I’m not sure if it was just my room but felt like hot water was barely hot. Shower felt very cold

Clean comfortable beds, good shower and toiletries. Minimal selection for coffee maker. Nice fridge and microwave. Was disappointed breakfast was not included.

Staff We were woke up at 3:20am to fire alarms going off and fire department keeping is outside until facility was searched. The alarms went off due to a faulty fire alarm system they they were already aware of and admitted they neglected to fix. We were charged normal pricing but literally could not sleep in our rooms until about 5:00am

comfortable room, good location, decent price EXCEPT FOR EXORBITANT PET FEE The pet fee is ridiculous: my dog is about 15lb so $5/ lb for an overnight stay. Also, the pet fees are NOT advertised nor were they "visible" to me when I booked the room. So -- an unpleasant surprise, and an additional (roughly) 50% increase to my room cost

Hotel was clean, staff was attentive. Pool was too cold, no hot tub. For the price, recommend going elsewhere for breakfast. Food was very limited, fruit offerings not fresh. Overall 6/10. For the price point there's better options.

the hotel cancelled my 3-night reservation because I arrived late due to a road closure from weather. They told me they would not "charge" for the following two nights, however, I had already pre-paid through Expedia. Further, they did not have any rooms left. So, not only did my daughter and I have to frantically look for another hotel on a very busy weekend, but this hotel has already taken my money, and then charged for the same room again.

The whole atmosphere was clean, welcoming and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. It was one of the best stays I have ever had and I’m 72 years old. Excellent rating.

The room was clean although two water bottles were available free only to “exclusive members” but 2.50 each for anyone else. No free breakfast which considering the price for the room you would think that there would be free breakfast. Pool was not easy to find nor were there signs for it, and no hot tub. Staff was great, answered all questions etc. and friendly. Overall I would stay again if necessary but will definitely pick somewhere else next time.

Staff was professional there was little to no hot water in the shower, I had to take the toilet lid off to manually flush the toilet. Everything else was fine

A picky little thing—the bathroom stools are very low for aging people! Maybe when you do some remodeling it would be something to consider.

Everything was awesome! Super clean and updated. Just don’t get the room below the laundry, you can hear people walking and the machines.

Stayed here numerous times. Nice comfortable place. Conveniently located to where I need to be. Staff always friendly and helpful. Decent enough gym. Only reason I did not award them all the stars is because housekeeping did not refill empty body wash dispenser at any point during a 4 day stay.

We had a great stay. The staff was super helpful and it was very conveniently located. There is tons to do in the area and it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the university and Old Town.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to three good restaurants. The on-site food service was good, too. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I liked the comfortable bed and pillows, nice bathroom, trees outside the window.

We have stayed there several times over the last couple years since our kid is at CSU and always 100% happy with our stay.

The staff was very friendly. I received daily text messages to check how my stay was going. That was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet had good options but it was not hot. I would stay again just would go off site for breakfast

The staff were friendly & informative. The hotel lobby, food areas, room & property are extremely clean. The beds were the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in for a very long time. I can’t say one negative thing about this experience.

Stayed 6 nights and have zero complaints. Super accommodating for a large softball week in CO. Always had fresh towels and they have free laundry. Would absolutely stay here again.

the hotel rooms clean 10/10 and comfy and safe. they had bar inside the hotel to just sit and chill. 2 3 resturants next to the parking which they were really good resturants. staff great. great and safe parking. shopping center close by and hospital in 3 to 5 minutes. quiet at nights.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and terribly expensive. But they were sure to say thank you for staying with us, here's a bottle of water... for $2. For what we paid for that room they could have at least given us one lousy bottle of water for free. There was only one regular coffee pod for two guests. There were absolutely no extras. No free breakfast, no free mints, no free anything. I'm surprised they didn't charge extra for the oxygen in the air. I wouldn't have minded if I hadn't paid so much extra for the room.

This hotel was at a great location for us. Rooms were clean and nice, staff was helpful and friendly.

The only negative was when I checked in two employees were busy chatting with each other. While I was waiting for them to finish their conversation, another customer cut in front of me and they tended to them first. This wouldn’t have happened if they were facing the customer line. The employees were courteous but not totally engaged with their job.

Downside was the upcharge for graduation weekend. Hotel was was excellent overall. Breakfast to order was exceptional.

They provide free coffee starting at 5 which I thought was great. Our room was cleaned by housekeeper almost every day. The hotel smelled great from the front lobby entrance to our room. I would definitely stay here again!

Close to family for us. There's a bar but not a trained bartender. Entrance is not easy to get to, but overall a nice place. Nice staff.

Walls were so thin. Could hear people above me and on either sides coughing sneezing talking. Thought drywall was going to start raining on me from the ceiling at some points when the person above me was walking back and forth. Vents were dirty and shower water never got very hot. Front desk was short and abrupt, not super friendly and took no care or time in explaining the hotels process for things so I had to ask several times for clarity, which seemed frustrating for him. Decent enough if you don’t value a good nights sleep. Look around.

Suggestion: Really don’t like the trash generated by the now-ubiquitous Keurig machines. How about a traditional little coffee pot & ceramic mugs for the room?

It was a very large, comfortable room. My only complaint is that the blinds were broken and wouldn’t close. The bright outside lights made sleeping difficult.

The blinds broke in our room and they did not have the part to fix it. The blonde woman at the front desk was talking badly about us after we called down to voice concerns about our broken blind. My daughter was there and overheard her.

Hotel told me only after checking in that they were having system issues and couldn’t give me a key and said they would have to escort me to my room…every time I needed to get to my room. This had already been going on for three days and I was supposed to stay there all week. I don’t think so. Then when I said I needed a refund because I was going elsewhere they tried to tell me they were going to have to charge me for one night. Another guest behind me in line had just check in online and was also demanding a refund. Absolutely unacceptable.

The room was spacious and staff members were friendly. The breakfast was amazing (scrambled egg, sausages, fruits, pastries, cereals, oatmeal...when we stayed). With a voucher the expense was covered completely.

A wonderful experience. Spent several days here and I had no issues. The staff is phenomenal and everything was clean and well kept. I opted for the breakfast option and had a good, hot breakfast every day. Recommend highly.

Loved the location and pool.

The Hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was nice and the king bed was extremely comfortable. What made the experience the best was our morning breakfast experience. We had breakfast vouchers which allowed us either the buffet or from the menu. The waiter was helpful and informative during the ordering process and then the true service began. While we waited for our food the waiter was interactive but not overly so, kept our drinks topped off and kept us informed of the status of our meal. When he delivered our meal, buttermilk pancakes with bacon, he had personally wiped up a fresh batch of whipped topping to go with our strawberries. The service was that of a 4 or 5 star restaurant, except it was a $20 continental breakfast. It was a pleasure to leave a 100% tip for Paul.

My only complaint would be the shower drain didn’t drain fast enough and the ants I killed behind the toilet. Oh and let’s not forget the kids running up and down the hallway!! Uggg so annoying. But all in all I’d stay there again

This was the cleanest property I have stayed at in Fort Collins.

Very welcoming as soon as we entered the lobby. Our room was ready and very nice. We had a couple of drinks at the bar, and guests were randomly ordering food and getting quick service. The hotel was very clean and organized. Had a good night sleep, and breakfast in the morning. Great place we will be back. Plenty to do in Ft Collins.

Beds were very comfortable and they have walk in showers! Staff was very helpful when I had an issue with my boarding pass.

We got trapped by the snow and needy an emergency hotel for the night, this was perfect! And they even allowed our dog! Highly recommend!
