Courtyard by Marriott Fort Collins

We liked everything.

There was no breakfast, unless you paid for it at the bar. The hot tub and pool were not available. We were told we could use it the next day but then that day they said they would not open it up. The property was not well maintained. I would recommend a different facility. Typically Marriot properties are really nice but this one was not as nice.

Love staying here especially when I get a room on the courtyard.

The staff are amazing! They went above and beyond helping me check ingredients in the bistro and the bar staff were warm and welcoming! The hotel is clean and the location is safe. The front desk staff and friendly and helpful! The AC in the rooms. It either blows super cold or blows hot air if trying to warm the room up.

Excellent location for convenience! You are located right off of Harmony yet the rooms are quiet. I love the ability to walk to a few nearby restaurants. The staff is friendly and the beds are comfortable. I wish I could open the window a little more to let in fresh air.

Everything went very well and was pretty quite and didn't hear anyone going in and out only when they were walking past your door but other then that it was a good stay....

We have stay at this property a couple of times with no problems. However not this stay. This time we got our room as we specifically asked the clerk at the front desk about getting a room close to the hot tub. So she did give us a room on the first floor close to the hot tub. Well we got into the room and that is the LOWEST bed I have ever sleep in. I told my husband it’s pretty sad when your couch is higher than the bed. Well we went down to the hot tub and we were the only ones there. My husband turn on the jets and I stepped in and told my husband if I say it’s luke warm that would be really hot. It was the coldest HOT tub I have ever been in. My husband went back to the room and I went to the front desk. I got there and mentioned it to the front desk clerk (that we checked in with) and told her about the cold hot tub and she said”it’s a work in progress” then I ask if all the beds are as low as the one in our room. She explained no it doesn’t have a box spring, the one that was there got ruined and they never replaced it and I don’t know why they keep renting it out” she did change us rooms. I just find it amazing that when we told her we want a room close to the hot tub she could have said the hot tub isn’t working and knowing the room did have a box spring she still put us in that room. Like I said previous stays have been fine but not this time and we have two more trips to Ft Collins CO for medical reason and rethinking our future stay at Courtyard by Marriott.

The room is very clean; employees are friendly and supportive. It has a fitness center and swimming pool, where I enjoyed it. It is located near Safeway supermarket where I can buy groceries and other required stuff. There are restaurants within a few 100 meters. Overall, I am very happy to have stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Fort Collins.

The outdoor courtyard was a nice place to relax. The rooms could use new flooring and removal of the popcorn ceilings.

The staff are fantastic. The music is for techno-esque and not very pleasant at 6am breakfast. Hard to identify the hotel front without a sign on the front of the building. Overall adequate stay.

I made reservation after midnight due to automotive breakdown. Arrived at hotel at 2am, exhausted after being stuck on side of road for 3 hours. Upon arrival, I was told I couldn't check in until after 8am unless I paid for a second room. Sat in my car 6 hrs. Room was dirty.

Room was good. Location was great. Only downfall was the spa was closed and we were looking forward to using it during our stay.

Loud music in the courtyard at night and early in the morning. We asked for a new comforter as our water bottle had leaked onto ours when we first arrived and they didn’t have a single extra one in the entire hotel.

The stay was nice, but I see our bathroom was not totally clean and there was some confusion with when the restaurant would be open due to the night desk clerk. Other then that it was a nice stay.

Front desk staff was great. Stairwells smelled like cinnamon which I loved, and our room was clean. No issues at all! We would stay here again if we come back to FoCo.

The morning staff (Summer) is absolutely great.

The lady on the night shift was fantastic. My daughter at CSU broke her leg playing hockey. I came up from south Denver to help her in the ER and take care of her. It was a long night. The lady that greet us was wonderful get us checked in and went out of her way to assist. I was tired and on my own managing everything. So her help was a welcome relief. Much appreciated.

Enjoyed our stay. We thought by no cars in the parkingl ot that we were not in a good place but we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. Great staff and clean hotel. Beds are a little hard but ok.

The fact we got stuck in the elevator for over 20 minutes. Calling for help and ringing the bell. Screaming for help. To finally have someone arrive to get us out. Not one sorry, oh my are you okay? No he asks what did you do, what happened. Explained that we got in the elevator pushed our level for our room. Door slams close then opens randomly with a slight crack then continues to do so over and over. Called on the emergency phone and all we heard was radio chatter no one answer. Pushed the alarm button. Screaming and yelling for someone to help us for over 20 minutes. It was very alarming that no one seem to care we were stuck in the elevator. Then after we calm down and decided to stay for the remainder of our trip. We went to the front desk. Explained and were told oh sorry. He will get the elevator fixed. I asked for manager. And he said he would get that for me. While waiting we ordered food from the bar area dining. Food was to go. We took back to our room instead of eating at the tables to hopefully enjoy our stay. After 30 minutes of waiting. Still no manager. We take our food upstairs. Open and it’s all burnt. We were so hungry that we just ate the fries and called it a night. Left as soon as we awoke to get out of there. We were hoping to have a better experience. The rooms are great. The pool and indoor jacuzzi were awesome. Maybe we will try another location?

My planned accomodations with a friend fell through. Marriott came through, again. My room was cozy and clean. I felt safe and comfortable. Staff was feiendly and helpful. And the price was right!

Had to park a long way from closest entry to our room-- not very convenient for loading and unloading luggage and no luggage carts except at main entrance. Very minimal counter space in bathroom.

I always try to stay in Fort Collins's area when traveling this way. Stayed here coming and going, better the 1st time. on my way home stopped here knowing it was clean and convenient still could get food and a drink. The week before there was a wedding held there so bar was adequately stocked. I guess they only restock once a month. The quirky bartender makes it a point that the display bottles are only old tea and water. So what we see we won't get. A new girl made 2 great old fashions and the quesadillas were delicious. The room was clean and nice slept hard then checked out. Point is this place has room to improve but not much. It is a pleasant place to stay.

Arrived and there were no key cards to enter room and use to get in and out of the facility. Staff did a nice job of accommodating guests but super inconvenient to have to go to the front desk or leave the door on your room ajar when utilizing the facilities on the property

I hsd a long drive that day, and was anxious to get in my pre-reserved room. Did not take time for some of the amenities, but enjoyed things I saw.

A solid hotel as you'd expect from a Courtyard by Marriott. A few hiccups at check-in, but other than that, our stay was excellent. Nice hotel bar that would give you ice for your drinks or coolers each day. The room--a bit small--was comfortable enough. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property with a beautiful room! The front desk staff was wonderful and we had no issues except for ants. They were in our bathroom and traveled into the bed a couple of times as well. Some must have gotten into our luggage cause we were finding them in our car on the way back home as well. The indoor pool was a bit cold so we didn't go in and the Jacuzzi was very loud and not very powerful. But it was the perfect temperature

I'm a "princess and the pea" type of customer... very VERY rarely do I find hotels with beds that don't feel like slabs of concrete.... The bed was quite comfortable and the pillows were great (didn't have to pull the extra out of the closet!) We didn't partake of the pool, hot tub, or fire pit. Nor did we have much contact with staff.. The little we had was great!

Courtyard by Marriott in Fort Collins, has an actual courtyard, which is a relaxing and welcoming space. There are several café restaurants across the street, and the pick up spot for ride chair was very safe and convenient The front desk staff, Connor, was particullatly kind and helpful.

Easy check in, clean room, great bed and pillows. Found an extra blanket in the closet, which was awesome for using on the couch. Air conditioner worked awesome. Water pressure was a bit low in the shower, and couldn't get the water super hot. But it was hot enough, and the shampoo and such were very nice. Zero complaints, would stay there again.

We checked in extremely late past midnight and the reception desk was extremely helpful, cordial and warm. They were an excellent representative of your hospitality.

They cancelled our reservation without telling us or calling us. They put us in a janky hotel nearby for only one night and were making us fend for ourselves the rest of the trip. Keep in mind we booked for 4 night so it was stressful. Don’t recommend!

The room was comfortable but not very sound proof. When trying to sleep, voices and snoring could be heard from adjacent rooms.

We purposefully selected a handicapped room because my husband has balance problems and needs shower bars. But the room we were given had obviously been modified to try to make it work, which resulted in a room that wasn’t very comfortable. The bed was sitting on the floor and about 20 inches high. It was very soft so when you sat on the edge you were even closer to the ground. It also had a peak in the middle so you rolled to the edge. There was only a single chair in the room, along with a desk chair. Since the bed wasn’t comfortable one of us sat in the desk chair and one in the armchair. They were different heights and made conversation challenging. The bathroom had a tub, but a shower chair was provided and lots of bars. But there was barely any counter space next to the sink to place a travel bag. And the loud fan automatically turned on with the light, which was quite annoying.

The check in was smooth and quick. The room was clean, the water pressure in the shower was great but you did have to wait a bit for the hot water to arrive. The bed was comfy. Courtyard was nice. Didnt eat at the property but many people were. We would say it gets 4 out of 5 stars. The staff was excellent, its location was good as well.

Rooms are small, housekeeping never came to our room and we didn’t have hot water in the shower. When calling front desk they offered to let the sink run and see if it worked because the water heater was on the other side of hotel.

It was an amazing stay except for the fact that the heater didn’t work in the bedroom. The lady came to try and fix it but couldn’t and offered us a new room but it was already midnight. So I used a hair dryer to warm up. But otherwise, very nice stay

The hotel recently had some renovations and is beautiful. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Our shower drain was completely clogged and would not drain at all. Also the water in the bathroom was cold and did not ever get warm. I called for help and the service person was very polite. He did fix the clogged drain in the shower, but the hot water issue could not immediately be fixed. We had very cold showers.
