Fullerton Inn - Near Medieval Times

Pretty much everything was broken. The swimming pool was closed, even though it was on. The hair dryer was broken. The temperature in the shower was stuck on astronomically hot. Would absolutely never stay again.

I booked this hotel to enjoy the hot tub and pool only to be told the hot water tank did not work and pool was closed. The remote did not work for the tv but the manager did try to fix it. Begrudgingly.

Refrigerator didn’t work, so my wife went to the front desk to ask about it and was told they didn’t guarantee that the fridge, microwave, tv, or anything else in the room would work. Microwave was at least 20 years old and did not work either. They did not service my room during the day (no big deal) but when I went to ask for towels, I was met by the same older gentleman that talked to my wife the night before and he tried telling me that I should have asked the maids for towels during the day (I was not on the property during the day). When I asked if I was going to receive the towels or not he reluctantly gave me towels and had zero customer service or problem solving skills.. I will not be staying here in the future unfortunately and suggest you stay here at your own risk

AC took a couple of hours to fully cool room. Shower water varied from hot to cold while in it without moving the knob. Shower was not clean. Floor left out feet black. Bed was hard. TV had a lot of channels that didn't work and the ones that did work some had no sound.

Everything was super close I don’t think I drove more then 15 min for anywhere I wanted The rooms felt a little outdated and dull, the property was clean outside but paint splots on toilet seats and bath tubs also the fridge wasn’t working and no microwave.

Bathroom was filthy and there were dead bugs next to the toilet. Also there was mildew in the shower area. Zero water pressure in the shower and the room was extremely outdated. Staff was nice and the pool and hot tub looked good.

No breakfast. It was next to the 80z bar. It was dirty. Bathroom was disgusting. Bed and bedding Felt and smelled dirty. Check in guy was lazy and didn't help. I had to come back to his window to ask for the WiFi pw. Tried calling but wouldn't answer at first.

It was okay. Got the job done for one night with husband staying across the street. Similar to motel 6 but with spacious room.

Hot tub was great! The room was nicer than I expected for the price. Yes it is run down and the furniture is old but the bed was comfortable and the water stayed hot to fill the HotTub. This is a great discount romantic night if you're thinking of a quick getaway.

The in room hot tub is always amazing

The place was clean and quiet. Was a $12 Lyft ride away from Disney. It was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Check in was not what I expected, the receptionist wanted to charge me again for the room, didn't give me any info on what time was check out, face was always looking bothered and was not even speaking to me. He also just took the clipboard off my hand which was unprofessional mind you I had a fractured wrist and him doing that made it hurt.

Room was still visably dirty. Ended up leaving and losing out on my money

Update is a must. Outside was dirty. Room needed to be a lil cleaner. A bit smelly. I had to clean everything with some Lysol wipes and spray

My stay was at a regular room on Friday and it was awesome. On Saturday we stayed at a room with a jacuzzi and omg 2 thumbs up 👍👍. I so recommend the rooms with a jacuzzi it is a total body and mind relaxation. Jacuzzi was clean, everything work.

This place is a dump. Prostitutes in the parking lot. You have this place named Fullerton Inn…the sign on the building is Fullerton Motel. Is an extremely overpriced dump.

Had a great relaxing time. Very clean. Had a little issue with the bathroom light. I informed the cleaning lady and in minutes it was taken care of. Already planning the next weekend getaway at this place 🙂👍.

Near the Totally 80’s Bar and Grill. No need for UBER!!!

This place is conveniently located near the 5 and 91 fwy. It was quite and the rooms were ample. The only issue was that the beds were hard and linen was tough. The place could use some renovations to make it more comfortable, but it is an okay place to stay as an overnight guest.

Unable to check in early because the front desk person left when we were told to come in,it made my husband late for work.Very unprofessional

Checking in, I paid a $40 deposit, which will be refunded back to me. The process was smooth, and the receptionist was polite. In the end, she gave me the room keycard, a TV remote and Wi-Fi SSID and password. Going into my second floor room, I felt it looked pretty accurate to the photos that were posted for this hotel. Everything that I needed worked, thankfully. I was not able to turn the TV on, but I didn't have time to watch it anyway. I thought that the refrigerator was not working, but it turns out that, after I talked to the receptionist, I had to plug the power cord into an electrical outlet. I was not sure if the air conditioner in my room was also a heater because I haven't tried setting the temperature to room temperature. After taking a hot shower and washing up, I was thinking of testing the AC to see if it was also a heater because the room was really cold, but I didn't want to turn it on because I was afraid of warming up my room too much. I decided to tough it out, but I regret not trying because it was about 50 degrees Fahrenheit.

very nice room and quiet area. check in is easy. booked a room with a jetted tub which was a nice addition, especially when its chilly. lots of fun things to do in the area and good restaurants

Check in was difficult. AIR-HEAT DID not work. TV alhad no signal. JACUZZI DID NOT WORK. I CALLED front desk. No answer.

First, 24/7 front desk as advertised was false. I got the property at around 4pm to check in and no one was there. Just a sign that said I'll be back at 6pm! Second, the room was hot, the AC was not turned on. When I turned it on it smelled like mold. And it only went down to 86 degrees. It was programmed that way. Thirdly, it just had an unsafe vibe. I'm not sure how to explain it so I was only there for 10mins after check-in and took my girl somewhere else.

The sheets weren’t the cleanest but overall had a great stay.

I am not into fancy hotels since I just need a clean room and bed to sleep at night. However, this hotel appeared not well kept. Fortunately there was a refrigerator and microwave but no coffee maker and NO ICE MACHINE. On the surface, our room appeared clean, but was in need of a deep clean. Staff was friendly.

I ended up with a Staph Infection from the hot tub.

Place was tired and dated...TV shut down, microwave did not work. Front desk had to come down and hook up the TV on the first day. The only highlight was that it had good bus access to the University gym.

The property needs more maintenance, the room I stayed in had a couple of roof leaks and that can actually be harmful if they don't take care of it.

It was a decent stay, however, the WiFi was spotty and failed to connect. If internet is important, don’t stay here. Also, the shower/tub was really old with dark stains, though it didn’t seem too dirty…

Outside is messy, lots of cigarette butts, and landscaping not maintained. Ice maker broken and coffee not available.

My husband and I stayed in their jetted tub room. It was a cozy room with enough space to feel at ease. Room was clean and comfortable, the tub was so big and the jets worked perfectly. An affordable stay that is great for couples. I wish we could have stayed longer, and I want to go back asap. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were greeted very nice and the hotel staff was superb. The room was very ample and clean room came with a microwave and mini fridge that was perfect for our drinks and our young adult son’s were pleasantly surprised of how comfortable the beds were.

easy checkin, jacuzzi was nice, however there needs to be some kind of way to keep the water in the jacuzzi instead of all over the floor, think the jets are too powerful, when you stand to turn of jacuzzi, water sprays everywhere and there is a river on floor when you get out

It was ok for the price. We only stayed 1 night. Hate that they hand you the TV remotes at check in and you have to remember to return them at check out. Liked the fact that there was parking space. Other than that didn't spend much time there.

The manager/owner checked us in. Being tired, he was natrually unfriendly. Didn't explain why we needed to pay $20 cash deposit for the t.v. remotes (or he holds my dr. lic.). Room had no shower amenities There was one individual shampoo bottle for 2 guests..

The room was clean, large with a small fridge microwave. We were very happy with front desk. Our tv didn’t work so the young lady quickly moved us to another room. Great service!

We needed a fridge for my daughters meds and the mini fridge didn’t get cool, we had to leave the property to get ice, there was an outlet that looked like it was a fire hazard, we saw 2 cockroaches in our room, and it just seemed run down. No phone in the room, needed two controllers to control the tv and graffiti on the bathroom wall.

Its was very professional and it was a comfortable stay.

We have stayed here often and have never had a problem before. The only complaint this stay was the lack of hot water. We had 2 rooms, and weren't showering at popular times, and the water was mildy warm at best. Other than that, staff is friendly, hotel is quiet and clean, beds are comfy.

Better than expected. Stayed here like 2 years ago wasn’t all that great. But decided to stay again cause of location. It improved so much. They upgraded the rooms. Everything was in working order it felt clean. This is conveniently located across from a 80s nightclub, will stay here again.

Worst 140 dollars I have ever spent on a hotel. Cockroaches, dirty towels, burn marks everywhere , dust and dirt behind bed with hair ties , had to clean the table myself , looked like dried blood, not too add smoke alarm was removed from the ceiling defiantly a hazard in my opinion .That should be a MUST for any hotel /motel/ inn. This was booked as a last minute trip; price was decent but now I know why. Room was dated and missing items such as wall plug plate. Door frame looked as though it had been previously kicked in or broken. It was dirty in various places within the room and to top it all off my husband was bit by something at least six times.

We liked our room, we're not that picky. Just bring your own soap because the complimentary one is terrible.

My room was infested with bed bugs!!! You could see dried up black-reddish blood stains on the mattress. I told the front desk about my situation and they just called room service which solved nothing at all... during my whole stay I was constantly getting bit. Nobody should ever have to deal with this, not only is this a health issue but who knows who else has been bitten before us?! Absolutely disgusting! Been here few times before and never had this issue, but never coming back for sure.

There were stains on the beds and walls. The outlet was hanging out of the socket dangling by bare wires. The AC only cooled a five foot area closest to it and outside of that cool area it was 20 degrees hotter. The walkway to my second story room felt like it would collapse at any moment as the cement moved up and down like a soft wet floorboard. The area was full of druggies snd homeless. Not a pleasant place.

We were SO disappointed in the Fullerton. The sheets were stained, there was Graffiti inside the cabinet doors under the sink and graffiti on the headboard as well as over the room door - Inside the room ! The maid was kind and efficiently removed the sheets replacing them with clean ones, but the T V (which was going to be our evening's entertainment only showed static.) Will not recommend this motel to our Fam.

I paid $148.50 for this room with a large jacuzzi tub in the room, there was no stopper for the tub had to stuff a wash cloth in the hole. The water didn’t stay hot to even fill it, I got that room because of an injury it was very disappointing, very old snd run down property. Took 3 hours to get the T.V.to work.

There was roaches in tje jetted tub and walking around the room. When i went to go let the receptionist know they said they couldnt give me a discount due to it was check out time when that incident happened that morning.

The place is dirty , bathroom door nob was missing and the hot tub only had one jet that worked . Water was leaking from the hottub on to the floor from who knows where. Just a terrible place all around

Only stayed one night when they gave me the room key it was a real key. Room needs furniture up grade as well as bathroom and sink shows a lot of wear. One good thing was the room heater/AC was very quiet.

Toilet paper holder also had no bar.

Very old and gross. Nothing worked! The ice machine was broken, the remote was held together by tape and didn’t work and the automatic lights kept coming on in the middle of the night!

We frequent this motel because we work n the area.. Its comfortable. The showers, counters and floors need to be mold free with bleach...

It's not fancy, but neither is the price. It's freeway close and safe. Use as a rest stop and be on your way.

No fire alarms were in the room but at one time it looked like there was one but never put back up ??? And no sprinkler systems of any kind in the room as well MAJOR fire hazard!!!!
