—they made us feel valued as guests rather than just another reservation. They were so helpful and happy to answer questions without hesitation. Overall, an outstanding first impression that set the tone for a great stay. Also, the rooms were clean and the beds- so comfortable! Slept like a rock! Highly recommend!

Was a great easy stay. Our room wasn’t as described which was kinda sad because i got It for the 3 kings beds but there was only 2 and a couch sofa. Which nobody likes. But was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great.

Staff was absolutely incredible!!!! I've stayed hundreds of places and this one, by far, had the friendliest staff. We def stayed in the pool longer than our time limit and they were so kind and so caring!!!! What am amazing crew!!!! We will be back. Our stay was amazing. Hot tub move and hot, breakfast was awesome, beds soft and air conditioner top notch!!!!

The staff was great and the room was clean. Unfortunately the traffic noise from the street was so loud that it was hard to sleep.

The room was clean but there was dog hair on the room couch.

Room was clean, quiet and pleasant. The breakfast, especially the coffee, was great for hotel food. And we appreciated being allowed to stay with our 2 dogs.

Turning the shower head on was illogical. We even looked under the couch for a hidden button. Receptionist told us how to do it and said people kept asking about it. Overall it should be very convenient to someone already buck naked in the tub,

Easy, Quick check-in. Request a room on the opposite side of the main street, or you will hear traffic all night as Harmony is a main thoroughfare. Breakfast was extremely limited, only Waffles and dried cereal when we tried at 8:30am for a breakfast that is scheduled to be available from 6:30-10:00am Room was clean, and AC worked great! There are quite a few dining options in the area that you can easily walk to.

The staff were cordial and professional, the room was spotless and in perfect condition and the breakfast was warm and plentiful.

Hotel was mediocre overall. Hot tub was warm not hot, which I think could be a safety concern. The food was meh but it was "free". Cleanliness seemed ok. The bed was very comfortable (beauty rest mattress). The AC was very loud and rattling. Ice machines were broken. The staff Ethan and Robert were excellent. Staff Lauren not so much and should not be in customer service I would never go back to this hotel due to this woman and how she handled a 6-hour beeping annoying fire alarm. I had to escalate through customer service to receive any sort of compensation which was a one night stay which was satisfactory but the way she handled it was just terrible and really added insult to injury. If you're going to compensate someone do it with a smile, not a passive aggressive dismissive tone...... absolutely ridiculous.....she has no idea how to deal with customers.

Ice machines not working, but otherwise very nice

Staff bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast excellent. The hotel is located in a lovely area and quiet.

Property was conveniently located, staff was friendly. Didn’t like that neither ice machine was working during our stay.

The Internet did not work most of the time, both ice machines were broken, and the front door was broken.

The bed and pillows were simply ok, not very comfortable, but not the worst. The air conditioner unit sounded like a helicopter was outside the window, which was annoying. There was blood on the edge of the sheets that was not ours, we hadn’t noticed when it was tucked under the bed. One of the pillows smelled weird on one side, ew! Breakfast was good.

We were there on a Wednesday night so it was pretty quiet. The only downside was the proximity to a very busy street. We would definitely go back, but ask for a room on the south side of the building.

Hot tubs are a rarity in Fort Collins for some reason, so we were delighted to find one here. The pool was also a nice temperature instead of freezing, so the kids actually enjoyed it. The room was large and well maintained. Breakfast was your standard hotel fare. Kids were delighted with watching the pancake machine. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Well I enjoy going there all the time when I stay in Fort Collins cause it's by a lot of different places to eat and also like that you can even walk to them if needed to also they have a hot tub and swimming pool to get in and relax and have some fun

The guy up front was so nice and full of information. The bed was so comfy I wanted to take it home. The room was clean and quiet. U til I could hear kids running above me. I called the front desk and it was done quick. Thank you for caring about me trying to sleep at 10:30 when I hear running above me so late! The breakfast was good I wish u guys had chocolate milk !! Staff at check in was rude. Phone in room didn’t work. 1 staff member was happy to have maintenance take care of it, mentioned it to other staff the next morning (who had checked us in the first night) rudely stated that he didn’t know if they can do anything about it. Maintenance came in the next day and was polite. Honestly the stay would be a 4.5 star if you get rid of that 1 staff member.

Good hotel - we stayed here last year and it has excellent staff at reception and a seamless check in. Clean and good sized rooms with comfy beds. Breakfast is ok - with some healthy options available.

Our room was fairly noisy...it faced E Harmony and our upstairs "neighbors" were very heavy on their feet. Bathroom tile could use a deeper cleaning. Otherwise, okay. First stay here, pretty much on par with other like priced hotels in the area.

The breakfast was very nice. The bed in our handicap friendly was barely off the floor and the mattress so soft my handicapped husband really struggled to get up from it. Other than the bed issue it was very nice. 3 stars is because the bed is the reason for getting a room.

Because of your booking error all the handicap rooms were given out even though I reserved one because I am totally lame on one leg and need bars to get up…I had to take the elevator to the first floor during the night so I won’t fall….they did get me my booked room tge second night…this is a hotel.com booking over booking …not wonderful for the truly handicapped

The hotel was very clean. Our bed was perfect for us. The staff were friendly during check in check out. The breakfast was a good holiday inn breakfast lots to choose from. Omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cold and hot cereals, breads and sweet pastries. The hot tub was hot but the jets were not working 😞 overall great stay.

Solid. Check in was easy. Extra bedding for the sofa bed ready. Nice extra facilities - basic gym, hot tub and small pool. Good breakfast. Multiple items were broken / out of service (treadmill, hot tub) - maybe bad luck when we were there, but were out of service for the three days we were there. Service / clean towels were skipped one day.

I like going to this property every chance that you get cause it's clean and quiet and no one ever bothers you there

Excellent property and location.

I was a little surprised by the condition of this property for a HIE. There were some holes in the bottom of the wall in the hallway on the 2nd floor, ceiling tiles had issues in places and the carpet has definitely seen better days. Great location, but it’s definitely time for a remodel to get up to the usual standards I find at these hotels. Not expecting 5 star, but holes in walls and shabby carpet should be addressed. Staff were friendly.

It was a great and fun time spending time with my friends

This is the third motel where we have stayed recently of the same chain. The first one had been recently remodeled and was outstanding. The last two have been good, but not outstanding. The rooms are large and clean. The beds are comfortable and the amenities are good. The breakfast are varied and tasty. My only criticism is the WiFi is slow and the bath towels are thin compared to others I had in other motel chains. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

This is a nice property. We were very comfortable at this hotel.

Overall it was fine except for the breakfast. Two days of my stay there was no hot breakfast and the fruit offered was old and brown. Was a little disappointing as part of the reason I choose to stay at the hotel is because breakfast included. Had to go out for breakfast two of the days. Was also scolded by staff for getting a bagel to go two minutes before the breakfast opened as my early morning shuttle was almost there to pick me up for my flight home. Didn’t think that was necessary especially since I had to buy breakfast two days of my stay and it was only at the most two minutes before 6am opening time That was a little unnecessary

Nice hotel in a business/residential area. Not many dining options within walking distance but several,places are just a short drive. Try to get a room on the front side of hotel as there is a very busy noisy road just behind it.
