Reviews
The hotel is undergoing renovations, which has led to a mix of positive and negative experiences for guests. The staff is generally praised for their friendliness and helpfulness, but the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities is a major concern for many guests.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Newly renovated rooms are appreciated
- Hot tub and pool frequently not working
- Cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms and hallways
- 5/5
Everything was amazing, besides the jacuzzi didn't get hot enough
- 3/5
The smell in the building smelled like nail polish removal with a covered up cigarette smoke. Limited staff. Breakfast basic.
- 3/5
The room was worthy the money, the pool was clean, but the property is in need of maintenance. Load AC unit, shower would not turn completely off. With a few repairs the property would be great. Don't plan on breakfast being satisfying.
- 3/5
The staff had a dry personality. The breakfast ends way too early other than that it’s was all good
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
It was a Lil loud. And hard to get into the parking lot when trying to maneuver in and out of places to eat or shop. It was clean and had everything we needed.
- 5/5
Location staff and pool area I liked it all

Great value for such a well taken care of property.
- 5/5
Daviry was super nice. Very helpful with things around town. Room was clean beds comfortable. Will stay here again in a couple months
- 1/5
Toilet backed up and overflowed on my floor. The smell was horrible all night. No offer of any type of compensation. In addition, there was a false fire alarm the previous night to I was sitting on the sidewalk at 2 am. I'm 60. I can honestly say this is in the top 3 worse stays of my entire life
- 5/5
Really enjoyed my birthday stay me and my sister took a girls trip 😉
- 3/5
Location was great, bed very comfortable and room clean, breakfast was a but lacking but plenty of good places near by Wifi was hardly working, guessing to the fact that everyone was on it,
- 5/5
I love the location as it was just a few miles away from where my sister lives. And it’s right off the highway easy access. The one thing I can say is that the breakfast was disappointing. As it did not have any kind of meat, sausage or bacon. They did have a sausage gravy, but I am not a big fan of that so.
- 2/5
Bed sheets were stained. Had to sleep on top of the comforter. Road noise was so loud that I thought the window was open. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing very few hot foods and the cold foods were warm. No lids for coffee cups so couldn’t take a to-go cup.

Would avoid staying here! Hot tub did not work, place was filthy, got to room pull down sheets hair on the sheets look like there was a body print on the mattress like someone slept in the bed! They did come and change our sheets and the person at night helping us was very helpful! Morning staff was very rude to us when asked to make some more coffee! Water and water pot was warm no ice in it! Nobody in the breakfast area to help tables were dirty! Bathroom in the reception area had urine all over the floor and on the seats! Place was very unsanitary would not recommend !!
- 2.5/5
Room was clean and smelled fresh. We were told when we called to book that the hot tub was working and the heat was not working the whole weekend. This was the whole reason we booked this hotel so we could enjoy the hot tub. Very disappointed and will not stay there again.

Room was fairly clean. Couldn't wash hair in the shower because water pressure wasn't strong enough so had to rinse hair by laying in the tub using the faucet. Staff seemed irritated when we asked for more toilet paper (there was one roll in the room, the ladies staying in room for three days). TV signal kept going in and out. Hot tub was not working when we arrived until about 6pm then we had to ask for the heat to be turned on and wait another hour or so for it to heat. There was a cigar that was half smoked in the hot tub area. The restrooms in the hallway for the pool and hot tub users were out of order so had to go up to room when needing to use restroom. Breakfast was alright. We needed up leaving a day early and getting a refund for that day.
- 1/5
The rooms were alright but this place needs to upgrade lobby and outside of building. Bathroom was dirty. Hair and dirt. Wouldn't stay here again.
- 5/5
I can't to complain anything about this hotel, the balance between the price and comfort is the best.
- 4/5
Pet Friendly Out of diet coke in the machine.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and the hotel overall was clean and smelled lovely. This was a convenient spot to stay and was very pet friendly. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again!
- 5/5
Well, we had a reservation for last week too. Just one night. We did like the lower floor, the room is plenty big enough for us & I'm happy about the warm breakfast & check out times. I'm not crazy about the ceramic tile floor in the bathroom. There is really no threshold to separate the shower from the bathroom, so water gets everywhere.

This place is almost exactly 1/2 way between our 2 destinations. It was nice that they could accommodate us on the ground floor. I'm so happy about a warm breakfast option. I took a shower & water literally was all over the nation floor. I understand the handicapped shower with no ledge for wheel chair access. But there should be a way for the water to drain better in the shower then for it to go into the bathroom drain.

I enjoyed it
- 3/5
The room wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival or after requesting it the next morning. The door was eventually fixed after two requests. The staff was nice, but the pool area had ants. The hotel seems to be undergoing remodeling, and overall the experience was average.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, indoor pool and hot tub. Room was clean.
- 3/5
Staff seemed friendly. Room was filthy. Stains and liquid spills all over wall behind desk. Cobwebs everywhere along ceiling.
- 5/5
Nice hotel with a decent price. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
- 4/5
Pool was not heated even though it was advertised as such, so that was disappointing. Breakfast was decent, and the rooms were nice. The beds were comfy, it has a smart TV with Netflix capability, and the shower had excellent water pressure!
- 5/5
Great would stay again
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive, the rooms were clean and comfortable and we loved the indoor pool and hot tub! I would recommend them and would stay again!
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
very clean room and staff was great.
- 5/5
hot tub was hot and parking fine.
- 2/5
2. Breakfast was poor - no eggs. 3. Coffee was awful If I was ever back in the area, I would try another hotel. I expected better from a La Quinta.
- 5/5
Yes,very safe
- 2/5
Freezing pool, dirty towels, no real blinds so flood lights were blinding, no drain stoppers, flickering lights, super small trash cans, smells like cigarettes and wet dog, and stains on the comforter. The only decent thing was the main staff guy and the breakfast was alright. The orange juice and apple juice were out of order one of the days and the hot water for tea barely came out. I would not stay there again even if I was bribed.

- 5/5
Room was clean. Liked the location.
- 1/5
Everythg was dirty… EVERYTHING
- 5/5
The room was clean, there is an indoor pool and hot tub which is one reason we picked this hotel. The breakfast wasn’t anything to brag about.
- 4/5
I stay there again it was convenient
- 5/5
Nice comfy room
- 4/5
Pool was still cold in April. Convenience Stores , Restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance. No frills, great bang for your buck in Franklin. Convenient Interstate access.
- 4/5
Everything was just fine easy location to get in and out food parking Etc
- 5/5
Hot tub jets were weak
- 3/5
Dog poop in stairwell pool freezing hot tub dirty check in and check out staff was great room was decent
- 3/5
Noisy
- 1/5
This property did not have clean bathroom area in the rooms. The lobby is quite small as is the breakfast area.
- 4/5
I stayed here for the hot tub. It was fine but only 3 jets worked. The times were not good for me as I like to go straight to the hot tub when I first wake then hit the shower. Otherwise, just before bed. The front desk graciously opened the access door for me in the mornings before scheduled time to open. Breakfast was ok for a quick get away. Overall, a good place to stay as access to I65 is .5 miles away,
- 1/5
Pool was so cold!
- 3/5
The room was really nice and clean. The lobby was good. The breakfast was basic but it tasted all right. The indoor pool was freezing cold and I understand it’s an indoor pool but it was outrageously cold so I was able to put my toddler in the hot tub it wasn’t even that hot.
- 3/5
The room was clean and nice. Unfortunately the pool was not heated and very cold, and the hot tub was in very poor condition.
- 4/5
Facilities were fine for what we wanted however we chose La Quinta due to a prior stay in Huntsville - much smarter & fresher and for a less price. I think it would be best to concentrate on refurbishment over having a pool that no-one seemed to be using. Staff were friendly - especially the guy from Hawaii. Stated a 2nd night but that was more for convenience than facilities. Please upgrade your rooms to the same standard as Huntsville & people will want to stay more.
- 3/5
Jets weak on hot tub and pool was cold.
- 2/5
Hotel is showing wear and tear. Very noisy from highway being right next to it. Parking lot lights are extremely bright and shine around window edges with the blinds pulled shut. Room wasn’t as clean as I expected. Floors needed vacuuming and sheets were paper thin from bleaching. Staff was nice.
- 3/5
It was just OK. You get what you pay for. Our first room had a smell, but they were very kind and moved us to a different room. Our bed frames were too big for the mattresses, so expect to hit your shins getting in and out of the bed. I really appreciated all of the extra outlets and charging ports in the room. The sink area is outside the bathroom. There are refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles. The bottles are Dove brand, but the contents were definitely not the original Dove products. Breakfast was meh. The waffles were good, if you have the time to wait for them. All carbs and gluten, and no protein options. Decent coffee.
- 3/5
Breakfast was a little disappointing. This location is our halfway point when leaving Florida to go home to Indiana.
- 4/5
Staff was very nice, rooms were clean, very pet friendly.
- 4/5
There wasn't any toilet paper in the woman's restroom, and they didn't have any plates for breakfast. No fruit for breakfast.
- 4/5
I had to hunt down staff to check in. Not very attentive to replenish breakfast items and tidy up.
- 3/5
Bed sheet had blood stains on under sheet. Bathroom had showerhead that just hung, not mounted. Had to hold it. Breakfast was horrible. Tough biscuits, no eggs, only carbs. No where to sit. Hall had buckets catching water from leaking pipes. Did not use pool, full of kids.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing! Clean room and the hot tub was wonderful after a long day of walking.
- 2/5
The bed had hair in it. There was a bottle cap from a corona bottle that my kid picked up and handed to me. The roof was leaking in the hall way. The “hot tub” felt like bath water. The breakfast was awful. Only got 2 towels in our room so I went down to ask for another and was given a dirty one. I recommended this place to my whole wrestling team that I coach because the previous year was amazing. We will not be staying there any time soon for sure. The only thing positive about our stay was the man at the counter was truly busting his butt trying his best to make sure everything was amazing.
- 5/5
We chose this room because of the great price. The hotel location was perfect for our trip to Nashville. The hotel is extremely clean and smells incredible. The breakfast is very nice. The staff are very helpful and polite. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms, bedding,
- 1/5
Hallways had buckets for leaking roofs .
- 1/5
Housekeeping is supposed to be everyday . But on the third day they only collected our trash , did not even replenish our towels . Floor was not vacuumed cos the white speckles are still on the floor . We travel every week and use La Quinta a lot and this the nastiest one ever . I have photos to show .
- 1/5
The roof was leaking in the hallways. The pool was freezing. The TV didn’t play much of anything. The shower head wasn’t attached to anything so you had to hold it for the entire shower. There was no light by the desk area so you couldn’t do any work.
- 1/5
They had to move us because room was filthy. The second room was also nasty. Both rooms had hair on the sides of tub, toilet had pee on it and in floor, carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed, water left in ice bucket, food left in freezer that needed defrosted, the towels had yellow spots on them, beds sheets look like they haven’t been changed and food found in bed when you turn down covers needless to say we didn’t sleep on sheets, sheets had yellow spots on them, the mattress you slept on the wood platform it was on because the mattress was broke on inside, the platform needed to be vacuumed. I do have pictures. The outlets didn’t work, we had no cups for water or coffee. This hotel needs a whole upgrade. The breakfast area was nasty. Overall this place wasn’t worth the money we paid to stay 2 nights. It was disgusting!
- 3/5
The GCI outlets didn't work in our room. The rooms need a deep cleaning due to old food crumbs in random places, including our air conditioner. Other than that, comfortable beds.
- 1/5
Leaking ceilings, dirty sheets, broken bathroom fan.
- 4/5
Staff was great, but the •indoor” pool was too cold to use.
- 2/5
The room I had did not have a thorough clean when I arrived. There was something that looked like chewed gum on the floor by the bed, and there was hair that was not mine in the bed. Also, the hallways were filthy and had an unpleasant smell of smoke/marijuana both days I was there. Staff was friendly enough, though. No complaints there. They need to up their cleaning expectations.
- 1/5
The staff was nice and professional. The room where the heater had cold air from outside blowing in from the wall keeping the heater contantly on. People had dogs in their rooms and they barked all night long and disrupted my sleep. I will not be staying at that location ever again.
- 4/5
Room was very clean. Staff friendly. When booked online, it stated pets stayed for free. When we checked in we were told that was no longer true and were charged $40.00 for our 2 dogs.
- 5/5
Andy and the rest of the staff were attentive, patient, and very helpful in the aftermath of an ice storm which left us without a place to stay.
- 3/5
Room wasn't clean. Hot tub needs attention
- 1/5
We found a bedbug in the room, as well as several hairs, dirty floors, and an inappropriate magazine under the mattress. We also had something clicking the entire first night. We told the gentleman on duty whom said he would get to it but never did. We reminded him and he never took care of the issue. Needless to say the rocking was still there the entire 2nd night of our stay. This was one of the filthiest hotels I have ever stayed. Quite disgusting. We will never be staying there.
- 5/5
The staff was very courteous and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was great. We enjoyed our stay!
- 5/5
Hot tub was a good temperature.
- 2/5
Nasty
- 1/5
It’s a racist scum ball hotel
- 1/5
The lobby and dining area was extremely dated. The windows were filthy and you could not even see out of the room window. The parking lot had a plethora of holes. And needs major work and resurfacing. Kids began running around the floor above us at 6:30am and up and down the halls. It woke us up and sounded like herds of cattle running at high speeds and screaming. This location may have long term rentals with people living there. Not sure. Would not recommend at all. This location does not live up to the LaQuinta standards. The bed was comfortable. That would be the only positive.
- 3/5
Obviously an older hotel that they have put effort into updating. The rooms were ok. A little more detail could be paid to cleanliness. Like the floors had obviously been mopped, but no one was getting into the corners. Would be nice to have a little bit nicer AC / heat system. Breakfast was very basic and not very good.
- 3/5
loved that it is right beside cracker barrel
- 5/5
It was clean and nice! Beds was very comfortable
- 4/5
Our room was small and dated but wasn't unpleasant. Staff was friendly the few times we saw someone. We did ask for extra towels because it was Christmas and they gave their room crew the day off to be with family. We didnt get them. The carpets in the halls and elevator floors need attention. The elevator door bangs when it opens on the 3rd floor. I normally complain about the beds being rough but I actually slept pretty good here. My wife had that complaint this time. They are pet friendly too. Thats always a plus for us. They had a small pet fee which was new to us but it wasn't anything like other hotels. We will stay again.
- 2/5
The towel and rags, hand towel was dirty and they had brown stains,The sheets had hair on it Black hair.
- 2/5
After unpacking, about 1/2 hour later my wife found a roach crawling up the wall. When I told the front desk, they assigned us a room on the second floor. The second floor hallway had at least five buckets or containers collecting water that was leaking from the plumbing in the ceiling. The breakfast was the worst I had experienced at any LaQuinta I have stayed at, no eggs, just sausage gravy and biscuits and gravy. This seems to be a pattern at any hotel I have stayed at that is run by non-native Americans (I will not reveal their ethnicity) We have stayed at many LaQuintas in the past three years and this was by far the worst.
- 3/5
Room was ok and clean. Staff was friendly. "Hot breakfast" kind of pathetic. But it was cheap and my dogs were welcome. I would go back just for that.
- 3/5
The heating unit kept making loud noises and waking every one up out of a dead sleep. Wasnt much for breakfast, ceilings were leaking, my room key kept not working and I had to keep getting it reset. I have never been on an elevator that rocked and shakes as much as this one did. Floors weren’t the cleanest.
- 3/5
As for Breakfast :( it was terrible!! Coffee came out of pot so dark, so strong it was just undoable. Only 2 choices on cereal not very kid friendly Raisin Bran Frosted Flakes? Yes they had waffles! No muffins No danishes! Bagels or toast was available. Oh my lord let’s not talk about the so called sausage gravy. It was disgusting. On our first morning there was no biscuits, I went to lobby desk and asked for some, they were brought out and were ice cold almost to the point of being frozen! Smdh
- 4/5
No decaf coffee in breakfast area. Told to make it from machine in room and bring it downstairs with you. Not acceptable option for me.
- 3/5
Cleanliness, proper working equipment.
- 5/5
Better breakfast
- 3/5
Staff was courteous...stayed 3 nights...never had my bed made..garbages emptied and no wet towels take...other than that...it was ok...truly a no frills
- 4/5
Room clean other than finding a rotten banana on top of the tower thing that housed the fridge, microwave, and coffee stuff. Wouldn’t have noticed it had it not been for my kids accidentally throwing a towel up there
- 3/5
The room was so-so. The shower needed to be redone. There was a huge crack in the corner. The microwave was set up on top of a cabinet above the.Refrigerator I could barely reach it to open the door. Definitely.Do not go if you are looking for a pool and hot tub.The pool was dirty. The hot tub was disgusting. It had no water flow with the jets and the paint in the bottom of the hot tub was peeling, making it look very unappealing. The breakfast bar consisted of biscuits and gravy and bagel and dry cereal.
- 4/5
Beds were not super comfortable, breakfast was okay! We appreciated the place to stay! Thank you!
- 3/5
The parking lot lights shine into the room, shades don't block the light. The bed was excellent. Everything was great except the windows. Manager said all rooms were the same so no need to move. We really like La Quinta and stay there whenever there is one available. Thanks.
- 3/5
The staff was great, room was affordable. No water greater, no Kleenex, coffe maker missing parts
- 4/5
We stayed here for 4 days. We had to keep asking for clean towels and we ran out of toilet paper. We were able to get it from the desk but it was inconvenient that our room wasn't cleaned while we were there. My husband loved the hot tub. They ran out of forks on Friday morning during breakfast. Hard to eat waffles without forks. The staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
My stay here was awesome everything was clean it was very quite and comfortable and very pet friendly…
- 5/5
Everything was great! I stayed about 3 weeks will definitely return😊
- 5/5
The rooms were very clean and smelled good. With 100% smoke free there wasn’t a stale musty smoke smell to it. The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet environment.
- 3/5
Hotel was not in as good of condition as previous stays and is showing age. Was also offered the free breakfast only to find that all the had available was 2 types of cereal, bananas, and coffee.
- 2/5
WE GOT BED BUGS
- 4/5
Nice enough. Had our dogs there and they heard every noise from the hallway.
- 4/5
Indoors is awesome.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, good breakfast area and next to restaurants, clean hotel
- 1/5
The room was dirty had pubic hair in the tub dirt on the shower walls soap in the tub like it hadnt been clean the fridge was dirty. We stayed from the 26th through the 30th not once did they check on us to see if we needed anything we had to go to them to get more towels and toilet paper of all the laquintas i have stayed in this was the worst
- 4/5
Room was clean. Shower could use a good scrubbing.
- 4/5
Room was not clean at all almost left
- 4/5
The room was clean. The shower could use a good scrubbing. Staff was polite.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay. Very nice staff and very clean room
- 1/5
The room was unkept and the elevator was broke
- 2/5
Elevator not working most of the time, buckets and pans in hallway catching dripping water, hallway continually smelled of marijuana use,had to clean own table in breakfast area , out of coffee, had to find someone to make more
- 5/5
Last minute surgery had me unable to walk stairs and staff allowed me to have first floor. Daviyra even ordered me a shower chair so I could shower. Appreciate the renovations that have taken place since our last stay
- 5/5
I liked how the rooms were more modern than the last time we stayed. The staff was very nice. The breakfast could have been more attended to would be my only issue.
- 5/5
Clean, nice pool, and the hot tub was ok
- 5/5
Really nice and clean room, the only thing that wasn’t the best (but nothing I care about) is the WiFi was kinda slow and there wasn’t many options for breakfast but we also ate breakfast kinda late so that’s kinda on us lol. Love this place though and will definitely be coming back!!
- 5/5
Well this is a very basic HOTEL but the front desk is very nice and the rooms are updated about a year or two ago. I think they still have some structural problems. They were two cans in the hallway catching water dripping from the ceiling still didn’t take away from the fact that it’s OK as a basic hotel.
- 4/5
Nice room, loud ac unit (turned off) tv won’t connect (no signal) but just needed a bed to crash mid way on a trip. Didn’t bother saying anything because I was exhausted, just went to sleep. Bed is A+++, convenient location, east access off highway.
- 5/5
Clean room. Quiet and convenient.
- 4/5
This is a great location and nice hotel except for the pool towels. They are the size of a hand towel and most pool towels are larger than home towels. I’m a size 8 and couldn’t even wrap the pool towel around my waist.
- 5/5
Had a great stay
- 5/5
Cannot remember his name but I loved the front desk associate who checked us in. Ironically he was the same one who checked me into La Quinta when I first moved to Franklin, and the last to check me out when I moved away from Franklin. The hotel is a bit older but its an affordable, cat friendly hotel that wasn't overly loud and was clean enough. Some of the ceiling panels might need a refresh but all in all we enjoyed the stay and breakfast the next morning. Will be staying at this La Quinta any time I'm back in the south Nashville area
- 4/5
The receptionist was super. I would highly recommend
- 4/5
Clean room, nice staff, easy access off highway. I stayed with my dogs fir a dog show, no issues, clean and affordable.
- 5/5
Very nice front desk gentleman and rooms were very clean and looked brand now. Will stay there again when in Franklin
- 5/5
The room was lovely. It was clean, the staff was friendly, but the breakfast was lacking.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 1/5
This place is disgusting. We wound up leaving due to the condition of the lobby restroom. We lost our money on this but will try and get a refund. This lance should be 2 or 3 on a 1-10 scale.
- 4/5
Staff was nice - Fair to good Breakfast - Decent Pool and Spa
- 4/5
Clean room, nice shower, great customer service. Wish the pool and hottub was open later though because we werent able to use it expect for once also the breakfast selection was lacking but other than that it was a very lovely stay.
- 4/5
Comfy beds
- 4/5
Overall good stay. Hair on bathroom floor in corners and pet fur all over carpeting went into bedsheets from our socks. The night checkin was good, morning the host stayed on phone let coffee run dry. But overall
- 1/5
The shower in our room had hairs on the wall and shelves of the shower. The pool room was dark, freezing and the hot tub was broken. The beds were hard as a rock
- 5/5
Our room was very nice. We have stayed here before and it has been upgrades. The staff was fantastic and friendly.
- 1/5
Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name associated with this property. It is shabby, my room needed the TV hooked up, the water in my refrigerator froze, the food, other than a container of yogurt, was totally unappetizing. One morning I tried to have a bagel, but it was frozen and I couldn’t pry it apart to toast it. In the hallway on my floor there were 3 buckets collecting water from a leak in the ceiling. They were there for my entire 3 night stay. My friend’s bed was made each day, mine was never made. The list goes on and on. It is true that you get what you pay for. My friend was on a tight budget, so I agreed to stay there - never again for a La Quinta.
- 3/5
👍
- 1/5
The next morning I noticed the bottom of comforter was stained. I asked to speak to a manager on Saturday and Sunday the front deak receptionist informed the manager does not work on the weekends. She never apologized for the bad experience nor did she offer to make it right. She looked very annoyed with the pictures and videos I showed her. I still haven't heard from the manager.
- 4/5
The place was very nice. Quick check in and out. Hot tub was ice cold.
- 4/5
The room was remodled and clean. The beds were comfortable. They came and cleaned our room daily. The only down side was the breakfast wasnt good and the area was really gross. Other than that, it was a good stay for the cost.
- 4/5
All OK. Did not use laundry and hot tub.
- 2/5
No hi way noise, quiet at night. Halls and general spaces were dirty. Hadn’t been vacuumed in days. Staff said housekeepers were out sick. While playing on their phones and taking cigarette breaks. Someone could vacuum??! Microwave was dirty, floors, walls needed cleaning in room. Dryer and washer Broken!
- 5/5
Staff was so very accommodating. Will stay there again because of that.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
Despite all of that, the staff we met were all nice.
- 3/5
Had breakfast elsewhere, space not big enough.
- 2/5
Water pressure was horrible.
- 4/5
Pleasant, clean place to sleep and have breakfast.

The floor in our room was just dirty. Brand new white socks were not white after 10 minutes walking around. Shower did not drain either night, even after complaining. First night arriving, the body wash, shampoo and conditioner were all EMPTY. How the heck does that happen? took all three down at 945 PM to get three new ones. The breakfast is super limited on selections.
- 3/5
Upon arrival, check in was quick. The lobby, elevator and hallways appeared clean. Our room was not. Only the toilet seat was clean. Under the seat, the bowl, and the outer surface has old urine and feces. There was hair on my pillow like someone had used it. The carpeting was sticky to walk on. I took pictures and went downstairs to show the desk clerk. He looked embarrassed and showed me the only 2 rooms that were available. The double queen room like ours smelled very musty and moldy. The king room with a fold out couch would not work either. The mattress was super thin and worn and I told the gentleman that I would not ask my 18 year old to sleep on that. He said he would come up immediately and clean our room. He did not come, but an older man that did not speak any English did. I took the bedding from him and managed that on my own. I wanted him out as soon as possible. He cleaned the entire toilet and floor, but set his dirty rags on the vanity top. When I pointed it out to him he just rubbed them around thinking he was cleaning what I asked him to. He left and I cleaned it myself. He had no gloves on and did not even wash his hands. I feel sorry for him if he didn’t know any better. So he touched our doorknob, the elevator, and who knows what else as he left. It was way too late in the evening to try to change hotels and they did fix it right away. There was a loud family on our floor that allowed their children to yell in their rooms and run up and down the halls.
- 4/5
Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the Pool and hot tub very much. Breakfast was average.
- 3/5
Oh, we’re not clean and around. Staff was very nice at front desk. Hotel overall needed updating.
- 3/5
Nice room but went down to use the hot tub and no hot water, plus jets weren’t working well either.
- 1/5
Sheets felt knotty we got stuck in a room that the Shower seat was broke off the wall with a huge whole in the wall. The entire place carpets, room entryways were nasty and looked like they needed a severe cleaning. Good morning breakfast area was very nasty. And the microwave had something coating all over the inside of it, to I would not even try to use.
- 3/5
The mattress was terribly stained (room 316). Sheets hd some stains found visible flake-able dirt on the mattress. Caulk in the bathroom discolored and dirty under the super heavy couch. Elevator dirty. This property needs a face lift.
- 4/5
All good
- 5/5
Great service and breakfast. Very friendly staff.
- 4/5
The dog bones by the door were a nice touch but I wish I were aware ahead of time about the $20 each pet fee.
- 2/5
The beds was supposed to be Queens beds and we ended up with small beds
- 3/5
Hotel was ok staff was great elevator stunk bad hotel wasn’t the nicest overall not bad
- 2/5
The only reason we picked this hotel was bc it had a hot tub bc my kids really wanted one. The hot tub was broke. The fitness center was broke. The hallway smelled horrible and had buckets everywhere for catching roof leaks. One bed had a stain on sheets. The cabinet for fridge was broken. The shower had mold in it. The shampoo and conditioner in shower said Dove but definitely wasn’t. More like White Rain or Suave. The breakfast hardly had anything set out. The juice machine was broken. The water was tepid and tasted like horrible tap water. I could go on.
- 5/5
Clean room, very comfortable bed, polite staff
- 5/5
I had to wait on the employee 15 minutes because they check me in, They was not at the front desk, And I wasn’t the only ones waiting to check in.
- 4/5
It was such a lovely experience. Our only issue was the bathroom sink didn’t drain well and the hot tub wasn’t warm in the morning. It also only had two strong jets. Overall, it was excellent in price, customer service, and cleanliness. Loved the modern touches.
- 2/5
pool was cool. ceiling leaking in the hall, no one fixing it, we were there for 3 working days. lysol spell when we 1st walked into the lobby. had to hunt for someone to check us in, no one at the front desk.
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable. All we needed for a one night stay. Room was very noisy as it was next to the Interstate and you could hear the cars and trucks all night. Was disappointed in the breakfast offered the next morning. Couldn't find lids for coffee, breakfast was waffle, bagels, and cold cereal.,
- 4/5
Good place for stay, friendly staffs.
- 3/5
The bad: it was really dirty. There was dog food and debris on the carpet in the hall and in the room. There was some kind of black slime coming out from under the mini fridge. Walking on the bathroom floor with wet feet left brown footprints on the floor towel. I have stayed at a lot of la Quinta hotels and this one was not what I expected, especially for Franklin. The breakfast was all carbs. No protein options.
- 5/5
Amazing stay
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable. Great location.
- 2/5
Dirty hotel, found several crumbs on the floor, blood on sheets and comforter
- 3/5
But reflects They are remolding so that’s a plus. The breakfast is just cereal and waffles
- 1/5
The wifi wasn't working or setup I left to run to store and when i came back my room door was open because they were going around and installing the hinge things that keep doors from slamming shut and they apparently didn't realize i was staying in the room because they were surprised to see me when they came to install hinge. I was not happy with my door open with my belongings inside The inside pool area was hit during the day the pool water was cold the hot tub was ok the jets didn't work very good but it was hot they never mentioned the wifi wasn't working before i checked in
- 4/5
When we arrived they were doing some upgrades to the property. The rooms look like they have been recently remodeled. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were extremely quiet on the inside. Couldn’t hear traffic nor other people moving into their rooms.
- 4/5
Spacious room
- 5/5
Conscientious, friendly, onetime staff with complete, healthy breakfasts to begin daily.
- 1/5
Bed bugs, refused to believe they had bed bugs, dealt with bed bugs by throwing away 1 bed bug
- 1/5
Expedia dropped the ball.....hotel could not locate my Expedia Reservation! Great disappointment....will not use Expedia ever again!
- 1/5
We arrived to find our room with zero towels, out of toilet paper, no television available (it appeared the Dish service was cut off due to non-payment), no light bulb in the bathroom, and a large, visible clump of hair (not ours) waiting in the shower. When we asked for towels at the desk, we were handed two tiny towels and two hand towels, along with the bathroom mat towel. The next night, we were told they had no towels to give us. The following morning, we were told the same. Beyond our room, there were garbage cans in the hallway collecting water from various leaks in the ceiling. They remained throughout the stay. We also asked for the light to be fixed while we were out and for our room to be properly cleaned and stocked for night two. None of this was done.
- 1/5
It was dirty, hair that wasn’t ours. Bed was damp, smelt musky/moldy. Was over all horrible
- 5/5
it was a nice place while away on business.
- 2/5
Price was lowest because there was no tv/cable service, yet it wasn’t advertised. Upon check-in, they give you the bad news.
- 2/5
The carpet was old, dirty and ratty No lids on trash cans in the hallways. Ceiling leaking in several places with buckets on the floor catching the water. No cups in my room. Mold in the shower corners. The hygiene items in the bottles in the shower were empty.
- 5/5
Tree
- 3/5
Everything was out of service, hot tub, ice machine, workout room, cereal dispenser, room outlets.
- 2/5
The front desk manager graciously gave us another room. He even forwarded the photo of the shower drain I showed him to what I’m guessing was the housekeeping manager. No problems with the face to face interaction with the staff. The beds were very comfortable. There is just that one thing that would prevent me from going back. Yuck!
- 2/5
While I expect modest accommodations for the price there are some basics that were not acceptable. The bathroom was dirty, looked like blood stains on the wall. The floor was filthy, hadn’t been mopped in ??? Back door had boards falling off the trim. I would expect better from a Wyndham property.
- 5/5
The staff was good and jice
- 2/5
My husband and I checked in around 10:30pm, and it seemed pretty safe, which was good! However, it was not very well kept on the outside. The man at the front desk was kind enough and helped us with some questions. When we got to our bedroom, the bathroom toilet was very dirty and had not been cleaned. The sink counter didn’t seem like it had really been cleaned either, and the toilet paper had not been restocked. The bed was very comfortable, which was a plus! My husband and I didn’t worry too much cause it was just a quick one night stay, but definitely wouldn’t want to stay here for much longer than that.
- 2/5
Renovation superficial

My room was dirty I had no towels for shower asked housekeeping never got any. Bed had stains on it floor was vacuumed and tub had hair everywhere
- 1/5
Absolutely disgusting, ceiling was leaking, clumps of human hair in the hallway, our bedding was dirty and damp and it was overall filthy. We didn’t feel safe, the door was also broken. Avoid this hotel.
- 2/5
Common areas of the hotel were not kept at comfortable temperatures. The common area bathroom wasn't kept clean and had no paper towels during our stay. Not much of a breakfast, waffles, yogurt, cereal. Front desk employees(I think were the owners) not very friendly
- 1/5
Unfortunately my time was not the best experience. We had dirty sheets, a dirty shower, the room smelt like it was mopped with a dirty mop, and on too of all of that in the middle of the night water started leaking from one of the light fixtures. When we asked for a refund, we were told that since we booked through a third party that they could not issue a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
- 1/5
Nasty rooms bugs the pillow cases blankets where dirty the smell was nasty the hole place was just nasty I will spend the extra money next time and go to a nicer place paid for jacuzzi tub and they said they upgraded me to a better room with only a shower the place was horrible
- 4/5
Comfy beds, clean rooms. There were a few small ants on the sink and end table. Breakfast was ok. Out of orange juice.
- 5/5
Our stay was excellent and peaceful. The guy that checked me in was AWESOME sauce as my kids would say!
- 3/5
Not what you see in the pictures. It was fine overall - but it's not the quality standard of most LaQuinta hotels I've been to. No towels stocked in the room. No extra TP or toiletries. Breakfast was waffles, toast/bagles or cereal. OJ out of order. Ants on the food prep areas. Had the wonderful gentlemen at the front desk not been so nice, it could've turned into a miserable stay. He was so nice and really thoughtful and it kept it from being rough. But I probably won't visit again.
- 1/5
I just want to say, this may be one of the worst experiences I’ve had at hotels, and I have stayed at many. I thought it would be nice to do a short getaway with my kids, and it has instead become a train wreck. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel, was the photos of the pool and hot tub. When we arrived we found out that the hot tub is broken. On our way to the room, the smells in the elevator and the hallways were atrocious. There are things leaking out of the ceiling in the hallways, and random buckets sitting there to catch the leaks. We get into our room and it is like an ice box. It was set to 60°. When we turned it up, we learned the reason it was set so low, is that obviously things are not properly insulated, so the humidity in the room became intolerable at warmer temperatures (and by warmer I mean at just 64 degrees). Our blankets, pillows, carpet were all quite damp due to that. So we basically slept in a wet icebox. The Internet is useless, I have had to use the hotspot data from my phone to make anything work, including the TV. I tried calling down to the front desk to ask about the Internet, and the phones don’t work. I walked down to ask about the internet, and was told that they have no issues with the Internet, and there’s nothing that he can do about it.I wrote the hotel about the issues and never received a response from them either.
- 2/5
Pool hours too short. No shampoo in the room. No hot breakfast. Ice machine broken. Exterior door unsecured.
- 3/5
The hot tub was out of service. The breakfast offered little in the way of protein. There were items missing (shampoos, pool towels) that were necessary for our stay. It was very difficult to block out light with their curtains. The internet and therefore the twlevision were in and out all night long.
- 1/5
tv wouldn’t work, bad breakfast
- 3/5
Hallways and lobby were hot! Rooms were clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
It was a great experience for me and my buddy to spend a day in Nashville.
- 3/5
We got in very late. The sheets were stained, and had hair on them. There were several buckets in the hallway catching water from the ceiling
- 4/5
I liked the price.
- 5/5

- 5/5
No dresser or chair in room asked for chair didn't get one hot tub not working was at hotel for 6 nights no scramble eggs or sausage for breakfast nothing for diabetes
- 4/5

- 4/5
Was good
- 3/5
For the price it was clean and a place to spend the night. The breakfast was not good at all. Overall, it was ok.
- 5/5
Beautiful clean room, exceptional customer service!
- 3/5
The reason I booked the hotel was because they had a hot tub. The hot tube did not work, it was only hot water, no jets, so it was basically like taking a bath.
- 2/5
The internet didn't work and the TV channels didn't load. There was flood light outside our windows and even with blackout curtains, our room was still very bright in the middle of the night. Half of the breakfast amenities were not functioning.
- 1/5
The AC OF THE WHOLE WAY NOT WORKING, the reception workers have very bad attitude, bery bad experience
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
- 1/5
Breakfast was limited, pool was dirty and bad pillows
- 5/5
Clean friendly
- 4/5
The property could use a coat of paint, but the room inside was clean and the price was good. More towels should be available when the reservation is for 4 people.
- 5/5
very nice! and welcoming!
- 2/5
Very limited seats vs. tables in dining room. And food supply in dining room ran low by 8:30 am.
- 5/5
Coffee seem watered down Breakfast could be better
- 2/5
Neighboring room was extremely noisy until midnight when front desk finally resolved the issue. Paper thin walls
- 5/5
Staff was helping another guest when we arrived, but was very polite and cordial to me.
- 1/5
After I booked the stay, I called to ask about a cot. The lady on the phone laughed and said all the cots were broke. Then, upon arrival, I asked about a cot and was told that the rooms are too small for a cot. We got up to the room and realized we did in fact have room for a cot so we bought a cot. Also, my daughter went to sit in the chair at the desk but to my surprise, the chair was completely broke. The hallways are hot. The heat in the halls just hits you in the face upon entering the halls. The hotel smelled badly of a funky odor. The pool was super warm, the hot tub jets didnt work. I asked about detergent for the washer and was told they quit carrying detergent when covid hit. I had to run the clothes thru the dryer three times ($6 total) and they still werent dry. DO NOT STAY HERE
- 3/5
This hotel is great for the money, the hot tub was broken. The pool was ok, but not great. I was on the 3rd floor, and no air in the hallway. No gourmet breakfast, and not many options. The rooms are very good. You get what you paid for. Would recommend for quest on a budget. I would stay again.
- 3/5
my room was very stark, very utilitarian and did not feel warm or inviting at all. There were issues with the wifi, and when I mentioned it to the front desk their response was "yeah, that happens sometimes". I booked this because it was a cheaper option. It reminded me that you get what you pay for..
- 3/5
Just stayed one night w/my husband for a concert. The elevator smells like it might catch fire or explode at any moment.. there were buckets catching cieling leaks in the hallway, the continental breakfast was very lackluster dont expcect much. Room was clean and fine. Ac worked well. Bed wasnt uncomfortable. Didnt have time to use the pool or anything. Again it was just 1 night. Its fine if you just need somewhere to catch some zzz's just wouldnt wanna stay an extended amount of time.
- 3/5
I do like the fact that the gentleman @ the desk during check-in was friendly and concerned. Another gentleman offered 10% off one of my rooms.
- 1/5
Hotel was dirty. Room had stains on the walks (maybe from pets). All the finishes were worn and is disrepair.
- 2/5
The Hotel had a strong nasty odor as soon as you walked in. The staff were unfriendly. We were aggressively starred at the whole time we were preparing and eating our breakfast. Felt very uncomfortable. The shower drain clogged up when I was showering. Overall not very clean.
- 4/5
The hotel was recently updated and clean. The bathroom design was horrible. Whoever designed these rooms needs to be fired. The shower and toilet were in a small room with a door and the sink was outside in the entrance area of the room by the entrance door. There is a very small fan in the shower, but it gets so hot and steamy in there if you have to dress in there, I wish you luck. This would be very inconvenient for people traveling together if you didn't want to get dressed in front of your travel partners. There was no space in the shower or bathroom to put the things you needed to shower. Not even room for a garbage can in the bathroom. NO tub in this particular room, so if you have kids you are SOL so make sure you ask for a room with a tub. When we first arrived there was no fridge in our room and they were very quick to get us one. We were sitting in the room on the 2nd night watching TV when there was a knock on the door. I guess I didn't get up to answer quick enough, because a gentlman and lady used a room key and just came walking into our room. I was a little surprised and of course couldn't understand a word they said other than "housekeeping". I guess if you don't want people randomly barging into your room at any time put out the "do not disturb" sign. Other than that, the place was clean and seemed to be kept up. Staff was fairly freindly. Breakfast was simple, but seemed to be fresh. I will definitely ask about the bathroom set up prior next time
- 3/5
The shower head was broken. I reported this and nothing was done. It was held up by a hairband. I reported it again at check out.
- 4/5
Price was right. Only issue was toilet seat was loose.
- 5/5
They are always welcoming and accommodating
- 4/5
Decent hotel, nothing super exceptional, but also nothing horribly wrong.
- 4/5
Room was nice....halls and some of the walls in the room had some peeling but really a convenient location for dinner and I would stay again
- 5/5
Good for families on a budget. Pool is great
- 1/5
The floors turned our feek black they were so dirty the light was not working in the bathroom the faucet was falling out of the vanity the bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood no drawers or chairs and to top it off they told us we had to use our towels at least twice. Laquinta is a joke
- 2/5
STAY AWAY!!!
- 5/5
Worked out great!
- 4/5
Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The light in the bathroom was sent fully attached to the ceiling, and the fridge kept freezing our drinks and food because it got too cold.
- 3/5
Ok value for the money. Price reflects quality of the hotel. Everything was ok for the money. Breakfast...not much fresh. Everything was out of order: the fitness center, public bathrooms....even the pool. While the kids were able to swim, they reported that the pool was as hot as a hot tub and the hot tub was like a warm bath. Area didn't seem super safe.....hotel had super bright parking lot lights all around that were only mostly blocked by window coverings. Mattresses were out of shape. But still worth the very low cost.
- 3/5
Accommodations were acceptable. However, children were allowed to run late into the evening and again at 5 am did not allow for much rest. Numerous calls were made to the front desk, and a personal visit was made to complain. Nothing was done about this inconvenience.
- 5/5
Staff was courteous, The room was clean and looked well maintained.
- 3/5
Nice tv in room. Body wash was empty in shower, plug for sink was missing, bathroom light didn't work. Lots of outlets by the bed. Shower pressure good. Light offering for breakfast. Nothing that is going to fill you up. No hot food. Coffee probably med to dark roast. Quite bitter tasting. It was fine as a place to stay on our way but not someplace we would stay for a whole vacation stay.
- 1/5
We stayed at this property last night. It was a terrible experience. First of all we waited almost 30 minutes to get waited on because no one was at the front desk. Then once we found the desk clerk he gave us the wrong room. We finally were given a different room on the second floor and the carpet was dirty and the ceiling was leaking in several places in the hallway and there were buckets lining the hallway. Then the room was filthy. The quilt was stained with something that looked like blood. The towels and blankets looked dingy and the carpets hadn’t been vacuumed. The beds were filthy along the frame where there were spots of stuff on them and hair etc. the bathroom had splattered stuff on the walls and door. We were so late and tired we just stayed but the next morning I told the front desk clerk and she was not friendly.
- 3/5
Decent enough hotel for the price and close to Nashville. Pool is heated, probably as hot as the hot tub.
- 1/5
Between the painters tape holding the back door of the hotel closed to the buckets in the hallway catching water drips from the ceiling to the sticky brown substance all over the floor of the room, this was NOT a clean experience or one I could ever recommend or return to. Luckily we were there from midnight to approximately 6am as a stopover on a road trip and didn’t get to explore anything else the hotel had to offer.
- 3/5
It did smell old. Property had a very musty odor but it was fine once you got used to it. The breakfast area was cramped and messy. Shade in our room was broken and the chair in a companion's room was broken as well.
- 4/5
Room comfortable
- 2/5
Room had no towels, toilet paper -had to ask -bright light fr parking lot shown in window as shade broken on 1.side
