Check-in was super fast and the lady at the counter was cheerful. The room smelled fine, beds were firm and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was super strong, loved that. It was quiet, we heard nothing all night. Our stay was fast, checked in 10pm and left the next morning. I was surprised with the breakfast. We arrived 20 min before it was over and they were still restocking everything. Our family of 5 all found what we wanted to eat. Would stay here again.

It was fine for a quick stay. Staff were friendly, it was clean. There were lots of breakfast items, however it was not very well maintained. Only water came out of the juice machine for both the apple and orange juice. 3 Large dispensers of creamer were all empty. The hot food wasn't all hot. Kind of disappointing. And we were there before 7 for the breakfast.

It's the carpets. If they removed them and just did laminate flooring it would make a huge difference cause the rest of the room is great you can tell they are upgrading but the floors I didn't want to take my shoes off.

I love this place. The location could not be any better. It is right off of interstate 65. Staffing is phenomenal. Very attentive to any special needs that I have requested. I have been returning year after year for the last 10+ years in my travels from Illinois down to Alabama. The location is perfect. It is approximately halfway between my location in Illinois and my destination in Alabama. The breakfast is what I would expect as an inclusive breakfast. There are many offerings for just about any picky eater. I have always been comfortable and felt safe at this location just because of the staff. I can’t say enough about it. I hope you have the opportunity to enjoy your visit to this establishment as well.

The base sheets on the bed were in bad shape, the bed skirt, should never be used again. The bed shirts were stained. I felt like I was showering with the previous guest, because there was still hair on the walls of the shower. I got it off there quickly. The skirting board was ripped off at the corner and could eventually hurt someone. Thank goodness the towels were softer than I anticipated. I did not dare go for breakfast.

Front desk staff was great and helped with printing a couple things for free. Close to the freeway and to lots of food options. Excellent stay overall. Only knock was breakfast. Exact same options every day and pretty low quality. We are next door at Cracker Barrel most days.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel, itself, was a bit outdated, but clean. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was the typical one that you’d find at a hotel. Everything was clean. We didn’t realize that this was not a hotel with inside corridors, so each room had outside access to the parking lot. It was not visible in the pictures we saw online, however, we did not experience any difficulties and felt fairly safe.

The breakfast was your average liquid eggs and sausage, a waffle and sugared cereal. The rooms were picked up but not really clean, we had to plug in our own tv and noticed the air conditioner filter was loaded with filth. Clean means different things I guess. The staff was super sweet and friendly.

Could not take showers in morning because no cold water in shower, all hot. No other rooms were available they said. Were also told it would be 2to 3 hours before maintenance man would be in for the day to look at it. Were told we could not get refund due to the fact we used a third party (expedia).

Only reason we will not stay here on our next trip to Nashville area is that there was an odor in the room, mainly the bathroom, that smelled like cigarette smoke.

Room wasn’t stocked with any soap or towels or ice bucket. Pool closed as well. Phone ripped out of wall. Expect more for 150$ a night.

Staff at check in was very polite and helpful. I personally didn’t realize this was a motel (outside rooms) and not a hotel, but that was on me for not looking. Our room was on the second floor, as they said there were none available on the ground floor (there is no elevator). The room was clean, but the curtains would not close. This was very unsettling with the rooms being exterior, and people walking by. We felt very uncomfortable due to that. Next morning we checked out at 5:50am. The gentlemen had just finished setting out the breakfast food, and we asked if we could grab something before we left. He said “NO!! It’s not 6:00 yet!” Ok then, rules are rules. Not a very good overall experience

Beds looked clean and were comfortable . Front desk was friendly. Bathroom only had 3 towels for four people…. Annoying. We got in late and had to leave early so didn’t go thru the hassle of asking for another. My son just didn’t shower.

Very friendly helpdul staff. Property was pretty outdated. I do like the fact tou can access your room with doors to the outside rather than in a hallway. Overall just Okay.

We checked in late and the front desk staff was amazing! He was so kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel appreciated for being a Wyndham member for the first time ever really. While checking in I started to smell the most amazing scent and asked where it was coming from. It was their air freshener system that burst poofs of scent out every so often. I asked if he knew the scent and it was eucalyptus something, but I’ve got to find it lol. He ask for preferences and offered me an upgrade to Queen beds when I asked if they had cuts because my sons hated sleeping together. The room was clean and well stocked with toiletries, plugs, usb, alarm clock, mini fridge, and a microwave. The shower pressure was chefs kiss!! Speaking of chef, the breakfast was 100% fresh and very tasty. My husband even said “the eggs looked like they’d were going to taste awful and they were great”! I had a waffle and it was fantastic. Check out was seamless. 10/10 recommend this property.

This is definitely more of a motel feel than a hotel. The room was not clean at all! Dead bugs in the corner, dust on a lot of the surfaces and it just smelled dirty. The bed was your typical hotel bed. I’ve been to hotels where the bed and the pillows were super comfortable, this was not one of those experiences.

The room was clean and nice Way too many emails (at least 5) and texts. Clearly auto generated with the standard generic response “depends on availability”. Needed a ground floor, handicapped room if possible. It was requested from the original booking, and all they could say was “depends on availability”. None of the auto responses included a phone number even though they suggested calling for more information. No point in booking a stay in a hotel you can’t physically get into. My mini vacation didn’t need this headache. Either they have one or they don’t..simple question. In the end, we got a ground floor room only which made using the bathroom facilities a tricky business. Vending machines were empty. Breakfast was not good, only the potatoes were edible…provided you could find a fork. Coffee pot empty. The lobby needs work. Scuffed dirty walls and some furniture torn snd scruffy.

We found a bed bug under the pillow in our room when we pulled the covers back. They wanted to move us to a different room. My wife was freaked, so, we left and drove 3+ hours to our friends house to stay the night.

In one of the rooms next to mine, a smoke alarm battery must have died because I heard the beeping all night long. Extremely annoying and I did not have a good night sleep.

The carpet in the room I had stayed in was very dirty. I had just given my one-year-old a bath and let her walk around for a bit and it ended up turning her feet brown and the breakfast in the morning was absolutely terrible. You couldn’t even eat the sausage the eggs were completely watery. It was not great

Breakfast, including appropriately warm scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy (and other offerings) was great both mornings. The shower/bathtub has a shower hose, which I really appreciate. One note re: this handicap room: grab bars "everywhere" and a movable shower chair, but not a walk-in shower, but a low-wall bathtub/shower. Housekeeping service is daily (unlike some places such as Candlewood (where I stayed in another city a few years ago.) The only computer/business services (besides WiFi): they will print out for you if you email it to the front desk. That worked well for me. I am in a handicap room, because it was one of the few rooms available at this hotel at the last minute, and I wanted to check it out for my wife for a future stay here. The only drawback is that this room has only an office chair - no comfortable "easy chair" or sofa or reclining chair. This hotel also has several suites with sofa - we could consider that for a future stay. A "no pets" policy (so our daughter and her dog could not come with us on a future trip here.) A Cracker Barrel is a very short walk from the hotel parking lot. And driving to the Cracker Barrel off of Edw Curd Ln is better than the WAZE directions - several confusing driveways and hotel parking lots "right here". (And I know this town, I used to live here.) My appreciation for Wyndham is only reinforced with this hotel.

The room I was given already had a tenant inside with all of their luggage and the door was open. As a disabled person with luggage, there was no one there to help me so I had to struggle up the stairs in the snow.

I stayed here during the ice storm in January of 2026. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They were working around the clock to assist guests that lost power in their homes. I am thankful for their hospitality and highly recommend!

/The room felt like an old Motel, nothing like quality expected from Baymont. The first room, the door would not lock from the inside. They had us change rooms. The second room, the phone did not work at all. There was no hot water in the bathroom shower. I had to leave the room and walk to the office to report the issues. They were going to have us move rooms again but it was late and we were tired. So, she was going to have maintenance check it out the next morning. They fixed the hot water, you had to crank the handle extremely hard to the left while it made a ripping sound. Sounded like it was stripping out. Breakfast was a disaster - no hot coffee- tipid at best. Gravy was runny like water. The sad

Breakfast was good, although the same every morning. The link sausage was actually better than you usually get in a hotel. Even better, the lobby coffee was actually pretty good. I stayed three nights, including Friday and Saturday. Evening traffic in Franklin can be awful, but I didn't have to drive to a restaurant for dinner. There is a Cracker Barrel across the street. This hotel is good value for the money.

The breakfast wasn't good. The room as the bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The cleaning staff didn't understand English or didn't care about my answer that at 91q5 we were not ready to leave yet and still walked over to knock on the door

Only shower temp setting was scalding hot. Had to move twice as the next room had a broken door that could be oushed open with the lightest touch, twist of the handle and a nudge.

I had requested a first floor room because Im handicap. The reservation was accepted. Curtains were broke & couldnt close. They were wide open no privacy! did not feel safe. I had to pay $50 more dollars to be moved to another room. This want our fault. Baymount should have moved us at no cost. This is discrimination on handicap people! Am contacting better business bureau and ACLU & EEO & requesting an investation .

Just a little inconvenient to have to shlep luggage up 2 flights of stairs to get to our room. Didnt see on the description that you enter your room from outside and theres no elevator...otherwise acceptable place to stay and sleep for a night during travel.

Room was clean. One night stay. King zroom had a comfy bed and a nice small round table and 2 chairs we were able to play games on. The only issue I had was we packed car and went to breakfast before checking out. Returned to room to find they entered room to clean it. Front desk assumed we were gone but failed to ask us even though she saw us and knew we were eating breakast at 7:30 am. Housekeeping did not speak or understand English. Lucky we had pre-packed car and took purse etc with me for breakfast. Wyndham has horrible coffee ( stayed at another Wynham in another state and coffee was horrible too.)

The room was very run down. Curtains didn't keep the light out, carpet was filthy, beds not great, charging ports didn't work, a/c was unpredictable. The staff was polite and breakfast was acceptable. I don't expect a lot in a budget motel but this place needs a major renovation. It wasn't a room that I could enjoy relaxing in.

The pillows were tiny. Very uncomfortable. It needs updating. The bathroom didn't have vents and the toilet paper holder was metal and difficult to use, like 1980s truck stop style.

This is a MOTEL! If I had been informed, I wouldn’t had booked. Beware. No toilet paper roll, just a dark, recess w/paper placed in in. Questionable cleanliness. Enjoyed stays with this company before, but they were HOTELS. Stepped on a staple In bedded in carpet. As Type 1 diabetic, had to nurse for rest of vacation. Thanks. Wouldn’t recommend.

The stay was excellent! The room was spotless, quiet, and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be kind and accommodating, and check-in was quick and easy. The location is convenient to restaurants and shops, and everything felt safe and well-maintained. Definitely one of the better Baymont experiences I’ve had.

Our room was clean so no complaints there. Our TV didn’t work so that was inconvenient but we just watched our iPad. The only real complaint was the loud pipes while taking a shower. Very loud noise while the shower was running. Other then that and the TV not working, we thought everything else was great.

One night on our way to Nashville to visit a friend. It was just what we needed

Staff was very friendly and although part of the Wyndham chain it appears to be family run and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. The hotel is a motel style with parking in front of your room and two stories. It's not too big and easy to get from one side to the other. It's in a quiet area conveniently located just off two major roads. No road noise so that's nice. There's a lot of other restaurants and stores nearby and freeway access too.

We were surprised there was a fridge, microwave, & coffee maker in the room. The room was very clean & breakfast was fully stocked with a lot of options. Staff was incredibly nice & even let us check in early by 1.5 hrs.

Internet was good, no issues. Upon check in the curtains in my room were missing, and with a window that looked directly out to the walkway privacy and safety was a big concern. I alerted the front desk, they were aware of the issue prior to me bringing it up. Thankfully, they did send up someone to fix right away.

The hotel was easy to find with pleanty of parking. Breakfast was good with a variety of foods, hot and cold. Ghe only downside to my stay was the air-conditioning did not cool tje room efficiently amd i have have it cold to sleep. It was cool (maybe 69) in the room after a obernight stay, and I'm used to 64. Overall, i would stay again, but would require the room to be cooled before arrival.

It had a clean room, good breakfast, and decent wifi. The pool was kinds dirty though, so no one was swimming there.

The place was ok. The problem was I got sick. I slightly solid the bed. They did not clean the next day. I had to put a towel over the bed to sleep the next night. When they finally did clean, They charged me for new linens and kicked me out. They did not talk to me, they did this overt a phone call. The management team is completely unprofessional and puts their staff in very confrontational no win situations. I ended up getting to stay there 1 more night, but that was do to A LOT of talking to the counter staff. Do to the management alone and their lack of communication and unprofessionalism, I would never stay here again. Because of this experience, I doubt I will ever stay at another Baymont by Windham.

10:46 am(check out is 11), our room door flys open. Unannounced, no knock and there stands an employee and me in my underwear getting dressed. "Check-out time" he yelled, then turned and walked away. No thank you. There's better options in the area and they are all really close.

A fine hotel (on one of those cul-de-sac roads with a bunch of hotels around it) and a fine, clean room. The night staff was terse but I usually expect that with a late check-in. A fine experience for the cost.

The property's staff was courteous, the hot breakfast was filled with choices, and the property was convenient to the interstate. My only suggestion for improvement would be the coffee as the quality of it wasn't very good at all.

Well was unaware this was a motel not a hotel after a couple of bad experiences at a motel we said we’d never stay at one also were handycap can’t climb stairs so for extra cost we stayed downstairs so they it was clean and comfortable we won’t stay there again we prefer elevators and indoor stay.

First of all, the breakfast offered was really great so I thank you. The room was fine except that the drapes didn’t draw completely shut. The rod hooks were missing from the blackout curtain. When I reported it to front desk, she left her position and came to my room with pins and pinned it closed. It did the trick, but after driving 300 miles I was tired and a little inconvenienced.

For the price you pay well worth it, stay off Broadway,rent a car to get here explore Tennessee,breakfast fresh lots of selection. Good nights sleep, also A/c runs all the time even when leave room had it down to ice box 58 degrees f one day,thanks will stay again in future

Was charged for the reservation through Expedia, then charged again by Baymont. Baymont said I was given credit but 14 days later and it still doesn't show up.

Room was filthy. Door was standing wide open when I arrived, and the carpet was damp. Bathroom smelled strongly of stale vinegar. Towels were only partially folded, and thrown into shelving in such a way that I questioned if they were used. Toilet paper roll was nearly empty, and not in a holder. Toilet was constantly running, very loudly. Carpet had leftover grime, crumbs, and a pair of tweezers in the floor. Couldn’t trust the bedsheets enough to use them.

Room was small, carpet was dirty and it just seemed to lack amenities. Did not like the outside room entrances.

Hotels.com had incorrect information on this hotel. I had to pay to upgrade my room in order to be downstairs. Something hotels.com should have covered. Also, there IS A DEPOSIT required and I wasn't prepared for it. Now, I will say, once I finally got settled in a room with everything functioning (there was a broken TV and then a chirping smoke detector), the room was comfortable, clean, and I loved that there was large bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash by Dove. Nice. Water pressure was VERY NICE, and water got hot quickly! I will say the pool wasn't placed well for the property. By 3pm, the hotel shades most of it from the sun. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

You will have a 75 dollar hold to the card you used to pay for your room here. (You will retrieve it when you check out if they don't need to use some of the money for incidentals) But if you pay with cash for a room, there is a 200-dollar deposit you would have to pay as well. Also, the Fitness Center isn't too functional and there's only 12lb, 5lb and 8lb dumbells too. The breakfast you would have to stay alert of as some of bugs could be on the bread and they use processed eggs and potatoes to make breakfast. Just a heads up.

I stay often here when I come for medical care. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast choices are many.

This is the best baymont by Wyndham. I've ever stayed at I am very pleased. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are very clean and the free breakfast. What's delicious and there was a great variety of choice.

Easily accessed from the interstate. Check-in was easy. Reported problems to night management with temporary solution to one problem and no solution to other problem. Was not offered to move to another room which would have been best solution. Will not stay there again.

We got in late and just wanted a place to sleep. Motel type room was clean and even had jetted tub. Breakfast was pleasant surprise at this price point, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage waffles, etc.

Some areas of the room ie. Bathroom needed the mold on the shampoo stuff clean buy overall clean. Great breakfasg options staff very ni e and welcoming. Pool was clean and convinient to walking distance of a few stores and restaurants recommended

The bed and bedding was great but the breakfast room at first smelled strongly of cleaning products, not very appetizing. The biscuits were hard as a rock but when I told them about them instead of replacing them, they attempted to heat them up again and they burned them, setting off the smoke alarm in the entire hotel. I had to skip the rest of my breakfast because the breakfast room smelled so badly of smoke.

The curtains had, what looked like blood stains on them. It wss very noticeable, so lazy of staff to leave them up.

Good hotel

The room was disgusting. Smoke from people outside was coming into the room and it smelled horribly. My wife is pregnant and could not handle it, so we had to go elsewhere.

There was no hot water in the shower, and a live frog climbed out of the tub drain. Glad it wasn’t a snake! Management of the hotel didn’t care.

Nice place to stop on way to Florida

The room we were given had a very strong odor like it had been sprayed or bug bombed. Curtains wouldn’t close completely, we had to use the clips on the clothes hanger to hold them together. Beds were fairly comfortable. Noise level wasn’t bad, but I had ear plugs. A little more attention to detail in cleaning would help, but overall it was ok. Good location with a nice restaurant across the street. I won’t stay here again simply because of the overpowering smell in the room.

Comfortable for a last minute stay

The mattress was firm so I got a cheap mattress pad and I slept like a baby. Room was clean. Looked like brand new carpet. Had all the expected amenities and friendly staff. The housekeepers also didn’t touch any of my things when they came with towels while I was out. It spoke volumes about their integrity.

Hotel was a great place to stay, however once again as a hotel.com reservation, we were placed on the second floor at the end of the hallway far away from the stairs when the hotel first floor was obviously not full.

The room was great. The property was well-maintained. The hotel staff were pleasant. However, my reservation for a king bed made several weeks prior was not initially honored. After talking on the phone with someone for ten or twelve minutes a king room magically became available. This is the third time in a row this has happened to me at East Indian managed properties. This is not a coincidence. This is a business plan. When I travel I simply don’t want the hassle, period. Honor your reservations and don’t do this to make an extra few dollars. They actually said if I take the queen unit I wouldn’t be charged extra! I have business in this particular locale for the next five years, possibly longer requiring stays of a week or two at a time. These people are shooting themselves in the foot if they want repeat business. Three stars for pleasant staff but engaging in bait-and-switch tactics. This review surely will be quickly scrubbed as they have done when I’ve submitted feedback. Eventually there will be a nationwide exposé on these shady business practices by the cartel behind these properties.
