Very clean property. Good location

This hotel was great! Staff was friendly and helpful. There are lots of places to eat within walking distance, and it's not far from the college. I'd stay here again!

Excellent and recently renovated hotel. Great value for money.

Clean comfortable hotel, excellent value!

We initially booked a room at quality Inn and it was just not up to our standards so we checked in at Spring Hill late in the evening really tired from the day and ready for sleep. The girl at the front desk was very accommodating and even willing to show us the room beforehand to ensure it was up to our standard. The room was clean room service was efficient and the breakfast was OK overall great stay 100% would recommend.

Great stay, will be staying again soon!

I stay at this hotel often for business. It is comfortable, convenient and I always have a good experience.

Can’t wait to stay at another Springhill Suites. It’s a great choice.
- 5/5
The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was beyond awesome! We flew in to watch and celebrate my son’s Senior College Recital, and we had a large group. They had a fabulous eating area for us all to eat in and relax and play games. They even WASHED OUR DISHES for us!! How AMAZING is THAT??!!?? Taryn was the FANTASTIC breakfast hostess with a constant smile who made an incredible breakfast buffet AND kept coming out to check on everyone and talk with people about their lives and the great sights we could see in the area. The whole stay was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! Thank you!!!

5-10minutes and no one came, so I had to go search for the front desk staff who were in the kitchen and then I made them aware that cigarette smoke was very strong on the 4th floor, enough that it was giving me asthma. In fact the night before it caused me an asthma attack at 2am, which is unaccepable under any circumstances and it seems like if the staff walks back and forth on the same floor and smells it that something should be noticed and done to prevent people from inhaling cigarette smoke or having asthma attacks. Also, the rooms look good on the surface but some the showers have problems with either the temperature gauge or shower head bracket not being securely fastened to the wall which is really a bad look for a new hotel and prevents you from knowing the water temperature and the elevator lights barely work in one of the brand new elevators, making it difficult to see inside the elevator.

Breakfast was great. Could not see the mountains
- 5/5
The breakfast was great!
- 5/5
It is a great place across the board.
- 4/5
Clean newer building, nice clean modern room with 2 tvs, nice view from 4th floor, small clean pool, small clean hot tub, higher rate with convenient breakfast buffet. Eggs, cheese omelets, sausage, bacon, salsas, waffle maker, yogurt, hot oatmeal, toast, bagels, apple orange juice, coffee, tea. Kitchen and bar menu with convenient store. Nice lobby, nice large indoor lounge nice large outdoor patio lounge with fire.
- 5/5
Both the room and the hotel were exceptionally clean. A very accomodating and professional staff. I will definitely sty there again.

Not the most comfortable bed and pillows but otherwise nice.

Everything was perfect

Front desk staff, Connor, was extremely helpful and friendly.

New and modern, very clean, spacious room, nice breakfast.
- 5/5
New hotel and everything is new and nice
- 5/5
Great staff and clean rooms
- 5/5
The room was comfortable with a nice view of the mountains. There was still a glue smell in the hallway because it is new, but it wasn't overwhelming. We used the hot tub. It was small, but perfect for two people. We couldn't find the switch for the jets though. Breakfast was decent. Several options and the staff was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again when we're in the area.

Location, it’s closed to our son and shopping. It was under construction and it felt very dirty and chaotic coming and going. We had no warning it was being remodeled when we made the reservation.

Horrible checked in after traveling for 13 hours with a baby. Paid almost double the original rate due to same day booking (RIDICULOUS) was told the rooms were basically brand new. Get in the room and all unpacked and as we get ready for bed we turn the ac on but it doesn’t work! It’s hot we are ready for bed. My husband goes to tell the front desk and he comes in and tells us it’s not going to work. He offered to try and find us another room but it was late we were all exhausted and I wasn’t packing up all our stuff and moving that late at night. So he brought us a fan and told us management would be here tomorrow and he’d make sure to let him know and maybe would do something to discount our room. The fan he brought was absolutely covered in dirt and dust. Next morning the new receptionist had no idea what happened and said the manager may not even be in. She took my name phone number and email and I still ha eye to hear a word from this hotel. Not even an apology. You’d think when you spend close to $300 for a night after traveling all day long you’d get a room that had functional ac or a management team that actually cared.
- 5/5
This hotel is transferring over to a different hotel, and is in the process of a major renovation. Even with all of that, we had a quiet, clean stay with very attentive front desk staff. Awesome stay overall.
- 2.5/5
I like the remolded room. It was also very spacious! It was in a good location. It was under a remodel, we were not informed of that prior to booking. There was construction noises and unfortunately no breakfast like advertised. They was no offers of even a grab and go breakfast or vouchers to any restaurants near by. For the price I expected more.

Close the damn hotel until you have completed remodel. It was a mess. I walked out and had hassles getting my refund. I also blame you.....Hotels.com....for not disclosing clearly the condition of the property.
- 1/5
Due to the horrible experience we had at this hotel, I'm seeking legal assistance and have been in touch with local and government authorities to assist with the unlawful treatment we experienced. Avoid this hotel at ALL COSTS!
- 0.5/5
The hotel is under heavy construction. You could not use the front entrance due to whole entrance lot was tore up and the lobby was not finished. No amenities. The tv’s in rooms didn’t work and construction banging all day into late eve. $--- is too much
- 2/5
We’ve stayed here previously 3 times and appreciated the Ev charger on site. The Booking.com site and the hotel did not advise that the hotel is being remodeled, access and first floor public area was a mess. They also failed to mention changes in their EV charging onsite. The Ev charging was previously included for guests, now it’s the most expensive EV charging I’ve ever seen at .39/kilowatt plus a $3 start charge fee. This is more expensive than gas for our SUV. Felt like got bait and switched. Indicated this at check out, reception indicated a manager would contact me and address the concern. So far have heard nothing but will update my review if they do contact me. Otherwise this location and Booking.com has lost my confidence.

THE BEST! A 5 Star employee It would have been nice to known when reserving the hotel was under construction - absorbed by the MARRIOTT BEAST. Homogenized hell is coming!
- 5/5
I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the Cambria hotel was. Super clean, nice layout of the room. Very comfortable.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay here at the Cambria. The staff is Great!! And the Cambria location is unbeatable. I can conveniently walk to a restaurant or grocery store literally right across the street and bestest part is my kids who i come to visit live around the corner
- 2/5
We’ve always loved cambria. What we did NOT know is that this particular cambria was under complete renovation. The rooms were nicely renovated, but the televisions did not work. They moved us to a different room. The televisions in the new room did work better but not much better. One got 4 channels, the other got maybe half of the channels. Very disappointed in hotels.com not mentioning the renovation in process. There was no lobby at all, the smells of new carpet, glue, paint and drywall were overwhelming. Thank goodness we could open a window.
- 2/5
Nothing! Walls not insulated enough! Very noisy. Under construction!!! If you are NOT ready to provide a great atmosphere DON'T book rooms!!

I apparently did not see the fine print that Cambria in Ft. Collins was under renovation when I booked a last-minute hotel stay in Sept 2025. I’m happy they are upgrading, which I’m sure will be great when it’s done; however, I highly recommend you do not book until it is fully ready. Lobby, halls, and most areas were work zones. Rooms were not well-equipped, TVs did not work, noisy outside, and so dusty. The staff did their best, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall experience.
- 1/5
The property is under renovation. It did not say anything about this when we booked it. Just stated things were not available. Overall, the room is nice although it was 75 degrees when we entered the room, but overall I am even more shocked the city allows the place to be open while it is under construction. There was even more construction items all over the parking lot. There is construction items all over the hallways, meaning it is unsafe if there was an emergency. Again, if it was more apparent when I booked the room that the property was being renovated, I would be more understanding. Staff was nice about it, still I wish I knew it when I booked the room because honestly I would have stayed somewhere else.
- 1/5
Very poor
- 1.5/5
The room was newly renovated and clean. I received two texts on my stay asking how my room was. When I explained the coffee pot wasn’t working I received no response. It turns out the coffee pot works. I just wasn’t given appropriate cups.it works with the right cup. The construction was unbelievable. Absolutely ridiculous and shocking. NOTHING like the pictures!!!! Literally had to walk through paint to get to our newly renovated room and tracked paint on their new carpet. Makes zero sense why they are open.

Not one to complain that often but the entire hotel is under renovation and didn’t inform anyone nor adjust the price due to renovations. Did not have breakfast which was supposed to be included as well. The staff were very kind though.
- 1/5
We checked out immediately and were told we would get a full refund.
- 0.5/5
It has a bed It was completely under HEAVY construction. Never disclosed to us. Literally even children came in crying bc they booked rooms with a pool and spa etc and it was literally draped and covered in dust! No customer service. Told me they told booking so call yall! Horrible horrible horrible

The entire hotel was under major renovation. Most of the amenities that was listed weren't available, including the pool, jacuzzi and no breakfast.
- 2.5/5
The hotel is being renovated so the gym, pool, bar and restaurant are closed. There’s also lots of construction dust and big sheets of plastic hanging. There is very little parking available as it is filled with all the construction vehicles/trailers
- 2/5
I understand they were under restoration but room toilet was broke, shower door kept sliding open, etc. those were not related to the renovation plus pricing was higher compared to other hotels
- 1/5
I burned a hole in my new shirt from the iron in the room. Ice machine does not work on my floor or the floor below me. Not able to use the room phone because the phone guide is removed from the phone. Wall Outlet next to bed does not have a cover on it and new light molding is broke in bathroom but light still works. Pool is being remodeled and I was not told that. I don't even have a complimentary water bottles or makeup remover single packet in my bathroom. Breakfast is in extra charge while I sit in a lobby that is being remodeled
- 0.5/5
The hotel is being remodeled. There was noise, heavy construction activity taking place in common areas. Many amenities advertised are not available and not disclosed at time of booking. Nobody at front desk. Terrible!
- 2/5
We arrived and the property was under serious renovations. There were walls down in the lobby with workers using loud equipment, drywall dust everywhere. To get to our room we passed boxes of new furniture in hallways and outside of elevators. Once in our room, the TV was missing off the wall, there was garbage and dirty glass on the counter and the shower floor was dirty. I asked the front desk for a clean room and they moved us to a newly renovated room that was quite nice. However the drywall dust was pretty overpowering during our stay. It definitely was not a relaxing place to stay due to Reno’s - no lobby sitting area, no outdoor deck area and most disappointing was the pool was closed as well. I was never notified of this upon reservation.
- 2/5
The pool was green but there wasn't a closed sign up. The fitness center had machines disarrayed and not plugged in and again no closed sign on the door. The room was clean and the staff upfront was okay.
- 1/5
This Hotel is terrible. The fold out couch had dirty sheets and dirty towels, when we asked for a pillow and blankets we were told they have none left. I was told the GM was going to call he did not. The room had exposed cables on one wall where a TV should be and the other TV did not work (double picture ). (I have plenty of photos to prove the conditions of everything I am saying)
- 1/5
The Hotel is under construction but our room had cables dangling from the wall were the TV should have been. We asked for blankets and pillows for the pull out couch and were told they do not have any left. The towels were dirty. Not a well run place and if you rent rooms while you upgrade the property you need to still have services and standards.
- 4/5

This hotel is undergoing renovations. Which is great for the future; but there was absolutely no discount for our stay. There was no mention of the renovations and basically everything was closed. No pool, no hot tub, no fitness center, no bar, no ice machines, and we were told that the TV may or may not work. The hotel was dusty from the renovations and there was virtually nowhere to park because of the construction equipment. My very under accommodating and underwhelming stay helped pay for their future renovations. Feeling very ripped off after our stay.
- 2/5
Not totally the hotels issue. It needs to be in the listing that hotel is under remodel with limited parking. Have stayed at this property before and not an issue. Also, not sure why bar was not open.
- 3/5
Hotel was undergoing major renovations- pool, bar, and most dining was shut down, would have been nice to know before I booked.
- 5/5
Love the remodeled room
- 2/5
In the middle of a remodel no cable in the room. Courtyard looked like it hadn't been used in years. Weight room was dirty with no cleaning supplies or water
- 1/5
It was being remodeled and should not have been open.

"Worst Hotel Stay Ever – Unsafe, Unsanitary, and Deceptive"
- 2/5
Property was under construction which we were not made aware of prior to booking. Washing
- 1/5
This has been a horrific experience. Check in was easy - person who checked us in was not friendly but I chocked it up to she's having a bad day. We found a fake nail and some hay on our carpet. The phone in the room doesn't work so I came downstairs and spoke to her. If housekeeping didn't vacuum how do I know they cleaned the bathroom, the glasses and the sheets? She told me and I quote "if they don't smell they have probably been changed". That is beyond disgusting. I spoke with the manager in the morning and she assured me they will have the room deep cleaned and Joel, the manager (who is the saving grace to this) also called. Sadly when we went to our room later in the day the fake nail and hay was still there. It was obvious their deep clean did not happen. The phone in our room does not work. There is a red light flashing. The front desk told me they can turn it off. It's still flashing. I was headed to the front door and stepped on a carpet tack. Avoid this hotel at all costs
- 1/5
The property was being updated and was disclosed online when booking. Lots of boxes and products everywherre. The rooms had 6 tiny pillows on all the beds. The bar was closed for construction, again, undisclosed.
- 1/5
You can't swim in the "pool," it is a weird, tiny triangle, and is green. The hotel is under construction, and a nail in the parking lot greeted us. There is a truck that does not move where you are supposed to be able to pull up, unload your car, and check in. The elevator was unavailable because the construction crew was using it, and only one elevator was operational. The construction crew also commandeered the luggage trolleys. The suite we stayed in had a filthy pull-out couch. The TV was removed from the wall on the couch side of the suite. The AC barely worked in our room. The breakfast you had to pay for was more expensive than at a restaurant. Staff were frequently unavailable at the front desk.
- 2/5
The hot tub was broken, The gym equipment did not work. The TV in the room did not work. Called front desk and she said she would send someone to look at theTV and never did.
- 2/5
This hotel was not clean. The rooms were not serviced, we had to remove our own trash and not enough towels were provided. The front desk was not staffed either so if we needed extra towels or to ask for maid service we had to chase down the staff members.
- 5/5
I can’t wait to stay there again this Thanksgiving 2025 to see all the renovations upgrades that is currently being worked on.
- 5/5
Lots of construction no adjustment in cost.
- 4/5
Decent place large comfortable room, under remodel a little noisy but but overall decent place to stay…no room make up for a 3 night stay.
- 2/5
Renovation to be expected. Dirty and unhelpful, misleading staff were the problem.
- 2/5
This is was a horrible stay. The staff was unhelpful on so my levels. From check in to check out. I gave grace for the construction but the pool and hot tub were out of order the entire stay. Our sheets were threadbare and towels had holes in them from over use. The furniture was outdated. I booked a double queen room with couch but ended up with a king and foldout couch. The fold out bed in the couch was awful. My daughter slept in the chair rather than being on that. The bathroom faucet was falling off and when telling the front desk employee she asked “What do you want me to do about it.” The faucet was either leaking or the sink leaked all over the towels. We were told they did not have extra pillows for the pull out couch but were able to find two. The elevators either smelt of smoke or BO. There was no laundry as advertised and the bathrooms downstairs were not usable. Parking was a nightmare because of all the construction. We would have left if we hadn’t paid through a 3rd party. They stated when we asked if we would get a refund they said no. We stayed from Saturday to Saturday. There are plenty of better accommodations in the area.
- 4/5
Friendly and helpful front desk. Property was under renovation so tough to rate overall property. All previous stays the property was kept clean and nice. Good to see a facelift to the property.
- 4/5
This is a good and clean hotel However, the hotel was undergoing MAJOR renovations and this was very loud-including at 8am and 3am with moving furniture and stopping above us. The laundry wasn’t working and that was a HUGE issue for us as we made sure to book a pls e that had laundry. The staff did an adequate job of accommodating us to the best of their ability.
- 2/5
Hotel under construction. We were not told this was the case. Thankfully bed was comfortable and bathroom seemed remodeled. But the rest of the room was in disrepair. Wall paper was peeling off in room, TV in sitting area was non existent.
- 3/5
Recently stayed two nights while playing in a golf tournament. The hotel is being renovated so parking was limited. Elevators and hallways had remnants of drywall dust. When entering the room there were two areas that had wallpaper hanging and later discovered the toilet seat was broken and kept sliding side to side while sitting down. Also could not find the second TV remote for the TV in the sitting area. One positive was the shower had nice water pressure and plenty of hot water. Had made another reservation for July that I cancelled due to the current condition of this hotel.
- 5/5
The hotel was nice. Was just under construction which wasn’t made aware when we booked
- 2/5
This hotel is being renovated. Much needed but poorly coordinated. No consideration for guests, from construction hours (very late at night) to parking (storage trucks taking up most of convenient spots closer to entrance). The television was missing from our seating area, negating the use of the area. This should be disclosed prominently on Expedia so guests understand what they are purchasing.
- 1/5
This property is being remodeled and construction materials are staged throughout the facility. Front desk warned me only at check in that construction crews start daily at 8:30 am. Available rooms have deferred maintenance and pool and hot tub water is a dirty gray color. I feel for the staff who are doing their best and unsuspecting travelers like myself. Avoid this place.
- 5/5
This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Property being renovated but was clean and quiet. Rooms are nice suites. Beds and pillows are comfortable. We would have liked to have an additional blanket.
- 5/5
Nice Location Nice & Clean Very Quiet
- 2/5
Offered continental breakfast but it was not available. Hotel under construction. Old pool, but in ok shape.
- 3/5
The room I stayed in definitely needs updating. Breakfast buffet was not open.
- 4/5
Overall good experience. The one thing that was not so great was that the elevator and hallway area were both pretty dirty for a few days and the trash was oveflowing.
- 3/5
Coffee stains on lamp shade, tables/counter surfaces were sticky. Couch pull out bed was sleeping directly on springs. All in all, very disappointed to say the least.
- 2/5
Room was dirty, very worn and dated. They are currently renovating
- 4/5
Lots of Remodeling! If the Construction Crews worked for me, they would have been fired!!! Very unprofessional, very poor workmanship, very evident in the dirty mess they are making not cleaning up after themselves. No dust containment, Food sales and Ice Machine are within the so-called containment Area!!!
- 3/5
Piles of trash by the 4th floor elevator daily. Trash and spill in the elevator. No coffee supplies in room. Reported ALL the above to front desk. Nothing done about any of it. Room was OK otherwise.
- 3/5
Should have informed guests before their arrival, giving them a chance to find another hotel. We arrived to find no water available in the rooms. It was set to come back on before evening. No dining, no bar, no anything. Totally unsatisfied and no offer for partial refund...NOTHING.
- 3/5
We didn’t realize that the hotel is under construction/renovation. The rooms were worn and tired, as well as being very dark and having poor lighting. I think that is why the rates are so reasonable at this time. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom seemed to have been renovated, but everything else was sub par.
- 5/5
It was clean and comfortable. Everything was easy and the staff was friendly. Great stay.
- 5/5
Nice place, good restaurants near by. Could have been cleaner.
- 5/5
Good very nice. Didnt get my deposit back but it's okay
- 4/5
It was nice and quiet. The faucet in the restroom from the room was broken. The sofa bed needs to be replace.
- 4/5
Updated bathroom was very nice
- 1/5
They were not apologetic at all very poor customer service. Obviously they have not been trained at all. I don’t think they had very poor customer service ethics. I gave them a one star only because there was no star for zero.
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
The staff at this hotel is excellent. They are doing a remodel and it certainly needs it. There are a lot of maintenance issues around the hotel. But if those are taken care of, it’s a nice facility with nice rooms and a great workout room.
- 3/5
Property under construction and pool was not working (hot tub was working) the hotel and Hotels. Com should have had this information in their add. Room was nice and clean , comfortable bed , ice machine on our floor not working, ok place should be better once construction is done . Probly a bit over priced for what it is now. Good front desk service
- 4/5
I wish the wiuld leave more coffee pods in the rooms. Especially when more than 2 adults. Breakfast is for ourchase. Room was comfortable but thermostat on the wall doesn't work, its a window unit. It took some trail and error to get room comfortAnd additional

- 4/5
Decent property, a little over priced for what they offer.
- 5/5

Pool wasn’t very large but besides that everything was great
- 4/5
Great overall - just had a few things that needed repairing
- 3/5
The hotel is going through a remodel, so there is issue with the physical property. The staff was excellent
- 5/5
Very helpful staff, quiet
- 5/5
Great property. We would stay again
- 5/5
I will be staying at Cambria Hotel during all of my future visits to Ft. Collins- incredible suite, super friendly and helpful staff, the most comfortable bed I've slept on in years, and super accomodating.
- 3/5
Running water. I know things happen but it did put a damper on starting our day.
- 5/5
Everything was good. Mattress was a little firmer than I like. Hot tub was hot and relaxing. Shower had great water pressure. Didn’t try breakfast. Also close to places I needed to go.
- 5/5
I try to stay there everytime I come to Colorado. Absolutely love the rooms
- 5/5
Excellent space and enjoyed the hot tub during my stay. Definitely recommend!
- 4/5
Very nice and clean. Would recommend.
- 1/5
They wouldn't let me stay there cause they said that I smoked in the room and I don't even smoke
- 3/5
Hot tub area pool area and weight room area inaccessible due to broken something
- 5/5
This was the best stay for the price I've had in a long time.
- 5/5
Very comfortable and conveniently located.
- 4/5
Nice big room, big bathroom. Needed a bit of updating, and room 201 sorely needs a new shower curtain. No one at the front desk when we left to mention this to. otherwise the staff, esp Quentin, were very helpful.
- 5/5
We had a great stay! Staff was so friendly and helpful and our room was perfect - our new spot for a little getaway when we want to hit the mountains!
- 5/5
Staff very pleasant…good value
- 4/5
The blackout blind was very effective and having separate sleeping and living space is nice, especially for a longer stay. The dimmer lights were a nice bonus to enjoy reading/tv.
- 5/5
We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was nice and clean. Our room was comfortable and pretty spacious. The linens were clean and smelled nice. The water pressure in the shower and the shower head were better than my own shower. The bed was so comfortable, I briefly thought I was in my own bed when I woke up.
- 5/5
Stay was good but the bed was too hard for me. They did bring me a topper. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Third stay here, but this will be our last. Extended visit this time and, unfortunately, the worst room out of our three visits. Comfort of bed was fine but room is run down. A/C unit blew debris all over room. Pull-out sofa was sunken in. One tiny garage can for room and no recycling. One single outlet between beds for charging. So disappointing. Asked to change rooms after first day and they couldn’t due to no vacancy. Mgmt never reached out again and we gave up. No more Cambrias for us.

The entire property seemed rundown. Our room was dreadful with stained, stuck, scarred woodwork, exposed sheetrock in bathroom and just a feel of uncleanliness.

Sofa in our room was very uncomfortable. It was a sleeper sofa and appeared to have a bent frame.

Not a bad place. Ground floor is appealing with the food/bar area. Rooms seem to need some attention. At least mine did, blinds broken, tv in bed area had no signal to be able to watch tv. Some stains on ceiling, appeared to be water stains

I only received one channel (FOX News) in one of the two bedrooms in our King Suite, so we could not watch the opening ceremony for the Summer '24 Olympics.

The availability of the EV Charger is what led us to stay here. Very convenient.

Hotels.com messed up our booking and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They had the error fixed in under an hour and upgraded our room even though it wasn't their fault,
