Just a quick one night stay but clerk was friendly and the room was clean and was everything I needed.

Pool was out .That was my main reason for here was heated indoor pool.There was some kind of handle on the side of the bed .Kept hitting my knee.Dont know what they were for.

Breakfast menu was decent.nothing super special The rooms were a little bit dated, but they were clean the outside looks fresh. However, the inside needs a bit of a remodel parking lot is plenty and it shares aside with a construction site. Overall of the menu price it was a decent stay

The showers had above average water pressure and at Midnight, the hot water did not run out between two showers back to back. When I first arrived to the location, I was early for my check in. I went inside to check and see if I could check in earlier. I was told no, with sufficient explanation as to why I couldn't. I came back in 3 hrs later to find a sign stating that the pool is closed,?. I later found out that they knew that the part in question had gone out the day prior. I am irritated that my 17M son and I 39M spent 3hrd in the truck awaiting the pool that they already knew was not working properly, instead of rebooking across the street where the pool was working.?. And when I request a smoke free room, may I please have cigarette burn free comforters. Rant over, I digress.

The beds were comfortable and the shower was OK. The corridor halls smelled like old cigarette smoke. The first room we were assigned the refrigerator did not work. Our second room seemed to be much much better better. It was a good room for the price.

It was a decent value property for the money. The rooms are a bit dated, but overall a decent hotel for the money.

This was a very nice hotel. You can tell they’ve done updates to the rooms. The building is older and the hallways look older, but the rooms are very modern. The beds are really really good room was clean. Bathroom was wonderful.

The indoor pool was freezing cold. The air in the room didnt work, so was moved to another room where the tv didnt work. We were told that staff would come fix it but they never did so we checked out early.

The room was very nice! It was clean, inviting and smelled wonderfully. The staff made a simple check even easier. But, honestly the best part of it all was the gentleman who helped me on Expedia. I believe his name was Sean? I hope that is right because it was 9:00 at night and he did such an incredible job of correcting a check in issue at the hotel we had booked. He not only found us a hotel close, but upgraded the hotel we would be staying in..

It's was good. The front desk lady accused me of smoking in the room for a second which upset me bc I do smoke but the employees even seen me quite a few times smoking outside, so why would I do that and attempt to throw away security deposit

Between the glass in the pool, glass on the floor in the pool house, the pool was ice cold, the hot tub was removed and the roach infestation it wasn’t the experience we had hoped for.

There were boogers on the wall beside the bed and chewing gum beside the head board broken tile on the floor that my grandson cut his toe on and the a/c did not work properly it was hot in our room and the floor wet around the a/c unit hair in the bathtub and just not very clean

Booked room through hotels.com. When arrived I was advised there was $100 deposit that also needed to be paid to obtain the room. It was unexpected. There was blood splatters on the bathroom floor. There stains and/or mold all over other the sheets and pillow cases.

While the room appeared to have been renovated in recent years, the green and gold Quality Inn common area carpets appeared much more worn by years of heavy foot and wheeled luggage traffic. Nevertheless, the establishment substantially fulfilled the promise of a sufficiently clean and comfortable room plus an adequate breakfast at a modest price.

My husband and i spent 2 nights here, from reservation and check in it was a big mess. We were not told theyd charge card before we got there so the reservation becames canceled which resulted in higher cost. The lady at the desk did get us close to the same rate but then my husbands card was attempted to be charged by another 100.00 after we paid for room. The main reason we booked this specific hotel was the indoor pool and hot tub, which they no longer had a hot tub even though it was still listed and pictued on their website and the booking site i used. Over all the stay was not what we were hoping for.

We were in town for a sports tournament and were looking for a better price than similar hotels in the area were offering. After checking the reviews, and seeing the great prices, we decided to try it. Thank you Quality Inn for a great stay! A member of our family needed accessibility to the shower and they were very helpful in meeting our needs. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was really good!

AC would not cool room adequately. Shower door fell off track as roller was loose. Shower door handle was missing lower screw so was difficult to open/close. Shower was only accessible while being hit by spray, so you get sprayed with cold water while adjusting the temperature.

Well priced. Rooms newly renovated, outside a little dated but all worth the nightly rate.

They decided to try and charge $100 for a deposit due to locals trashing a couple of rooms. I don’t know how that has anything to do with me and I expressed that. I also drive 10 hrs to get to Arkansas. They eventually said they would charge $50. The first room I was in the toilet was loose, shower head was wobbly and the phone didn’t work. WiFi password was wrong and I tried calling the front desk on my cell phone but it didn’t go through. I had to call another number to get the WiFi. You could smell cigarette smoke the bathroom and in the hallway. I was supposed to in a non smoking area. The next morning the front desk was much more accommodating and switched our room and it was much better. Breakfast was nice. Noise was low. I know they upgraded the rooms but the hallways carpet and walls could use a clean and a new paint job

We had a great time

Called before coming to make sure the pool was open was told yes get there and pool is closed entire stay. Room was ok except the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. After checking out they tried to charge my card a additional 250 when called to find out why was met with no answers .

Just okay. We arrived late (around 9pm) there was no one at the front desk I looked around and the girl finally came to the desk. We got to the room and went to prep coffee for the next day, but the pot was broken. I was given another from a different room. Wanted ice and noticed the ice bucket still had water in it. I asked for a clean one and I was given one, but the girl didn’t seem surprised that this was an issue. The ice machine leaked and the carpet was soaked in the hallway. The pillows were tiny. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and we had issues with the toilet flushing. If I paid $60 or even $75 a night it would have not been that upsetting but this room was over $100/night. Please raise your standards or lower your prices.

Was decent accommodations. The shower was very weak and the toilet didn't flush properly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Booking the reservation was fantastic. When we got there, check in was good, even if they already charged my card before i arrived due to possible bad weather. When i got to the room however the tv wouldnt change channels. And the shower curtain rod looked like it needed to be repaired. As well as the dial for the hot and cold functions in the shower. Yes i did let someone know about it all. The tv eas the easy fix...cable box had fallen behind the actual tv. Not sure if the bathroom stuff has been fixed yet due to I've been home for a couple weeks now.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only negative thing was you could hear other guests going in and out of their rooms. The door would slam shut. O er all the was a good place to stay.

We booked a non smoking room and were put in smoking. We resevered a king with a sofa bed for 4 people, came into 2 towels, no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed and 2 pillows. The wifi password was displayed wrong. Dead bugs in the room. A sticky tray left behind. When we asked for blankets, pillows and more towels, we were greeted with "well we'll have to see if we bave any". The "heated" pool was not heated, my daughters lips turned blue within minutes. Conditioner in shower was empty. Had to call for someone to bring up a remote for the TV because there wasn't one there. Breakfast was decent. Location is ideal for what we were there for. But we will not be returning.

I had a wonderful stay. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff bent over backwards for me!

The checkin process was very easy and the lady at the desk was very polite. The room we first were in was ok but the bathroom was not. It smelled like smoke and there were a couple of small roaches. I talked with the clerk and got another room and it was ok but the bathroom smelled like weed and the room did not look like it had been vacuumed. The breakfast did have a good variety to choose from.

Front desk staff was very accomodating upon arrival and they met what our reservation guaranteed. However, the non-smoking rooms had bathrooms that smelled as though people were smoking in them and no ventilation. The pool was shut down and no access to workout room during entire stay. Clearly a room or 2 near us was engaging in illegal drug-related activities on our last night. Front staff was unsure if they could address based on suspicion and contact police. Breakfast offered was good. Location is excellent for anyone staying in Fort Smith. Management needs to seriously step up guest safety enforcemet and property repair /operational issues.

Rooms Were Awesome but the surroundings POOR House Cleaning

Did find cigarette burns in my room curtains and the toilet seat had damage that could easily have been fixed when the cleaning crew was in.

Nice hotel, good sized room but smelt slightly of dog. also the flannels were grimy coloured and black marks on sheets. Breakfast was ok with various options. The room was clean, shame about the sheets and flannels, also the bath/shower worked the wrong way round, on was off, hot was cold, confusing!!!! Lots of eateries close by and walkable, would possibly stay again

This was a fantastic stay in just across the street from a magical stadium. Staff was beyond helpful.

Bed comfortable. Good water pressure and hot water for shower. Room was clean. That being said the ceiling was disgusting. It has what looked like a border of fresh paint from painting the walls. The rest of the ceiling looked like it had either black mold or had been used as a smoking room for ages. The air conditioner kept the room cool but was very noisy.

I made my reservation at this location because it had a pool. It closed the whole 3 days I stayed. Also, it was hard to find staff when you needed something. Multiple calls to the front desk were unanswered.

The location of the hotel was convenient to shopping but the exterior and grounds did show that it was an older building. The interior had been updated, the room was nice with a good size refrigerator and small. It was a quiet, comfortable stay. We plan to return in September.

I arrived at 3 pm and housekeeping was not done cleaning rooms. I suggested i go get something to eat and come back. I came back about 4:30 and the young lady at the front desk was over whelmed. Some rooms were still not ready and she had KAREN"S at the desk belittling her. She handled it to the best of her ability. overall stay was good but housekeeping needs to be retrained. There was no towels in the pool area and i had to walkl back to my room wet and cold. thank you.

Room was clean and comfy, AC didn’t work right and made a noise every time it shut off. Never kept the temp low enough. Hallways dirty and smelled of mildew.

We came here for the total solar eclipse, and the hotel prepared a cute little bag with solar glasses and snacks for every room.

My wife booked for me, she thought the hotel was by the airport, it isnt. Was difficult getting in and out of prperty easiest was was through planet fitness parking lot. People in gym/hotel parking lot loud and troublesome, another argument in hotel parking the next morning. No one at front desk for assistance. House keeping loud with I'm assuming with manager in hall. Bed was horrible metal base with handle to keep bed from sliding off. Base too large for matrass so it does slide arround, pillows too small, i guess thats a thing now, still dont like it. You asked.

Breakfast fair to poor. Decaf coffee not recharged 2nd morning after being told 1st morning

The room had some many Roaches in there we left. We started out see just a couple. Then about 3am Roaches started coming out everywhere. We got out of there and then I stood at the front desk for 30 minutes and had to call the front desk to act like a check in. In order to get checked out. No way they should charge a 100.00 incidental deposit. Its so gross in there they need to rethink alot about thier rooms and the fairness to people needing a decent room.

Over all not a bad place. Very clean and rooms look new. Only problem we had was the pool. It is indoor but it was like taking the ice cold plunge. So at the time we were there it was not warm enough.

2 floor building without elevator is very inconvenient for seniors.

Everything was fine except that they ran out of will out beds on the second floor, and even didn't allow me to take one from the first floor.

Booked non-smoking, management tried to give us smoking so they could sell higher priced rooms to eclipse travelers, thankfully the young woman at the swrvice desk did the right thing and got us the room we booked. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the shower and we didnt get so much as an apology for that in the morning at checkout... Not a great stay to say the least.

The entire property from the front door throughout the entire hotel smelled like Marijana. even in the room. For a Hotel listed as non-smoking. this was a huge negative.

Non smoking room clearly smelled of smoke. Would not stay again.
