Great clean rooms with sleek aesthetics. Awesome location nestled in a bright urban residential apartment community. Great staff. Plan for off site street parking (which can be a block or two away), or to use their valet.

Very clean room. The beds were really comfortable and staff were very helpful and nice.

When booked, it shows free breakfast, at the time of check-in breakfast is not complimentary and need to pay. And wifi was not connected with the details entered.

Took 15 minutes to valet park and check in. And the place wasn’t busy. Breakfast was a joke. It was a table of cold cuts and hard cheese. No breakfast food. Just glad it’s over. Won’t be back. Keep your Europe.

Staff was wonderful, friendly and professional. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean. The room was not what I thought I booked by the photo. There wasn’t a couch just a bench. The bathroom set up was strange and I didn’t care for it. The shower and toilet were in a small area and the sink/vanity area was in the main room. It just felt awkward. I would stay again just would like a different room.

The hotel was beautiful but the valet smelled putrid and left a nasty smell in the car. He also took infer the it should have taken (abo it 10 minutes). Upon getting our hotel key card we were not informed of the location of the gym, pool, or breakfast area. Was not told the breakfast was not complimentary until we started playing our food

I understand they may have rules about a 21 years old or older. But if your 18 year tries to check in, and you enforce these rules, at least be helpful, let them find options, don’t have them waiting for a manager that never came and of course, reimburse the room you din not let them use. Train your staff up front to help and be nice. Lost a client.

Really awesome place to stay and a very safe bet for how to spend your money on hospitality!

We stayed here for one night to get away from the house. There are restaurants, bars, movie theaters, and other entertainment venues within a short distance. The hotel is beautiful and clean, as are all of the AC resorts. Food on property is a plus also.

I was really disappointed in this hotel. The gym is on the 2nd floor and the whole second floor smelled like the gym. The view from the window on the second floor is of only the top of the roof of the building. The window inside the room was dirty with an impression markings of a whole body and hands. The coffee maker was crusted with a white substance. There are no options for food in the snack area if food is needed after the restaurant has been closed.

The area was great. The room overall was fantastic. The bathroom door was the only thing i didn't care for. It was frosted glass. It was just strange to me and my coworker that was staying with me.

Great experience this weekend at the AC Marriott Hotel! We were welcomed by staff with friendly smiles and always asking if we needed any help or services. They helped me with the parking garage and just super kind whenever I had a question. I would recommend staying here, especially if want to be near to The Star as we wanted! We will be back! Thank you!

Room and service was fine. But didn’t appreciate the hidden 23 dollar parking fee and no breakfast offered for the price.

Arrived to check in at the correct check in time, rooms were not ready, waited 3 hours before we could check in to all 3 rooms. Will not stay here again

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, staff was wonderful and lots of amenities! We had never been there before and parked in the parking garage, then had no clue where to go. There are no signs or info telling us how to get to the entrance of the hotel. We ended up walking all the way around in the cold and after about 20 minutes came to the entrance. We asked if there is an easier way to get to and from the garage, as we hadn't brought our stuff in yet. They told us we could go through the pool area. We walked into the pool area and there was a couple in the pool not caring they were in a PUBLIC share space with there intimate moments. I had my daughter and just got her to the door. When we came to go back through to get in, they were clearly doing the deed in the pool and could be seen from the windows all around the pool! To prevent my kid from seeing anything else she didn't need to, we once again walked all the way around the hotel. When we finally made our way to the room, it was beautiful but they had the heat cranked up and very warm. We turned on the AC. It was cold out, so I figured they were just trying to keep us warm, but it was very warm. We do love the hotel and I didn't complain about the pool incident cause it was closing and we had no other need to be in there having to see it!

But the front desk staff were not well trained for this and the young man checking us in did so in a pretty hostile and condescending way, as if we couldn’t or wouldn’t sign the form and consent to the additional fees for each night. I guess his bad day was contagious because the young woman who worked for the hotel that was nearby at the desk never looked up from her phone and was scrolling on socials and even rolled her eyes at some point in the conversation. The snacks in the shop were healthier than most, and I appreciated the opportunity. The buffet was a lot of money for not much and the person working that area was acting strangely and by that it seems like they were maybe on drugs or had missed a scheduled dose of very necessary drugs. Sorry I know that vague and judgy. We were the only people there and it took 30 minutes to get 4 scrambled eggs and meats we said we didn’t want. Just confusing, and maybe language was more of a barrier than we realized. I don’t know if this was a newly opened hotel or a recently revamped property, but the only guy who seemed to want to be there at all was the valet, who was friendly and helpful.

A 1 night stay. Room is fairly compact, but clean and quiet. Food at the bar was very good, wine was incredibly expensive.

I would stay here again. Really nice and enjoyable. Located in a great location. You do have to find parking on the side of the road and it’s very limited or you will have to pay in the parking garage. That is the only downfall to this place.

Stayed at this location for a few days while in the area. Overall nice and clean establishment from all areas I was in. Check-in was quick and easy and check-out as well. Very convenient location next to a lot of restaurants and the star. They offer covered or valet parking both are in the same covered garage area. Room rate was at a reasonable price for the two nights. No issues with payment or charges. I would select this location.

We were in town for a baby shower. We stayed over for one night only. The Hotel stay was great. The room was clean, the hotel was clean. I have nothing negative to say.

Facility and amenities were very good. The lack of close parking other than valet was a little inconvenient but valet service excellent!

They do not have onsite parking. Good luck finding free parking on the street. If you do you will have to walk from where you parked to the hotel. Parking can be as far as a block away or more. Or you can park in the parking garage which is unattached, behind the hotel, and across the street and get charged $20 a day for it. It is one thing to charge for parking, I have experienced this with other hotels. The difference is those garages are attached to the hotel I am staying in. They have also had onsite parking available. The other issues I had were multiple hairs on the the bed and an extremely loud rattling noise when the shower is running and kids running up and down the hallway being loud, going in and out of the room across from us. Very unpleasant stay and will not return.

Parking is not free for guests and finding a street parking is near impossible

I arrived with a lot of luggage and there were 3 young men at the valet standing there talking and not 1 helped me. An elderly guest walked past and asked if I needed assistance.

Here’s a hotel plan: build a 250 room hotel with two luggage carts. Make your guests get some exercise lugging all their luggage up to the room, and then back down when they leave. Oh yea, then charge them $22 a day to park in a garage three blocks away.

No parking available! Choices were park on street (no places) valet or walk a block to parking garage and have to pay a high fee for that parking! As a senior this was disappointing for parking!

2. Parking garage located too far from hotel and would have had to walk in the rain; 3. Bathrooms shower was difficult to use and shower head was not adjustable; 4. Hotel TV stated that parking garage fee was $15 while the desk clerk stated that garage fee was $22; 5. Hotel should have complimentary parking for guests. We had to use street parking in the gutter in front of hotel.

I loved the lobby and bar area and the access to other tourist options was amazing.

Cleaning crew did not tidy up or restock my room with fresh towels, coffee, toilet paper or sheets for the 4 nights I stayed there. Not even if I specifically asked the lobby for it on the morning of day 3. Bar staff was great though

The elevator was hit-or-miss for working and only one elevator worked the entire time we were there. Also, the music in the lobby was extremely loud.

Be prepared to have to walk from the garage to the hotel. After checking out we notice we were charge a bogus dining fee after never having eaten at the hotel. Called 3 times to ask them to correct the charge and was never helped.

Very comfortable accommodations and convenient proximity to great venues. A continental breakfast option would be nice but the hotel is attached to a Starbucks to that was a great alternative for an affordable breakfast option.

We booked a king room and they gave it away apparently and told us sorry they only have doubles. I fully expect a refund. We have 8 kids and it’s hard to get away by ourselves. This is unacceptable. The lady was rude and said all she could offer us was a free drink! Absolutely not.

This is my second time at this property and it’s the best! I’ve stayed at hotels in Frisco that are supposed to be of a higher class and AC has them beat by a long shot!

It was honestly very beautiful, everyone was so friendly and attentive. Would definitely book again.

The only complaint I have is the parking, besides the garage (which is a good walk away) there really isn’t any parking, you can park in the street, out in front of the hotel, but if you leave for evening and come back, those spots will be full.

It was okay. I usually vacation in this area and this is one of my least favorite stays. Front desk staff has RBF and didn’t dial very much. Didn’t ask if I had a Bonvoy account to earn rewards. You have to pay $22 a night for parking in a garage that you have to walk 7 minutes to get to. Ended up parking in the street for free because it was close. There were no walk decorations and the sink was so close to the toilet I could lay my head on it. Also, our bathroom sink didn’t drain. It wasn’t terrible, but I prefer other hotels.

I like that the staff was friendly and room was clean. I don’t like the mattress, the doors shuts too loud, and it’s not quiet.

Was here for one nite and it was clean, comfortable, conveniently located for my needs and reasonably priced. Linens were nice; room and hotel were spotless, breakfast in the am was good and quick with several choices. desk staff were very helpful. Area is not physically inviting, but I didn't feel unsafe; lighting controls in room were funky - could not turn entrance way lite out and still turn on the bedroom lights.
