    On Saturday, we lost water, completely. Television channels are limited, my room had someone's false eyelashes on the air-conditioning unit, no shower curtain liner, so .y first shower, I flooded my bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful.

    The door on the room didn't want to latch when closing. You would literally have to SLAM the door to get it to securely latch. The restroom door was the same. The bed was decent and the breakfast was good.

    When we got to the hotel the attendee was in the lobby on his phone, not overly attentive. We had trouble understanding him and he did the bare minimum to get us on our way to our room. The room had a shelf in the shower that was taped on with multiple strips of blue tape, apparently trying to repair it. We had 2 beds. One bed was missing the top sheet and the other bed was missing the bottom sheet. The room appeared fairly clean. The internet in the evening was almost and sometimes nonexistent. When we tried to call down to the desk, the phone would not work. The breakfasts were good. We probably will not stay there again.

    The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I have traveled for work and fun for the last ten years and maybe stayed at 200 hotels. This is by far the biggest scam. The staff know the hotel is bad and not clean and they don’t care. The guy literally told me that the pictures were old and the hotel is not well maintained. Big bugs, dirty sheet, smelly rooms, leaking ceilings the whole nine. I asked for refund and they said it would not process for a week. I will be disputing this stay.

    Well, we only had like 8 tv channels and called the desk to complain,he did come up to the room and couldn't get the channels either,but told us that's all we get? So we were alittle mad told him no we couldn't even get local channels? So when he left we finally decided to unplug the TV and then all channels work!!     One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed in…and the army used to put me up in very questionable places but this was worse. Toilets looked like they were still stained, carpets stained everywhere. Bathroom was bad all around. Sheets, pillows and towels seemed fine tho.

    The bathroom was to me very poor. The tub did not have safety strip in the bottom of, this help you from slipping on the tub, the room I was assigned to, had roach walking the wall, I have a picyure and video of this big roach. I requested a handicap room, which I didn't get, the receptionist stated the bathroom should have bars, which it didn't. The receptionist was very nice, respectable. I didn't get what I asked for, which was handicap accessible bathroom. The bathroom was a death sentence.

    Remind we checked in notice the smells in the hotel. When we boarded the elevator, we noticed the elevator was very old. The button were broken. It was kind of scary. When we got to our room, few tiles not swept bathtub damaged. I could tell the room had not been swept or vacuumed at all for a long time. A deposit was collected from us, which is supposed to be refunded, I think we should be refunded more. A room was never cleaned or at least request to have it cleaned. No new towels we had to use the same ones over again. We will never stay at this hotel again.

    We had a very good experience at Holiday Inn Express Frisco Legacy Park Area by IHG. I traveled with my parents, and they felt peaceful, comfortable, and very happy with the stay. The environment was quiet and excellent for families. CLEAN ROOMS – The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the restroom was also very clean and comfortable. Everything was organized properly, which made our stay pleasant and relaxing. STAFF – The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made the check-in and overall process smooth and easy. We truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism in receiving us. They were also very attentive in assisting my parents whenever they needed anything and always spoke in a warm and friendly manner. When we first arrived and felt very thirsty after traveling, they kindly provided us with water bottles when we asked. Their support made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. BREAKFAST – We enjoyed a healthy and delicious breakfast during our stay. The breakfast options were fresh and satisfying for the whole family. It was a great start to our day. Thank you to the front desk team and all staff for making our stay smooth and comfortable.     The front desk associate working the night shift was rude and showed no basic customer service. While I was waiting, he didn’t acknowledge me or say he would be with me shortly. When I was finally checked in, I was given keys to an occupied room. This is a serious safety concern—had the guest inside reacted differently, the situation could have escalated dangerously. I returned to the front desk, and instead of apologizing, I had to wait again while he assisted someone else. Afterward, I was given a second room, but the hallway smelled strongly of dirty diapers, and to make matters worse, that room was also occupied. At this point, I was extremely frustrated, as all I wanted was to rest after traveling. Only then did he apologize and assign me another room. I requested a quieter location away from a crying baby nearby, but he told me that was the only option. To top it off, he made an inappropriate comment suggesting I was being cheap and should stay at a higher-end hotel if I wasn’t satisfied. This entire experience was unacceptable—between the lack of professionalism, safety issues, and disrespectful behavior, I would not recommend staying here.

    Our room should have never been rented out. It appeared to still be under construction with drywall mud all over the ceiling, electrical outlets not working and the ones that did had a large extension cord to run them. The floor in the bathroom by the tub felt like we were going to fall through the floor and the elevators were filthy. The lobby was nice but everything else was gross and not to Holiday Inn standard

    Quite possibly the worst room I’ve ever stayed. The door to enter the room is metal and beaten. The bathroom looks like it was completed by a couple of feral coyotes. My window view was of the dumpster. The walls were thin; I heard every step by the herd of elephants above me, and every crying moment of the babies next doors. The bathtub had standing water. Incredibly disappointing. The tv was blurry 1/2 the time. Saving grace, the morning coffee was very good. The staff was totally underwhelming. No greetings on check in, the desk was mostly unattended. Never said hello when I passed. Terrible experience.

    We arrived in the evening and about 75% of the outside lights were not even lit. It was dark under the arrival awning and the lights that were on, were faint and flickering. The hotel had that musty dirty smell like cheap motels do. The tv wouldn’t work and it turns out, they don’t have cable and the internet wasn’t working to view Netflix. They only had a few higher up antenna channels, but no local channels. The window did not have curtains, only sliding blinds that did not go all the way to the edge of the window. We were on the ground floor and you could see right into our room. Once we turned the lights out, a ray of light from outside cast directly across the pillows. We had to sleep with our heads at the foot if the bed. I cut my foot on a rusty nail that was sticking out of the floor by the window. Had to get a tetanus shot the next day. There was a side door that was broken and had the arm hanging down from the top. It was not blocked off for use, but instead had a sign stating that if you use it, it could be dangerous. People were using it anyway. I had a conversation with a man outside who also stated he had never expected a holiday inn express to be so terrible. When we checked out at 5am, there was no desk clerk to be found. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here for the price!

    1st room was nasty. Hair everywhere and dirty bedding on the bed. 2nd room wasn’t much better. They a/c wouldn’t hardly cool even on the lowest settings and had leaked everywhere. There was mold on the carpet by the leaking a/c. The entire hotel smelled like sewage.

    The hotel is in a good location. Lobby had a funky smell. Our bathroom was not very clean. It looked like my 12 year old did the paint job. Tub faucet ran all night... not a drip but steady stream. Time for check out, the front desk person did not ask how our stay was at all. I asked for a receipt and said their printer was broke so no way of getting one.

    Absolutely filthy and in disrepair. The door to the room did not close properly. There was light coming from all sides of it. There was no way to close the door quietly as it had to be pulled shut, and so you could hear everyone's doors being slammed closed during all hours of the night. The back of the bathroom door was filthy. Something had been splattered on the back of it and was not cleaned. Something brown had dripped on the wall inside the shower. There was mold on the inside of the shower curtain. Our bath towel had a hole in it, and the duvet cover was shredded underneath of it in two different places, and had stains on the top. The toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall by one screw. There was notable crud and hair all over the bathroom floor, as you could tell it had not been cleaned. The whole place is in need of some major cleaning and renovating. The only bright spot was that the front was very clean and newly remodeled, and the staff that we encountered were very friendly. We didn't even try the complimentary breakfast, as I would not eat anything that came out of this hotel.

    There was a permanent yellow urine stain on the toilet. There was a hair that did not belong to me on the countertop of the bathroom that went untouched even after room service cleaned. There were dead bugs and dust in every corner of the room. One was clearly on the ac unit that the room service did not clean. The couch had several stains. The TV was off centered. You could truly tell that this building was old and should be condemned.

    Night time was horrible. The roll down shade was not working. The first shade was down but the one behind it to keep the light front the parking lot shining inside the room was not working. Therefore, there was a lot of light coming through the window making it difficult to sleep. The shower kept dripping even after it was turned off. The coffee maker did not work. In the breakfast area, the floor was uneven & a mat was used to cover the area. I trip over it. Needless to say, we won’t be staying there again.

    Started off by making several trips to get key card to work on room door.Staff was very nice behind counter. Bathroom caulk around tub was cracked and broke up. Exhaust fan in bathroom made noises and need lent removed. Looked like remodel was in progress. Smelt weed on several occasions in hallway.

    Parking and check in was good. The door to our hotel looked beat and there were large gaps between the door and frame, so it looked like the door was not closed all the way. One of the wash towels had a bug in it. The water for the shower did not get hot and the fan to the A/C rattled continously. It felt like they gave us the worst room available. We love Frisco as this is a great area but the room and overall stay was very disappointing.

    The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. No directions from the staff. I was told by the staff the next morning that i would be partially reimbursed for the inconvenience. After a week i called back and was told that it wasn't their fault and they wouldn't have said that they would partially reimburse me. They lied.

    Firstly, the parking lot was poorly lit, making it feel unsafe and uninviting. Once inside, I encountered several issues that compounded my disappointment. The hallways, elevators and carpeting were dirty, giving the impression that cleanliness is not a priority here. There was a lingering mildew smell throughout the building, which was quite off-putting. One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the lack of hot water in the shower. It was impossible to enjoy even a basic shower, which is unacceptable in any hotel. Additionally, the breakfast served was gross and unappetizing, offering little more than hard bread, watered down coffee, and disappointment to start the day. As for the bedding, I noticed questionable stains that made me feel uneasy about my stay. This, combined with the overall state of disrepair, made it clear that the hotel is in dire need of renovation and a thorough sprucing up. I will not be staying at this hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to others based on my experience. For a few more dollars per night, are plenty of other options in the area that provide a much more welcoming and clean environment.

    The initial room I was assigned had an extremely dirty tub/shower with some weird substance on the tub floor. After reporting it to the front desk, the person on duty quickly assessed the situation and arranged for me to move to a different room, which was clean. The staffer continued to check on me to make sure everything was good with the second room.

    This hotel requires significant improvements in various aspects. The bathtub was visibly stained with dirt, indicating a lack of cleanliness. While it is evident that the hotel is attempting to modernize, the bathtub should not be in such a state. Holiday Inn maintains a respectable standard, and this hotel falls short of that expectation. In my opinion, it resembles a Motel 6.

    First, i checked in late at night. The lighting in the lobby was horrible with with really harsh white lumens and apparently they are doing a renovation which I was not discolored at the website! They have drop cloths covering some walls and.down temperature furniture… I was shocked and kept asking myself if I was the right hotel!!! The Conceige came when I rang the bell ( is this a motel? and there was no one at the counter.

    Service and accommodations were fine, but major complaint was that there was a lot of noise in the hallway with doors slamming, screams, and the noise carried on into late night. Also, tv was complicated to turn on, with having to use two remotes and figure out which tv settings ti get a signal. Front desk clerk apologized and said they are in process of changing over the cable and app features for streaming services. Maybe that issue will be solved soon. As for noise at night, perhaps it was just the other guests being loud, but it seemed extraordinarily loud outside the door to my room during my stay.

    Came from out of town for a doctor’s visit. The room was humid first time walking in. The TV stop working a few hours after checking in. Tried to call down to the desk and the phone didn’t work and yes I did check that it was plugged in. Next morning, went to take a shower and the there was very little water flow from either faucet. Informed the desk person when checking out and they couldn’t or maybe wouldn’t offer any discount.

    Wifi was not working in my room ,upon reporting that no action was taken. Cold water in the tub was very very less, only hot water was coming due to this we should be very careful while opening the water, otherwise you are gonna to burn your hands. Cold water is very very less. I could not able to do my work in hotel due to WiFi was not working then I have to leave early. PLEASE FIX WIFI AND WATER ISSUES THESE ARE NOW BASIC AMENITIES.

    The overall appearance of the hotel and part of the room was disappointing. The bathroom was in poor condition and not very clean (the shower). The light in the bathroom made a horrific noise. Ice machine in the hall was not functioning. The smoke detector in the room looked like it might not be connected. We have always been very happy with Holiday Inn but this did not feel like a Holiday Inn.

    When we entered the hotel lobby it had a very musty smell. The clerk at the desk reeked of cigarette smoke because he was out smoking on the walk where the handicap parking spaces are. We got up to the room fine but there were spots on the comforter meaning they eitherndid not get them clean or they had not been changed. When we got in thenrestroom there wasnonly 1/2 a roll of toiletnpaper. The drain on the bathtub was diety lookingnlike it had not been cleaned and I knkw they turn the a/c units off during the day but here in Texas you need to have them setnon something, even 78 or 76 so you can be half way comfortable instead of sweating waiting for thenroom to cool off. The breakfast was bread (to toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, powdered eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurts and juices. They had already taken the pancakes or waffle stands taken out of the breakfast area and they were tonserve until 9:30 !,# we wentndown around 8:45.

    The tub filled up with water and took forever to drain. Ankle deep water during my shower. The linens on the bed had tears in them and there was writing on the wall outside of our room in permanent marker. The elevators had missing number on the buttons and the breakfast was mediocre.

    The TV does not have internet. So you can’t watch Netflix or watch YouTube on the Smart TV. I was super disappointed. I called, but the customer service wasn’t honest in their response. They told me it was something they are working on. But when I spoke with other people in other rooms, they too expressed the same frustration. My disappointment was relieved by the kind words of Stanley, the only receptionist who was kind in his response.

    Our room was damp. Walking on the hard floor, you’d literally slip down from the condensation. We tried another room and it was exactly the same. You could see daylight all around the AC unit, I assume letting in 95° air while running 70° AC was the cause of the issue. Bathtub was super stained and didn’t drain well. Beds were clean and comfy and the staff was friendly. Definitely needed some upkeep! The breakfast was good!

    We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the children's hospital where my daughter had day knee surgery. It was in a great location and close to many restaurants and shopping centers. We happened to be there when a massive thunderstorm came through and caused our window to leak. The managment quickly moved us to a different room, and floor since my daughter had knee surgery and we were not sure if the power was going to stay on. They even helped us move and I so appreciated it. But the hotel is undergoing renovations and the rooms were not quite finished. Nor did we have internet that was fast enough to stream NETFLIX or to play video games (my daughter had brought her console since we knew were were going to be in the room all day after her surgery) That was very frustrating. The pool wasn't available yet either so if it had been a sunny day we couldn't have gone out to lay out and chill. So thus the mixed feelings. It will be great when the renovations are done, just be aware.

    The moment we pulled into the parking lot of this hotel, we saw a man checking car doors to see if they were unlocked. We originally believed it was his car then noticed his mannerisms and how he was looking around for other cars to check. The parking lot is hardly lit so that makes it very easy for sketchy people to steal from cars. If that wasn’t the first red flag, it should’ve been the walk to our room. The walls, elevator, and hotel doors obviously have been through many years of being unkept. I have never stayed in a hotel where my room was this disgusting. The bathroom was filthy. Shower had some sort of residue stuck on the floor, the drain had orange stains from what I can imagine hasn’t been properly cleaned from previous guests, the sink in the bathroom had remnants of a guest’s makeup products, and the worst part was our bed. I pulled back the blankets to reveal hair all in the sheets. Multiple people’s hair strands all in our bed, and on the pillow cases. My boyfriend and I immediately grabbed our bags, demanded a refund and book a room at a different hotel. This has caused me to never want to stay at a Holiday Inn ever again. The worst experience for a frequent traveler. The pictures that they are advertising are extremely miss leading. Please be aware of the cleanliness, safety and security of this specific hotel. Although they may claim they are renovating, this is not the case here.

    We stayed for a sports tournament for my daughter. The hotel is remodeling so it looks a mess at the moment in the hallways but once in the room it was okay. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were okay. Rooms have microwave and fridge. It was okay for a one night stay. The area was safe and had a lot of shopping centers and restaurants near it.

    Room was in poor condition. Roof leaks and bad repair work shown on ceiling and throughout room. Chair was stained/dirty. Window had gaps letting breeze in through air unit. Restroom lighting was terrible. Fan did not work. No covered parking during hail storm. We will not be returning. Raised room concerns twice to staff. They did nothing and were not surprised. Housekeeping missed room trash bins and coffee replacement. Skip this place. So many other options in Frisco.

    At check-in, no one was at the desk. I rang the bell and someone came from the storage room, was on a phone and said he wouf be a moment. It was almost ten minutes. The lobby and halways had an odd, chemical odor. My room was clean. The paint however was sloppy at best. Obviously this room had NOT been refreshed, yet. The carpet was worn. The bath had missing caulk. Everything looked old and worn out. The beds were ok. The complimentary breakfast was ok as well. Nothing to get excited about. I should have paid a little more for a place not undergoing construction.

    The breakfast was very good. The building is in poor condition, though it looked like they were starting some much needed renovations on it. The shower handle could not be turned to hot, so the water was cold. I did tell them at the desk, and maintenance did "fix" it so we were able to get hot water. This was not just our room. Our son's room also had the same issue.

    The first room, on the third floor, had a strong smell of weed throughout. The second room, on the first floor, was not cleaned after the previous guest. The third room, on the fifth floor, had a ceiling that was falling down. I booked this reservation through Expedia, but I had to cancel it because this hotel was in such poor condition.     I checked in to your hotel 1/1/25 At night. I was assigned a room and someone was in that room. 1 hour after I originally checked in I was given another room. (The front staff both PM and AM are very friendly and helpful, it just took a long time to finally get to my second room. ) I got to my second room and noticed construction debris everywhere. The closet was leaning towards the bed, and when I woke up this morning there was a roach in the bathroom. I have flown for a major airline for 30 years and have never seen anything like this in all the hotels I have stayed in. These rooms should not be available until they meet code and ALL the construction debri is removed. I went down to the front desk this morning, (1/2/25) and the gentlemen offered another room. Although the room is better, not 💯, the box spring still had the plastic on it. These little things should have been addressed and someone approved the room for booking. Please Please ensure these rooms are clean and safe for future guests. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    The room was disgusting. Everywhere you looked in the room, there was something dirty, broken, scuffed, or in need of replacement. This place screamed neglect and mismanagement. We asked them to provide soap for the bathroom and after 3 days they finally told us they didn't have any. Apparently the truck "didn't arrive." The manager apologized and said she might run to Costco to pick some up, but in the meantime she would give me some IHG points (which I haven't received). The lobby has been remodeled recently, and the room where they serve breakfast is nice, but 4th floor (the only floor I saw) was terrible. If IHG corporate were to go look at room 419 I think they would be incredibly embarrassed. I've stayed in a LOT of Holiday Inn Express's and this one was by far the worst I've seen. The HVAC unit in the window had a terrible time keeping temp, so it was always too hot or too cold. The maintenance guy didn't think I knew how to run the unit and discounted my request to have them fix it. When we showed up on the first day, there were sunflower seed shells on the nightstand. We ran out of toilet paper and had to get more at the front desk because the cleaners didn't see there wasn't any left.

    Room looks like a handy man finished up the room- floors were dirty, baseboard from floor to wall had a piece of carpet that was stapled. It was loud and overall looked dirty.

    The property is not holiday quality. Under construction, not informed till check in. Nothing worked. Tv , heater breakfast. Manager Charlie was terrible. Frisco police had to be called.

    No WiFi in the rooms, no phone to call the desk, receptionist couldn’t help with WiFi, they said they can change the room, but they didn’t. Breakfast attendees was not helpful hot breakfast was cold

    It under construction, and you can definitely tell. The hallways are dirty and there are construction workers everywhere you turn.

    I stayed at this hotel. I went there, and the hotel was under renovation I didn't expect that when I got there. The hotel is old, with dirty carpet in the rooms. I'm sure after they renovated it will be nicer.

    It’s being remodeled so hopefully it will be back to the brand. Room was dirty. Doors were left open to the outside parking lot and didn’t lock unless you took the time to force it. Front desk was unfriendly. When they finally checked me in, he said my room number and said breakfast times. There was no greetings from anyone working there. TV in room cut in and out, watched streaming on my laptop. Stay somewhere else if you can.

    Construction areas not cleaned up, baseboard trim missing, dust and screws on floor, and staircase entry partially blocked by construction. Two stray pillowcases lying on a bed and one towel left hanging over the shower curtain. Parking lot dark/sketchy. Did not feel safe, glad I did not bring children and afraid to go to exercise room alone! So unlike HI in the past. Super disappointed, and had I not come in late (and tired) from a church event, I would have searched elsewhere! But-there was no smells so, we were able to stay. Bed was perfect!

    The sheets had multiple stains on them ..the couch had stains all over it ..the room had no trash can or room phone no hand soap ..the toilet had stains in as well, me and my wife did not feel comfortable staying in this hotel room so we check out with in 25 mins

    The elevators were filthy. They are working on things, but they did not clean up for two days in the elevators or hallways. I stay at Holiday Inn express a lot. In fact the last three weekends I have I asked for a late check out 2 o’clock is the latest they allowed which I understand, but I needed another hour and they refused.
