Beautiful property and outstanding experience with Elizabeth at check-in. The pillows were pitiful - no support whatsoever, as flat as pancakes, which caused a restless night.

We had a very nice stay. The breakfast could have offered link sausage instead of the cardboard bacon and turkey sausage.

The continental breakfast was good many choices.the pool and hot tub were excellent staff very friendly and helpful although the first rooms tv volume did not work overall I give it a 8.5 outta 10

The location was great, easy access to I-25 and places in town as well. Elizabeth was very friendly and helpful, a delight to have her as our front receptionist. I thought the price was a bit high, but I understand it was graduation season.

Surprisingly good breakfast. We appreciated the daily scrambled eggs. The hot tub was great. The room isn't big, but also not cramped, and the bathroom is wonderful. Everything in the hotel worked as it should. Our only criticism was that storage space in the room was limited--a narrow closet, 2 storage drawers, and a small nightstand drawer. For stays of only 1 or 2 nights it would be fine, but we stayed almost 2 weeks and could have used more storage space.

Polite staff and clean hotel, but if you need to actually sleep, find somewhere else to stay. Cheap construction, clearly no sound insulation between floors. With the teenagers upstairs, it took multiple calls to the front desk to talk to them. Doors closing upstairs literally shook the beds. Also the fire alarm LED kept was so bright it could be seen even with your eyes closed. Hotel would be well served to separate into different guest-type sections.

My tv was not working. I know it seems small but our entire valentines date was about staying in and watching movies They couldn’t fix the problem either night nor offers anything to help at all.

I had a pleasant stay at the Fairfield Inn. The environment was quiet, the rooms were clean, and the location was convenient—ideal for a restful visit. One area for improvement would be upgrading the furniture in the room to enhance overall comfort and aesthetics.

The hot tub jets were not working

First morning, woke up to a cold shower. When I asked at the front desk, the person knew the problem was that the "breaker" had tripped. Only seating in the room was at the desk and not even a desk chair. Staff was friendly, but check in had to be done twice due to new employee training.

Nice area. Little difficult to get to. Great staff checked in a little later in the evening. Front desk gentleman was fantastic with a great personality. Rooms had everything you’d need.

The staff was great! These days they clean rooms every other day, which I don’t love and when it was time for my room to be cleaned somehow it didn't get done. I even went to the front desk that morning to make sure it would get cleaned and they said “yes, it’s on the list” but after spending the entire day around town we came back that evening and it wasn’t cleaned. The front desk was helpful giving me clean towels and TP but it was a bummer for sure. Breakfast was good, ended at either 9am or 9:30 am.

Enjoyed staying there

It was spotless and was either new or recently remodeled. We checked in at 12:30 am (after a concert) and I was bracing myself for the type of service usually available at that hour. The night shift attendant was friendly, warm and engaging. One of the best check in experiences!

We really enjoy this hotel. We have stayed there a couple times on our vacations. If I could change one thing, it would be wonderful to have some really good water pressure for the showers in the rooms. I have a lot of hair and it takes a while to rinse out shampoo because the water comes out like soft rain.

Very nice facility but didn’t have hot water in the evening nor in the morning. Also, the loudest air conditioner I’ve encountered since Motels of the 80s.

Queen suite was roomy and accommodating for our stay. This Fairfield is beginning to show its age. Some rust or mold around shower door, pillows are awful - need to be replaced now. Staff is great, breakfast ok. Restaurants across the parking lot - very convenient.

I had planned on giving this hotel stay 5 stars, but the hot tub wasn’t working. When we booked it, that was the one amenity we really wanted after a long day in the car. When you pay this much for a hotel room, you expect to receive ALL amenities, and if some are unavailable, a discount should be offered.

We were placed on the first floor next to the pool--- not enjoyable. Our view was a wood wall. The rooms are only cleaned every other day. Beds were small.

Started off in a room with a clogged sink. Then the pool and hot tub was broken. No creamers for coffee and no OJ on morning buffet. Moved rooms to not have room cleaning service for which the gentleman at the front desk just said sorry they must have forgotten. It was the worst stay we had and we just went across country and stayed at lower rated hotels which were so much better. I would never stay here again.

Hotel is new and modern. Front desk staff was friendly, hotel felt nice and the room was comfortable. Nice to have a number of restaurants and a coffee shop nearby and easy access to the rest of town. Only downside was the breakfast running out of eggs and for before the end. With a steady stream of customers, it seemed a bit early not to make more when that was the only protein option.

I chose this hotel for the hot tub & pool. It was closed and no one told us.

Beds were not the most comfortable:( breakfast area was not the cleanest, some things not very fresh, tortillas were hard and stuck together. If your going to serve something it needs to be fresh! Oatmeal bar area was good, lots of options to put in your oatmeal! Staff was friendly

We have stayed here several times in the past and everything was excellent. HOWEVER, this time around not only were they out of food (30 min early) and the new young girl refused to make anymore BUT, When we left to watch a local bb game, my husband showed me a BED BUG, that was crawling on me!! I'm extremely disappointed in how fast this place has gone down hill! When I know, nothing will be done to compensate us. We had to go and purchase breakfast on top of it all!

The bed was comfortable and I liked the newness of the hotel.

The woman who checked us in on 3/28/25 was so friendly and helpful, fast to get us checked in, engaging! Woman employee who made breakfast, was kind and she did a tremendous job cooking and putting everything out for us and the dining area was spotless. Great stay and it was quiet.

This hotel was in a great location in Fort Collins. The breakfast staff was so nice and accommodating. We traveled with a young infant and they were great with getting us a pack and play for the little one. The beds were very hard for our taste, but would stay here again for sure!

It was a very nice property. Location was great. Breakfast was good. The only thing we didn’t like was the water in the shower never got hot just warm.

We arrived late and the receptionist was wonderful and respectful. The room was nice however the blue flashing light from the fire alarm was hard to have while trying to sleep as it faces the room. I had to cover my head with a pillow. Lovely decor in the room!

Good stay, clean and spacious room. Hotels.com indicated there was a pool and spa on premise, which there is, but they were not in working order and had not been for some time. Website needs to be updated to reflect this.

Staff was very friendly. There were two things i had trouble with. 1 the pillows are awful. 2. The constant flashing of the fire alarm.

I didn’t get the young man’s name who checked us in when we got there, but he was very helpful, along with other questions that I had later in the evening.

A quick build hotel with paper thin walls and standard Fairmont blah. Comfy bed and spacious room. Low water pressure and a stainless steel drain cover that every drip of water DINGS makes the nice looking bathroom more annoying than a motor lodge tiny bathroom with a decent shower. But the incredibly thin walls means that even a quiet conversation in the adjoining room is easily over heard and if you neighbor watches TV you might as well ask to watch with them or have noise canceling headphones. It’s really the construction quality or lack of it and a drip drum shower that means I will look elsewhere next month when in the area.

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. First of all the pool and jacuzzi don’t work. Secondly the room was 80 degrees and the heat was on, even if I turned on the AC the heat would continue to turn on . The shower took 10 mins to get hot and even then it was a luke warm, hot hot. The tv had 7 channels, and the WiFi was awful. I spent 250 dollars for two nights while I could have gotten a better stay at a motel for 20 a night. DO NOT stay here

Well to start off they gave our room away even though we stated it would be a late check-in. They did get us another room. This was Friday night. We also found out that the pool and hot tub weren't working. That was one of the reasons we booked it. Saturday morning we went for breakfast and the juice machine wasn't working. We had to try to find utensils. Then we go up to the room to shower and get ready for an appointment we had. The wife got in the shower turned it on and the shower head flew off and hit her in the head. We called the front desk from the room phone and it was busynso.we called from our cell. Front desk informed us that they had no maintenance staff on the weekend. They had to switch our room. They informed us it would be about 45 minutes. We had an appointment and was late due to this. The room the moved is to was the same style room so that was good. It was clean. The bad thing with the new room was the shower head dripped all the time on the metal drain. No big deal we just put a rag on it so we couldn't hear it while we were sleeping. Wife had a headache for a while after being hiin the head. Wouldn't stay again!

I have always enjoyed this place to stay for just the one night however I was bummed the hot tub/pool area were not opened on Sunday for whatever reason. This has been the second time we chose to stay here for a quick getaway and we were not able to enjoy hot tub. So after check in, the TV remote was not working to control TV so I had to in the end get a new one. Why would we have to be moved to another room? The girl at the front desk was totally clueless

This is a very nice location and facility. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean, modern, comfortable. Great value for the price in the area. Will definitely stay again next time coming through this way.

After i had my reservation at another hotel ruined by the careless and extremely rude staff, i was able to book a last minute stay at Fairfield. The minute I walked through the doors the extremely friendly host greeted me and made me feel so welcomed. The room i was given was perfect for my needs. All of the staff were super friendly, from the breakfast attendant, housekeeping and even the ladies working in the laundry had warm friendly smiles every time i saw them. I will from now on only stay at Marriott hotels. Thank you for going above and beyond for your guests.
