Nothing but the price Where do i start! The bathroom was so disgusting that neither one of us wanted to use the shower! The roaches were soo bad! The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while! It smelled soo bad! There were no towels or washrags an and there was only one pillow!

Very run down. Beds, furniture old, dated. Needs alot of work and coat of paint. I tend to stay in budget friendly hotels. This is Budget friendly but relative to the others could use more TLC.

I grabbed my bags and moved to the days inn right down the street, i didn't want to have the hassle of dealing with the less than cordial attendant so i just left without a refund. The motel is a budget option but for 54 dollars i expected a clean and safe room

Motel had recently changed hands and went from a Motel6 to a Rodeway Inn. Was informed that a remodel was in place by another hotel and that they were under the impression that the room I was placed in had been closed until remodel was complete. Carpet was stained and had cigarette burns all over it. Turn on the heat and it stunk up the room in less then 5 minutes where you couldn't breathe. No Wi-Fi as listed but upon check out they had a sign at the front desk apologizing for the inconvenience. Will not return, nor will I recommend it to anyone else even with such an affordable rate.

It was a decent stay for the low price. I did have a dead roach on my bed, but it was dead so I figured it means they are keeping it under control. The hotel is really old. The tv was a box tv, but I was ok with it. I don't really care about tv though. I didn't have shampoo in the room. Just a couple of bars of soap. There was no hair dryer in the room, but I expected that for the price. I wouldn't stay there more than a couple of days, but for just a place to lay your head for the night it was fine. It didn't have a funny smell or anything either.

I chose the hotel for the rate. I have to make frequent trips to Ft. Smith due to my parents health and I can't afford higher hotel cost at the frequency that I am there. Motel 6 is a very inexpensive, no frills hotel. The clerk was very friendly but I don't feel the housekeeping does a thorough job in the rooms or sidewalks. Some small pieces of trash I spotted under the bed and behind the nightstand were still in the exact room I stayed in the week before. I am concerned that the same care of the bedding could be also subpar. The room I stayed in was non-smoking but there were cigarette butts on the ground up against the wall right outside of the door. The room did smell of stale smoke and it was very musty. The shower looked clean as well as the sink and toilet. There were clean towels and wash cloths. The bed is comfortable enough or I was very tired but anyhow I slept okay. I camp a lot so I can manage in conditions others might not find acceptable.

For a low budget motel, it's the best. The staff are very friendly and the location is great! I stay here every week when doing contract work. I live this place!

Ok so on one side you had lots of men drinking beer sitting on their trucks or with a chair outsude their room and hitting on us. The receptionist on the first day was very nice n accomodating. We woke up with bed bug bites all over our bodies. Red marks all over. Before we left i wanted to go swim but the lady wouldnt open the pool til close to 10 n we had to check out at 11 so no time of course n we checked in at 8 n pool closed at 9. We chose to ho to supper. Online it said online treadmill and breakfaat all they offer is coffee. When we left or arrived men whistled n stared us down in exaggeration. It was a horrible stay except for the first desk clerk we had she was awesome. Bed bugs are a serious issue we took pics of our bites and are thinking of calling the health dept.

The motel was near the highway and close to a few restaurants. The guy at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The room was large and satisfactory but the shower was a surprise. It was like a transporter from Star Trek - beam me up Scottie. Overall a descent night stay.

Front desk was very friendly. Door was broke and I couldn't get in my room, so carried all my bags back to office and was given another room (on 2nd floor again), so had to drag everything back (quite a distance from the office). Had to pay $5 extra for wifi, which was advertised in lobby for unlimited devices. After continually being disconnected, I called & was informed it was only for one device. I needed this to upload video for work---had the video uploading all night and what should have taken about 1 hour, was still not done in the morning. Had to go across the street to McDonalds wifi to finish (which was possibly in range from the hotel). TV was ancient, tiny, box set. No fridge or microwave.

The room was terrible. It had a terrible odor. The AC didn't cool as it should have. The sheets had cigarette burn holes. The mattress was worn out. The shower didn't drain well. Exhaust vent in bathroom didn't work and was filthy. The price is why I stayed here, but I will not stay here again. I'm sure the entire hotel needs renovating. I do have photos but unable to download here.

When we got into the room the air freshener was so strong that it was very hard to breath! The bed was very uncomfortable. But the second night the air freshener was softened and we adjusted to the bed. There seemed to been a lot of door slamming. Not sure why and on Saturday night some people were out side fighting and yelling. When we first arrive we were greeted super and was very accommodating. I really appreciated that..
