Easy to find, easy to book. From check in where it felt rude and unnormally long and I felt like I wasn’t being made to feel welcomed or comfortable. (Mind you we’re traveling for a deceased family member) then the room is less than… ample. ONE towel bar in the whole room. One desk for a table. No hairdryer. An iron but no iron board. The elevator button was brown, dirty. The couch was missing one of 2 cushions and had internal fluff sticking out. I found dry contact lenses on the floor the day we checked In ( we do not use contacts or glasses). Then the next morning I went at 608 for breakfast that is from 6-9 and the Saugus was COLD like they plopped it In the warmer and waited for it to be warmed by the heating tray ( as someone who’s worked In kitchens that’s not… no. There’s temp regulations. Then the sweet rolls were cold like they came out of a fridge ( which is way more sanitary than the sausage I can admit). Then we come back the next day and the cleaner is MOPPING THE TUB OUT. With the floor mop. The tub my kids sit in. The television had lines through the picture. The desk chair had crumbs in the cracks. The walls had nail/screw holes and pencil lines and one wall the paint was chipped. There was a vent in the bathroom but no switch to turn it on after a shower.

I can't really rate them when I booked the room it said it was pet friendly, I travel all the way from from NY to find out they don't accept pet friendly cats. And wasn’t allowed to check in.
- 4/5
Only notes for improvement include the sink not having hot water (I had to use some from the bath faucet), the tv not being able to go down in volume past 10, and the hallway off our floor smelled like pot but down the hall at our room it was fine.

the price was right. The bathroom door was a sliding door that did not lock! It also was not flush with the wall,so there was about a four-inch gap where people could see in! It was very inappropriate. We asked for a room with a bathroom door that actually shut and locked and were told that all the doors were like that. IT WAS NOT A COMFORTABLE SITUATION!

Breakfast was ok. No issue with hotel and parking
- 5/5
Hotel was very nice felt safe no smoking. Free breakfast.
- 4/5
Clean rooms, close to food and freeway. We could hear the people upstairs walking around, including waking us up just before 3 when we had planned to leave at 0500. Looks like they’ve been updating rooms. My pre-teen was not happy that the bathroom had no lock but it didn’t become an issue as when there are 3 of you it is easy to know if someone is in the bathroom.

Breakfast was ok, just ok. Everything else about my stay was great . Getting to the hotel can be a bit challenging, it’s off a very busy street .

- 3/5
Was not bad
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
Very clean and convenient location for great price. I wouldn’t rely on the breakfast option as they seemed to run out quickly and did not restock. It was a clean space and very cheap.
- 5/5
What I liked was the cleanliness of the room. What I didn't like was bikers making a lot of noise with their motorcycles in the hotel parking lot
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. Easy access to everything that we needed.

Was promised a pool and jacuzzi

We stay at this hotel every other month for business. I understand the extra charges of $80 since some folks trash the room but we stay there all the time so my service man’s credit card wouldn’t work so I booked the room. He is handicap and I didn’t notice the room was not handicap accessible. He ask to change rooms and the rude desk clerk would not change it. We won’t be staying there anymore. Ridiculous.
- 5/5
Don’t believe negative comments! This is a very good place to stay. It’s central to many stores and restaurants, the room was well-appointed, fresh, and pleasant. It’s a little close to the interstate, but the relatively light traffic wasn’t a deal killer. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.
- 5/5
It was a great week stay.
- 5/5
My wife and I had been stressed for awhile and staying here was such a relief for us the staff was the best and the room was awesome if you need a pleasant place to stay definitely check in here
- 2/5
Food and parking good. Rude behavior at the Front Desk was unacceptable especially when trying to utilize the Lobby Computer Kiosk with NO signage to indicate outage or when to expect a return to service. Noise emanating from a room next to mine was excessively loud, late night - early morning with no intervention by hotel staff.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly, but there were a few items from the last guests still in the room.
- 4/5
All in all it was a pleasant stay! Perfect location for our stay in Fort Smith.
- 4/5
Good value
- 5/5
This hotel is newly remodeled, clean, room key worked the first time, young lady at check was very friendly and helpful. The whole experience was very good.
- 2/5
The elevator is not working and people are smoking right at the front of the hotel. The AC in my room was so loud like a lawnmower, I was working at the Steel Horse Rally, I didn't have time to switch rooms or complain
- 5/5
The woman that checked us in was very friendly. The room was clean . Breakfast was good overall great stay
- 5/5
Their website stated there was an exercise room. It is down for renovation. That should have been updated on their website.
- 5/5
Fast ,friendly check in time
- 5/5
The property was under construction
- 3/5
The property is doing a lot of renovations. The room itself was okay. The bathroom was a little dated and the tub didn’t have a stopper for the bath.
- 5/5
Newly remodel property, kind, friendly, staff breakfast available every morning walking distance to restaurants
- 3/5
This is a decent inexpensive place to stay. There was construction going on during the day on Saturday so a nap was out of the question. They also have barn doors on the toilet/shower room that offers little to no privacy (in a double room) if you are thinking of sharing a room. The door doesn’t lock and has about a one inch gap between the door and the wall. I was traveling with my mother only so it wasn’t an issue. However, if my fiancé was with us, we’d had to get a separate room. The fitness center was not operable, either. That was disappointing as well, since it wasn’t mentioned when I reserved it and I do love to stay in the habit of doing some form of exercise each day. Overall, decent place.
- 3/5
Receptionist was very nice. The interstate noise was quite loud!
- 4/5
Good place but beds are hard and pictures did not look like our room at all…
- 5/5
Very polite and friendly staff. Nice clean room with all of the ementities. Very nice stay.
- 1/5
There was construction going on at the hotel.Thee room was dirty, smelled like a wet dog and humid. I spent $100 on one night but ended up spending $40 extra dollars on disinfectant spray and candles to try and get smell down. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully the other Days inns aren't like that.
- 1/5
It smelled awful and just wasn’t clean
- 2/5
The property is under construction but besides an eye sore of an exterior, I wasn’t too concerned. However, the interior is a nightmare. I have never been in a room that was as musty, dirty, and overall gross as this one. I slept with a towel over the pillows due to the amount of hair that was on them. Traveling and being exhausted will make you stay at weird places. This was a weird one.
- 1/5
The rooms were covered in mold, holes in the ceiling,(poor patch job) the rooms smelt awful and were absolutely filthy. The front desk guy was very rude to us the next morning. We checked so many different rooms to just find 2 that we could just get some sleep. We had just drove for about 11.5 hours and just needed some sleep. The second floor was closed due to renovations which was weird didn’t look like any work was being done. Almost seems like something else was going on. The side doors had notes taped to them saying can’t be used due to renovations. But we used be of them and there was guys sitting on the stairs on their phones and were real nervous when the door opened. Weird things going on at this hotel. Other people checking in were asking for their normal room.
- 1/5
The location is great but this hotel is horrible. When i booked the room it did not tell me that it was undergoing remodeling but we obviously didn't get a remodeled room. The room smelled musty, the carpets had holes in them, and not sure what was all over the walls. We would have left but we were exhausted and the sheets were at least clean and the AC worked really good. I was really shocked at the overall condition of hotel considering its owned by Wyndham. We only stayed about 6 hrs and left.
- 5/5
It was great
- 4/5
The service was amazing, the staff are very friendly and want you to have an amazing stay at Fort Smith. The only thing I would mention is that the hotel is currently undergoing construction so thats why some of the rooms look a little outdated. Also, I traveled alone and was really scared but they have cameras everywhere so it definitely made me feel alot safer. If I am ever back in Fort Smith, I will definitely be staying again.
- 3/5
X it’s under renovation it’s should be finish before it’s occupied because of dust it’s too pricey with the present condition I feel like thier is bugs an I have bug bites
- 4/5
Was in the middle of a remodeling project.
- 1/5
There was mold on the ceiling where there was a water leak.. the paint was peeling in the same corner. The furniture was uncomfortable and wore out. There was mold on the shower curtain. Ike A/c and the refrigerator were excessively loud. The pillows need replaced. The carpet was filthy. We got up and left at 1am because there was no resting with all that noise . The mold in the room made me very ill.
- 4/5
I think they over charged me but there English wasn’t the best so she probably didn’t understand me.
- 5/5
Area muy tranquila y accesible.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
This was a not so good stay. They did not clean the room once on our stay. I’m sure there was black mold on the carpet, which was nasty & sticky
- 1/5
Will never stay at another Days inn again Staff at front desk however was friendly and efficient
- 2/5
I understand that the property is under updates but the room smelled strongly of mildew. I couldn't tell if the smell was coming from the air conditioner or the carpet, it was bad. The hallways had no carpet just concrete and tack strips, it would have been nice to have been notified before i arrived that this place was being renovated. I would have chosen somewhere else to stay.
- 4/5
The carpet had a sticky spot near the bed where a prior guest probably spilled something but overall the carpet looked clean. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. I had to leave early so I wasn't able to try out the Breakfast.
- 3/5
The hotel was transitioning from Baymont to Days Inn. It was under complete construction renovation. Lots of painting and cleaning going on. The carpet had been removed from the hallways, awaiting replacement. Henry Patel, the general manager made our stay as good as possible considering the circumstances.
- 2/5
Property was not as described, window coverings falling off and bed bugs.
- 4/5
Decent rooms for price, not double queen beds and facility was under construction but other than that, I was please.
- 2/5
There were people making noise the entire night. People yelling in the parking lot at 3am. People walking up and down the halls until I left at 5am. The walls were paper thin. I paid for two nights and went to the motel after work long enough to check out and just ate the cost of the second night. It was worth losing $105 to NOT have to stay there a second night. The staff was friendly, but the building and the other people made that place suck. They couldn’t pay me to stay there again.
- 3/5
Under construction
- 1/5
That was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in years. It was dirty, equipment broken, shower broken, under construction in hallways, pool closed, rude customer service, blow dryer blew up in my hands! Just awful.
- 3/5
Hallways are under renovation so be prepared for no carpet or trim.
- 5/5
The property and surrounding area is well kept and safe. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area.
- 5/5
Everything was good except for the people next door with big dogs that barked late at night
- 5/5
Stay was awesome! Love this hotel. Location is absolutely convenient and the team members there are the greatest (very friendly). Thank you
- 1/5
The room was disgusting, when I walked in I found several goldfish snacks and ripped paper on the floor. They obviously hadn't vacuumed the floor prior to my arrival. The bathroom and the hallway also smelt disgusting. I would never recommend anyone stay here.
- 2/5
Overall room was disappointing. Furniture was damaged. Door lock broken, some of lights did not work.
- 4/5
It was fine. The staff was friendly enough. Room was clean and sufficient.
- 4/5
I liked the soft mattress.
- 5/5
Everything was great, but I have to say the friendly helpful staff, especially housekeeping, was exceptional, even for a Baymont.
- 2/5
In disrepair and not very clean. Needs work and updating.
- 2/5
Hot water turned brown and took forever to warm. Bath towels had boogers in them
- 2/5
There was dirty washcloths n our room. The couch was super uncomfortable and broken. I like to lock both locks on the door when I’m traveling, but I couldn’t because one was broken.
- 1/5
malodorous room and TV didn’t work and no one came to fix or replace it.
- 4/5
The lobby and hallways were clean and welcoming however Immediately after opening the door to my room the odor of mildew was so strong and awful. If I hadn’t paid almost 100$ for the room I would have left. The room was dirty, there was trail mix and debris on the floor , it was clear that it hadn’t been vacuumed. The shower was dirty and had hair in and on the toilet as well. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty, there were two bath towels, two hand towels and no washcloths. This place really really needs a good clean. Would not recommend this place to anyone and wouldn’t stay here again.
- 1/5
The hotel was extremely dingy, broken furniture and god knows on the walls, it appeared to be blood???
- 1/5
Would not recommend this to a family or couples. The bed was sinking in the middle, the headboard was dirty and hand hand prints that were very visible. The comforter had a cigarette burn on it. The room didn’t even have hand soap or any of the essentials that a hotel offers. Very bad experience
- 3/5
Have no pic. But poop on walls in bathroom. And mold in bathroom. And floors needed vacuum. Never will go back
- 1/5
Don’t stay here!! Bed sheets and pillow covers had stains on them. The hotel lobby smelled like an ash tray. The breakfast was horrible. No black tea, hot cocoa, apple juice or orange juice. Only coffee available. Scrabbled eggs looked like imitation eggs, sausage looked dry and gross. Our room was a non smoking room but still had a old dirty smell. The hotel needs some major deep cleaning. The elevator looked like a freight elevator. It was worse than a motel. Yuck!!
- 4/5
The bathroom fan didn't work but we would stay here again.
- 3/5
The hotel wasn't very clean, AC on full blast as low as it would go i would normally lo e this but when turned off the room smelled like really bad mold, employee seemed unconcerned said it was the weather, stayed in a lot of hotels when its hot and have never heard that as an excuse
- 5/5
Outstanding! Very professional and friendly staff. Nice and Quiet location.
- 3/5
It has been renovated but it stills needs more deep cleaning. The staff were great!
