If you are staying in Frisco this hotel is a great choice. Clean safe convenient. Room was spotless. Has a Starbucks in lobby. Breakfast included was nothing spectacular but more than adequate, Service outstanding. Only caveat, parking. Limited self park option I valeted for extra 33.00 dollars a day, Will stay here again

The room is very spacious and clean, the hotel staff was nice and the valet was quick. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Frisco area.

Excellent experience!! Room was very nice and clean. We did self-parking in the garage which cost $25 per night, but is close to the hotel. Just beware that if you leave the garage during the day, you will have to pay at least $10 each time you come and go. Liked the short walk to The Star. Loved the variety of breakfast foods too! Will definitely be back to stay again!

We even received exceptional service before arriving on the phone by Carlos at the Front Desk when we arrived. This was a excellent hotel stay for me and my family. Our room suite met every need and comforts.

Bought a muscle milk from the convenience area and when I opened it, it was sour and bad. I had to throw the whole thing away and let them know as well. But was still charged for it.

We stayed here for a cheer competition and it was very easy to walk to the Star each day. The bar area was excellent and the staff was amazing. Will stay here again!

The restaurant wasn't open so we had to get food for the room. We had no silverware and they brought us some but no forks. The sofa in the living room is made for tiny people. Beds were very uncomfortable.

The location of this hotel, in far north Dallas and right by the Tollway, is excellent. However the downside is that it's by other hotels and apartments with no space for strolling or exploring. The room was comfortable but the heating unit came on periodically with a loud grumble.

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel, the design and comfort. The only guest service member that we had an issue with was Marlene who gave several guests including me a hard time with the gate not working. Notified her that the gate was not accepting our payment, she assured another guest and I that someone would be there and had us walk us back again where she eventually helped us which is something she should have done from the beginning, poor service from her part.

The area is dangerous to walk around. The back door they recommend to get to garage leads directly to the back road. Visibility while driving makes it easy to hit people and no convenient walkways make it hard to walk around. The pool was FREEZING, why have such a nice facility and no heated pool option or no disclosure or close the pool completely. We only booked here to swim and we couldn't bare it. Starbucks staff could be more friendly but the facility and room was very pretty and comfortable.

I did not like that at check-in, I was told that my room had been changed or the fact that the change was portrayed as an "upgrade." I requested a room with a sofa bed but was given a room with a small, hard sofa with NO bed. The fact that I did not get the room I actually reserved was highly inconvenient and uncomfortable.

This place was good. It was very clean, and had nice bedding. Our suite had a small kitchen, which was very nice.

Breakfast is v limited. Just eggs and milk and some non fresh pastries and bagel

We booked a suite for 5 people and only had 3 sets of towels. When we asked for towels at 8:45 they were finally brought to us at 10:25 pm. Indoor Pool was nice but very cold -not heated. Breakfast was good and a lot of options. Hotel was nice clean and perfect for what we needed! Would stay here again but request towels on arrival.

The window shade to our room did not close (It was broken and would not pull down) so the light from outside (outside parking lights) poured into the room making it very bright at night!! Other than this, it was a great hotel. So just make sure you can close your windows or you won't sleep.

The ac in room had vent blasting the bed, had to adjust vents as best I could but that was a ridiculous design. The breakfast was below average.

Staff is very friendly and very helpful. It’s the bedding that’s the problem . Sheets and pillows smell dirty. Very stiff also. Has to be dirty washer and dryers. Use a better detergent or introduce some Downy or even Sauvitel!

I had a mini staycation for my daughter birthday here. The service provided was great! The breakfast was so convenient with nice choices for the girls!

Parking is what keeps this property from being excellent. The parking garage located 5 minutes away is a burden to well bodied and handicapped residents. Thank goodness it was not raining.

Great staff and clean room. Modern settings. The actual hotel is adjacent to another hotel, and the valet service is at the adjacent hotel. Room service is every three days only. I didn't like paying tax on tip for valet. There is only enough flatware in the kitchen for two people.

Property has free breakfast but options are too limited.

This has to be the one of the cleanest hotel we’ve been in. Of course there were areas that were aging but It was well kept, it didn’t have that muggy smell, and it was bright and well lit. We expected more for breakfast for how nice the hotel is. The eggs were great but would have liked to see at least one unique item. Some other hotels have at least one item they rotate around thats different than others.

The stay was ok , I had an electric car and the charging stations were not very good there were 4 but only one working … also needed to purchase laundry detergent and the hotel didn’t have any we thought the breakfast was going to include waffles… there was not any other then that it is a lovely hotel… All hotel staff were courteous and as helpful as they can be no complaints about the customer service very friendly staff.

Bad water pressure in shower. Sink didn’t drain properly. Very limited healthy choices for continental breakfast and no fresh fruit.

Very clean and beautiful hotel! Loved that there was a Starbucks downstairs and complimentary breakfast. Customer service at front desk was slower than what we anticipated but other than that all was great. We will definitely be back!

I Love how this particular Residence Inn is More on the Modern Side of Things..Always Looks Good when we come.. Now on the other hand with the cleaning of the room…I think there’s much room for improvement.

Parking was terrible, valet was terrible. Double charged for valet parking due to lack of effective communication. This was an additional $190 in unnecessary expenses.

We were not able to stay here as we were denied a room after I had called the day before to confirm that a room would be available. We were sent to the hotel Nextdoor with no refund for difference in cost.

Property was as advertised. Have stayed there multiple times since the first time I booked travel for that area.

Did not stay here. The Residence Inn had overbooked, and thus force moved us to another location. Very disgusted as we had booked a king suite and ended up with a queen standard room. Will not try to stay here again.

We have stayed at this property several times and this time we left disappointed. We stayed 5 nights and requested housekeeping service. We returned to the room each day to find the room had not been cleaned. Front desk responded by saying well you were on the schedule. Pool was ice cold. I tried to get in but couldn’t and watched several families come down only to leave with disappointed kids. We return several times a year because of Family in the area. We will need to try something new.

Front desk check in man, was not friendly at all. He gave us very demeaning looks. Like we didnt belong there. Two of us were retired teachers. Two of our young grandchildren and a 38 yr old mom.
