Not enough parking spaces. No hairdryer, must walk to office to ask for one. No phone to call.

Room was very dirty, needs to be updated big time.Tub and one of the beds had hair from previous people.

It was false advertising, there was no pool nor microwave in the room.

We checked in pretty late at night because we were at Disneyland and it was easy we got our key card right away. The room itself was a nice size 2 beds I got 125. It was clean and not noisy at all easy to get to from the park and lots of places to eat around.

Not much to look at from the outside. But the inside was very pretty. There was some damage in the room but it fit our needs and the price was good. I felt safe and everything was updated.

just 1.towel, ask the staff. Never brought me other one. No handicap rails. In the bathroom. Hot water in the shower took too long to come out. Door handles busted felt so insecure. In the entryway.i left my own towel. They needed. Terrible

The staff wouldn’t answer the phone… ever. We were worried about getting there late and not being able to check in and could not get them to answer the phone. Luckily we were still able to check in. The room was freshly remodeled but still kind of nasty looking. The water heater was terrible. The parking lot was pretty gross. However, we did not want to spend a bunch of money on a hotel so we cheated out and got this place and it was probably better than expected. I would probably stay there again if I wanted a cheap place to stay again.

DO NOT STAY HERE you will get catfished by looking at the pictures , looks nothing like in person , it’s gross they don’t clean well, smells like an old motel and cigarettes, as soon as I checked in I asked is this place safe? I immediately went and asked for a refund and MANAGER DECLINED REFUND, you will not get your money back!

Booked on hotels.com late nite walked and there were 2 big roaches on the floor. I had my wife her mom (77 yrs old), my kids great nana (97 yrs old). All 3 felt unsafe I walked in and saw mold in the bathroom, 2nd bed frame sticking out, and the front door looked like it was recently kicked in. Drove back out and hand the key to the desk clerk. I wife told him what she saw and he said sent its 3rd party he can’t refund it. It was through hotels.com. Stayed at another hotel.

Don’t expect much if you paid cheap. I would not come back to this place 2 out of 10 overall.

The pool was old and beaten up. There wasn't one time my room had towels/rags etc. I had to ask the first 2 days for them and didn't bother on 3rd day. Was a place to lay head down at night but that's about all good for if you expect nothing more.

Pictures online look nothing like when you get there. It looks like it’s tucked into the ghetto, door handle was broken, the inside wasn’t bad looking but we came back into the night and there were ROACHES but it was so late there was no where else to go we said let’s just get through this and leave bc we had to leave at 6 am anyway.

Was very affordable & I had no issues checking in.

The stay was good. The only thing that bothered me was the strong smell of some kind of smoke. There was also not enough towels in the room already for my whole family. Other than that, The place was nice.

We booked two rooms for a family trip to Disneyland and went based on the pictures provided online but were extremely disappointed to find that the property is nothing as it was advertised. The place is very dirty, filled with mold, and no hot water.

This place was disgusting. There were roaches in the bathroom. The vanity was falling apart, The mattress had stains on it that looked like blood. Will not ever being staying here again. gross. Staff was friendly though

This is really bad property, everything looks dirty. I took this place seeing their pictures but this place doesn’t look nothing like the picture. Very dirty. I took it for 3 days but check out the same day and took another place.

The room was clean, and everything was very functional for the whole family.

The guy at the check in desk was kinda rude and there were no towels in the room and a couple of small roaches were running around in the bathroom. Other than that, the bed was pretty comfortable and the shower worked fine.

They need to fix and change some of the furniture and appliances that they have. Also, there were small holes between the bathtub and the wall and little roaches would come out.

The worst things are There's no hot water in the shower, there's hot water at the sink but it's clogged. Taking to the staff with no help. No, no... absolutely not again.

Walk in at 1030 at night with no towels. Had to walk back tot he front to get some since no phone in room. Sheets were dirty but needed sleep and was already over it

I am a return traveler at this location. I can tell that they have been updating the rooms. It is quiet and relatively comfortable for the price. I think this is a great budget hotel.

Awesome and clean

The staff is nice and professional. They even gave me a suite since I had stayed at the property previously. Its a decent price and the proximity to Disney is great.

The room was HOTEL clean, the furniture was banged up and not taken care of, the sink had a huge crack in it, the floors need replacing, the pull out sofa has seen better days, and the linen was mix match prints and questionable. The shower was TRASH! No pressure, in and out of burning hot and freezing cold! photos on site are definitely 10+ years old. Property has great bones, but not being reinvested in to maintain what they are falsely advertising.

The rooms were large to hold 4 persons. There was roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Our supplies were not replaced. There was no was rags linens were terrible old. Overall a 3 star.

Killed 9 roaches in the span of 48 hours, including some baby ones. That along with all the other reviews that talk about roaches indicates to me that they have an infestation. First day after going to Disneyland all day I came back late at night to find a roach on top of the bed. Every other review like this has responses from management that it is a “one off” situation. Which clearly it isn’t.

I’d say the shower & the cool AC was probably the only good thing about this hotel. Before I checked in, I tried calling the hotel at least 4x throughout the day but no one ever picked up. When I arrived to check in the guy seemed to be a little rude about it. The outside of the property is literally so dirty & looks super sketchy. When I got to my room IMMEDIATELY I saw two roaches which was absolutely disgusting. Then the comforter had stains all over it which I didn’t use, I felt so grossed out I ended up sleeping in my hoodie with my hood up since I didn’t want my head or hair to touch their pillows/pillow cases/sheets. Bed was EXTREMELY Uncomfortable. When I washed my face the water never drained from the sink, so there was that. I guess you really get what you pay for.

Will visit again

We stayed for 3 nights, not once did housekeeping come. There were cockroaches in the room, the room smelled, the bed comforter looked old and it was ripped and the furniture looked old.

The sink was clogged, it took forever for the water to go down, there was no remote for the TV. No towels for the floor after getting out the shower. We seen a couple of baby roaches. The blinds were broke and you could see out the window. The only good thing was the location is secluded and they are recently painted and modernized. I’ve place I’m sure they can get it together over there.

Door didn't latch, put pressure on it it opens without the key. Lobby stunk, room electric outlets half worked, shower head popped off and hit me on the head.

We woke up to itching irritated skin. We then discovered bugs in one of the beds. We checked the second bed and found bed bugs. We got a full refund and left the premises. I do not recommend this hotel.

Met with "David" who I have on video agreeing to give a refund for my 2 night stay. (I left after the 1st night and booked another hotel). Filed a refund request with expedia, and now they can't contact the property or "David". Shady and shiesty. A literal dump.

Room was dirty. Bathroom was disgusting. Very old. There was cockroaches. Bathroom flooded and everything got wet. You can tell that had happened before because floors are lifted up. I will not recommend anybody to stay here.

Online photos are of this property couldn’t be more opposite then the reality of this trashy motel. I wish I could add photos, our room 125 smelt like cigarettes and piss, smelt like a convalescent home, everywhere you looked paint was missing on the walls, baseboards were stained with mold, bathtub cocking was molded all the way around it, under the sink the drawers that were held together with wood screws were missing the bottoms and multiple dead cockroaches inside, blood or food splatter on the walls behind the head of the bed, spider webs on the ceiling, bugs on the beds, towels were old and ripping, missing smoke detector, room didn’t have a phone, when pulling up to the room a female smoking a blunt by the back wall, people in a car smoking weed. Staff tried offering another room, it was better than the first but not by much. When I told staff thank you but I was not going to keep my family there, they refunded my second night but said I would be charged for the first day. I am fighting for full refund and be aware of this scam they are doing, I’m sure I’m not the only one this has happened too

Thee rooms are not nice as they look in the Picture at all! The bed had a spring coming out of it the mattress was so thin. We felt like the bed was going to break every time we would move . The sofa when we pulled it out the sheet had yellow nasty stains. The sofa pillows were so dirty and black stains so disgusting. The room only had 2 towels for a family of 4 the towel was the size of a bath mat. The pictures are very deceiving!

The first room we had had bed bugs but staff was awesome and had us moved immediately and apologized for any inconvenience that is had caused us

Room was dirty. Previous tenants hair on mattress, stains and holes in sheets, black mold or dust on the top of the tile in the bathroom shower. There was a Chester’s Hot Fry in the corner by the front door hinges, showing that the room was obviously not cleaned as the chip was large and easily visible. Door was difficult to open, had to use a lot of force and the squeak that came while doing it showed that the door was not properly aligned. Top manual lock was broken with two screws in its place as a makeshift fix, but did not work to hold the lock down. No hot water no matter how long we tried to let the water run and wifi did not reach our room (suite 120 which is farther from the front desk, but not all the way in the back, maybe a 30-40 second walk from the front desk). After a 10 hour drive and arriving after midnight, we started looking for new accommodations at a different hotel that has available rooms for that night, despite being exhausted, desperate to sleep and many other hotels being expensive due to the last minute booking. We stayed for maybe 45-60 minutes before booking another hotel which was 30 mins away, but we ultimately decided driving at 1am, paying an extra $600+ for the new hotel, and wasting the money we used booking Anaheim Executive Inn was objectively more worth it than staying here.

Door frame was coming off and security lock was useless. Sink was clogged. Bed was horrible! The mattress had indents and was soooo uncomfortable. When we reported the damages, the owner said he was aware. Sketchy area.

Please do not waste your time and money on this scam of a place. It’s listed as Queen beds but it is a double bed with a queen bed sheet and blankets. NOT THE SAME THING. We measured it as well. They will not leave their area to bring us toilet paper or towels. The actual room and bathroom are HORRIBLE. Needs a major renovation. The shower curtain literally is held by nothing. They were not accommodating and did not have great customer service.

This Executive Suite Inn is no Executive Suite Inn it is falsely represented, it is more like a run down building that must be demolished!! That sadly is not a joke, I am so disappointed & could not sleep well for fear of safety! In addition, the shower curtain had blood on it & the shower head was gushing water from three different places….,it was extremely terrible!! I’m so disappointed & should get a full refund for the false advertisement posted!!

The room was dirty. The bed sheets had some stains. The walls were extremely dirty with stains of i don’t know what. The couch was also very dirty. The bathroom was full of mold, like the sink, ceiling, door and window. The room also had a terrible smell upon arrival

Had to wait 10 minutes in the cold at 8pm for someone to come to the night window only for her to be rude and could barely hear her. Lock on the door was broken, tiles in the bathroom were broken, there was a gap between the handle of the shower so you could see what I assume was the heater, fridge didn’t work and rotted my food & I saw two roaches and a spider. Shower was hot for a minute then turned cold and the sheets cause my skin and scalp to break out in a rash. Only plus side to this place was there was always parking.

This place is terrible as soon as we enter the parking lot this place look more like a motel cheap place. Nothing has it on Expedia in the room. First thing we saw cockroaches. We went to the front desk to let them know they offer us two rooms of an option which . One of them smell like Fabuloso second one like cigarette and the bed sheets were rip like all style 90s. our trip to Anaheim was supposed to be excited and relaxing, and ending up this kind hotel and to top it off there were barley warm water to take a shower.never stay there again..not recommended for family. last thing you want is bringing cockroaches or other mites to your house back.

First night it was raining and the whole roof on my side was leaking on me..it was brown water and the whole ceiling looks like they they tried to paint over it .I had to go to the front they did move me...which was midnight...had to my move two kid one in bed with me it was traumatic to the them being woken up worried the roof was gonna gave in ...2nd room better but no TV and no wifi that I had two kids needed internet to work and do homework which they needed to check in and couldn't I told the front desk and they couldn't figure it out and the bathroom had roaches I had to keep the lights on ...we were there for 2 nights i requested for a refund for the major inconveniences and was told it was asked but they just charged me normally and wouldn't answer my messages and emails I would not recommend..looks nice in pictures but it was a traumatic experience and to many issues and never compensation for all the issues never fixed

Good overall stay

The room was “updated” to look modern but the level of cleanliness was horrible! Mold all over the bathroom tile…dirty floors, towels with stains, sheets with stains, and bathroom vanity feeling off. I felt so uncomfortable staying there especially with little children. Never again…it’s cheap pricing for a cheap quality stay. Only reason didn’t leave was because it was a last minture booking as we arrived at 2am but never again!

Needs a lot of TLC

We had no choice to leave our luggage in our car. Which I did not feel safe doing that, but we had tu, since we’re going to disneyland by uber. The uber right cost $8.00 from the property. Coming back was almost $10. FYI coming back from Disneyland ride share section, across the street to the McDonald’s it’s way cheaper than the right share section. When we got back to the property around midnight. A man check is in, he was friendly. He have us the room key right away. I told him I did not want The rooms are nice inside. Had a couch. A kitchen with refrigerator. In the room was a little stuffy and smelled like mildew. Everything was nice inside, the bed was comfortable but I side the sheets there where hairs stuck there. There was no towels at all in the bathroom. I had to go out in the middle of the night when we checked in to ask for towels to yes them in the morning

The place was definition of ghetto, everything was beat up and dirty with stains on everything. Let's not forget about the roaches as well. If I could get my money back I would.

Clean, large suite. There were no towels, broken bathroom drawers, and minimally warm water.

Great location, easy access to Disneyland Knotts, Berry Farm, and the beach. Walking distance to target, Dollar tree, in out burger. I had a room with bunkbeds and a kitchen. The staff was great very accommodating.

Old smelly

The pictures do not match the hotel 😒 i was very disappointed. I had my family and they were scared.

The beds aren't comfortable, and if you need to use the sofa, besides being dirty, the sofa mattress is so worn out you can feel the springs, making it impossible to sleep on. There's no hot water in the shower, the bath towels are of very poor quality, the walls are so thin you can hear the person upstairs walking and those next to them talking. There's no bedside lamp, and I found small cockroaches in the bathroom. The only good part is that parking is free.

Room was decent nothing special about it the rooms were not properly cleaned they need a deep cleaning top to bottom. The room had big cockroaches climbing the wall they need better pest control. The trashs got full quick no one around to give you more amnities if needed. If your looking for a place nice for your family I wouldn't take my kids back again. The beds were hard and springy not comfortable at all. Overall if you need a cheap place and dont care about all that then go ahead and stay here.

The pictures online are not the same ones you see when you arrive.. unless you like sleeping with roaches and bugs go ahead and book.. it's the worst hotel i have ever even thought of staying at.. i checked in and within 15 mins of unloading we saw roaches in the bathroom we called the staff to the number on file they didn't answer they offered another room same condition my two young kids and husband got a rash from the time spend there as my kids arrived asleep it was the worst ima still fighting getting a refund for a stay i didn't even stay at.

Use multiple platforms to check their reviews. I unfortunately did not and was completely disappointed when I pulled up to the location. I immediately read various recent reviews and realized that this place was not a place I would like to chance staying at. I can appreciate the business doing their best with updating some rooms and other facilities. But they have much more work to do.

Place was dirty. Bedding was stained. Restroom was leaking and when turning on sink it smelled like sewer water.

I really wanted this to be a great place. Staff was kind and helpful. I cant say anything bad besides cockroaches. We walked in and walked out simply by the sheer number of them in the room. I understand they are common, infestations are different. Staff was informed, offered a different room in a different area and we chose to leave. Again, simply bad day for everyone.

Like the rooms very rooming and clean. Love the update on the rooms. The bathroom just need update on the shower curtains mine had red stains on it and is very old. Pillow cases had aittle white stains on them but everything else was great. Would stay again. Also love everything is close by and walking distance.

It was okay, but i’m giving a bad rating because some important keys have been left in one of the rooms and I have called a million times and even emailed the property and they still have yet to get back to me. I called at different times and even around when people would check out and no one answers.

Everything about this place was awful. The building is in terrible shape, the photos online do not match at all what the place looks like. The guy said supposedly he upgraded my room to a nice room and there was nothing nice about that room. It was so dirty, the couch was disgusting, the water from the kitchen sink was not going down correctly, the sheets and the towels look like they have not been replaced in years, shower, curtain, filthy, hair everywhere, as if they did not vacuum or sweep. After the last person left, toilet seat was broken, doors were filthy as if they’ve never been wiped. And the deadbolt on the door was broken!, The area is super noisy and the walls are super thin so we got zero sleep. Next time I’m just going to pay a little more to stay in a nice place. And one last thing, the key card to get into the room stopped working literally every single time that we would try to get in the key car would not work and I would have to go to the front desk to get it reset. I went at least six times during our two day stay it was so inconvenient!

Bad

The bed springs were broken, the bathroom smelled like mold, and there were roaches. We spent one night there and we left the next day. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund after the first night and they said I had to email them and then it would get approved. So I emailed them and they denied the refund for the other nights I did not stay. They never answer the phone and they are not helpful at all in anything. Even after telling them about the roaches they said they couldn’t do anything about it. The couch in the room was so stained it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was a horrible stay and the front desk is unhelpful.

Room did have refrigerator and microwave but there was no coffee maker and no dishes. Closet was unfinished. There was not even a bar in the closet to hang items on. Only one towel was provided for a stay booked as 2 people for 3 days. Staff seemed reluctant to provide more when asked. There was no mat/rug/towel for the bathroom floor.

The room was bigger than I had expected for the price. It had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Total of 4 beds. It also came with a small kitchen complete with dishes and refrigerator. The room was clean and very spacious

The front desk guy was nice but other than that if you like cheap then this is the place, but I’d rather pay a couple extra bucks to have a working bugles bathroom.

Place was not neat, it smelled, there was roaches, the couch was smelly amd stained, shower broken and drawers as well. Place needs to be updated big time.

I believe access to the laundry room has to be arranged through the front desk. This was slightly impractical but we managed just fine. Rooms are older and slightly dusty, but no issues with bugs or other grime. Walking to dollar tree was essential for us and it being so close was a huge plus for snacks and other items we forgot to pack. Would stay here again for the amount of space in the rooms for the price!

The room is very clean and tidy and look great for the price I would recommend this place

NO HOT WATER, the place was infested with spiders, stains all over the sheets and mattress, dirt everywhere, the mirror was even tagged. We checked in around 12am after driving all day, and ended up having to find another hotel to stay at in the middle of the night, which was nearly impossible for a Saturday trip to Disney. You would be better off sleeping in your car and showering at a gym than booking here. Disgusting and I'm genuinely surprised this place is allowed to be in business.

I wasn’t interested in a pool or in bringing pets. Location is ideal but the place itself is quite unkempt - couch bed was broken, bed sheets looked old and tired, furniture old and almost non functional. I will say that if it’s a place you’re looking to just put your head down for the night - then this is the place. With prices today you get what you pay for. The gentleman at the desk was overall friendly so no issues there. i will not be coming back.

The room was cute and very spacious. Perfect for my family. Budget friendly. Everything we needed was walking distance or a small drive away which was perfect. Clean and well stocked. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

When we woke at 6:30 AM, there was no hot water. I called the front desk, and the employee told me to “let it run for a long time.” I ran the water until 7:20 AM, but it never heated. When I called back, I was told to wait for maintenance, who never arrived. No one else was available to assist, and there were no other rooms available. As a result, we were forced to shower in scalding cold water, which was extremely distressing, especially for my children. Additionally, the bathroom was in poor condition, including a damaged and stained sink, making the stay even more unacceptable. This experience was unsafe and entirely below the standard promised at booking. Given these serious issues, I am requesting a full refund for this stay.

Horrible stay. Beds were dirty, soda had dirt and bugs on pull out bed. Hot water not working, the manager said “let it run 10-15 min first. We asked for towels and they brought dirty towels twice, the third time they were still not ok so we left to buy our own towels. They did not clean the room just sprayed so much air freshener that we had to keep door and window open to air out the room when we arrived. And the roof had a leak directly over the bathroom sink. We would have left but all rooms in area were booked for this holiday.

Furniture was not clean. Couch looked like it needed to be thrown away as it was stained brown (light gray couch). I killed 4 small cockroaches in my room during my two nights. Bed mattress was thin and uncomfortable with a spring poking out. No amenities in room - not even a plastic cup for water. Would not stay there again.

STAY AWAY!! DO NOT BOOK HERE, I repeat DO NOT book here. The pictures on the site absolutely do NOT match what it actually looks like for the room. We checked in around 9pm, first room keys did not work, second room…let’s just say you definitely did NOT want to set any of your stuff down. The first time I ever entered a room and felt like would leave with a staph infection or bed bugs! The mattresses were absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Mold on the bathroom, couch literally looked like it was pulled from the dumpster! People sitting in their cars doing drugs, a guy smoking a blunt where the vending machine was. Turned around and we left, after trying to give the keys back they offered another room-NO WAY!!! Not sure how this place is even listed on Expedia much less still in business! No fridge in the room, hair and stuff on pillows, mold on the tub, cut marks on the sink (I could only imagine from what). Bathroom door was soo dirty like it had never been wiped! Floor was GROSS! Never again. Did not stay. Asked for a refund and still fighting for one.

Absolutely horrible! The room was disgusting. The sheets had cigarette burns, the shower had mold, and all the mattresses had intense stains. When we talked to the motel staff, they were severely dismissive.

This place is horrible. There are bed bugs and cockroaches. We left a few hours after checking in because there was no way we were going to stay there. The internet didn’t work in the room. I’m waiting for a refund, but the hotel isn’t answering Expedia. When I checked out I told them I wanted a refund and they told me to go through Expedia. I took video and pictures of the bed bugs and I showed the staff. All they said is they could give me new sheets so I didn’t have to leave that night and I could check out in the morning. I told the guy I already had gotten new sheets and the bed bugs were all over them. Avoid this place.

Disgusting!! The rooms do NOT look like the pictures at all! The room had a bad smell, there was roaches, the bathroom mirror was cracked in 1/2, the tub was dirty. This is more like a motel. Looking at the pictures that are posted is appalling to me knowing what they really look like.

Absolutely HORRIBLE staff. The manager is not only rude, but a flat out liar. Don’t expect this property to answer the phone. The property is basically a drug zone full of homeless as well. I would seriously advise anyone to not bring themselves or any children here. Along with the room being basically in-human to live in, I have to emphasize how much this manager is a conniving, selfish and arrogant person. It’s really actually sad and he needs therapy. He will steal your money and lie to anyone to make a penny. Do not stay here.

Whatever images that were in the preview for the deluxe single bedroom, were clearly from a while ago. The room we got wasn’t as advertised. The bedsheets were dirty. There was a mysterious stain on the headboard. The slab of wood that’s bolted onto the huge headboard had chipped wooden bits. The bed was noise, The bathroom mirror had scuffed edges, and the place overall was really dirty. This is the type of place where you go to have an affair or hire a prostitute.

For the price it wasn't bad I felt like it was misrepresented. It was a two-bedroom hotel room not a double suite at best. There were no sheets or covers on the bed but the staff was accommodating.

Here we are 10 days later and still no refund. Dodging my calls, not returning my messages. I've initiated a charge back with my bank for the fraudulent charging of the full stay. Worst hotel ever. The room was more than expected. It was very clean and spacious. It included a microwave, mini fridge and pool. Plenty of parking. For the price, very worth it. I slept very comfortably on nice soft bed, great pillows and clean fresh sheets. Thank you for pricing you hotel for an affordable price.

there was no hot water. reservation was for a family of 6 but the room only had two towels. there was no receipt at check in or check out and no mention of my deposit be returned. overall not the best experience.

Was not impressed with the stay. First off started with no towels in the room in which was corrected once brought to staffs attention. Was also unaware that we would have to ask for room service. Not only that but ask 3 times before receiving room service and having to ask for new towels instead of getting the room service. Just was not very pleased with our 5 night stay at this hotel.

As the price was reasonable, we didn't expect much. However, the first room we were given had no heat and there was a roach scampering across the floor. We asked to be moved and the guy acted like he didn't know that the plug was cut off of the heating unit and there was not even one button intact. The second room had heat, but a severely broken couch and the room smelled horrible. The people in the room above us were pounding on their floor the entire night. Hands down the absolute worst hotel experince of my entire life.

We came back at night time and saw 4 cockroaches in our room we spoke with the manager and he just said sorry and walked away. Would ever stay there again. The room was spacious and the parking was perfect, the area was quiet. But the room itself feels like it needs a make over. The tiles were broken and the vanity was missing a drawer and the sides are falling apart.

It needs some renovations. Our door did not have a deadbolt. Shower was still wet when we got there. Blankets were thin. Big opening at the bottom of the door.

Convenient location, super close to Disneyland and other eateries, and good amenities, but poor quality! Sheets smell washed but are stained, about 10 stains on bed sheets. Stingy with soap and towels. Had to keep calling and coming out of room to get shower necessities. Booked for two days and the room I got the first day was horrible. Just a bed and 2 chairs. Got changed the second room but had to keep moving my stuff up and down stairs. Second room actually had sofa and closet, and somewhere for me to set my stuff, but couch was disgustingly stained. First off the pictures are terribly outdated and look 100% better than the actual place. My room was in severe disrepair and questionable at best. The neighborhood wasn't the best and I felt uncomfortable during my stay.

We booked the family room. Yes, there’s a lot of space, and the photos make it seem great. But we were immediately greeted by a pungent cleaning smell that was overwhelming. We turned on the air to see if it would help clear the smell, but that wasn’t until four hours later and we figured we just got used to it somehow. The place felt grimy. The controllers were kind of gross and one didn’t work at all. The lamps were broken-they had no switches so you plug it in to turn it on/unplug to turn them off. You get only two towels in each bathroom but no hand towels. There was no hot water for the showers-they got a little like warm. The bunk bed in the kids room did not feel safe. And the kids’s room bathroom toilet made about high pitched noise every 15 minutes. Yes the price wasn’t very high for being 15 minutes away from Disneyland but it’s not a comforting stay. Best perk was free parking.

The room looked NOTHING like the pictures. We had a good first night. I woke up to go to the bathroom and there was a ROACH near the toilet. We go to the bed, we see a small bug. Honestly disgusting. I called the hotel multiple times to speak to a manager and went to the window and no one answered or was there in person. I was beyond baffled with this.

The TVs did not work so I went to the front office to ask for a TV remote. They gave me a TV remote and it still did not work. They’re not even plugged in. There was cockroaches on the floor that were smashed. The toilet kept overflowing. I had to use the plunger a couple times so the water wouldn’t come out of the toilet bowl. The head was broke and was spraying all over the wall and everywhere. I would not recommend this for anybody who is looking for Wi-Fi or a TV other than that if you just want a bed to sleep for the night, not too bad if you don’t mind a cockroaches.

This hotel was so ghetto, no phone to call and ask for help inside the room, the air didn’t work, it smelled weird, in the morning when I went to shower to faucet handle came off. If it wasn’t so late by the time we checked in I would have left.

Lots of miscommunication both visits we had issues. Second visit was much worse. Tvs didn’t work at all in room. Shower was also broken but still worked.

It was great, the only reason im giveing 4/5 the guy below us kept hiting something to tell us to quiet down. No one was being loud, my son was running out of excitement , and the guy for whatever reason kept banging something on the cieling to knock on our floor.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the overall condition of the room. The room felt a bit dingy, and the bathroom was in similar shape, showing signs of wear and age. There were also small flying gnats in the room, which was unpleasant and made it hard to fully relax. The furniture looked rundown and in need of updating. While the stay was manageable, the lack of cleanliness and upkeep took away from the experience.

I called Expedia to get a refund, but they informed me that the hotel denied my request. I went to the front desk to ask why I couldn’t get a refund, and they said they didn’t do that. The front desk person was unwilling to help me. I told him I could have slept in my car for free and had the same amenities that this hotel offered. He then suggested that I could move to a different room. I agreed, but he gave me a smaller room that was even worse than the first one, if that’s possible. That room also smelled of cigarettes, there was no table to put anything on. There was black mold all around the tub, and that toilet also backed up, and there was no hot water, thank goodness I only had to stay there one night. I didn’t sleep because it was the worst night of my entire 56 years.

THERE WAS NO REMOTE FOR THE TV. When I went downstairs to let them know- had to walk because there is no phone in the room- the guy was very rude and told that there’s was and if I can’t find one it’s because I lost it. The room had a smell that made me think it wasn’t clean. I ended up going to Target down the street and buying pillows and bedding to sleep on. I HAVE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING WRONG IN THE ROOM.

The cleanliness was questionable. We found a dirty towel with a black stain in one of the drawers. There were stains all over the sheets . And the smell in there was very bad. We didn’t even stay the night there we slept in the car instead. We checked out after 2 hours of being there.

They will say they’re gonna give you a refund and then kick you out on your second day how to purchase my own blankets and Clorox wipes for the room couldn’t shower. There was hair in the bathtub hair on the new unopened toilet paper. Just absolutely disgusting. I also filed a health report that way they can get an inspection due to how unsanitary it was.

Bugs I can't and bring it back home no way. Nothing executive about this place. The office staff was great and said they would issue a refund. With health you can't take any chances.

At check in, they informed me that I needed to pay the full stay (2 days). At booking Expedia said I would pay one day and then at arrival the remainder. The hotel let me know they don't do that so they just charge the full stay at arrival. I then of course had to go through my transactions to verify that was actually the case. Next, very dirty! No way I was taking my shoes off in the room. Just looked like it was never, ever wiped down. Broken drawers, mini fridge with 2 feet (should be 4)...etc. Totally understand why it was priced fairly low.

We had no side tables, were missing a remote for the TV, weren’t given WiFi info, and never received room services and we stayed 3 nights. Cockroach infested, microwave didn’t work. Paid for a “deluxe” room and I was so angry I wasted my money on this place. The pictures are deceiving. Our sink only worked on “hot” and the water from the tub backed up into our sink. So horrible. I ended up using the towels to “mop” and I did a better job than they did. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

When my wife and I entered the room, the room smelt clean. However, when we pulled the blanket off the bed, you can tell that they were previous stain marks on the sheets and mattress, and it looked gross. When we sat on the bed, we almost fell through the bed, we had to lift the mattress up and fix the bars underneath the mattress. The blinds allow too much light in so it was hard to sleep because of the pathway the lights being so bright. The next morning we tried to take showers, but there was very little hot water and the showers were on the colder side. Wife and I will not be staying at this hotel again.

I called 12 times during the week prior trying to confirm late check in. No answer. We arrived after midnight from Disneyland. The clerk had to come out from behind the 1" Glass window to open the room because the lock didn't work. The room was generally dirty. The bathroom worse. Dirty footprints on the floor, mold in the shower. The door half stripped of paint inside. The roll out sofabed as in a shambles, not even folded back up, and no sheets, blanket of pillow for that. We stayed because it was, by then, after 1AM. I traveled for 2 years all over the west. Small towns and cities. This was the worst hotel I've seen. The photos on the site are hugely misleading.

Planned a disney trip with the kids found this gotten on hotels.com and the pictures looked really nice . We checked in at 12 midnight after we got done at Disney. We had booked a room with two queens . When we got in the room instantly we were hit with a stench i cannot even describe then noticed we had a written and a bunk bed . With the lights Firebird on we could see the filth the couch was tan colored at one point but now looked like a Dalmatian dog . The begging was strained and filthy.I went to the counter thoroughly annoyed and explained the situation , the man at the counter said im not cleaning the room ill give you another one . I asked for a key so o could inspect the new room to no surprise the next room was worse broken cabinets filthy bed with food stains . I went to the widow again and explained to him it was worse mind you the time is past midnight i couldn't book another room if i tried and my family cannot sleep in the car. I had to step the begging i asked him for new blankets and air freshener he brought one blanket for 5 people ! I wouldn't make a prisoner sleep at this place .

The room does not look like the picture. It was dirty. The bed, bedding, and pillows all had stains, red stains and white stains, and there were hairs in between the sheets. It was really hard to sleep on knowing what was on there. Luckily we last minute decided to bring some of our own blankets so we laid those down. The pictures made it seem decently clean so that’s what I had expected but unfortunately that was not the case.

The place was a total dump. No amenities in the room. TV remotes didn’t work. No linen on the pullout bed. Nor any in the room to use on said bed. Room came with a kitchen, but not one cup or a spoon of fork. Makes no sense to offer a kitchenette with with nothing to use in the kitchen. And website says indoor pool. The pool was not indoors. Locks on the doors barely worked. So please don’t believe the photos. In my opinion the rooms haven’t looked like that probably in years.

I would give zero stars if I could. The photos on this listing are NOT AT ALL accurate to this property. Fraudulent! Our “suite” was disgusting! So dirty and gross and the furniture so bashed up and awful. Deadbolt didn’t work, hot water never kicked in, outlets didn’t work. only two towels, NO tv remotes, an angry man trying to get in a room below ours and banging on the door and drove away quickly (no license plate). A yelling lady later on in the evening; super thin walls. This place is horrible don’t stay here! And they are now not returning Expedia’s calls who is trying to get a refund on the two nights I didn’t end up staying after the first night as I didn’t feel safe and I was so uncomfortable and grossed out.

I had to ask front desk to clean my room. I stay there for 4 nights, and they only cleaned it one time, only because i had to ask. Normal hotels do cleaning everyday without asking. This is the reason why i am giving a poor review.

The room was dirty and smelled musty. The walls and door was dirty, the bathroom mirror was cracked and the bed was very very hard. We left early, couldn’t sleep there. Outside there were people playing loud music and smoking weed.

The room is extremely dirty (sofa is too dirty that my family not able to sit on it). Both bed sheets from two beds has the mark that looks like someone pee on them. The bathroom has only the minimum shampoo and soap. Both has the weird smell. There is weird smell in the room, and lots of cracking and damaging area in the ceiling, wall, and door. If you can avoid, please do not come to this getto and very dirty hotel

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed at. Pictures are always deceiving, but these ones take the cake. The walls, floors, etc were filthy. There were cockroaches. The towels and bedding smelled clean, but were covered in stains (not a HUGE deal, but still). The first room they put us is was the wrong type of room that we booked. They moved us to the correct room and the AC was broken, so we had to move back to the first room. They said they would fix the AC and we could go to the other room our second night there. That’s fine. But then the toilet was leaking every time we flushed it. It took them two days to fix it, during which time we had to use another room for a toilet and a showers. All of us got sick while we were there and I also got a staph infection on my face. We asked for two nights to be comped to us for all of the inconveniences and have yet to hear anything back. The only saving grace was the staff, mainly Peter, were so very nice. He really did what he could to accommodate us and get our toilet ready, but you could tell he just isn’t given the resources to do his job well. If they put some money into this place it wouldn’t be a bad place to stay, but until they get it cleaned and take care of the roaches, I’ll never stay again.

WiFi didn’t work in my room. So changed my room then air conditioning and WiFi are barely working. I was so frustrated. I waisted almost 3 hours taking my stuff from my room to new room then back to my old room. It was the worse day. I’m exhausted from work and I didn’t finally relax till 6pm.

Not a place for family, the stains on the sheets were unmentionable and cigarette burns on couch and bed cover in a non-smoking room. We had to ask for clean sheets and towels. We didn’t even stay there our second night.

I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Do not trust the photos on line! They do not reflect the reality of the horrific accommodations. Upon arrival I was overwhelmed by a strong smell of cleaning products. The bedding was unacceptable: stains, dirt, hair. It had not been properly cleaned. The lobby was locked and check in occurred in a small window obscured by white paper. The overall room and environment made me extremely uncomfortable. The floor wood panels were separated and the gaps were full of dirt. My experience was upsetting and I do not recommend this property to anyone.

Parking was easy, had a AC but we paid to get the upgraded room with 2 queens and a pull out couch. Couch was so gross we wouldn’t put out things on it, let alone sleep on it! Room smelled like smoke so bad it gave me a headache. We were offered an air freshener but wouldn’t have done anything for the stale smoke smell.

Great if you’re on a tight budget. The rooms are old and need some repair and paint, but they’re clean and the beds are cozy.

To start with, I didn’t get the room I reserved, then I found cockroaches, then toilet seat is smaller than the toilet, and in the morning we woke up with bed bugs bites then we were moved to another room, with two individual beds, next day we went out for the day, and came back and management took all our belongings and moved to another room, and I lost some items , to say the least it was a nightmare our stay in this place

The rooms were vastly different from the images that were advertised. The bed sheets had crumbs on them, both televisions were non-functional, and the WiFi was also inoperative. While I was lying down, a cockroach crawled on me. Additionally, the refrigerator was not operational. I recommend saving your money and seeking a more suitable place to stay.

The walls in the room were visibly dirty. There were roaches. There were cigarette burns on the curtains and the bedding. We came with not enough towels and no shower curtain.

I drove 5 hours to get there. Arrive on October 3 at 1:00 am. The receptionist asked me for a 60 dollar cash deposit which he told me it would be returned to me at the end of my stay. When I check-out, he told me that they would return it to my card. They never gave me anything back. I felt robbed. I won't stay at this hotel again.

Scary, sketchy, completely filthy room. I left even though I paid for the room. Stains on the sofa, walls , sheets, no lightbulbs in the lamps. Furniture was chipping off. Online photos are not what you see in person. It looks like a motel one would rent out by the hour. The locks were defective and you had to mess with it for a while to get it to open. I definitely did not feel safe leaving my belongs there, I did not feel safe staying there. Please don’t waste any money booking here. The guy at the front desk was nice but that’s the only thing good I have to say about thing disgusting place.

The pictures are when we arrived to the motel and saw the tub full already. Fills up when next door uses the shower. Stayed for a week unfortunately, thought the price was okay but now i get why! Not happy with my experience. First, bed sheets were dirty and/or stained. Second, under the bed there was trash and some stickiness from who knows when that clearly wasn’t picked up. And to top it off, the following morning there was a cockroach ON the bed, in the bathroom and table!! At check out I was not asked about my stay and I’m sure it’s because they know the quality of their rooms. I highly recommend paying a bit more for anything better than a gross feeling experience.

The room itself was fine. The microwave was broken. There were only 2 towels in the room, no hand towels, no washcloths and no floor mat. There was feces left in the toilet from someone else. There was debris in the parking stalls when we left in the morning and it was still there when we returned in the evening. Long walk to the room upstairs with limited parking.

Could have been cleaner but you know you get what you pay for. Bugs in room like cricket. Couch bed must be 20 years old the springs could be felt entire night, no phone to call staff so when upstairs was loud between 2-3am I had to deal with it. Cold water showers unless leave on 5min- coffee maker in room but zero coffee given to guest- there was even a note from previous guest on top shelve so not sure how often rooms deep cleaned. Will not be back.

I liked that at times it didn't have hot water I like that the room I had had water all over the floor because the fridge leaked I liked that I got harassed by the desk clerk cuz I talk to somebody on the sidewalk and he said I was going to have him come in my room which is my room which is my right I liked are they deposit always changes on room that's broke down ann s*****.

The property itself was okay if you aren’t going to be in the room much time. The shower curtain fell and we had to hang it back up, the micro wave didn’t work, and the sofa bed smelled like cheese and infection! The front desk check in smelled like pee, now for the price point we only stayed in the room to sleep it wasn’t a horrible experience. The location was the best part, there were lots of food options and target and the dollar store. The door latched and locked which was nice.

We walked in this room turned the light on and there were roaches everywhere, we turned around and walked out and got a refund!

Sorry had a very bad experience I went with my girlfriend and there was roaches and bed bugs all over and I don't know this other insect. Able to take pictures it was really gross and to have that in my phone and my camera that 101 room that I got on the first floor I got out of there quick as possible.

The room I booked didn’t have any wardrobe cabinets, dressers drawers, desk or chair just a bed, TV, refrigerator and safe. Got another room that conditions other room were poor, such as flooring had gaps and dresser in the bathroom did not open all the way on top of the bed was very hard and uncomfortable

We weren't expecting much but we've had a better experience at this same price range and at this same establishment with a bigger room before, however even tho we paid less we weren't expecting the conditions we saw this time. The place was like a hole in the wall motel. Despite the property looking like a run-down motel, our family room was very clean and spacious. Decor looked fairly new. However, our bedding was old and the comforter was very aged and feels like it's going to fall apart. The bed was too soft and we felt like we were going to sink in. Despite rundown looking, I guess the area is fairly safe and we are right next to a Target.

First I got the wrong hotel rooms i had booked 2king bed standard rooms and they gave me two different ones and they were very dirty on top of that they were very rude literally kicking you out before check out time they have an extra TV control that they turn off your TV through the window if you're literally watching TV at 11am so you can get out.

The place was a quick affordable place to use to sleep. Although it felt unsafe due to the people around that is NOT the inns fault. What I didn’t like was there was 3 of us only got 2 towels. Remote had 1 battery (weird) but the person at the window gave new batteries when we had to go down there but then TV was unplugged so for awhile after new batteries I thought tv just was broke in general until my daughter saw it was unplugged. Then my biggest thing was the bed sheets. It was dirty & the fitted sheet had stains. Due to us being out late we had to go to the only place open Walgreens to get a bed sheet & throw blankets. They only had queen but I made the queen sheets work out somehow on the king bed I refused to sleep touching that! Other than tht room was clean, spacious, working microwave was a plus for my kids instant noodles. Also thank god I saw the baby roach the morning of checkout or I was wouldn’t have been able to sleep at all! I wanna love this inn so so bad but it was just too many little quirks I was not comfortable with to make the stay enjoyable. The room itself was definitely upgraded & I love the spacious bathroom but it’s just too many things involved.

This hotel was a complete dump! I do not recommend booking this hotel. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the sofa because it had dirt stains all over it. The vanity in the bathroom had a broken drawer and the baseboards weren’t cleaned. There seemed to be an unfinished paint job in the bedroom. I had intentions of doing laundry during my stay but was told the washing machines weren’t working. You certainly get what you pay for.

Literally inhabitable. The most disgusting place I have ever been at in my life and to top it off I had to pay for it. Me and my family booked room for 6 days. My son checked in at 8pm and we literally were out of there by 10am they charged me the day and to cancel they charges me a total of 3 days. Roaches insects bloody mattress walls dirty no working smoke detector fridge tagged on no WiFi or tv that worked. To add injury to insult it’s been over 5 days still no refund. Management is arrogant.

Shower had layers of soap scum on the walls and tub, showerhead had thick limescale. AC filters and vents were filthy.

Definitely needs some upgrades and proper cleaning. The area was ok, check in was quick However the room should definitely have been checked for cleanliness and inspection for upkeep.

everything is wrong with this rental property! extremely dirty & filthy ever uou walk into fron office, property,stairs and room. no hot water,no towels had to inconveniently switch rooms and there's no phone but it doesnt matter bc they don't ever pick up their office phone lune anyways!

You definitely get what you pay for. The great part of this location is that it is indeed close to the parks but overall next time I will pay more for peace of mind. The photos were definitely misleading. 2 tv provided but only 1 worked. The walls were dirty, the pull out couch had a cover on the mattress but it had stains ,the bathroom shower knob was coming apart and the bathroom sink would clog. In building laundry mat but they didn’t have coins to give you change for so you had to go else where to get change and to get the laundry soap because there dispensers was broken. Photo of the pool was nice but no where to actually sit at the pool.

This place is not executive anything. It’s the worst place I ever stayed at. It’s like staying in the ghetto. So disgusting and dirty and falling apart. The photos make it look nice. It’s deceptive and the owners are dishonest and should be ashamed for acting like this is a nice place. I will never stay here again. Do not be fooled by the pics people. Stay in a better area and a clean hotel. That’s not falling apart. If I can post pics on here I will. It’s unbelievable!!

This hotel is nothing like the photos it has posted. The check in area is nothing like the photos. The room are filthy. The pull out bed had dirty used sheets on it. The shower has no hot water. The toilet looks as if it were off the floor. We woke up to large sewer roaches.

I took plenty of pictures of this place. The walls were disgusting, the room smelled of smoke, mildew on the bathroom ceilings, floors turned my socks black, linen were stained, hair on the pillow as if it wasn’t washed, couch arm rest was filthy. I came with children and they were not allowed to even touch anything or take off their shoes. They refused to give a refund because they have a strict policy lol. I have pictures to prove so I’m not making this up!

I was a little iffy at first from past experiences but when I walked into my room I was shocked it was so cute decorated it was just like an apartment or a studio apartment you know. It was absolutely great the only thing I would change is the mattress cuz it was so shot out but overall four stars for sure

Check in was slow. The door was locked and had to wait to be buzzed in. Made it seem like I was in a dangerous area. My room had no remote for tv I had to go back to ask for one. I was told the WiFi isn't working which the TV only operates on wifi so we had no tv during the stay.

I don’t like the way it looked at all my wife and I felt real unsafe the vibe that the hotel was just a very uneasy feeling and eerie feeling me and my wife had to get another hotel somewhere else I need my full refund bad because me and my wife didn’t even stay there

You couldn’t use the shower because the way it was designed. It flood everything using the shower. Poor designed. I didn’t shower because I didn’t want the water in the restroom flowing into the other room. Then smelling water all night long. It was bad.

Horrible experience. Will never book here again. We ended up cancelling our reservation they only refunded one night back, but its something. There was graffitti on the wall in the room as well as in the bathroom, in the bathroom the towel rack was ducked tape and the toilet was leaking water- the bed was so uncomfortable, only 2 pillows and 2 towels in the bathroom. Do not recommend not even for a night! It also smelled in there.

I truly wish I could give zero stars. This place does not deserve a 1 star for the horrible service they offered my family. First room, no hot water, smelled like mildew. Second room, no hot water. third room, the cushion on the bed was non existent and every movement was felt with metal into our bodies. In the morning of course, no hot water. So I went to the desk to figure out a solution and was told they have no other rooms to switch me to so they would refund me the 3 nights i had left and to find another hotel. A week later, still no refund so I’m going to be disputing through my bank as I have video recording of the man and women at the desk telling me about my refund.

The bed was as hard as a rock. There was no furniture besides a table and 2 chairs. The door was not sealed right so light would past through. There was a huge crack in the ceiling and one light hole was covered by an index card. More cracks noted in the ceiling in the bathroom. This was convenient for the location to Disneyland but that was the only good quality.

We rented the family apartment and it was actually renovated pretty nicely plenty of room for all six of us two toddlers for adults. There would’ve been room for a few more. I don’t know what the limits are. The floor was dirty and they didn’t clean it while we were there nor did they give us enough fresh towels we had a three night stay. But overall, it was nice very easy to check in. I would likely rent with them again.

Would recommend motel 6 as a 5 star compared to this place.

Very nasty hotel false advertising roaches everywhere in the hotel strange man walking around the parking lot. Looks like a hotel for drug addict.

Our first room hadn’t been cleaned yet and was GROSS. they told us just wait and someone will come clean it. we stood at the door for 20min no one came but finally someone offered us a second room.. this one was fine, clean good size. But there was no hot water, broken tiles throughout the bathroom that kept falling. says no smoking but definitely smells like cigarettes, the safe didn’t work, some small upgrades like pillows and towels would be amazing. and definitely need hot water!

The linens and towels were stained. The laminate floor was so filthy our feet were black. Car alarms were going off all night. When I told the front desk the issues he stared blankly at me and apologized as if to say what do you want from me.

will NOT stay here again. If you do stay here, be careful on the stairs, the top step is not level, creating a major tripping hazard.

Location is on point. Rooms are pretty decent and spacious. However, the actual building needs a facelift.

Terrible. I have been trying to get a hold of them for my refund as I stayed for 30 minutes and left due to lack of cleanliness and hair. I’ve called them for two days multiple times and nobody has answered?

While we were checking in someone was in the process of getting a refund because their room was full of roaches. It was 1 am so we decided to chance it. First of all I booked and paid for a king room. I got a 2 queen. Which I gusss is fine but I wanted a king! And paid for one. The room was clean persay but run down. Needed paint and Tons of scuffs on the wall. The bed was uncomfortable and the “blanket” was a thick sheet. The sink needs to be replaced and the shower head was nasty I ended up only finding 1 roach in morning each morning (so 2 total) someone was having a massive arguement or fight for a solid 40 minutes at about 2 am. It was loud and mildly scary nothing was done and cops never came. One tv only got 2 channels I guess lucky me it was ESPN! This is a truly you get what you pay for space although honestly I think they should have paid me!

This property is not what it appears on the expedia website. The room had patches of holes in the walls, smelled dirty, wasted toile seats, walls were white and super dirty, refrigerator had a leak causing warp on the floor and lastly roach infestation in the restroom, openly crawling through the room. Disgusting DO NOT BOOK. Also front desk gave me a hard time about refunding because clearly I was not going to stay there in those conditions

The property is extremely old. They attempted to renovate and painted the inside of the rooms and put new flooring and vanities. The deco in the room was absolutely cute and homie HOWEVER it was dirty. The couch was as filthy. The blankets were stained. The queen size bed mattress felt like a blow up mattress. The bathroom was DISGUSTING!!!! They desperately need a new cleaning crew. Don’t get me started on the towels… stains and blood stains. I wanted to earl. If you plan to stay here bring our own towels and blankets and you will be good. Oh the fridge was barely working. It’s super close to Disney, there is plenty of food walking distance. This hotel could be fine if they got a better cleaning crew and new towels. I would actually come back.

I normally try to be nice when leaving reviews, but this was not a great experience. The front desk representative was nice and helpful, but the room was sub-par. While spacious, the room hardly had any storage space, there was no remote control for the TV, there were dirty spots on the sheets and pillowcases. And then the bathroom... there was no toilet paper holder, and the shower head was pointed towards the bathroom itself, which made the water spill all over the floor since there was no tub to contain the water. I was very disappointed with this experience.

I know I could sure use some. I just want to thank you and you’re team for the hard work.

Found a big cockroach in the room. Towels were stained. There were people parked outside the parking lot playing loud mucic from 11pm to 4am. You get what you paid for. At least staff were professional.
