Homewood Suites by Hilton Fort Collins

The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. The breakfast was great though it does close at 9 which can be a little inconvenient if you get a later start. The room had tons of space and the bed was very comfortable. The TV is a bit dated but you’re typically not staying in the room for the TV so it not a big problem. Lots of storage come in really handy.

The room I stayed in was awful. The TV was really blurry and garbled. the shower was okay. it was a room made for accessibility so it was extra large and those amenities were nice for anyone who would have been disabled. but, I didn't get any sleep for two full nights. it was in the corner on the top and there was huge water noises coming through the walls all night long and a rattle in the air conditioner that I couldn't get to because it was behind a locked door so I had to just turn it off and be hot. I told him about it after the first night they said they fixed it but they didn't. so the second night I didn't get any sleep either. after 2 days I said I have to leave. I can't sleep and they said they didn't have anything else and also said that they wouldn't give me a refund because I had gotten it from a third party app. I called that company and they said no refunds! So I packed up my things and put everything in the car and just planned to go to a different hotel that evening and then later they called and said they had another room for me. I moved to the separate room which was fine. they said for my trouble they would give me enough points for two nights stay but I never got them!

Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Helpful staff and good breakfast setup. We enjoyed a comfortable overnight stay here. Thank you!

Our room was not replenished, so I could not make coffee in the morning When I went down for coffee in the lobby, it was lukewarm. There was not enough hot water to make a tea. The men's bathroom was out of toilet paper in the morning, as well.

Expedia had the wrong check-in time; I arrived just after 3:00, intending to check in and shower before a meeting, only to be told that check-in was at 4:00 and my room wasn't ready. The desk clerk, who appeared to be high, offered me another room when I told her I needed to make it to a 5:00 meeting. I unloaded my vehicle and went up to the room, but although the key card worked, the door wouldn't open. When I went back to the desk, towing my luggage on the cart the whole way, the clerk testily responded, "Well, that's the door you have to jiggle and lift so it opens," like I was the idiot for not knowing that they had a known maintenance issue with the door and it required technique and force to open. Overall, a horrible experience with the check-in staff. The room, when I finally checked into my originally reserved one, was clean and served me well, but I won't be returning due to the customer service.

The room was a good size. The curtains were torn and not completely attached to the rod. They did not close well. The bathroom had trash left on the floor. The hallway to the roo. was freezing. Breakfast was cold. There was never anyone at the front desk. Just a sign left saying unavailable.

The rooms at this hotel are huge. My room had all the amenities of home including kitchen appliances. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Would definitely stay here again.

The door wouldn’t open with the key so we were told to ‘jiggle the handle and pull it up instead of down’ to get it to open. The bathtub leaked and so the floor tile was cracked and unsteady and the floor creaked. There were black/brown smears on the inside of the bathroom door. The TV cable channels shut off at 11:45 each night. The pull out was covered in large yellow/orange stains under the mattress cover that wreaked of stale urine. The elevator was so slow we walked the three flights of stairs faster than it arrived on our floor. There were stains all over the hall carpets. Staff was friendly, but will not be returning.

Facility is poorly maintained, Keys would not work half the time, electrical outlets did not work in kitchen and bath, breakfast items were cold. Will not be back!

Hotel was ok, pool/jacuzzi out of order, cable did not work the whole time there, outdated rooms, which made things not work the best. 1 light and fan did not work. Needs updated for sure for the price.

Night lady had a rude attitude when we simply needed more blankets due to it being cold out. Room was good but a bit older.

The rooms were clean. The cover on the beds you could tell were older. Maybe need replaced. The carpets are dirty throughout the hotel. Large stains everywhere. The overall hotel is clean though. Carpets just need a good cleaning

There was blood stains on the bedding, the breakfast was horrible. People came in and left to IHOP. We have stayed in other places from them and they have been clean and food was good. Just shocked about the conditions

Everything seemed to be very well maintained and clean. The staff was courteous and efficient. Our room was clean, quiet, and had evrything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

It was not a good experience. This staff was very rude.The only people that were nice were the maintenance staff.

It was ok not sure worth the money. The curtains didn’t shut tight big gap I used hair ties to close them. The bathroom outlet didn’t work made for drying hair difficult.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The king suite is spacious and quiet. Must say the bed is so comfortable I hated to leave it. Will be staying here again for sure.

The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond for us.

The service was great. The room was average. Hairdryer didn't work. The pool was like 65 degrees super cold. I do want to say finally all the staff was great!

The first issue was that the pool was closed because, as the front desk person shared, "lots of kids peed in it last weekend." Two nights in a row, all three TVs in the room wouldn't work. I called the first time, and it took about two hours to fix. The second time, we just played cards. In addition, one of the bathrooms had clear water damage. The floor sagged, and the bathroom reeked of mold. We wouldn't stay here again.

I had to run the water for 3 minutes to get hot water in the shower, which the staff said was normal. No cleaning wipes or towels in the exercise room. Otherwise all was good.

Terrible and dirty hotel

The property was nice, parking was good, breakfast was great, pool was being worked on so no comment there. Game room was decent, the lobby looked amazing. The staff were good and the room style/layout was great. The only negative thing I have to say about it was that the cleanliness of the couch and the carpet was good but had a few red stains which I would rather not know what they were. The rest of the room was great minus the microwave vent was broken like someone had hit it and the carpets in the hallways smelled funny. The hallway carpets also cause you to obtain a charge as you walked across them and when you touched the button for the elevator it would always give you a shock which was annoying.

I chose this hotel because it was reasonable priced and has a hot tub. There was no communication before have about the hot tub being out of service and I definitely would have stayed somewhere else.

I really liked that this hotel offered an apartment style (2 bedrooms each having its own bathroom w/living area and kitchen) option it was perfect for a larger family like ours that wants everyone close instead of in separate rooms, my only complaint was the children above our room that were jumping running and slamming doors that made it impossible to watch television or even to talk to each other I reported it to the front desk and was told quiet time didn’t start til the evening I wasn’t asking for quiet I was asking for some civilized behavior but I guess that was too much to ask

Extremely friendly, helpful staff, hands down best comp breakfast EVER, and super clean. The room could use a few upgrades, but everything was spotless and in working order. They accommodated my request for 1st floor, too.

Fan lights above beds both needed globe repair s gloves were falling off. Hotel was decorated in lobby with courtesypuzzles, nice fireplace, games and coffee bar. Second visit for 6 days each in 2 yrs. This time not as nice. Pool and hottub still not working or access doors were locked to it.

The room descriptions say "full kitchen" but there's no oven (only a stove top) - we had bought pizza rolls to cook but we brought up our air fryer so that wasnt a huge deal.

When arrived the staff was very unfriendly already pre paid for room and they told me I had not and they have no control what third parties (Expedia) charges. When we arrived in the room it was not cleaned very well. Hair all over the floor in the bathroom, tub had stains all in it, trash on the floor. There was no bedding for the sofa bed either.. During the night the people above us were walking back and fourth all night and you could hear them plain as day all night long. We would have left but it was non refundable. When we asked them to come clean our room the next day they just brought us cleaned towels and did not clean the room. Will not be staying here again.

The bed and pillows were very comfy. It was a little noisy. Who ever was on the floor above us was heavy footed! The location was great and the breakfast buffet was very good!

The staff were wonderful, the room was clean, the facilities were good, did not have breakfast but that was my choice, booking out was so easy no problems from start to finish

The property was perfect for what we needed it for, the only complaint I have is that when we got into our room, the window was broken, and there was some kind of air conditioning unit with the tube piping in the air. I wasn’t real comfortable with that.

Hotel staff a very nice. Lobby is clean & welcoming. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious and clean but had damages. Refrigerator light was busted and falling down, stove burner was broken and disconnected. Flooring in the bathroom grout was breaking out & chunks on the floor. Shower took 5 + minutes to get warm. And some of the wash cloths smelled like they sat in the wash over night. Cannot say I would recommend, as there are other hotels in the immediate vicinity, that we have stayed at, with the same price point & amenities . Hate to think this is a ‘specific room’ they reserve for bookings thru travel sites.

Room was not ready and still marked “dirty” at check-in. It took them about 20min to send the housekeeping supervisor up to see if the room was ready. Room is older and worn. Bathroom tub was so worn that rust was showing. Could hear the shower and toilet flush loudly above us. This room was definitely not worth the price.

The air conditioner unit was broken in the unit. The hotel put in a mobile unit and duct taped it with a large hose to the window to receive exterior air. Our room was a suite because we needed a fold out bed, and the mobile unit was in the living room area only. The bedroom did not have air, only a ceiling fan which was off-kilter causing the pull chains to clang against the light globes cause significant noise. We asked to change rooms and were told we could not because we had booked through a third party. We asked for a discount and were told the same thing. Furthermore, the room did not have sheets or pillows for the fold out bed. Unacceptable all around. This room should have never been available for occupancy. I'm a Hilton Honors member and was shocked by the response and lack of accommodation.

I found the hotel lacking. The hot tub was not working, my television only had 2 channels, the bottom of the shower doors were moldy (black) and there was a used hand towel with makeup on it.

The room was marginal. It felt dirty and the furniture was old/damaged.

The hotel looks so good in the pictures, but when you got there it isn't anything like what the picture show. Light fixtures are falling from the ceiling they didn't have enough towels for all the people staying there it was inconvenient for them to get you more towels they ran out of shampoo, the grounds were not kept very well, there was Weeds all over the place. All the outside equipment was dated and looked like it had been there for 20 years. We left a day early because there were little black bugs coming out of the air conditioning closet.

It is disappointing when you pick a property for amenities like pool and gym and then these things are inoperable or in poor condition upon arrival. Hotels should have to have Expedia updated if hot tub or pools are out of order.

This is a very nice hotel and the area is quiet! I was a little perturbed that the pool wasnt in working order, seeing as i brought a group of kids!

The hotel is in a nice area and very clean. However, the pool was freezing, and the hot tub was not functional at all. The staff was nice and assisting us canceling our second night so we could move to a hotel that had a usable pool.

We were moved to the fourth floor unit and it was in good condition. The carpets were still worn but the mattresses, bedding and newly painted walls were refreshing.

We did not end up staying here because we were told that the pool was not heated and the hot tub was not working. The hotel told us they would cancel our reservation, so ai hope they did and we were not charged for the 3 nights/days stay.

Pool was closed traveling with grandkids . They were very disappointed and booked another hotel . My daughter lost a lot of money on this . When you book a motel with a pool you should get a pool. Will not stay here again

We ended up not even checking in the only reason we stay at hotels is the pool and theirs was not open so I lost the 130 and booked elsewhere.

A little dated but clean.

We had an incredible stay! The breakfast each morning was delicious and they had plenty of options. Our room was perfect for our family. The hot tub was getting fixed, but that was our only complaint. The hotel has a lovely entryway and fireplace with coffee and tea readily available. We would stay there again for sure!

The condition of the hotel is poor. The room was mostly clean but kitchen is old. One burner of two on the stove worked. The pool was closed but no sign was on it. My daughter and I got in the hot tub only to be yelled at by management that it was treated with chemicals and closed! How would anyone know this? We tried the arcade instead. Half the machines were broken and took our quarters. Again management was no help. This place needs a lot of work. I do not recommend.

I’m very picky about the cleanliness of hotels, my number one priority. I was concerned when I stepped in the elevator and the carpet was dirty and then stepping out into the hallway the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. I have to say when I went in the room it was spotless, very clean and up to date. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was in a nice quite spot, not right on the highway. The cleanliness was lacking. Bathroom floors especially and pool area really needs a deep deep clean. Lots of stains on the carpets. Beds were comfortable.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay there. The staff was very nice and helpful when we had a question. On our next rip to Fort Collins. We will diffently be staying there again.

This review is based on the room given to us which was room 238. Below, I will tell you why I can't give this room or visit a nice rating. We arrived late in the evening due to vehicle trouble. We were checked in by the front desk staff quickly. We got the room that we expected to get. Nice and spacious 2 bedroom suite. One of the room has 2 queen beds and the other has 1 king bed. It has a kitchen and a living room in the middle of 2 bedrooms and has a full sofa bed. We love the configuration of the room with 2 bathrooms. This could have been easily a 5 star review. However, the a/c unit in the room with 2 queens beds was not cooling the room. I reported the issue 2 hrs after check in to give enough time for the a/c to, maybe, work. However, it did not get cold at all. Which made the room warm enough to make the occupant uncomfortable. I told the front desk lady which at that time was by herself taking care of all the issues of the hotel and watching the front desk at the same time. She came up to try and see if she can do something to the best of her ability but she can't do anything. So, she has to send a repair request for maintenance to fix it in the morning. Morning came and I also went to tell the guy in the front desk about the issue and confirmed that a request has been forwarded. So, we left that day to do our business and came back at night to the same issue we left. Either they did not come and fix it or they just don't care because the other a/c was working.

Brought my 4 kids, pool is freezing cold, hot tub is scorching hot. Literally the only thing that this evening hinges on.

My only complaint about our stay has nothing to do with the hotel. A large multi family group took up the whole pool room our last night there and our kids couldn’t swim due to wild mostly unattended children and no seats or towels left. One child was even bleeding from their head with an ice pack near the hot tub and they were still partying. Bummer for us, but not a fault of the hotel itself. The pool was very clean and well kept! The free breakfast in the morning was clean and had plenty of options for an everyone!

It was fine. No frills suite. Dated yet comfy. Needs new shower heads. Breakfast was great.

It was nice to have the kitchenet

Room was spacious, clean, and beds were comfortable. Pool area smelled bad. Pool was icy cold and hot tub water was dirty. Air hockey machine didn’t turn on and ate quarters. Would’ve liked to try other games, but the amenities were obviously not well maintained.

Fitness area unusable- being renovated. Would like to know this before I pay next time.

Skye at the front counter was wonderful. What a perfect place to stay in Fort Collins. The suite room was exceptional and had the room we needed for the trip. Great place to stay!

You can tell the rooms are old. The fridge sounded like it was dying. There were stains in the carpets. The couch looked like it belonged in an alley way. The light fixtures were falling out of the ceiling. There was a stench in the room and the toilet paper holder was absolutely not cleaned. I don’t understand where the rating for this hotel comes from. Staff were friends and nice though.

Our family was in town for a wedding. The Homewood Suites was great! There was lots of room in the suites for extra family and there were larger areas in the lobby and outside where we could gather to talk. The staff was attentive and very pleasant. We had a great time!

Need Shampoo in the rooms. Cost was high for the value
