was charged 2 nights for valet and only stayed 1 night - check your bill carefully - front desk was very helpful when I called the next day.

Absolutely an amazing place to stay. The staff is wonderful and attentive, the rooms are excellent and clean and the beds are quite comfortable. We have stayed at almost every hotel in the area and this was by far the best. We will be choosing the Omni as our preferred hotel from now on.

My husband's martini was terrific served in a pretty glass. The bar was real nice and they split our shared late evening meal in the kitchen so our burger was ready to eat without needing to cut it. We had a nice time and would return when we visit Frisco, TX.

The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of The Star, with so many great restaurants, shops, and entertainment options just steps away. It made the entire experience so convenient and fun, especially with everything going on for the NFL Draft weekend. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were especially comfortable, which is always a big plus after a long day out. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience, and that level of service does not go unnoticed. The amenities were also top-notch. The pool area was a great place to unwind, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt upscale yet still very inviting. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Whether you’re visiting for an event at The Star, a Cowboys fan experience, or just a weekend getaway, I highly recommend the Omni Frisco Hotel. I’ll definitely be back!

Everything was wonderful. The food at the hotel restaurant was better than at some of the places we had eaten in the area. The atmosphere, customer service, and rooms were all top-notch. That is now one of our best places to stay when we're in the Frisco area.

We had high expectations for this hotel. This hotel exceeded those expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and enhanced our experience further. The rooms were excellent and extremely clean, and housekeeping paid attention to every detail, big and small. Its location near the Star District and the Ford Center made it an exceptional place to stay. Overall, this hotel was one of the best properties I have stayed at, and would recommend all visitors to Dallas to stay at this hotel.

The room was nice, however the technology was a disaster. We went there to watch the Super Bowl and have a nice dinner outside. There was no sound available on the TV screens out on the patio. After multiple attempts to get somebody from the technology department, someone finally showed up. We just had to basically listen to the restaurant patio across the street in order to hear what was going on.The food was just ok.

The convenience to the Dallas Men’s tennis tournament was unbeatable. Beds comfy, everyone very welcoming. The hotel restaurant was so convenient and we LOVED our server Radius. She doted on my elderly mom every morning and it made her feel special.

It's just an ok hotel. You could probably find better in the area. We will not be staying here again. Mainly because, in 2026, how is it possible that a modern hotel does not have tvs that allow you to watch your streaming apps? That's a deal breaker for us. It astounds me how behind they are on their technology. No streaming apps, and no chrome cast. Really, Omni?

Our stay was very nice. With friendly staff and clean rooms. Beds were comfortable. I think the remote needed new batteries because we had to get up close to the TV to turn on and change channels, but it was not a problem.

Took 25 minutes to check in and they charged me $60 more than they were supposed to. Claim “I will get a refund tomorrow” but that is not how that is supposed to work. Extremely flustered at front desk and took forever. Ridiculous for what I paid.

My Daughter had a Jiu-jitsu competition at comerica center and she shared that she was going to win before her win, and the staff made her feel special and gave her a surprise that she will remember for a lifetime. Looking forward for our next experience there.

My stay at the Omni Star Hotel was a fun and enjoyable experience. The hotel has a true luxury feel, with excellent service, spacious rooms, and great amenities that made my visit both relaxing and memorable. The dining options and leisure facilities added to the enjoyment, and the staff were consistently attentive and welcoming. While the price is on the higher side and there were moments of noise and areas that could use a refresh, these were minor compared to the overall quality of the stay. I would happily return and recommend it for both leisure and business travelers.”

The hotel is just not meant for addressing large volumes of people. We continually had to wait 20+ minutes for the elevators due to large conferences in the hotel. Everything here is geared towards business people and definitely not families.

Our stay here was fantastic. My kids both attended one of the camps that the Dallas Cowboys host and everything was very easy and convenient. My husband and I were able to take advantage of the Cowboys Fit center for the duration of our stay and Caesar at the front desk was such a helpful delight. He gave us recommendations and was very accommodating. This is our second time staying here and I will say this stay felt better all around in terms of customer service and ease of stay. Even when the hotel is at its fullest, it remains quiet and feels private once you are in your room. This hotel is a short walk from several dining options and a fun art playground that was fun to go to in the evening time. I would highly recommend you stay here. This hotel and accommodations are great and I would stay here again. My husband really enjoyed the infused water they offer in the lobby as well.

I was there for the rebel casting call, our first time staying at the Omni, it was super nice, I pretty much loved everything about it! 10/10 , we will be going back!

Love the rooftop pool. The only thing that was not great was the water smelled funny coming out of the shower. Like sewage. But all else was good.

This was a one night staycation for us to enjoy the pool but unfortunately when we got to the pool there was a fight going on and it took staff, security and eventually the police to get it resolved (a few hours).

Clean and modern property. Friendly staff. Convenient location. This hotel has it all. Dorothy at the lobby cafe and the front desk staff made us feel very welcome. The hotel is part of The Stars entertainment district and is steps away from dozens of nice restaurants and bars. We had to make a last-minute change in plans due to a family emergency, and we really appreciated that the hotel was very helpful with that. Thank you!

Pleasant experience from beginning to end.

I was promised a view not honored, room smelled like smoke or dirty carpet sent housekeeping while I was at pool came back to room smell was covered by air freshner after it wore off smell was still there.

Brutal start as our reservation was first cancelled without reason. We rebooked it and then when we got to the hotel discovered that they actually didn’t have the room type that we had booked. After this rough start the hotel staff and management were extremely kind and accommodating.

We always stay at the onmi hotels but this time on Saturday the music at the pool was blaring and we could not get any rest. Music was so loud.

Lobby staff is top notch. Very attentive and respectful, and they treat every guest as first class. Room met expectations. The location is great. Only one disappointment (although it's likely a separate entity)- Hotel restaurant doesn't belong and needs to be replaced by something more upscale or authentic. The restaurant's vibe and food quality are just less-than and tastes generic. Luckily, the hotel is in close proximity to many other adjacent restaurants.

Staff was very hospitable and even allowed me to checkout later without charging an extra fee. Only criticisms would be with the internet being difficult to select the option for faster download speeds. Once an option is selected we could not go back and choose another option. Also the google cast option on the tv was problematic. That was all.

An older hotel, but very well maintained. Comfortable beds and well-appointed rooms. The best part of my stay was the terrific staff. Each interaction was so pleasant and welcoming.

This property is great, especially if you love the Dallas Cowboys! You walk right outside your hotel and you are at their practice facility, however, I did not like that. There wasn’t a lot of places for shopping nearby. Plenty of places for food and drinks. I did not like the toiletries at the hotel, all they had were cotton balls in the room. For such a beautiful hotel, y’all need to step up your game.

Room was clean, not enough linens for 2 people, no extra bedding or pillows, only provide shampoo and conditioner for those who travel lite. It takes a while for staff to bring extra linens - over 30 minutes. No gift shop with snack or drinks. The store inside the hotel is EXPENSIVE and same with restaurant.
